Most of my characters wouldn't take up slots as things per se. It is just that there is a strong interlink between some and others. That is why I asked. I will now have to seriously consider my character choices.

Personality
Touzoku's morale compass is very distinct and she ensures that those she surrounds herself with align with her viewpoints. She is also fully aware of her limitations and abilities which allows her to make well informed decisions. She has very few close friends due to her desire to keep her distance, but she trusts those few supremely.

History
Touzoku is a Kumogakure native, but she has gone to great lengths to ensure her homeland does not know she exists still.

Touzoku's deviation of the Sharingan was quite potent, enough so that she was quite a prodigy for her time. She was considered a valuable asset to Kumogakure's intelligence groups that she was brought in at an exceptionally young age - where she was conditioned to forget about her family. This put a toll on Touzoku, who spent hours a day using her unique abilities to gather intelligence from captured operatives. It eventually became so exhausting that some days Touzoku forgot where she began and where the people she was investigating ended. Knowing that continual use, to this extent, of her abilities could leader to her destruction, Touzoku spent weeks erasing herself from the minds of the people around her.

Surprisingly, this was rather easy, all things considered. Given the fact that she was separated from her peers at a young age, due to her abilities, there were only a precious few that actually knew of her. Coupled with assistance from Yui, she was able to ensure written records of her existence were also altered to the point that she did not exist in Kumogakure.

Touzoku's meeting with Yui is what brought her to Iwagakure, which she has called her home for over 12 years. She is the leader of Iwagakure's Black Ops, but few know of her post in this role and even fewer of her Sharingan. To shield her from her roll in Black Ops, Touzoku takes on the charge of teaching the new generation of Iwagakure's shinobi. Touzoku did fine love within her new home and has one son, Suukei, who is seventeen. Her husband left shortly after Suukei's birth and Touzoku has not seen him in over 16 years.

Abilities and Special Traits
Touzoku, by virtue of her abilities, is a master assassin. She also possesses an incredible amount of control over her chakra. Her unique Sharingan also pairs well with her skill in Genjutsu - something she is skilled enough in, partially due to her KG, to create potent enough illusions she can trap even bijuu within them. She is capable of using incredibly complex fuuinjutsu and medical techniques. She also possesses a very unique sword style utilizing her Ten no Shūkō-Ryō, which she is more than capable with, the style centering around high agility. Touzoku is also highly intelligent and has a naturally good memory, even outside her own abilities. Additionally, Touzoku is a sensor, which she utilizes frequently in situations that she is not comfortable revealing her Sharingan.

Description: Touzoku's only original named Raiton technique. Gekido is a single to multi-arc Raiton attack designed to be highly malleable. It is also frequently used as a conduit for Ranshinshō over a much shorter range than the technique, up to about 40 feet. The true strength of Gekido lays in its ability to have its speed adjust, as well as its path. Full speed Gekido bolts can be difficult to adjust, and it is impossible for Touzoku to violate the nature of lightning (she can't have a bolt double back for any significant length). The power of Gekido, as well as the origin of its name, is from Touzoku's ability to essentially hold the bolt at an enemy's body, slowly shocking them into submission. Gekido can use a higher chakra cost in order to utilize the effects of Ranshinsho in tandem.

Weakness: Faster bolts are more difficult to adjust, as well as significantly weaker.

Description: A deceptively strong technique that can combined with Totsuzenshi to create one of the strongest assassination Kenjutsu known. By channeling additional chakra through the blade, this time in the manner of a Chakura no Mesu, a melee weapon can have its length extended by up to 2 feet. Given the nature of Chakura no Mesu and Shinkeishi, the person can unknowingly have internal organs ravaged by the technique. Additionally, if weapons utilizing this technique are thrown, the Chakura no Mesu energy can continue past the blade, making blocking a thrown weapon with this technique exceptionally dangerous, even though it only persists for a short range. Because of the properties of the Ten no Shūkō-Ryō, the Chakura no Mesu from this technique can cut flesh if it is still connected to the blade.

Description: This technique creates a plausible, but alternate reality upon a victim. The beauty of this Genjutsu is that the mind plays out the fight, despite potentially being completely incapacitated. It also makes it exceptionally difficult to dispel, because there is little reason for anything to be amiss. This technique can be initiated through contact with Touzoku's Sharingan after the appropriate handsigns, touch, or through a fuuinjutsu.

Weakness: Maintaining this technique on separate people at a time is difficult due the nature of the technique. Since everyone in the fuuinjutsu method can be in the same scenario largely, it is much easier to affect a group that way. Individually putting people under this genjutsu is not only exhausting on chakra, but mentally exhausting as well, making it largely ineffective to try to do this on more than a person or two without assistance.

Description: Michi no Uragiri is a technique of unimaginable power. The technique can be implemented in a number of manners and has a number of various effects. With enough preparation and time, the technique can be near unbreakable. The strongest method of utilizing this technique is to place a seal somewhere on the victim's body. The seal utilize in this technique negates many traditional Genjutsu breaking methods and requires the seal to be removed or destroyed - the placing of the seal also negates many vision based Genjutsu detection methods (in this case, the lack of precision is a good thing). The eye contact method is the rarest implementation of the technique due to the difficulty of maintaining eye contact for an extended period of time. Once utilized, the technique creates a compulsion in the victim to cancel the techniques of their allies. The second compulsion is to recreate the jutsu's effects on others (done appropriately). In battle, this will typically cause a victim to move to an ally to protect them and place the same seal they have on them. Out of combat, they will be haunted by visions of the seal and be compelled to show it to others to have it investigated or they will be compelled to show an ally a technique they had learned/invented. What makes the technique exceptionally dangerous is that repeated viewership of the seal will compound the effects. If they are shown the seal a second time, they will be compelled to put themselves under the Genjtsu and, after that, be compelled to cancel their own techniques. Upon the third viewing of the technique they will use their chakra to create a physical copy of the fuuinjutsu on their eyes so they will continually see the fuuinjutsu and those that look into their eyes will be placed under its effects.

Weakness: Despite the variety of implementations, it is a very difficult technique to preform. Most well trained shinobi are capable of preventing visual contact with the seal in any significant manner. Secondly, the cancelling compulsion of the technique only affects jutsu the victim actually sees. It is also impossible to negate some techniques that have no handsigns or are too quick to be processed by the victim. Additionally, for visualization of the seal, it is impossible to implement this effect on anything bigger than an 8in x 8in square and the person must be within 20 feet for them to see enough of the intricate details of the fuuinjutsu to be placed under its effects.

Description: Teren is a deceptively potent Genjutsu. Teren requires the user to have seen at least two techniques of the opponent. Once they have, Teren can be used to 'swap' the memory of techniques. For example, a person that knows both Great Fireball and Mystic Palm could have this Genjutsu used on them. The next time they wished to use Mystic Palm they would instead use Great Fireball. At this point, many victims will realize that they are under a Genjutsu and will be able to break it. There are many ways to be placed under this Genjutsu with the most common being physical contact with either the user or a seal they have placed with this technique or eye contact. Touzoku's Mangekyo can use an advanced version of Teren that is far more than just a Genjutsu...

Essentially, the technique prevents blood from coagulating along the lines of any stab or cut an opponent receives from Touzoku without finding aid of a medical shinobi.

Weakness: Short range for more common uses can make it difficult to utilize.

Weakness: Dōkan's cannot be easily used on throwing weapon as the seal will typically degrade too much for it to be utilized in such a manner. Additionally, the longer a person goes without applying the seal, the more chakra it creates. Further, high preparation sealing techniques still take the time it would take to complete the handsigns to prepare.

Description: Shifts a seal created by Touzoku or her jutsu into another type of Seal. The restriction on this is that lower level seals cannot become higher level seals. The other effect is that, in essence, the seal can be impossible to remove or suppress providing Touzoku continually does handsigns. Shifting Seal can be used to create perpetually changing seals that create the same effect, but the corresponding removal seal changes as fast as she can do handsigns. The shift from the seals has no cost other than the continued support of the initial seal.

Description: Torihiki is one of Touzoku's most unique and potent techniques. Torihiki allows Touzoku to imprint the properties of her Sharingan on another's eye for a short duration. However, this causes temporarily blindness to her near range if she chooses to utilize her Sharingan's effects through another. She can, however, see through the eye(s) of the person imprinted with her Sharingan, although Touzoku can suppress the expression of her Sharingan until she wishes to utilize it. She does not need to use both of her eyes for the technique.

Weakness: Touzoku can only use abilities related to her Sharingan and the technique can only be utilized if Eye contact has been made. People that have been imprinted with the technique also gain the unique visual prowess of the Sharingan, which makes the technique ineffective in combat. The victim must look into Touzoku's eyes, even for a brief moment, for this technique to be used.

Description: Yumemi no jōtai is an incredibly powerful and dangerous genjutsu. This technique can only be placed on a person if they look into Touzoku's eyes, watch her preform the string of handsigns utilized to prepare the technique, or are hit by the fuuinjutsu that goes along with this technique.

Initially, this technique has no outright effect. However, when the victim goes to sleep, their dreams will be affected. This technique can be utilized in a variety of ways. Most commonly, it is used to create extremely vivid and detailed dreams, which are so intricate that over the course of the technique, they begin to believe that reality is a dream, and that their dreams are reality. This effect requires the usage of the seal in order to work. However, it can, without the seal, be used to create a sleep that does not provide rest to the mind, slowly exhausting a person over the course of the technique - which can be weeks upon weeks.

If the seal is placed, a secondary effect can be utilized that allows Touzoku to enter the mind of the victim while they sleep, often used in conjunction with Hitogata.

Hokkan places a seal on the victim which must be placed on the head. Hokkan has a powerful effect in that it can continually plant ideas into the head of the victim. The advantage to the technique is that standard Genjutsu counter effects only work temporarily on Hokkan, which allows Touzoku to patiently keep using the technique. The scope of the technique is very broad, allowing her to torment a victim with constant voices in their head or influence them with a sense of reason from a former mentor. Touzoku can even go so far as to create visions of altered memories in the heads of her victims, making them even see former loved ones as if they were real.

Description: Healing wise, this is Touzoku's pinnacle jutsu. With this method, Touzoku is able to use the full store of her medical knowledge. Use of this technique is restricted to only the most knowledgeable of healers, since any mistake done while using this technique can be compounded

Souken's first, and most common, effect is its ability to accelerate the natural growth of cells and coagulate blood (C rank chakra cost for the coagulation). It is considered more efficient and effective compared to lower level techniques that accomplish the same task (cell regeneration).

The second, and more potent effect is the technique can use chakra to duplicate a cell temporarily, until suitable biological matter can be found. The chakra cells behave as stem cells (she guides them to taking on the proper task and this requires a sample), taking on the traits they need to keep the system alive. However, unlike real cells, they have a significantly shorter lifespan and are fueled entirely by either the chakra of the healer, or the chakra of the individual being healed. These chakra cells will boost the natural healing rate to what they are attached to as well.

The final abilities, is with both of the effects combined, the chakra cells can become an identical match (in reality) as the ones that are used on the piece of flesh. This allows Touzoku to virtually create organs. The downside though, is the insanely high chakra cost of this. She could not completely restore every single organ in a body unless she had weeks at a time, when she could recover from the drain that is put on her. (She cannot resurrect the long dead with this).

The time involved to accomplish the more potent features of it and the incredibly high chakra cost. Cells created through the 3rd effect of the Souken are considered to be young in development. So, if someone's Sharingan eye was cut in half and the technique was used on it, it would reduce the effectiveness of their Sharingan, effectively reducing the amount of Tomoe or the skill with the technique. However, this will be regained over the next week.

Description: A blow landed with the Tojikomemasu will pull all of the victim’s chakra to the point of the seal. It will take about 3 posts (depending on how much time elapses) for the victim’s chakra to be pulled in. This limits their ability to use jutsu. If an A or S rank is struck with this jutsu, they could only use C rank techniques. It scales with the ranks of the individuals this seal is placed on.
