Prologue - Heroes of Might!

Musutafu City, Japan a booming town filled to the brim with potential. Heroes from all parts of the world come here to train and grow stronger! Today is a blistering 89 degrees with the sun shining all around them! It's a Wednesday with many people staying in-doors. Some heroes are up and about but many have opted to stay out of the heat and passively respond to events. Many of the fire based heroes are off doing their jobs due to their natural resistance to heat helping deal with the weather, and water based heroes are helping keep any fires that are starting from either common accidents, the heat, or villains. For their part the villains aren't causing too much trouble today for fear of getting chased down by the horde of stand-by heroes. Besides that in U.A classes are currently on field trips or training in their yards. Overall it would seem to be rather normal day today despite the heat.

----

TV News: The Crimson Nova has spoken up today about the sudden surge in heat saying he believes it too be the work of a super villain. Citing that just two days ago there were no signs of the heat increasing. He also states that the villain in question is most likely just some amateur villain testing out his skills and capabilities and he insists that he has members of his agency working to track down the culprit if there is indeed one.

In other news: U.A Student Kojima Hideaki known for his ice based powers is helping local elders keep cool in the heat. Teachers and fellow students praise his work ethic. Truly Heroic's Silver Sonic has defeated the super villain Shade earlier today during the opening hours of the morning after catching him in an underway subway tunnel on his way to the work. Unfortunately Shade has fled and is now on the run. Captain East was sighted early this week by an anonymous viewer. East has been on the run now for two years now. Former Hero and superstar it is still unknown what brought about his change in attitude though it is now clear he is not the man he used to be. There has been confirmed ten hero deaths by the hands of Captain East for the past year now. East's real name is Koji Urahara and his family still pleads ignorance of his current location. Anyone who approaches East is warned to proceed with EXTREME caution as there's no telling what he may do.

====

At Truly Heroic HQ many people are off preparing for their duties in their white halls. The building had very few colors outside of the grey and white tiles that covered most of the building. The occasional room had a carpet but nothing that would set aside from the ordinary. Silver Cloud was off looking for a specific set of super villains as he usually did while others were off training in the designated training fields, or eating. The agents that worked for Truly Heroic did their best to keep things under control and were off setting up meetings with news stations. Bizarrely enough though there were very few heroes actually doing anything heroic today. Most people were simply sitting down, enjoying the free air conditioning, or training.

===

At the Justice Society HQ located underground a building in an elaborately set up base many of the Justice Society members including head members Star Platinum, and The Cyber Shogun were preparing to track down a specific super villain. Many of the younger super heroes and cadet members wanted to go along however it seemed to be restricted to veteran members only. Many sidekicks, junior members, and lower ranked heroes were put on patrol duty or simply wandering around the 'real' hq upstairs which was a tall skyscraper with the letters 'JS' embroidered over it. Ronin Ice was the main member too actively not be on patrol and was known for his abilities as a incredible combatant in a control sense. He had once foiled an entire bank robbery without entering the front door. He was now organizing a training betting pool where off-duty society members were fighting in mock battles for the fun of it. Of course it would be scandalous to any of the upper class people but guys like Star were too busy working too find out. Otherwise people were wandering about absent mindly waiting for the inevitable call for a super villain to show up to ruin someone's day and call for someone to be rescued.

====

The Justice for All Agency was a small building a three story building with a handful of agents working in it, and only heroes at a time ever being there. The agency only had just recently developed a following over in America and right now they were still a no-name group in Japan especially with Truly Heroic, and the Protector's Initiative taking over contracts while Bold and Brazen took over the TV spot light. It was days like these that agents were simply waiting for opportunities to prove themselves. Head Agent Genji Watamote was having a hell of a day having not received a single contract he was beside himself with frustration even considering taking the agency out of the city at this rate. Their rival Hiro and Kenji Inc. who publicly funded heroes were even receiving more contracts then they were. White Light, also known as Harold Conroy by very close friends, and Ecto-Commando, a hero known for his ability to shift body parts into goo using his powers of ectoplasm Mimicry, sat in the bar drinking and waiting for their next job. His old friend Cassie, and Ronald had both gone out today too get something too eat. Personally Harold himself felt like staying in-doors. Even with his powers being prime for this type of environment he really didn't want to drag himself through the day. "Man ever feel like that day's just going to keep going on and on? Because today feels like it's just going to keep on going." grumbled Ecto as he drunk some juice from a cup. He wasn't into drinking like a lot of people were here. Cassie especially could hold her liquor better then most of the people in the agency. Harold nodded in agreement grunting to his partner. It would seem that today would be just as boring as ever.

This would have had to be one of the worst ideas Nuime had ever had. Laboured breathing was evident from the female clothier as she made her way down a particularly empty street. She was donning nigh but her grey sweater and ordinary jeans, the former much too thick and uncomfortable for this type of weather by far, yet the woman had begrudgingly kept it on her person in case anything was needed from her. At the very least, she'd decreased the density of the wool to the point where even a light breeze would pass right through, whenever one did manage to sweep through the metaphorically burning streets.

What had been a casual walk for the ghoul-like lady had quickly become a heated nightmare as she shifted between a bought bottle of lukewarm water and a folded newspaper she'd been gleaning the most recent news from. Today was her first real day off from her hero duties, mostly due to the obscene heat and her relative lack of anything to actually do in the summer months. Not that she particularly minded working, because it was almost reward enough on its own to see the smiles of people she'd helped out. Especially on elders, who were far less inclined to ask about her less than appealing features.

But today, there was few to help beyond the occasional heatstroke that more capable heroes were tending. And that left her mostly free to wander the city of Musutafu, enduring the sun's merciless waves. It wasn't long before she came to a pause, though, catching herself staring across the street at a skyscraper the Justice Society made their headquarters. In comparison, her own agency was tiny compared to the shining example of what collaborative efforts between heroes was, or at least the branch she belonged to wasn't the most centralized. It'd been a while since she'd seen any of her own partners in person.

"...Wonder if they'd ever let someone like me join..." The alabaster-haired ghoul entertained the thought briefly, before merely giving a shake of her head, using her right hand to adjust the much-too-fluffy cloud-like grey sweater she chose to wear. The whole piece shook like a storm as she moved it, which probably looked pretty silly to any bystanders.

"'Ey there cupcake gawking at the big league folks still 'eh?" came a heavy Boston accented female from the side of Nuime. The woman was wearing a revealing unbuttoned green shit, a pair of short cut white pants, and a pair of dark sunglasses which shaded her eyes. She had long flowing orange hair, and curvaceous figure. Her tanned white skin was only blemished by a tattoo on her right shoulder that made out a skull with a knife through it. She was chewing on a stick of bubble gum and chuckled a little at the sign. The woman was better known by Nuime as the hero: Thought Bomb. She had the power of Spatial Telekinesis which made her a force to be reckoned with on almost any battlefield or circumstance. She was smiling and chuckling at the sight of her understudy still coming by and looking at the big building. Right next to her stood Roland Grey a short stocky man with bony features. His brown eyes stared aimlessly at his companion with annoyance. His white shirt, and black pants were more standard in Japan and he showed little more emotion than a rock at times. Still his ability to manipulate anyone's body was beyond compare but thankfully he was using his abilities to heal people and speed up recovery processes. Both of them were members of Justice for All.

"Well what's up? You off thinkin' about leaving us all high and dry and joining the big guys? They'd probably take yah if you asked to be a junior member. Still you'd be all bogged up in their regulations and press and politics. Besides that it'd be lonely at the office. Who else would look cute playing with her clothes in the corner huh?" Thought Bomb said as she chuckled to herself. Her real name was Cassie but she much preferred her super hero name. "Ugh...I hate this weather...I swear to god we better go back to the office soon..." Roland mumbled as Cassie glared at him with distaste. "I swear to god if you complain any more I'll shove a pole down your throat! You know Roland your my bro and all but you really need to get laid or something. And not with me." Cassie said with annoyance in her tone as she kept staring at the big JS lettering on the sky scraper. It was all in jest of course the two often kept smacking each other around verbally for lack of someone else to complain too. However more often than not it just seemed Roland just didn't care.

Getting startled would have been an understatement for Nuime as she was addressed, her body tensing up for the briefest of moments before rational thought kicked back in. The piece of patchwork did of course recognize the voice, towards whom she turned her eyes and attention immediately. But that was it, for the next several seconds at least as she tried to formulate a response that wasn't just random mumblings. Both the heroes she stood faced with received first and foremost an apologetic bow, strands of white shifting around like a loose curtain from her head. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to imply that I wanted to leave you. It was just a fleeting thought." She responded in a calm and even tone, with no hints of her prior surprise.

Nuime stood straight once more, crystal-blue eyes averting awkwardly from the pair as her hand was brought towards her face, struggling somewhat to settle her hair again with the newspaper taking up three of her five fingers. It did serve to passively shield herself from the two, though, a gesture she was known to do when she felt exposed. "Uhm, if I may... I think the same of the weather. Have both of you been drinking sufficient amounts of water today?" Concern would sneak its way into her voice, however little it actually showed. The sweater-clad girl, while not being the most verbal about it, did hold great respect for her respective superiors and senior heroes. Particularly Roland himself, along with his Quirk, were held in high regard for the medical properties it had. Easy points for one who grew up in a family of doctors and similarly talented Quirk users.

"Of course I have, but what about you? My senses tell me you still need another bottle or two of water right now. Nuime you know the dangers of not drinking enough I'm sure so make sure you get something to drink soon got it?" Roland said with boredom as he gave a glance at Nuime. His cold eyes drifted on her with no emotion in them and his voice was simply not into it. Roland was not one for talking, and his morbid powers of telling when a person was feeling, or the state of their bodies just simply made him creepy to a lot of individuals. He adjusted his loose tie on his shirt some more as Cassie leaned down and frowned getting up into Nuime's face. "Oi! How many times to I got to tell you too stop apologizing to me 'ey? I don't mind you being polite but I was just playing with you cupcake. You don't got too take things so seriously. What would Genji thi-scratch that fuck what Genji thinks he's all about the business not about the people...so what you doing here anyways? Shouldn't you out looking for some bad guys or somethin'? Oh right you don't got anyone working with you today do you?" Cassie said as she ruffled Nuime's hair with a grin on her face. Roland merely looked at her with distaste. "There are plenty of people around the city that need help I'm sure. Maybe if you let the girl go she'd actually learn how to cope without needing her big sister with her." Roland grumbled further as he scratched his head.

"I will." Nuime replied courtly, her shoulders sinking slightly in response to Ronald's stare and advice. It was difficult to tell if her cheeks gained its colour from the baking heat, or if she felt embarrassed having her own concern mirrored. Roland, however, would likely be able to sense the latter. The colour only seemed to spread further as Cassie got closer, far too close for her comfort zone, which admittedly probably was too large. "I'm s-..." She caught herself, pressing her lips into a thin line as held her tongue from apologizing once again. Instead, her reply continued as if she hadn't spoken up at all.

"I've heard nothing so far in regards to villains or accidents. Especially none that I could assist in beyond mere observation. The most I've done today is create a few hats for those that needed it. I was taking today to... Uhm. Relax a little and wander around instead of being on active duty. I didn't want to stress out Watamote-sama by sitting around idly, he seemed a bit..." There was a pause in her speech as Nuime struggled to find a word polite enough to describe the behavior. During her pause, she would once again try to settle the now-haystack of white on her head, with little success. "...Bothered." The stitched woman concluded, though evidently didn't seem too pleased with her (self-perceived) rude choice of words.

She would fumble around with her half-empty bottle after that, fiddling with the plastic cap as if she was considering if the warm water inside was worth the taste to drink. Her dry throat eventually persuaded her to drink, though, backed up her her senior's prior request. If only she'd been born with an ice-based Quirk to cool down beverages when needed. A convenient Quirk like that was always useful, she thought.

"Take a nap in the broom closet, Dimitri! No one ever goes in the broom closet, Dimitri! 'Cept apparently pops does..." A large and somewhat tired sounding man said as he meandered towards the "official" HQ for the Justice Society. This man was none other than one Dimitri Mito, fresh from a patrol issued to him by a veteran member that went by the handle of "Geode", or in Dimitri's case, "Pops". The young hero wasn't all too certain whether or not his father actually had the authority as a member to send him out to patrol- send him out using his authority known as fatherhood, sure, but hero wise? Dimitri wasn't certain. It was probably something he would look into when ever he actually got into the mood to do it. 'At the very least he could've let me go without my costume on. S'hot as hell out there!' He mused before he began tugging at his helmet to pull it off as he walked. There was a moment of resistance, enough so that it even gave him pause in his stride before the helmet finally came off with a muffled pop, sending the wild crop of dreadlocks that Dimitri sported spilling down onto his face, neck, and back. He shook his head a bit, in an effort to clear his eyes both of the intrusive locks and of the beads of sweat that dotted his face.

Following this Dimitri proceeded to somewhat awkwardly peel out of his jacket- a task that easier said than done considering that A: said jacket lacked a zipper, B: he lacked any means of putting away the helmet, and C: he didn't think to do sensible things like use his quirk and/or stop walking so that he could just set the helmet down and tug the damned thing off. What came of this was bit a clusterfuck: Dimitri found himself with his vision obscured by the jacket as he tugged it over his body and got side tracked with trying to juggle the helmet in between attempts to free his hands. It would have probably been a good point for the hero to stop walking, and yet he persisted all the same. Somehow Dimitri miraculously managed to avoid bumping into the trio that stood before the Justice Society; he did not however avoid walking right into the door. The young hero gave a soft yelp that combined both pain and surprise and stumbled back, landing flat on his rear and freeing his head of the jacket all in one decidedly less than graceful motion.

With the bridge of his nose now sporting a red mark amongst the outcropping of freckles Dimitri let out a soft 'ow' and started sniffling experimentally to ensure there was no bleeding. All the while ignorant of the heroes that stand not more than a few feet away.

"Wow that kid was smooth." Cassie said with a giggle as she watched the boy bumble his way into JS HQ. She wasn't really expecting someone too have so much trouble entering a single building. She let out a giggle as Roland merely glanced over with the same dull look he had on his face as always. "The boy was a bit stressed nothing more nothing less. Natural for a big league star at his age." grumbled Roland as he looked over the buildings and blinked idly unsure about something as Cassie turned back to look at him and frowned. "'Ey you're bumming up the kid fucking smile for once already!" growled Cassie as she glared back at Roland who apologized in a very flat tone. Cassie merely ran her hand over her face in indignation before turning back around to Nuime. "Ah when isn't that bumbling dumbass ever not bothered? Always trying to get us to outdo, outfight, or out-star the big guys. It's not good for his health I say but he wouldn't listen to me if I tried." grumbled Cassie as Roland pulled out a flask from his pants and drank heavily from it before putting it back into his back pocket. "Well if you'e looking for a fight cupcake you can always come with us and pick a fight in the bad part of town. Probably some dick head drug dealers out while the cops are too lazy too deal with people. We can get a few and Genji will probably give you a couple hundred yen for doing so. Maybe you can get some more sweaters or whatever girls like you like." said Cassie as she looked around the sky as she saw a hero fly by. "Or maybe this is all a way of trying to find a boyfriend ain't it? You're at the age when boys are getting more and more attractive right? Come on you can tell senpai!" Cassie said with a giggle only for Roland to step up. "Don't be an idiot her hormone levels are not indicating anything of the sort woman."

Inside the JS HQ's entry way there wasn't much happening as most of the heroes were preoccupied with other stuff however the young hero known as Jack of Clubs was sitting down at the front desk playing cards. He wasn't an secretary most likely he was standing in for someone when they were going out to the bathroom. He looked up too see Dmitri falling flat on his butt. The cocky young hero laughed heartily at this and shook his head. "Well what'cha waiting for strong man? Can't beat the opening door process of getting to work? Are you sure you're cut out for this job Mori?" Jack said as he kept flipping cards on the desk in a boring game of solitaire as he thought up more witty remarks to say.

Dimitri stopped his sniffing the moment he hard the voices behind him, prompting a chuckle of embarrassment from the man. The chuckle was then joined by a a brief scratching of the head as he heard one of his fellow heroes jeer at him from inside. "Jury's still out on that last bit." He said before he finally tugged his arms free of the jacket and wadded it up around his helmet, revealing what would appear at first glance to be a black, long sleeved shirt with gloves somehow seamlessly woven into the arms. Tucking the other portions of his uniform under his arm, Dimitri got up with a soft grunt and dusted himself off before turning back to look at the other heroes. "My bad for that display there, I promise I ain't typically that clumsy!" He exclaimed with a hearty laugh that crinkled his nose and revealed the jagged looking teeth in his mouth. He would have said something more had he not noticed the deck of cards that Jack of Clubs was so casually shuffling through.

He felt a familiar itch somewhere in the back of his head, and he would have spun on his heels right then and there to go in and challenge Jack to a few rounds of whatever game he felt he had the best odds of actually winning in where it not for the fact that he recognized two thirds of the trio before him, "Wait, aren't the two of you from one of the other agencies? Justice for All, right? Why're you guys here? Unless..." His words trailed off as he looked to Nuime, whom was completely unrecognizable. His eyes once more darted to Cassie and Roland, "Wait, you're not trying to steal potential recruits from us, are ya? Be a pretty dick move if i'm honest.".

"Uh what are you talking about kid? We ain't done shit but stand here! That some stuff Bold and Brazen would say to tourists not the Justice Society. Besides what makes you think we're in Justice for All huh? Is it because we're Americans? For your information my cousin and I are here on vacation and this little girl right here is an old friend of ours from a neighborhood we use too live in. But for the sake of the arugment and your ego let's say I AM a member of the JFA what then? Your justice society is an agency just like we'd be in and we're working towards the same goals. If we were trying to steal anything wouldn't we be dressed in...I don't know something not screaming 'I'm a tourist?" Cassie said as she glared down at the kid who had just bumbled past the door back towards their group. It was like the kid was wanting to pick a fight or something? "Really we're doing this? I'm getting too old for this...look kid if it means anything too you we'll leave right away. My friend and I just wanted to take a picture with the skyscraper anyway." Ronald said suddenly uncharacteristically with emotion instead of dull boredom. He stared down the kid with an expression that shouted, 'I need a drink.' "You know there's easier ways to pick a fight right my man?" said a sudden voice as out of nowhere stood a man in silver clothes with a bandaged upper lip, and a recovering black eye. It was none other than the hero of speed, the flashing super sonic dazzling hero, the man with the one thousand pound punch, Silver Sonic of Truly Heroic. "You know I was on my way to steal all of your important documents and sell them too the highest bidder at local flea markets but I couldn't help but hear you accusing poor average citizens, Americans at that it looks like, of being spies. If you want to pick a fight little dude I'm right here to give it all you got but let's just the others out of it kay slugger?" said the hero as he offered a hand to Dmitri. Silver Sonic wore a predominately silver costume with a smooth and plastic looking body shield covering his shoulders and upper torso, a blue spandex shirt. A white spandex pair of pants, and two bright blue gauntlets. His blonde hair blew in the wind and his eyes were covered by a two way glass pair of goggles that he wore to keep his identity a secret, and too protect his eyes.

Dimitri sighed and scratched his head again as things started to get a little bit heated; an unwanted, but not completely unexpected outcome "Easy guys i'm just messing around with ya. Meant it as a bit of friendly ribbing between agencies, though now I guess I was mistaken about your affiliations; not often I see tourists not snapping pictures of every little thing in front of a hero agency building, and you two looked kinda sorta familiar so I figured you were with the JfA or something." He said with a slightly more sheepish smile. His gaze then turned to Silver Sonic, whom seemed a bit more eager to jump into a battle with other heroes than Dimitri was comfortable with, "Eh...thanks but no thanks man, I don't make it a point to fight with heroes. Also who said anything about spies? I was just playing at them snagging upcoming heroes while they were still unaffiliated. Sorta meant it as a joke, but in hindsight, could've been done better." he explained casually.

He looked back at the Justice Society building to see if anyone was willing to lend him a hand in this sticky situation. When there was no one to be found coming to his aid, the young hero turned forward once more and gingerly stepped towards what was now a quartet, his free arm held out to show he meant no harm, "Look, I think we've gotten off on the wrong foot here, wasn't really trying to pick any fights or anything. I'm sorry if I offended anyone. There any way I can make this up to you guys?".

"Yeah alright I may have jumped the gun a little to fast myself. Sorry about that just don't want people doing bad stuff you know. ANYWAYS...I'll be heading out myself just happened by you guys on my way to the food store to pick up some stuff for the guys. They said I was too beat up but I'll show'em how tough I am. Stay safe and keep up the good work kiddos!" the man vanished into thin air not a second later the speedster clearly not intending to stick around. "No neither of us need anything though if you could spare some water for our young friend here that'd be nice. She has a quirk herself so she thinks that she can go around with heavy clothes on and not keep hydrated." Roland said with a friendly tone as he smiled at the kid and offered him his hand. "My name is Roland nice to meet you." he stated as Cassie rolled her eyes but no one could see it underneath her sunglasses. "Really tourists don't go to a place like this? That's a big surprise. I heard The Nova guy has to keep body guards around his penthouse at all times, Then again the dude has murdered over twenty guys who tried to beat him. Vilains want to make an name for themselves so they go and fight the biggest guy on the block. The problem with that being that guy has a tendency to rip people apart with his raw power." Cassie grumbled remembering last week when Nova had been forced to kill a super villain whom had held a group of people hostage in a mall when he wanted revenge for his fallen comrade. It was short, quick, and the man had been mummified by flames afterward. Horrid sight and he had gotten off clean once again thanks to his agencies' political and legal backing.

As the conversation has progressed and heroes had arrived and departed, the terribly anti-social Nuime had slowly slipped backwards one inch at a time whilst her own Quirk had worked quietly and discreetly. Faint tearing could have been heard as wool stretched and coiled, tore and twisted into new shapes. Behind her head, dull grey formed, growing until it almost completely wrapped her head in a hood that partly concealed her facial features. The patchwork person didn't utter a word during this, remaining passive in the conversation as new greetings were made. She didn't manage to get more than two feet away, though, before she halted her retreat, deeming the distance to the others the most comfortable and respectable.

Even as she hid behind her hood, her eyes were far from present on Dimitri from fear of being observed in turn, which she simply wasn't comfortable with. "...Rivalry between agencies isn't inherently a bad thing, as long as it doesn't interfere with our duties." She spoke up faintly, hardly portraying any real emotion beyond her alien timidness in the presence of multiple conversational partners. "I apologize if my presence inadvertently caused friction between you, Cassie-senpai and Ronald-sama." The alabaster-haired hero considered a bow briefly, but decided against it. That would only draw more attention to herself than she was already creating. "My name is Eberesuto, Nuime. I'm honoured to meet you."

Dimitri nodded with satisfaction as the situation was defused as quickly as it had begun. After Silver Sonic's departure he waited until everyone had said their bit before he opened his mouth to speak, his responses based on the order of whom had spoken and when. With Silver Sonic gone Roland was first in line; "Sure, I can snag a bottle of water for your pal. I know what a pain it can be to wear something heavy in this weather." he said with a brief shake of the jacket under his arm. Following this he spared a second to properly solidify his hand and gripped Roland's own firmly to give it a shake, "Mori, Dimitri. The pleasure's mine, Roland-san." he said before letting go.
Next came Cassie, who seemed to be a bit bothered at how one of the other heroes operated, "Oh no, tourists stop here pretty frequently, i'm just so used to them trying to take pictures of everything. You guys're pretty much the first batch of tourists i've seen that weren't brandishing cameras of some kind. Threw me for a loop is all. As for Crimson Nova...yeah, i'm gonna have to agree with you. I mean a beating I can understand, but killing just doesn't sit right with me.".

Finally there was Nuime, whom he originally assumed to be in the same spot due to how faintly she'd spoken. It was because of this that Dimitri was initially confused when he went to look at her only to realize that she was no longer in the exact same spot. He shifted his gaze a bit and tried to get a good look at the meek young woman, only to fail to actually see much beyond the stifling sweater and hood that she wore. 'Yeesh, how on earth are you not roasting in that getup?' He almost asked aloud before catching himself. Given the softness of her tone he couldn't quite make out everything she'd said, something about rivalries and an apology about her presence causing issues before she'd given her name. At this Dimitri gave a soft chuckle, "No worries Eberesuto-san, was my fault really. As I said earlier, the name's Mori, Dimitri, and the pleasure's once again mine. Now then, I believe I owe you bottle of water.".

Dimitri spun on his heel and reached out for the door, using his quirk to make up for the gap that had been created by his step forward by extending his arm a few extra inches before he looked back at the trio, "I'm not sure if they'll let random people just hang around in the actual facility, but if you guys want to stay in the entrance where there's air conditioning till I get back then they shouldn't complain so long as you aren't in anyone's way.". With that said, Dimitri slipped inside and, after having a brief argument with himself about challenging Jack to a game, walked past the front desk to find the nearest vending machine.

Roasting was perhaps an overstatement compared to how the wool-wearing hero felt at the moment, though it certainly wasn't a surprise that her choice of attire would earn a few odd looks in this set of weather. Long since receiving the morbid stitches that painted her body, the snow-crested woman had gotten used to large and warm clothes. Granted, just shy of ninety degrees was a kind of hot she'd rarely ventured outside in, for obvious reasons. "It is okay, Mori-san. I can stay by the entrance." Her voice would rise a bit, to bring more clarity rather than mumbles as her crystal-blue eyes followed Dimitri' walk towards the building, hints of uncertainty within the woman's gaze that went unspoken for now as she quietly followed along up until the skyscraper itself was but a few feet in front of her.

A bit to the left of the door, she would wait, occasionally throwing glances back at Cassie and Roland, as well as whoever left and entered the agency. It was perhaps a bit sad to say, but Nuime was good at looking bland and uninteresting to the ordinary crowd. Perhaps one reason that despite her faithful and plentiful active duty as a hero, had remained in the shadows of heroism behind more eye-catching individuals.

"Hey are you coming back inside soon Ronin Ice is having one of those training sessions in the gym if you-oh am I interrupting?" Jack of Clubs said too Dmitri as he went back inside of the building and went back out almost immediately. When Dmitri left again he decided to follow him this time though not immediately. "No the pleasure is all mine good sir." Roland said with a chuckle as he nodded at the boy when he came back out. "Whatever call me Cassie I'm a nobody and you'll probably forget about me by tomorrow evening. Though I'm sure your age might feel otherwise." Cassie said boredly as Jack of Clubs walked up to Mori and put his hand on his shoulders. "If you win you might win the deadpool this time around big guy! Or are you afraid Ronin will freeze your arms off?" Jack with with a funny look in his eye that was a mix of amusement and daring. "What you guys do betting, or gambling inside the JS? Or is it just a small group? A group called the Justice Society having members who gamble sounds really weird." Roland said as he put his hand on Nuime's back and pushed her forward. "Well what are you waiting for go and get your water!" Roland said with a parental fatherly tone as he smiled at her. Cassie could only stare at Roland with a disdainful glare. "Oi, these friends of yours dude?" asked Jack of Clubs as he looked at the others. "I wouldn't call us friends just yet but your friend seems nice enough I suppose. We're just tourists." Roland stated.

Cassie's choice of words perplexed Dimitri a bit as he returned from the vending machine with a bottle of water in hand. He'd begun to ask her what she'd meant in regards to age, however the question died in his throat and was replaced with a snort as Jack of Spades decided to call him out, "As if!". Roland's comment further amused Dimitri, which brought him yet another smile as he waited until further introductions were over to explain. "Well-" He began as he held out the bottle of water for Nuime to take, "It's just a small group of us that do it. Occasionally we hold these sort of sparring matches in our gym to keep our skills sharp and a few of us decided to place bets to see who wins. Sort of an all around bonding experience I guess.". He let out a short and somewhat embarrassed laugh and shrugged his shoulders, "I admit that I may have a little bit of a gambling addiction, so I like to spectate and bet with the crowd. Like I said earlier though, i'm not too big on fighting heroes, so the betting pool's gotta be pretty big for me to actually participate.".

A faint "Meep" escaped the young hero as she with uneasy steps after being pushed would draw closer to Dimitri, Nuime's hand extending quickly to accept the bottle of cold water from him. A light expression of delight grew behind her hood as she found it to be cooler than the dud she'd nearly topped off already. It wasn't long before the cap had been removed and the refreshing liquid brought to her lips. A good near half of the contained water vanished down her parched throat, a sigh of relief parting from the sweater-clad as she lowered it again. "Thank you, Mori-san." An odd pause followed where Nuime parted her lips to speak further, but managed to say utterly nothing in turn for several moments.

Then, she would hold out the bottle towards Dimitri, cystal-blue eyes averting to glance across the street at nothing in particular. "...It would only be fair and logical to share the content. Please help yourself." Whether or not the bottle was passed back, Nuime would eventually look back at Cassie, bewilderment in her eyes as she evidently found it hard to believe that 'Thought Bomb' was a 'Nobody'. Her attitude alone made her stick out like a sore thumb, even without the use of her Quirk. "...I wonder if Watamote-sama would approve of gambling within our agency." She pondered, though of course she didn't look all too serious at the prospect of fighting anyone. Instead, her attention perked more at the mention of spectating matches. "I suppose it would be too much to ask for, Mori-san, especially considering your prior efforts of preventing dehydration without any repayment. But I would be grateful if I could be allowed access to witness these sparring sessions of your agency, to further understand and learn as an aspiring hero. I would be willing to add to the collective 'Pot', as they say, if allowed to observe. I believe it could be educational in understanding further use of my own Quirk, as well as better my chances of cooperating should our agencies perhaps decide to work together against crime."

After perhaps the longest sentence that anyone had ever heard from the ghoulish woman, she finally dipped into a respective bow towards the metal-armed hero.

Dimitri gave Nuime a somewhat amused look as he accepted the water bottle with a thanks and mulled over her request with a brief sip of water, appearing utterly unfazed by the idea of sharing food or drink with a complete stranger. "Well, typically civilians aren't allowed to just wander the facility as they please, but since you do seem to be genuinely interested in understanding how to get along in this hero business, I guess we could give you a visitors pass. Just...promise not to damage anything, otherwise Jack and I could end up in a lot of trouble, what with us acting as your chaperones and all." He explained, intentionally conscripting Jack of Spades into the plan regardless of whatever his fellow hero may have had to say on the matter.

The hero flashed a toothy grin at the prospect of potentially walking away with the day's deadpool weighing down his wallet. Better still was the fact that he technically had an excuse to join in beyond just having terrible impulse control. "Well, since we're doing this I may as well go ahead and ask if you two wanna sit in as well!" Dimitri said as his gaze shifted to the pair of American tourists, "You guys interested? Be one helluva story to tell your friends when you get back home, yeah?".

"Yeah I'm sure Samurai will have my balls on a stick if I let you guys in here without passes. The halls are usually open to press but civilians are another story. Can't have everyone without a problem that needs taken care of wander around the halls of our HQ can we?" Jack of Clubs said as he folded his arms across the back of his head and looked around and cracking his neck. "BUT if my friend here wants to risk HIS balls on a silver pike than that's his problem. I'll just have to say I thought that Alloy was told he was allowed to let you all in. I still got to wait for the receptionist to get back too the front desk from her bathroom break so I won't be able to show you guys around." Jack continued as he spit on the ground without care for anyone watching. "Look cupcake if you wanna go with them that's fine but me and Roland are going to get something to eat. We'll see you around if you don't want to go?" Cassie said with a bored tone as she scratched the inside of her ear. "You know that's not proper etiquette right?" Roland told Cassie as Cassie simply told Roland to bite her.
