The Premise
Some time ago, a cybertronian scientist by the name of Shockwave attempted to collapse all universal streams into a singular point. He succeeded, and for a short while all that was, is, and will blended together. He was quickly stopped by Optimus Prime, but the damage was done: Universes unrecognizably scrambled, out-of-place artifacts entering timelines in which they had no right to exist.

You have been flung to such a universe, and have found a place onboard the Macross-Class battleship "Wavemaster" as an unofficial peacekeeping force. With nothing to your names but a shaky non-aggression pact and your own machines, you seek to bring order to a world gone mad. Whether you succeed or fail, only time will tell.

He has a habit of sauntering over to the bridge and trying to flirt with her as well as showing off much to her continual understated annoyance.

2: Hamburgers. Hamburgers are his signature favorite food that occupy a special place in his heart. No matter how far away he's from home a nice hamburger is always to make it feel like home. Lance is a true gourmand when it comes to the burger. He is knowledgeable in all sorts of aspects related to hamburgers. In his free time if he's not working on tuning his mech then he's in the kitchen experimenting with making burgers

2: GOING FAST. As a racer nothing lights his fire than strapping into a high powered machine made for speed. Car, mech, plane, it doesn't matter so long as he can go fast and feel that rush.

It's flexible. A part is just a segment of your mech that defines it, by either being an actual body part or a weapon/gadget. It acts as a physical location on your mech and grants you abilities.

Like with mine I had the obligatory head part which lets me attack, wings as a movement element that lets me fly fast, and for the sake of simplicity I merged both the torso & legs and the various guns into their own parts. The torso/legs basically being for tanking the majority of damage and some slight utility and obviously the guns being another method of attack.

Like say with the basic ass gundam Rx-76 would be like:

Head: attack(head vulcans), useful.
Backpack: useful.
Body: defense.
Legs: useful
Weapons: attack

Or something along the lines.

Of course, the ship wasn't designed to ever land, and when a life support malfunction forced the crew to make a controlled crash landing on Earth 65 million years ago, the resulting impact created a large crater beneath what is now Lake Erie. The stranded crew made their way west, where they eventually evolved into Sasquatch. Much of Cosmolossus' functionality is lost due to corrosion- the Cosmo Cannon's radiation collectors are crusted over. After eons of decay, it has exactly one remaining advantage- its overwhelming size.

Also, an actual point of reference for Size 2 and Size 5 would be... helpful. It kind of makes the crossover component hard if you can't tell how many points you might need for bigness. Hmm... and can points spent on size make the mecha smaller?

I apologise if the number of questions seems a bit much, but working out how to integrate canon mecha in such a way that they don't have an unnecessarily high number of individual parts... well, it would be bad to have five or six separate pieces if four would do. Especially if size is then needed, since it's a per-part cost.

No, that's ALSO wrong. Reading it simply: you have 10 points to split between the stats. Ability scores, if you will. They're all at one, and given that there's five I would assume you THEN have the points to spend.

Then you get to skills and there's 15 points in total. Which makes any martial arts ability a bit awkward because every single facet of it is split between six or so skills. Anyhow, these are fifteen points spent independent of the stats points.

That's what the post describes, anyway.

Uh... that wouldn't work for mecha at all, would it? Since I'm... assuming feet. At size 3 you basically get your bog standard gundam. Size 5 would be almost any super robot after Mazinger.

I mean, watch a few minutes of this and it should be pretty clear why that sort of scale would not work at all. xD
