Name of Weapon or Item: Ten no Shūkō-Ryō
Description: In addition to the standard shinobi gear, Touzoku is in possession of a very powerful kodachi (1, or 2 depending on how you look at it). The name of her weapon is Ten no Shūkō-Ryō. While few know she is in possession of it, the blade itself decently well known.
It has three special properties to it. The first is when chakra is pushed into it, the blade creates an effect like a Flash Bomb projecting out from each side of the blade, which the wielder seems immune to. The second property is the blade can be split into two identical blades through the release of a fuuinjutsu. However, the kanji inscribed into the blade that are responsible for the flash bomb effect are only on one side if the blade is split into two. The third, and final ability of the blade is the inscription it grants onto the palms of its wielder - which is only able to be transferred upon the death of its owner or the willing relinquishment of it to another. This seal allows the bearer to summon forth the Ten no Shūkō-Ryō to their palm at any time.

Description: The Sharingan's abilities consist of two parts: the "Eye of Insight" (洞察眼, Dōsatsugan) and the "Eye of Hypnotism" (催眠眼, Saimingan). The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see the flow of chakra. The Sharingan itself gives colour to chakra, allowing the wielder to differentiate them.They are also able to tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular. The
Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognise genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe seals, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user, allowing them to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body and counterattack or dodge without any wasted movement. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not always have time to react.
The Sharingan's third and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to copy almost any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other kekkei genkai techniques. The user can memorise ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near-perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as their own, or even modify them to create their own new techniques. In order to reproduce a copied technique, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. A prime example is Rock Lee's brand of taijutsu. While Sasuke was able to copy some of Lee's moves, they put a much more significant strain on him since he hadn't trained nearly as much as Lee had. In addition to physical skill and kekkei genkai techniques, the Sharingan cannot reproduce techniques dependent on other factors, such as summons that the user has not signed a contract with.
The Sharingan's final commonly-used ability is capable of inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through genjutsu cast by simple eye contact between both parties. More advanced Sharingan users can take the hypnosis ability even further to the point where a powerful summon like Manda or even a tailed beast may be controlled. When this was used against Manda and the Nine-Tails their eyes took on the tomoe pattern of the users' Sharingan while under hypnotic influence.
The hypnotic ability coupled with the other aspects of the Sharingan can make the user appear as if they can "see the future". First, the user must perfectly mimic every move their opponent makes and possibly their thoughts and words through careful observation. Then, they suggest an action to the opponent such as hand seals for a technique that the opponent and Sharingan user already know and copy that. With these things done, the user can complete the action even before the opponent does, possibly using the Sharingan's genjutsu to confuse or delay them. As with other genjutsu, genjutsu cast by the Sharingan are capable of putting an opponent to sleep, inducing paralysis, replaying memories to someone else via genjutsu, or creating various illusions to deceive someone. The potency of the Sharingan's illusion is dependent on the user's knowledge and skill with implementing genjutsu. Two Sharingan users are also able to free each other from other forms of genjutsu by first using genjutsu on each other, allowing them to enter their comrades mind and free each other from the genjutsu. Touzoku's precognition abilities are actually legitimate providing she has contact with her opponent's eyes as she can see the formation of the thought as they prepare their technique.
However, Touzoku’s Sharingan is unique. Rather than follow the traditional evolutionary path, a fault in Touzoku’s genetics caused her to have a “derivative” of the Sharingan. This derivative gives Touzoku some unique abilities, and has been named the: “Hasenji” [Broken Path].
The Hasenji allows Touzoku’s Sharingan to see beyond what a normal Sharingan can see - She is able to use it to follow the processes of thought and memory. However, she must remain in eye contact with her opponent for this ability to work. In addition, she is only able to gleam from surface thoughts and memories [unless she actively knows the memory or thought she wishes to affect] unless she can maintain prolonged eye contact with somebody.
However, her ability to affect memories has the potential to be much more than this: Touzoku is able to alter or even destroy memories. She is able to destroy specific memories, i.e., memories that she knows the person possesses and she has in the front of her mind. With prolonged eye contact, she is able to destroy other memories as she searches for them, or is able to alter them accordingly. Because of this, the technique is only really useful when she can use it in short bursts, and by virtue of this, she knows the specific memory she wishes to alter or destroy. It takes roughly three seconds of eye contact to destroy or alter a memory that she knows.
With prolonged eye contact, it is possible for Touzoku to destroy more than just surface or specific memories. She is able to destroy a person’s entire mind if she if left to look into their eyes for an extremely long period of time. However, this would take a colossal amount of chakra and time. This, obviously, is not feasible. She is able to destroy an opponent’s memory of their jutsu if left for long enough, but this too is not feasible for battle. In battle, she is able to block her opponent’s ability to transfer the memory of the jutsu and how to perform it from their long-term memory to their short-term memory, essentially removing a jutsu from the fight with eye contact.
Each of these abilities [Blocking a memory, altering a memory and destroying a memory] require different levels of chakra and progressively longer levels of eye contact, so blocking a memory is by far the easiest option, altering the second easiest and destroying by far the most difficult.
Touzoku’s ability to alter memories is her most practiced ability, and by virtue of this her most powerful aspect of the Hasenji. It, ironically, would be her most well-known ability should any of her victims remember her doing it. She is able to alter memories she is looking for in but a brief glance at her opponent’s eyes. This makes Touzoku exceptionally potent at espionage missions, and any form of covert operations that require pacifism.
Touzoku can use the Kotoamatsukami. It should be noted that Touzoku cannot gain a Mangekyou Sharingan.
