Personality: York is a very abrasive and bluntcharacter, but it's less out of malice and more out of social awkwardness. He is near unflappable, taking any and all situations like they were a conversation with friends over dinner. York also thinks himself very clever, and he's not exactly wrong, but there's times where his cleverness and his eccentric nature blur with each other and it's at times difficult to discern where the cleverness ends and the oddity starts. He's especially awkward around women however, leaving his love life a bit hopeless.

Items They Are Carrying:

-A Pack of Cigarettes and a lighter. York is a chain smoker, and can't truly focus himself on a task if he doesn't have his smokes. The same can be said for coffee, but he can't very well carry a brewer around in his coat pocket.

-A pistol of unknown branding. York is a crack shot with his handgun, able to fire with pin point accuracy no matter the range. Though these abilities may not be his own...

-His FBI identification badge. York whips this out whenever he introduces himself, usually accompanied by his reaffirmation of his employment.

Bio: Early in his life, York witnessed his Father murder his Mother in cold blood. While normally an event like this would come with no upside, after this event York was approached by an imaginary friend named Zach, who's presence allowed him to communicate with the he paranormal in any area he's in. Other than Zach's arrival, York has little memory of the event itself, but it did motivate him to train to become an FBI agent, one that specializes in profiling, in an attempt to understand why his Father had done what he did.

Over the years however, York became famous for his ability to solve bizarre cases that many thought unsolvable due to his connection with the paranormal. He was moved to the Special Agents division, where the FBI could capitalize on his unique abilities, which eventually led to him taking a case in the small town of Greenvale. York's main motivation for taking the case was because it was a young woman who was murdered, much like his Mother, and he wanted to use this case as an opportunity to better his profiling skills. It is from here that York will join us...

Fun Facts: York has an encyclopedic knowledge of classic movies, but B-movies especially, able to quotes scenes, actors, and directors by heart. This passion extends also to Punk Rock music (mainly towards The Ramones) and animation (mainly towards To, and Jerry)

Personality: At the beginning of the story Ken Kaneki is a kind, sweetheart-ed and at times naive person. Even after the horrific incident with Rize and being a ghoul Kaneki still manages to hold those same traits. This all begins to change after his torture at Yamori's hands. Kaneki becomes ruthless and cold-hearted towards his enemies. He even kills another ghoul for the first time in is life. He is still shown as kind and caring towards his friend but, can change in a heartbeat to those he doesn't trust.

Items They Are Carrying:

• Eye Patch to cover his left eye
• Mask to hide his identity, but reveals his left eye
• Backpack: this backpack that he carries with him holds a small cooler.
• Cooler: This cooler contains packaged meat, but who is to say what kind of raw meat this is.

Abilities:

• Rinkaku Kagune: After the organ transplant, Kaneki also inherited Rize's kagune. Rize's kagune is special because it has an abnormal regenerating factor even among the Rinkaku types. While his body is soft and fragile, his kagune focuses on providing enough brute force to take down even the toughest enemies. So far, his kagune can produce four tentacle claws that provide him with muscular blades to cut or pierce foes.

Bio: Originally born as a human, his encounter with a female ghoul under the name of Kamishiro Rize forced him to undergo emergency surgery procedures after his assault by her. Cunning and manipulative, Rize uses her charms and Kaneki's attraction toward her as a means of getting her next "meal." After the attack, Kaneki is rushed to the hospital in a half-dead state with Rize. A doctor of the name Kanou, who secretly experiments with ghouls, humans, and half-ghouls, transplants what Kaneki believes to be a kidney into his body as a means of saving his life in the dire situation. Soon he learns that he had part of Rize's kagune transplanted into him, becoming the first of many human-ghoul experiments Kanou will conduct.

Due to the unnatural abundance of RC Cells now present in his body because of Rize's kagune, Kaneki loses the ability to stomach human food, often getting sick or vomiting when ingesting any, and gains the powers of regeneration and kagune usage as a result. Because of his morals and attachment to humanity, Kaneki refuses to consume human beings as a means to sustain himself, even when the meat is obtained through non-violent means, rather he consumes large amounts of coffee, and, when absolutely necessary, will cannibalize other ghouls.

Later, he joins with several ghouls, Banjou and Tsukiyama Shuu, in order to reduce the amount of ghouls that cause havoc in the world to make the lives of humans better. Due to the nature of his ghoul mask and physical features, Kaneki earns himself the name "One-Eye" among the ghoul-community, and eventually "Centipede" when his kagune takes the form of one after he is put under immense stress, pressure, and anxiety. The CCG eventually dub him to be an SS-Rated ghoul.
