What I'm looking for in this RP is a handful of supervillains we'll have placed within the DC universe. Don't worry about making super fine details about which era of the comics it's inspired from, just toss a guy/girl in there and have him/her get taken in by one of the superheroes... or even just the police. I haven't seen all of the new film, and I don't read the current books, I'm just a fan of the concept from way back when Bronze Tiger was the 'hero' of the team. I should also note there can also be up to two government heroes or agents working with the team, similar to other incarnations that have included Bronze Tiger, Rick Flagg, Vixen, Katana, June Moon, the Atom, and Cameron Chase. The original characters involved can't be anything patterned off an incredibly powerful character like Superman, but you can have a power or two. I'm looking for mostly street level criminals. Or if you really want, you can use somebody from the source material like Capt. Boomerang, Harley Quinn, etc. who could still be a survivor of past missions and still under the thumb of Waller. Just none of the more premiere characters that are on several wiki lists as members like General Zod, Doomsday, Black Manta, etc.



When the first mission ends, any dropouts can be replaced with other interested parties from this ongoing iCheck before we begin our next mission. I've already got the first three missions in the pipeline. The first will involve a government research center in Texas that possesses fractured Scarab tech similar to that of the more recent Blue Beetle.

Name: Marcus Stevens

Alias: the Red Ghost

Powers and Skills: Marcus has the ability to make himself or anything he's recently touched completely or partially intangible for periods of time with just a thought. Stevens also has the ability to float/fly but not at incredible speeds. He is a skilled thief and hand to hand brawler but still requires a getaway car...

Weaknesses: His powers are limited and when he's tangible he's just a normal human in light body armor.

Personality: Marcus is generally very quiet, calculating, and is a very good judge of character. He often only speaks up whenever there's need, but comes off as a bit of an asshole. He has a ton of potential but would rather have a pile of cash after the perfect score.

Appearance: Roughly six feet tall, around two hundred pounds, in good shape, dark hair, often wears a dark red hood and red/black suit.



Biggest Claim[s] to Fame: The Red Ghost has managed to defeat Plastic Man and evade capture, as well as hospitalizing the Invisible Hood, and escaped Fire [of Fire & Ice], and he survived a rampage of the red skinned Loose Cannon.

How Long Have You Been in Prison: 102 days and counting.

Brief History:

Marcus was a semi successful thief across most of the Eastern United States until he went into the wrong city. After clashing with the Flash's Rogues in Central City, he eventually joined them for a single job until they set him up to take the fall during a heist earlier this year. Being apprehended by the Flash has had him locked up in Iron Heights now for over three months. Money fueled his criminal career for a time, but now he wants his freedom to get his revenge on "that bastard Captain Cold!"

Notes: Not much is known about the Ghost before his criminal career began. He mentioned being a high school dropout but seems to be well educated, and he didn't have metahuman powers until the age of 25.

Name: Cecil Monroe
Alias: None, though his squadmates may adopt one.
Age: 25
Powers and Skills: Super Genius(specializing in physics and mechanical engineering)

Weaknesses: Normal human. Though he's a brilliant inventor and can build improvised high tech from everyday appliances, he's not a genius in many other areas. He's not a great strategist, for one glaring example, and is often caught because he failed to cover his bases in planning.

Personality: Excitable and talkative, most people don't expect the “evil genius” to be as easy to get along with as he is. He might have done well in academia or engineering, but he is nihilistic and impulsive, and has been using his genius for grand attempts at personal gain since he was barely a teenager.
One thing that can be said for him is that none of his schemes has(intentionally) threatened human life. He is surprisingly compassionate and socially conscious, and has gone to court against the state for the rights of his fellow inmates on more than one occasion.

Appearance: A thin framed young man, of thick and wavy dark hair and black eyes. He has a tired look about his eyes, and is usually artfully disheveled.
He dresses fashionably, be it name brand street clothes, or a two thousand dollar top coat.



Biggest Claim[s] to Fame: Held a military satellite hostage from his mother’s basement at thirteen years old.

How Long Have You Been in Prison: On and off for twelve years. His current uninterrupted stint has been two years.
Brief History: Cecil first came to the world’s attention in what would become his accustomed grand style at the age of thirteen, calling himself a “boy genius.” He launched a rocket from his backyard that intercepted and attached itself to a military satellite. Once attached, Cecil contacted the pentagon and threatened to detonate it if he wasn't paid.

They traced his call and arrested him.
He likely would have been tried as an adult for treason or terrorism, but DARPA saw value in someone who could assault an orbiting installation with a rocket made of garbage and tried to employ him. Cecil went along with this, until he managed to slip his handlers and make off with two hundred thousand in embezzled funds. The FBI caught up with him six months later, but the money was never recovered.

He was never given a second chance, and yet has spent more than half of the time since his second arrest a free man. He simply keeps escaping. The list of privileges he is allowed in prison has dwindled until the only things he can have in his solitary holding cell are books, which he had to sue the state to allow.

I've been dying to join a Suicide Squad RP since I saw the movie!

Personality: Sara is a complicated woman who has had her previous personality overwhelmed by her addiction to fear.
Once an empathic young woman who saw herself as a champion of the truth she was transformed after her kidnapping into a predator. As a result of her exposure and survival Sara became a creature who feeds on the fears of others and has little regard for her victims viewing them with the same sympathy as a cat does a mouse.
It is only her tenuous grasp on her former self that makes her choose as her prey the criminal element and were she to simply scare them might be more acceptable than her frightening them to death.

History: Sara was once a respected journalist who's lack of fear and ability to get her story made her the most watched News woman in the City.
Some would think her troubles all began hen she was kidnapped by a dark unknown figure then humiliated, tortured and held prisoner for several days but they would be wrong.
Sara had been a fear junkie since she was a little girl performing stunts that awed her friends and terrorized her parents .
It was her need to experience fear that led her to enter the world of investigative reporting and that same need that made her the best.
It during her ordeal that something that had lay dormant her entire life awakened and on that day she became Nightmare a creature of fear.
