A blue-haired woman caught the redhead's attention.
Sangue had seen her before, and oftentimes the woman was seen with a relatively reclusive attitude. She knew little of the woman...
What was her name again...? She... definitely heard of it several times. But for some reason, it didn't feel too clear for her mind.
The woman seemed to be concerned for Sangue, as she told the swordswoman that she did not need to follow every bit of the boys' words. Were the boys professionals? They seemed like they knew what they were doing, though the woman did advise Sangue to at least consider meeting with a professional before receiving an upgrade.
Glancing between the people around her, Sangue noticed a few reactions. A quick peek at everyone made her presume that they either did not know of each other too well or had... something bad happen between them. Shiro in particular did not seem like he wanted to do much with the woman, while Gren spoke with her in a relatively idle tone.
A conversation between Gren and the woman let Sangue know her name. Sapphire. It... was a pretty name. Less brutish than Sangue's name, that much was certain. Sapphire's features glowed for someone like the red snake, for while she seemed on the rather quiet side, she spoke with a sharpness that Sangue could never utilize.
Out of her usual etiquette, Sangue politely bowed, making sure she kept it small and short. She did not want to aggravate the woman by being slow. Even Shiro seemed weirded out by her slowness from the cafeteria, so Sangue made sure to try speeding her responses to others up.
Before she spoke to Sapphire in an attempt to get closer to the stunningly blue-haired woman, Shiro caught her attention when he returned with a Scroll full of information. Blinking, Sangue decided to listen to him attentively.
The instant moment he spoke of cerakote, however, her mind shattered into a million pieces. It was an inevitable fate, but a pathetic one, nevertheless.
The words... The words steamrolled what was left of Sangue's pitiful knowledge on technology as Shiro logically abused her. Not that he meant it, but it practically overwhelmed Sangue all-too quickly. Thankfully, her consciousness returned when he poked her arm.
Soon, the white-haired student became flustered when he told her to measure her chest. Sangue blinked at his interesting embarrassment, wondering just why he would not want to talk about her chest.
She froze deathly still, her eyes widening a bit as she put a hand on one of her breasts.
Maybe... he... thinks I'm... fat...?It certainly wasn't out of the question. Maybe... Maybe Shiro thought Sangue was rather fat, and the size of the swordswoman's chest simply reflected on that. Lauren and Amy did not mind because her chest size was not too different from theirs, but Ben...
A realization dawned upon the now malfunctioning Naga as she gulped.
Did
Ben think she was fat?
Her heart skipped a beat at that thought.
He... never talked about it, so there was no way he'd... think that. Being useless to the team was one thing, but being a sore sight for them was a completely different story. Panic washed over Sangue, her thoughts on getting an upgrade were polluted by thoughts that wandered off to things unrelated to technology.
She then realized she still had to get her measurements done. Without much hesitation, the redhead slipped her yukata off of her shoulders, revealing a naked shoulder and the clean steel of an armored shoulder pauldron. A sarashi was wrapped around her chest like usual, though this time, it seemed thinner because she did not intend on taking any physically demanding classes. Wrapping the tape around her chest, she went over to Shiro's Scroll as she inputted her chest measurements.
On her way, she bowed at Sapphire again for no particular reason aside from trying to seem polite. They were, after all, classmates. It would be rude of her to not acknowledge the blue-haired student, as she did seem to care for Sangue's health.
She did hope that Shiro and Sapphire would get along better soon.
"...I'm... done," Sangue told Shiro, not bothering to slip the top of her yukata back on. She hoped that her chest being large would not be a big problem. If there was a way she could slim her chest out, she certainly would use such a process... unless if it involved cutting herself open.
