Airship Docks

As Sapphire walked towards Beacon's airdocks ideas swirled through her head. Images of the various weapons she was currently carrying transforming into one another, adding dust characteristics and all manner of other upgrades. Being from huntsman parents paying for a new set of weapons wasn't exactly a difficult thing to do but she was determined to design and forge them herself. Sapphire's mother Melanie though a huntress by trade had always been passionate about engineering. Her semblance had been what she called Polymathematics, she saw the world as a series of equations, force, trajectory, angle, velocity, distance. While in combat it gave her a greater edge over her opponents but in the drafting room was where she really shined. In the years before her death she'd patented a number of more compact methods of technological folding and the servos and other mechanisms that made it possible. Sapphire had used her mother's work to further her skill in that field and was confident in her ability to create complex transforming weapons.

As she arrived at the docks one of the airships was in the process of disembarking its passengers. Among them to Sapphire's surprise was a student she never thought she'd see again: Geni Hung. Admittedly it hadn't been that long since she's last seen Geni, about two weeks, not since the first day of school. She'd been under the impression that he'd been expelled after revealing he was a former member of the White Fang and instigating a fight with a student named Ivan who hadn't exactly taken that news well. She'd looked him up that day after classes but his teammates said he'd been removed from their group and all sign of him had disappeared off the schedule. Sapphire hadn't dug any deeper into the matter than that though, the conclusion to her seemed obvious. Yet here he was two weeks later returning to Beacon with sleek new weapons strapped to his back.

He walked up and greeted her causing Sapphire to stop. "Geni Hung," she said, an amused expression on her face "long time no see. I'd thought you'd been expelled after the altercation with Ivan."

"A professor. She was a senior earlier, got promoted to professor. Teaches... Survival, maybe? Drawing a blank on what she's teaching now." Ben poured a round of the vodka his teammate had least hoped for, sliding one of them over to her and picking up his own. He held it high, as if in toast for a moment. "To getting paid, even if it did buy us pineapple vodka."

The Huntsman-in-training downed his glass and poured another one, eyes drifting over to the woman who had unknowingly been their ticket in. The white-haired Faunus was pretty cute, all things considered, and he had no doubt that Lauren was thinking the same thing.

"Why?"

Shuai Taidan - Sticky Situation

"Do you think I went overboard with the napalm?"

The firestorm below the team continued to rage. It was rather beautiful in the same way that a supernova was: hot and bright, but close proximity to which was likely to end in you getting roasted harder than a chicken in the oven (a fate that KNVS handily avoided due to the ability of Taidan to carry them all while flying). Still, the loss of the forest was perfectly acceptable in return for crippling the Grimm activities in the area, and the lack of foilage meant that it would be far easier to hunt down any future incursions. The Grimm were abominations to be destroyed, after all, and really, there should be no mercy involved when fighting them.

Varius Gilver | Sticky Situation

As the fires continued to rage, Varius had taken the liberty to cut away anything that was connected to the fire near him and his team, but even so, he cannot douse flames with a blade. It seems this fire would continue to burn until nothing was left, all he did was buy them precious time to assess the situation. The spider Grimm were visibly dying amidst the flames, their shrill shrieks accompanied by the rustling flames, the fire should continue on until it surrounds and annihilates the spider grimm nest.

Shuai referred to him for advice on what to do next. He inquired whether or not they should pursue the large grimm. All things considered, the mission is currently considered a success, as he looked to the flames and remembered his team's abilities...

"Considering the extent of these flames, the reward would not be worth the risk in this case", he responded. Basically, "no".

"If the mother spider comes back, we'll simply kill it in a succeeding mission", he finished.

"Your call, boss."

Hopefully their pay wouldn't be docked too much when they got back. He wanted to buy some new video games, and he was a bit short on funds at the moment. Although if they did suffer some financial destitution, it wouldn't matter too much in the end. He'd just take things easy for a while.

"I'm gonna scam the shit outta that dime," Lauren stated. It had just kind of slipped out of her, but as she heard her own matter-of-fact words, she knew she was about to roll with it. The particular con she already had in mind came as easily to her as breathing.

If you asked Amy Desire, she would tell you that the only way to cut to the heart of a millionaire was through sex - a slow, practiced lie, seduction and fucking choreographed to the point of sterility, repeated ad nauseum until even the idea of tearing your clothes off left you about as revved as the thought of an amputee checking your boobs for lumps. Sex was dope. But Lauren Negasi popped it open when she wanted to, not needed to.

That was why she hadn't taken the stripper on a second dinner yet. The only thing she knew was real on Amy Desire had been used up for half a decade.

Your tongue is the most important part of your body, god, she heard her Pops' voice admonish her in her ear. Talk is cheap. Talk costs you nothing. My tongue can take a dollar outta your pocket and put a dollar into mine all day long and it cost me nothing, yanahhmean, god? Your tongue's silver, god. Never use nothin' on your body until you're sure your tongue ain't the key.

Her mind cut back to the present. And the girl at the bar. And Amy. Amy would have fucked this broad and gotten what she wanted by morning, using every trick in the book to blow the teacher's mind. Lauren was better.

Lauren could make a paycheck just off of her tongue. And maybe a couple digits.

Maybe more than one paycheck.

My tongue can talk a dollar outta your pocket and into mine all day long and it cost me nothing, yanahhmean, god?

"Hey, Cap. I got an idea. A little gamble. I'll bet you this jacket - designer, leather, fits like a glove and guaranteed to smell like me for at least two hundred sessions in your masturbatorium - that I can go over there and steal her purse in ten minutes."

It looked like crocodile, she could tell from here, and that was good. Crocodile would sell for at least five digits. Maybe more, depending on designer, age, and ornaments inside. It'd make a worthy prize, one that thrilled her and her confidence enough that she could even risk a garment that she'd owned proudly almost half her life. Lauren shrugged off her distinctive angelic-colorway jacket and stretched her arms behind her back, pushing out her chest. Then she reached for the pair of sunglasses she made for herself and slipped them into the neckline of her black t-shirt, dragging the already dangerous border down slightly further.

"I have faith in my teammates," she deadpanned with a wicked grin.

"Do you." By now, Ben Lloyd sounded bored. "I don't see the girls around anywhere."

"That's because you've grown used to their presence, babe." Lauren shrugged her shoulders, like a boxer approaching the ring, and one jade eye winked in Ben's direction. "I'm talking about the other girls. Together, we form Team BASDDL. And we can do just about goddamn anything. So, whatcha puttin' up?"

Diamond - Infirmary

Watching the display of athletics, Diamond raised an eyebrow. How in the heck did that tooth puncture the cookie without breaking it?! she made a mental note never to tell a cat faunus off using the words 'bite me'. Fortunately this far every feline faunus she met only needed something shiny dangled in front of their noses to completely lose all focus. "Impressive." she grunted at Skyra with a nod, "And cheeky." she said, making a forehead flick gesture. Of course, her kinetic abilities made the flick traverse the distance between her hand and Skyra's forehead and actually deliver the desired effect.

She separated the cookies on two plates, set one on a small table between the guys and the other back on the trolley along with two bottles of chocolate milk, kicking it over to the two faunus. She could part with her share if it kept Emerald's thoughts off of what troubled her for now. Diamond was more of a meat eater anyway. "You guys knock yourselves out, don't mind us. We'll holler if something important comes up." she winked, turning back to the other two.

"Well, we can't do much until you are on your feet anyway. I'll see if I can find out anyone who'd want to have a round against us, I have a couple of people I can ask. If you could try to think of what we could actually do for an exercise and put it down on a file or piece of paper that would be great, surely you did some training to get here rather than being born with your abilities. Let's pool ideas and see what we can come up with." she said, grabbing a cookie for herself. She continued in a quieter voice: "So, how are you doing after this? I don't mean physically."

Meanwhile she took her scroll and got to work. Despite her conviction that she didn't need any, she somehow managed to make a few friends outside of her team, now it came in handy.

To: Cancerstick Buddy
Yo. Are you guys back yet? Are you in one piece?

Krysanthe watched Able's approach with a bit of curiosity, wondering if he would try to do a variation of his landing strategy. Instead he succeeded in impaling the cliff after a marvelously un-majestic jump. Then he activated some sort of dust device to splash water all over the cliff. Krysanthe was a little bewildered at this point but simply assumed it had something to do with his semblance. Apparently the water enabled him to climb the cliff like some sort of spider, however at the top he seemed to pause, his grip seemingly failing at the point. Krysanthe spent a moment pondering her own actions. It defiantly looked like he needed some sort of help, but he'd also said he'd do it on his own.

She shrugged and ran forward, inversing her descending strategy to make it an ascending strategy. Her lightened self sprinted upwards by pushing off her water jets and arrived at the top in moments. It was more tiring than one might think, a combination of running and jumping. She should experiment with this more later. Shelving those thoughts for later she then swiveled and crouched down to look at Able slightly below her. "You got this?" she asked quizzically, head slightly tilted as she looked at him. Krysanthe would have cheered him on but it would've just been more embarrassing if he failed, so doing it this was gave him the option of accepting her help or figuring out something on his own. Given he wanted her help she would simply offer him a hand up.

Air Docks
Prepping for Adventure

Gren was making good headway towards the dormitory, for once using his jetpacks to propel him in a direction he wanted to go. He tried to adjust his flight pattern using his thrusters, and while they allowed him some more aerial mobility Gren hasnā€™t the aerodynamic frame to zip through the air properly. No matter, every bit of data would be helpful. He kept sparse notes as he flew through the air, a journey which took about three seconds. He was about to hit the dormitory where he would use his semblance to land against a wall when something hopped out of the window and smashed him into the ground. He had just barely enough time to take out The God Eater and block the blow, but still took itā€™s full force as he was spiked into the ground below.

Such rough landings werenā€™t unheard of by Gren, but usually this was due to clipping a building and screwing up the landing, not someone purposely interfering with his arrival. Though to be fair, Gren supposed that anyone would have freaked out if they saw him flying straight at them as fast as an explosion could propel. He just wished they werenā€™t so violent about it. Getting out of the Gren-shaped crater in the ground he did a check for damage, and aside from a sore ass and back Gren wasnā€™t too bad. His aura level took a bit of a hit but nothing that he couldnā€™t recover with a breather.

Looking up Gren saw a familiar face; Guan Yue, the maid with team KESS. Or KSS as it were, as Gren hasnā€™t seen Ebon at all. He assumed the worse but it wasnā€™t his place to ask. He was sure word would eventually get around what happened to him. Anyways it seemed like she smacked him into the ground. ā€Good morning! I didnā€™t scare you did I? Sorry about that!ā€ Planting a foot against the wall Gren started to walk up to wall and headed to his dorm room. As he stopped by Yue he gave her a wave. ā€Top of the morning to ya. Donā€™t mind me, just having a bit of a walk.ā€

Reaching his room Gren changed into something less damaged. As he was going to possibly grimm and robot infested mines, he needed some armor too. So he put on something comfortable first, and over that he layered heavy ceramic armored plates. And just for good measure, he strapped those down with kevlar pads before finishing off with his usual ornate combat armor. Fully armored Gren looked twice as big, and he was already a big guy. He tested a few functions to his armor. He tested his thrusters making sure there wasnā€™t any blockage as well as activated his helmet. In a flash his head went from uncovered to armored. Looking through the visor he sync his helmetā€™s HUD to his internal phone, getting a satellite printout of Forever Fall. He made sure to get as detailed of a map as he could of Forever Fall so he and the others wouldnā€™t get lost while they were there. But they would have to rely on their own wits once theyā€™re in the mines, since he had no data on its layout.

After downloading that data as well as some BGMs, Gren was ready to head out. The God Eater was still operational, ammo was full, fuel was up, and the teeth was sharp. He had just about everything ready. Everything but one more thing: snacks. Going to his desk Gren opened up a secret compartment. His giant computer did need the hardware that required this entire desk setup. But there was a hidden compartment underneath the desk that was actually a mini fridge. He called it the Schrodingers Box, because he never knows if he had it stocked or not until he opens it. It well stocked with food supplies, both things that could be eaten raw or cooked as well as drinks. Looking through it he wondered what he should bring and decided on kebabs. So gathering up the ingredients, as well as loads of drinks, he packed them all into a cooler. There was other things theyā€™d need too, like pickaxes and shovels, since theyā€™ll need it to mine those resources. While the God Eater could chew through rocks easily enough, better to get the proper tools for the job. Gren was certain he could grab a few worktools somewhere around Beacon.

Once he was loaded up Gren went off to the Air Docks. He had a large cooler on his back containing all the food supplies for Shiro and Sangue, and another backpack with excavation tools. Theyā€™ll have to find boxes and crates over at the mine to actually store any ore they find, though if worse came to worse Gren could use these same tools to make box from the trees. Sangue was already here it seems, so she must be eager to go! Gren didnā€™t see Shiro around though he imagined it wouldnā€™t be long before the tiger faunas made his entry. Walking up to Sangue, Gren waved her down. ā€Hey Sangue! Youā€˜re here earlier then Iā€™d thought. Did you come here straight from the armory?ā€

Scoot was excited to have two people buying him food. As Jack and Cian followed, Scoot led them further into the city were the Horn of Plenty was, that is, the district with all the resurants. There were also food vendors off on the side of the road hawking their merchandise as well. Scoot went up to one shop that specilized (And only sold) fried chicken sandwiches. Moving close to this roadside stand Scoot stopped and looked expectantly at Hack and Cian before sending a telepathic message to the vendor. "Three please!" After telling the vendor this, Scoot ran over to jack, climbing up his pants leg and shirt to get on his shoulder. "Three please!" He said this time to jack and Cian, pointing his nose towards the vendor who was in the process of making three chicken sandwiches.

Geni's smile lessened upon the notion of his punishment. It was only a fight-which involved high powered weapons and Semblance throwing. Geni visibly shuddered at the idea if throwing his own Semblance around in his state of mind at the time, the outcome wouldn't have been as pretty as it ended by being. Actually, her assumption wasn't that farfetched, Ozpin had given him a break. Geni could only imagine where he would be if he had actually been expelled, most likely on the run. Ditching the Fang usually lead to that type of life.

Geni let out an awkward laugh and shrugged off her last comment. "Naw, they can't get rid of Geni that easily." he mused. "So how about you? What are you up to?" he began, eager to change the subject from his most recent failings.

Abel Fulgurate
@Eklispe

For the guardian, the situation seemed dreamlike. A fear of heights -or, as in his case, an unease of them- meant, of course, that all too often in dreams, he would be suspended in some high place. Beset by the howling wind, and clinging for dear life to, say, a catwalk above a canyon or a bridge between two buildings, he couldn't move for fear of the slightest error sending him plummeting into the abyss. Only now, this very scenario was playing out not just in the real world, but also in front of the person he wanted desperately to impress. Stiffness overtook him completely, so much so that he couldn't turn to look as Krysanthe crossed the gap with what looked like frustrating ease, and when she returned to check on him it took a colossal effort to prevent himself from reddening. ā€œSome help,ā€ he intoned in a quiet, deadpan voice. ā€œWould be...great.ā€

When the opportunity arose, he quickly took the offered hand, and the combined strength of two physically-oriented hunters-to-be landed him on ordinary terrain in no time. Masking his breathing as much as he could, Abel held out a hand to summon the Ampere from where it lodged, and obediently the weapon jerked free from the cliff and sailed into his awaiting grip. ā€œThank you.ā€ What a joke. He should have accepted her help in the first place. What kind of cool guy rejected a perfectly good idea to attempt his own stunt, only to flub it at the last second and ask for help anyway? Feeling exactly like a clod of earth that he shook from his jacket, he pointed his weapon forward into the forest. A little enthusiasm for a change might counteract the conflict brewing inside himā€”a tincture for the poison of doubt. ā€œOnward!ā€

He took one step and stopped again, suddenly alert. The rustle of underbrush could be heard, and while this could have easily been the sign of some wild creature like a rabbit or bore, Abel got the distinct impression that something a little more wild lay in store only a hundred feet away. After all, the Emerald Forest was stocked with monsters for the students to fight, as far as he knew. In Beacon's training classes, captured Grimm would occasionally be released for students to practice against as an alternative to them withering away, but out here, even in an environment regulated by the school, any encounter should be treated as the real thing. ā€œHum,ā€ he said aloud, hopefully drawing Krysanthe's attention. ā€œAlmost sounds like Gri...!ā€

The guardian's warning was quite literally cut off by the emergence of what looked like a laser from the woods. The ludicrously high-pressure stream of red liquid swept toward him, capable of bisecting anyone without an activated aura. Instantly Abel's instincts flared to life, and he threw himself bodily to the ground so that the cutting stream could pass overhead. He trusted his companion to do the same, or to otherwise leap over it. A moment later the stream ceased, and from the foliage emerged a Redcap--an eight-foot tall, bloated monstrosity half insect, half dragon, and all nasty. Unfortunately, Abel didn't recognize it at all. This more rare species of Grimm lay in the back of his class's textbook, but he'd never seen one during his years attending Palisade, or whilst on the wall. ā€œThe hell is that thing?ā€ He picked himself up as the creature ambled forward, giant claws outstretched. Reflexively he got into a fighting stance, and aimed his Ampere at the horrid beast.

The young Faunus could not help but send a quizzical look after Luke as he left. He had been acting a bit strange there at the end after all. In any case, she needed to finish up here soon or she might just collapse before she even got back to her room.

A minute or two later and she had sent a moderately sized ball of water back into the pool with a plop. Taking a moment to pick up her MP3 player, she shot a glance through the large lounge window to check on her friend. Bianca was doing fine it seemed. The person next to her was still just talking and they both seemed relaxed enough.

Her worries allayed for the moment, Beryl made her way up to her room and barely had time to change into bedclothes before falling asleep curled up on the very expensive feeling bed.

"You know..."

Ben's grin widened, and he reached down to his waist. Was his bet a good idea? Not even remotely. Betting against Lauren never was, let alone betting something this big. It was important, too. But he was a little drunk, not so much off alcohol as success and good cheer, and if he lost... Well, he'd figure it out.

Bastille's captain slipped Lawnslot off his belt and set it down on the table, sliding it towards the middle.

"You need to stop using a goddamn fire axe, babe. I've got enough spare parts to replace it before Monday morning. Well, for you to replace it. If you win it you're gonna know how to service it, and that means knowing how to put it together."

Oswald Connoly- Infirmary

How they were doing? The answer to that was fairly obvious, Oswald thought. Cobalt had nearly had his skull bashed in, Emerald got slashed up, Diamond's arm was permanently damaged, and he'd almost lost a lung after being shot by an anti-air cannon, being thrown into a tree, having his thumb snapped at the joint, and dragging himself over to rifle through a couple of dead mercs' gear for the flare gun that saved them.

They were just fuckin' peachy. "Seen better days, Diamond. Seen worse ones, too, though." That was an understatement. "There was the one time I accidentally impaled myself on a tree branch with my Semblance. Fuck, that was embarrassing." He only even knew that story because everybody there had told him at least a hundred different times.

That story was a better tell than the ones of his other worst days, too, that was for sure.

Cobalt sighed and shook his head. "Never mind Emerald. We'll fill you in later. You don't have to leave." He turned to the other cat girl as he said this. As for how they were doing... they would definitely be better once they started training and got their mind off the whole incident.

"Way I see it, I could always be doing worse. As long as I think about it like that, life seems pretty good." Cobalt smiled when Oswald bought up his story about his Semblance.

As they arrived to where the ferret had intended for them to go, he watched as a bewildered storekeeper just began making sandwiches, then he saw Jack and Cian, and he seemed to think it was them two who made the orders, then soon as that happened, the ferret told them what to order. "Three". This ferret wanted a lunch. He looked to Cian, then to the vendor,

"Uhm... Three please...", he ordered. This little vendor was small, but the food seemed to smell good.

"You hungry Cian? This little guy seems to be".

Krysanthe felt a little bad because there seemed to be a bit of awkwardness over her helping but Able's shout to press onward reassured her that everything was fine. However they'd barely moved when they once again stopped, Krysanthe perked her ears and turned to the noise curiously. She took a step towards it, paused upon hearing Abel's attempt at a warning and as Able did, hugged the dirt. It was at this point that she remembered the Emerald Forest was used as testing grounds for a reason and may not in fact have been the best place for a nature walk. She looked up at the source of red to see a monster that was faintly familiar, but not enough so to tell her anything helpful. "No idea, let's kill it before it ruins our walk. I'll distract it, go for a weak point, that orb looks as good a spot as any." Krysanthe said to Able quickly, not taking her eyes off the creature.

Technically they weren't on the same team and she wasn't really in a position to give orders either way but hey, it was spur of the moment. Having divulged her plan Krysanthe moved towards the creature and to its left, moving with startling quickness with aid from her boots letting out periodic boosts which had an increased effect upon her lightened frame due to use of her semblance. She would rotate around the beast until its back was to Able and then simply try to provoke it, via jetting towards it suddenly and then retreating, letting out mocking cries all the while.. Four arms, one tail, and whatever the heck its head thing was meant it would probably be quite troublesome to enter melee combat with it. That and you know it was like eight feet tall. However if the orb's location was even remotely similar to most animals it served as the creatures brain, meaning if Able can spear the orb the beast would probably die then and there. Ideally. Things rarely worked out ideally.

No matter who it was, if someone had a plan that seemed good, he or she would find Abel happy to listen and follow along. When Krysanthe offered a brief set of instructions, the guardian nodded his head readily. At the moment, he couldn't delve into exactly why he felt this way, but the phrase at last ran through his head. Lowering his Ampere into position, he prepared to charge forward and thrust the blade into the bloody monster's bloated belly.

Buoyed up by her semblance and propelled by boosts of water, Krysanthe dodged around to the side. Obligingly, the Redcap followed the yellow threat with its pointed proboscis. As she moved in and out of range, it kept its enlarged arms up to guard, and instinctively swiped at her with nasty claws when it seemed that she'd come too close. However, the Grimm wasn't completely brainless. Even as its attention locked onto Krysanthe, captured by her incessant taunts, it kept a bead on Abel. Instead of just letting the pair of students surround it, the beast moved sideways and back in an attempt to keep both in its vision at the same timeā€”if it could be said to have vision. Atop its slender head, the translucent, fire-red orb sat like the crystal atop a storybook mage's scepter, aglow with baleful luster.

Abel did not deign to wait for the perfect opportunity, and seized the chance to contribute. He advanced with his weapon extended to move its blade into the danger zone. The Redcap, on the defensive and acknowledging its lack of force or speed, simply batted away the polarm rather than devoting more limbs to a full block. Abel kept the Ampere close, moving it slowly closer again and again, so that over the course of a few moments, the Grimm ceased to register the weapon as a threat. At least, he hoped that would be the case, but the Redcap thought otherwise. Somehow sensing that it was being boxed in to a potentially lethal scheme, it attacked the less imposing of the two humans. After raising its large arms over its head, it hopped forward to crush Krysanthe, and at the same time whipped its tail at Abel.

Instead of blocking or dodging away, the guardian made a resolution. He allowed the tail to strike his side, wincing as he felt the damage to his aura, then quickly wrapped his arm around it. No doubt, the monster didn't expect that! The next moment, he followed up with a thrust to the back of its right thigh. He couldn't quite see Krysanthe thanks to the Redcap's capelike wing in the way, but he trusted completely that she'd avoided the easily telegraphed blow. He refocused his attention to the Redcap which, having registered the sudden wound in its leg from behind, lifted a leg to deliver to him a brutal kick. Instead, Abel stepped to the side, tugging hard on the tail as he did, and the Grimm was forced to alter the kick's path into the ground to avoid losing its balance. Next, it began to beat its wings to rise into the air, generating a battering gust of wind as it did, before slashing at Abel with its claws. Krysanthe, for the moment, had been forgotten. Abel smirked as he deflected the swipe with his Ampere and yanked on the tail again. Things hadn't gone quite to plan, but surely Krysanthe would understand the role reversal. Now the guardian was the distraction, and it would be up to the girl in yellow to burst the distracted beast's bloody bubble.

The voice of a particular student she had met literal minutes ago called out to her. Turning to his direction, Sangue looked at Gren with her usual idle expression. At his question, she simply nodded, deciding that telling him about her debate on whether to grab a snack from the cafeteria or not was rather irrelevant to the trip she was about to go on.

The large cooler on Gren's back made Sangue wonder if she had to bring anything with her aside from her weapons... before she realized that she really did not need anything in particular. Sure, she may have wanted food, but that would not stop her from prioritizing what others needed of her. She could be a nuisance by giving into what she wanted rather than working with others productively.

She continued to remain quiet, though her soft gaze seemed to follow Gren rather than stare off to empty space.

Airship Docks

Sapphire shrugged at his question, as though her activity wasn't really all that important. "Was going to go down to Forever Fall to test weapons designs, mine's not exactly been sitting right with me lately." She could tell he was eager to get off the topic of the circumstances around his removal for school for two weeks but Sapphire was still curious. Not just about the actual suspension but about the reasons leading to the fight. Best to approach that one indirectly though. "You'll be happy to hear that Ivan left the school, something about 'academy standards should be higher' and 'can't be in class with a damn terrorist'" she said doing an exaggerated impression of Ivan's self righteously arrogant tone. "To be honest I didn't really expect him to last. Too much steam, not enough fire."
