@ThundercrashLikewise. Neither Drystan or Germaine can see the tournaments goings on atm, as far as i believe. It would have probably been showing on the room beforehand, but some brigand cut the power, meaning that all those patients riveted by the match(which I haven't even looked at yet, let alone read) will never see the ending.

Hey guys, what're everyone's thoughts on today's result?
It appears the polls are becoming more and more unreliable, first the Britosh election, then Brexit and now the American election.
Three successive incorrect estimates, anyway, for once (which is rare) I honestly don't really have an opinion on this one, I feel for the American populace as this was a horrible election to try and deal with, I suppose the only thing the world can do is watch and wait, and see if after all that rhetoric Trump isn't that bad after all.
Or unfortunately, Trump could be the worst thing to happen in modern politics.

Eh I never really got into the election on either side. I'm trying to reserve judgment until we see results, whatever they may be.

Eh, i'm British, so it didn't affect me much.

I don't like him, but he won fairly. Lets wait until he actually does something before saying how bad he is.

@Leos KlienI entirely respect his openly frank nature. For a politician to cut the crap and actually give straight answers is very refreshing, and I can understand why the American people appreciate that.

I just wish those views he is so keen to share didn't seem to be rooted in Dark Ages mentality. Of course, I didn't think Clinton was capable of running a country either, so hey ho.

I'd like to say that it doesn't bother me because I'm Scottish, but I don't truly believe that. Whoever sits in the White House holds a lion's share of the responsibility for the fate of the rest of the world - regardless of whether we like that or not - and all of Scotland's un-elected political leaders have condemned Trump. Labour called him a racist bigot, the Greens called him a racist liar, the Tories called him a bigoted liar, and the Lib Dems weren't worth listening to anyway.

Which I find funny, because he got elected despite all that, while they can't. Sounds a lot like jealousy, but it does prove the point at the very start of this. It seems in this day and age, people couldn't care less how controversial your views on a subject really are - if you are willing to openly give your views in the first place. Politicians never answer a question they can dodge, even if it is a completely benign and pointless one. When every elected official in a country puts more stock into lies and misdirection than the truth, it plays it's Trump card.

And as much as i'm a little unnerved by the prospect of a Trump presidency, I'm extremely interested in seeing the results.

Well, I never liked Trump, but I didn't like Hillary, either. Whoever the Democratic candidate would be, I knew it would be a hard election for them. Ever since before I was born, the U.S. has followed the same pattern. We are too comfortable to vote out an incumbent president. But at the end of the eight years, we hate the leaving president, decide all our problems were caused by that president's party, and vote in the opposite party. I wouldn't have been very surprised or upset by a Republican victory, except for the unfortunate fact that their nominee this year was Trump.

I'm tempted to feel fear-- for myself, but moreso for minority groups. But I'm trying to promote peace and trust in God through this, even if it only affects my own mind. Maybe Trump will be a decent president... maybe the responsibility will give him a change of heart... maybe it's time for the US to fall and another power to rise... we don't know. I'm not going to say the election was a fraud or anything. If Trump was elected, then apparently Trump represents America... and that makes me feel sad and confused, but it also shows how much work we still need to do to really come together as a united country.

As things stand now, I see two options for the next four years. Either Trump has been blowing hot air this whole time and he won't bother to make those promised racist and violent changes and/or Congress and the public won't let him. Or he will manage to make those changes, in which case the world could look very different and those of us who want peace and equality will have to get up from our comfortable chairs and fight for it.

I can't get Sun/Moon because I actually am poor. Not too poor for a game, but too poor to afford the console needed to play the game right now.

And as for time, i'll be next to non-existent until the 29th of this month. 2 deadlines closing in, a third shortly after, and an exam looming on the horizon too.
