Brianna recoiled from the pain in her foot. Her expression twisted momentarily in rage, "Why you little-" she inhaled sharply and forced herself to calm down. He was trying to get her riled up. She was the only person who could influence her own emotions. She couldn't let him take over. Her face smoothed into a calm facade and she happily took the syringe from Hunter. "Ah, at least there is one true gentleman in the room." She nods gratefully and for a moment watches the strange coloured liquid in awe, holding it to the artificial white light from the roof. "I think we need to be careful of him," she warns Hunter and then turns to kick Ambrose in the stomach with her sharp heel.

MISHA flinched and began clawing at ELAUNA. "I've had enough of people touching me, thanks!" she snapped, eyes narrowed to harsh slits. "I have a huge mess to explain, and I need to explain it! Now! To someone who matters!"

"You're sure sounding grumpy. What the hell is your deal?" Xavier asks as they walked. He couldn't help but take note as to the interesting color of Leo's pelt, but doesn't comment, deciding to try to figure out why the boy came to the forest.

Hunter watches her take the syringe and nods to her. "I can arrange that." He says, moving to place his hand around the back of the boy's neck. "You better get respectful real soon or losing sleep won't be the only thing to worry about." He threatens, voice colder than he's used. This was the real Hunter, and Ambrose didn't know anything of the past expieriments he had been apart of. He would learn real quickly at this rate.

Elauna ignores the claws and shoves her ontothe cot. "Shut the fuck up. You're being a spoiled little brat, and I don't have patientce to deal with you. Grow up, sit down, shut up, and let me work." Leo snorted and his stomach answered for him. "Hungry..." He muttered around the prey. The deers neck had begun to change color... due to amount of drool coming from Leo's mouth.

Misha breathed out through her nose, struggling to contain how livid she was becominh. She sat stiffly on the cot, steadying herself from being shoved over. "The herbs are all burnt up, lady," she called, voice cold and taunting. "What are you gonna stuff me full of? Your personality?"

Xavier scoffs. "Alright...well let's stop and get you some of that meat, huh? The camp doesn't need all of it. So long as you don't eat a huge amoutn, I'm sure it will be fine."

Brianna was grateful to Hunter's intervention. "You don't want to go along with this? You think you can escape us, Ambrose?" She glares coldly at him. Her voice is tight and the some of the hair in her bun has fallen out a bit. For a moment, she resembles a bad woman. She bends down, squatting with her face inches from Ambrose's. She presses the edge of the syringe to his neck. "Maybe you'll get out of here one day. Maybe not. The one thing I can promise you regardless is..." she whispers into his ear, confident that he can't escape Hunter's grasp. "... You'll never escape me. Even if you lose every memory, I promise I'll be their in your dreams." She stabs the syringe in and injects the drug. A name flashes up in her mind from the text The Boss sent her. "Just like you can't escape the memory of Pterea."

Leo stopped and flopped down, beginning to tear into the Deer's neck hungrily.

Misha paws at her to keep Elauna from touching her. "I'll tell you what happened," she said in a low voice. "I got fucking electrocuted." She laughed harshly, voice coming out in more of a ragged giggle than anything. "What the hell can you do about that? You're a doctor, now. All the faith of God in your capable hands, lady! Fix me." She shrugged. "Or let me go do my job and protect my leader."

Brianna sighs and steps back to join Hunter's side. "Now we wait. And we hope that he doesn't attack us in anyway." Her eyes slide over Hunter. "Ah, but you'll keep me safe, right?"
