gonna need some posts if you want me to do anything meaningful here

EDIT: I might want to instate a rule of posting in X amount of time, now that I think about it. After the killed momentum that was Tag Duels, we really need to get some speed back.

If ya'll want to do the three year cycle like you said, I'd rather we do it within four years instead of forty like we're doing at this pace.

Frankly, I would love it if Abyss Actors became an actual thing. Sadly, seems like an archetype that'll be confined to the anime and maybe the games.

From the looks of it they're getting released in Booster SP: Destiny Soldiers and 20th Rival Collection.

So uh...how 'bout them Abyss Actors? Darklords? Anybody pick up that new monster hunter game recently?


Don't care much about Darklords, but hot damn Abyss Actors. I love the way they adapted them into the game, they're looking to be a really good and fun pendulum deck.

abyss actors look to be pretty solid but they're lacking a way to search cards to the hand for scales in their archetype. You can throw in an odd-eyes but it becomes a dead card in the extra deck if you use wild heart the cowboy guy to make the other scale a 9.

Well, you're wrong on them lacking searchers. What they lack is searchers that don't need to be destroyed in order to search.

I mean, latest card revealed was a searcher I think. Wild Hope. Them searching isn't the issue, it's HOW they search.

Also they can totally use Odd-Eyes, it's a level seven. Off the top of my head, Funky Comedian is a scale 8.

EDIT: Wait, getting around pendulum scale isssues is why you play Extra. That guy is great for setting scales.

If you use wild hope's effect for a level 9 pendulum effect you can't pendulum cards that aren't named Abyss Actor. But yes there are cards that let you pendulum odd-eyes normally. When I meant searchers i meant cards like ROTA, U.A Contract, Pendulum Call, etc. Passive cards to just add whatever to the hand but otherwise yes they do have a few cards that do activate when destroyed.

But I'm more excited to see if Spyrals or Subterrors get more support.

How is DN nowadays? Has that issue with the images been resolved yet?

Also, ygopro is pretty good with checking new cards.
