@VitaVitaAR I could do the "mind control" in regards of NPCs... Or PCs if the user gives consent. But if you don't want me to do that, then I can delete it no problem. Just saying that it won't be abused.

As for her... Lewdish perspective, as I said this MAY happen at very VERY rare occasions and I'll keep it PGish.

Well if i had to say, it is not exactly mind control, but more like hijacking someone's else voluntary motion control... In other terms "body control". But it requires mediation by teeny weeny microwires directly inserted in the backs of the necks of people.

And with this it is pretty much clear this is Manga! Legato Bluesummers, which has a nerfed ability when compared to the anime but helluva cooler.

Rules say actually no perfect mindcontrol.

@AtomicNut: Thinking on this more, my remaining worry is really that it can't work on PC's and seems to be all he can do, so he might be a bit... limited.

I mean, the only reason it's potentially acceptable is that he has to manually insert the wires from my understanding, in any case.

@Lmpkio: It's out. No Mental Refitting.

Mind Control is out because there's no reason for it not to effect PC's and it takes control away from other players. If it can be used from range, on anyone, it's out. I'm even still pretty wary of anything else that could be labeled "mind control" as well.

If it changes anything, Alain also has mind control powers, but they're extremely limited. By putting the Necrom Eyecon into a Ghost Driver, he's able to have the Necrom Parka take over another Ghost Rider...

I chose not to include this because the only other person who has both those is my other character, Takeru. That, and, since they're very limited, I didn't put it in the sheet as I had no intent on using it.

Well, he kinda has to launch the wires, and magnetic fields muck it up. It also requires a certain humanoid organic set up (like a medulla oblongata)... although canon wise, Legato was able to subjugate one of these never give up types of heroes for a year (and since the targets are actually AWARE of their bodies moving against their will, it's kinda jarring) so um, yeah.

Well then. If mind control is out please tell your co-GM to edit the first post to avoid confusion.

2. Relatedly, no blatantly overpowered characters. Perfect mind control, complete invulnerability, stuff like that.


Cause this line is misleading as hell.

Done so. Not even sure why that extra word was there to begin with, mind control is generally something that should never be considered in RP's, I find.

That's for any future powers she may/will get (last few episodes show such) but I don't think that coming soon is necessary atm. I'll get it out when I get home.

This is only a suggestion really... a small "plan". Its the ability to issue the almighty Shinra-Kōketsu (or of a similar form), which is pretty damn powerful. This will be Ragyo's endgame form, so it won't come into play for a long time.

Unless I'm mistaken, isn't the Shinra-Kotetsu's only major advantage tied directly to life fibers? Otherwise it doesn't seem to actually boost her that much aside from giving her clothes tendrils after absorbing the entire dead ancient life fiber.
