Also, a hypothetical question:
Metallia and Phone Freak make an EMP/Neutron Bomb.
They blow it up and put all of the city into a permanent blackout zone without electronics and filled with interference that makes any tech except what that Metallia and PF have, them working on completely closed circuts without any wireless signal stop working or unable to be controlled.
The city is concrete jungle in which the team rules like fucking kings.
What will Presence do?

Probably release their identities. No one said The Presence was in the same city as the team.

In case the answer is "oh, she will know about that beforehand and won't let Metallia and PF do that":
If Presence is such a mighty and all-powerful diviner/precog and has THAT amount of superintelligence, why does it even bother with collecting a team of rowdy unique snowflakes? A team of simple and very loyal mortals under her command will complete any imaginable task.

It wouldn't need to do anything. The Justice League Expy would mop us up all on their own, and the people that escaped from that would probably be found by agents of The Presence and killed.

Yeah, there are Heroes and other Villains who wouldn't care very much for those shenanigans. There's probably some sort of Engineer hero who can build a Reverso-EMP bomb.

Obviously though, you bring up some interesting points about the Presence. We can only assume that whatever it wants to achieve, we may be just a small part of it.

Hey @SunsetRoses, how do you imagine magic works in setting? Since both of our characters use it we should make sure our ideas about it are consistent.

Well, our two characters do use magic, but it's very different.

Dianna is much more of a classic Witch, she casts spells and crafts potions using magic words to 'activate' them so to speak.

Your character uses tech as a means of magic. Which is awesome, by the way.

I think we can do something cool with them drawing from the same general magic source. Meaning they could probably sense the magic flowing through each other. (maybe Allison will be able to tell that Dianna's magic is ancient, even though she's only fifteen.) We could also do something with them being able to pick up the aftertaste of magic in the air, or the scent or something.

I was definitely thinking that there was some sort of inner source, and the two are definitely different, but I was thinking that there's this big gulf of difference. The conceit I was working under was that people that had enough magic within them to cast spells with it were basically the royalty of the magic world. Like the reasons most powerful wizards were old dudes with long white beards or haggard old woman was because they'd spent most of their life cultivating that inner store of magic and then went hog wild in their old age. They can do anything they want so long as they spend enough time developing a spell to do it and have sufficient magic to cast that spell and live.

People that didn't want to go through this steady build up tapped other sources of energy to make up the difference, with only a tiny investment of their own power to get the ball rolling resulting in the different classes and sub-classes of magic user. But they're not as free in their casting as someone using their own power because, as they're tapping another source, that source gets some input in what happens. So you can't draw power from fire and then use that power to freeze things. They're bound to theme.

So Allison would have an almost pathetically tiny store of actual raw power compared to Dianna.
