Shizuka and Hibiki are at the capital city of the Machina. I don't think Miyu will be able to get by easily, even if she does have a fancy mech suit. And Shizuka does have Gwynn's shield.

Say, mods, did Raziel and Azaezel's players leave? Or they still around? If they did leave, would them dying from exploding Grafdakka make sense?

That might explain why Miyu'd venture into the machine capitol knowing she'd be captured. "We've lost the ability to win this war, but we might still get to choose who will."

As @Lonewolf685 said, the items are yours for the time being. But, I'd say that only Diana's sword should be with Shizuka, items from dead characters should respawn with them, for fairness' sake. After all, these items are part of the character so, the Nexus would recognize them as such.

No splitting parties! Diana and Bastion will have their chance of escaping/being saved after this next battle has been concluded, like any captured characters. That's how things work on this RP. Your characters are supposed to join the battle, if not they won't really have anything to do.

Furthermore, it's not because a trio of characters aren't around anymore that the Angel's will auto lose the War. Their numbers have already been replenished enough for the time being, after all the Heavens are much bigger than that.

A. Gwynn wasn't re-spawned by the nexus.

B. We would have a thing to do. Namely, assault the Blood Countess Victoire's castle, and attempt to claw our way out of hell. And if the Blood Countess doesn't defend it to participate in the battle, we probably get Diana/Bastion back. If the Blood Countess does defend it, we're helping out the battle by depriving the demonic forces of one of their strongest.

C. Those three characters that were killed and not respawned were high level, strong charismatic angels, commanders each worth more than the entire forces they lead. The fact that the nexus didn't respawn any of them is a harsh blow, especially seeing that the angels are literally reduced to leading their forces with a ghost and a zombie (albeit really awesome ones. Good job guys). While, yeah, the war isn't over for the angels, someone who was already cynical about the Angel's chances of winning (Miyu) might believe it to be.

Could always just say Gwynn and crew respawned but are out commanding different parts of the Nexus. KoL's main concern was that we didn't want battles taking place before the next "official battle". Though if all sides are willing to participate, a small scuffle could be arranged.

Oh, I thought it would be a simultaneous, "instead of" battle. That way it wouldn't hold up all the people fighting the main battle.

I might have an idea for the castle assault. Say we go ahead with the battle at the ruins. One side wins the others go as usual whateves, but maybe during it Miyu encounters Victoire and learns through dialog or something that she has Diana and Bastion captive. Miyu reveals this to the angels of course, but also the machina as they're probably eager to recover what they lost. They form a temporary alliance and storm the castle thus giving us a third battle and a chance to rescue the two.

Well, alright, but I don't imagine meeting Victoire without high tier Angelic weapons to leech power off of will be very fun for Miyu. Still, I think it's a good compromise.

I like your idea. Though I guess that more needs to be at stake, before turning Victoire's castle into a battlefield. Maybe some event will happen between battles to raise the stakes a bit.

Well that's just an idea. Maybe Sliske gets captured and he reveals the info, or Victoire gets cocky and says something like "I'd love to take you back to my place, but I'm already entertaining two guests. You may know one.", or maybe they all decide fighting over the ruins is dumb and sit down and discuss the captives over tea and crumpets.

Look I had to pick someone who knew about Diana and Bastion. Saying we captured someone like Suyiketsu wouldn't have accomplished much.

Race: Dora is actually a magic hammer. Her physical body is merely an avatar used to wield the hammer, and it can be summoned or dismissed freely. Dora is a legendary artifact that has achieved sentience, choosing to fight for whichever side is worthy of using her.
Personality: Something short and to the point.
History:

Dora is merely a shard to the legendary weapon Ukonvasara, the Hammer of Lightning. But unlike other contemporary Lightning Hammer's such as Mjölnir, Ukonvarsara forged lightning rather than struck with it's fury. Much of Dora's initial existence was to forge weapons for the Angels of Heaven, forging lightning bolts into swords for it's soldiers. But one day, Dora came into contact with a shard of the true Ukonvasara, a Thunder Stone. And through this thunder stone, Dora was able to achieve sentience and grew in power. Now she leads the forge smiths in Heaven to create newer, stronger weapons, sourcing the battlefield for more thunderstones to create weapons that are worthy for the gods themselves.

Powers:

Storm Caller - Thunder and Lightning answers to Dora's beck and call. She is able to summon torrential storms to flood the battlefield in water, or create powerful tornado that could launch even the heaviest ships into the skies. Or just call thunder down onto her enemies.

Astral Projection - Dora can create an avatar of herself to participate in battle, wielding her with mastery. This astral projection has great strength and endurance, perfect for the hostile conditions of the battlefield and forge. Additionally, while her Astral Projection can be "killed", as long as Dora still lives she can summon another Astral Projection to do battle shortly after the demise of the previous one.

Weapons:

Fragment of Ukonvasara - A mere fragment of the true holy weapon, Ukonvasara. Despite being only a fragment, this hammer wield considerable power from it's holy origins.

The Chosen One - Only those that Dora accepts can wield her. The unworthy cannot even pick her up, for it weighs so heavy even those with godly strength will not be able to move her. Those who are her enemies will be struck constantly by divine lightning, different from the nature sort in that divine lightning is not electricity or even a natural phenomenon, but a bolt of divine retribution meant to destroy.

Sky Forge - Dora is capable of forging anything instantly with a strike of her hammer. She could turn anything from raw iron, magma, and of course thunderbolts into weapons merely by striking them with her hammer. Most of these weapons are temporary if she only strikes them once, but if she has more time she could create a more permanent weapon for others to keep.

Equipment:

Thunder Stones - These black shards are said to be fragments of the true Ukonvasara. Using these stones, Dora can massively bolster the strength of her attacks, or create a powerful weapon by fusing the shard with an element nearby. She can also infuse the shard into weapons that already exist, increasing their powers further. However these shards are rare and only appear after a natural thunderstorm, so you can be sure that if there's stormy weather, Dora would be nearby.
