Mark Patterson, CEO of Phoenix Security Services, formerly known as Anarchy, was in a meeting with his head of security operations, John Stewart. He looked up as Kevin Kirk, his assistant, opened the door. "Sir, there two men here to see you, Bruce Wayne and Oliver Queen."

"Of course," he said, "send them in." After they entered, he greeted them. Neither looked too happy to see him, but they weren't openly hostile. "So, how's the the plan coming?"

"Not too good," said Queen, "Building a prison colony at the bottom of ocean isn't exactly easy."

Across the way, on the roof of a neighboring building stood a hooded figure. Through a pair of compact binoculars, the renegade archer called Arsenal spied his target's office. He could see Patterson inside along with his security chief, the former Green Lantern John Stewart. Normally he would be crazy to attack Anarchy head on, especially while Stewart was still on the premises. The building was heavily guarded, but as far as Roy knew John still possessed his power ring and could become the Green Lantern again at a moment's notice. He needed to be lured out of the picture, and Arsenal believed he had just the thing for that.

"Look's like we're all set," he said into the earpiece under his hood. Arsenal wasn't alone, a meta named Toon Girl was somewhere on the ground level. Roy met Light not too long ago, and somehow managed to convince her to join his little crusade against Anarchy. Why she agreed, Roy didn't actually know, but that didn't matter. All that mattered was that, unlike his ill-fated first attempt to stop Anarchy as Red Arrow, Roy had backup of his own this time, "Stewart's still in the office. Make that distraction as loud as you can. Whatever it takes to get John to respond personally." Roy's plan was simple. Light, who was damn-near indestructible, would create a distraction. This would hopefully keep John Stewart focused on her so that Roy could go after Anarchy directly without a Green Lantern standing in his way.

He waited a few moments until he could hear what surely had to be whatever distraction Toon Girl was making. At that time, he readied a zip-line arrow and aimed it just above Patterson's office window. The next thing everyone in the office knew, an arrow made a small thunk against the building before a hooded man came crashing through the window. Arsenal was quick, landing on the floor to quickly roll back to his feet with a new arrow almost instantly ready to fly, "Mark Patterson, you have-" Roy froze, realizing all too late that John wasn't the only former superhero on the premises. Even if John left to deal with Toon Girl, Patterson was still accompanied by two men Roy knew all too well. Suddenly his plan went from being only a little risky to being downright suicidal. He didn't have time to think, Arsenal just shot his arrow squarely in Patterson's direction knowing damn well that either Bruce or Ollie would easily intercept it and then bolted for the window he'd entered through and actually leaped out.

"Abort!" Arsenal barked into his earpiece, making sure his modulator was distorting his voice so Ollie wouldn't recognize him, "Queen and Wayne are both here! I repeat: Abort!"

John Stewart heard an explosion near the building and ran over to a window to look out. Smoke, or perhaps dust, covered the street below and he couldn't get a good view of what was happening. "I'll go see what's happening." he said, looking at Mark. "This could be an attack. You four stay here." With that he took off his suit jacket, opened a window, and activated his ring. It had been over a month sense he'd worn his old uniform, but it felt as familiar as the last day he'd worn it. He jumped out the window and flew towards that dust cloud.

Mark Patterson turned towards the others. "Don't worry. Probably another villain who's relapsing. I'll have to look over our rehab process. Maybe there's something we can..." The window shattered and a man came flying threw it, rolling to slow his forward momentum and coming up, arrow drawn.

"Mark Patterson, you have-", the man froze, the shot an arrow at Anarchy before jumping out the window he had just entered through. "Abort!" the man yelled into an earpiece, "Queen and Wayne are both here! I repeat: Abort!"

Anarchy deflected the arrow with a flick of his wrist, sending it into the front of his desk. He motioned and a hidden weapon's locker behind his desk opened, revealing his yellow and black armor and weapon. "Kevin, protect them." he said, motioning towards his gear. It flew towards him and attached itself properly to him, guided into place by his powers, and after taking a few seconds to amplify himself, he jumped out the window towards the attacker.

"Yes, sir." Kevin said, walking over to the two men. He pushed a button on his wrist computer to summon security and looked at the guests. "Don't worry," he said. "We'll catch him."

Oliver nodded, then looked at Bruce. "Did he seem familiar to you?"

"Something about the way he moved." Bruce responded. "He's definitely had some training."

Anarchy's main office building loomed in the distance. It was a shame it wasn't a dark and stormy night to set the mood a bit better, but then the weather often doesn't want to cooperate. Either way, Arsenal had a plan to take down Anarchy, and it involved Light (or Toon girl, or Toon lady, she didn't really care) being a distraction of sorts. While Arsenal was a bit suicidal, attacking Anarchy head on by invading his main building, he at least understood that Light was a great distraction. Of course she was a bit weary of the green lantern that Anarchy had under his thumb, being able to be bound by her namesake wasn't the funnest thing in the world, especially when that lead to needles later down the line, usually in the eye...

"Well, best not to think about that." Light said to herself, making her way up to the ground floor of the main building as per Arsenal's plans. It was pretty easy to get to the entrance, what with popping out of a toonish wormhole then smashing open the doors, but she figured that the alarm being set off wouldn't be enough to really satisfy Roy, the guy was a bit... direct. Getting Arsenal's order to cause chaos, she started to pull and throw whatever she could get her hands on, nearly becoming a tornado of papers, tables, chairs, and tiles as those objects flew into random parts of the building. At least until the guards came to see what all the ruckus was.

There was collateral damage before they started to open fire at Light. While there were scraps and pieces of wood, paper, ceramic, and plastic spew on the ground floor and in the walls, a few of the blunter pieces found their way into the groin of a few guards. Of course, once the gunfire started, Light stopped her little throwing fit, knocking over a table to dodge some of the guard's gunfire. While being turned into swiss cheese didn't bother her too much, she'd rather not have to deal with the pain of a couple hundred bullets going through her body. Rumaging in her dress, she pulled out a crate that said ACME in red letters seemingly out of nowhere. Wanting to play army, she opened it and tossed the black cartoony bomb it contained at the guards.

Now, unknown to Light until a bit later, that was a bad move. The bomb itself had an unusually long fuse for an ACME product, and while most of the guards ducked for cover, one of them had the idea to toss it back at Light. Light herself was waiting for the loud 'kaboom', and when it happened, it happened a bit too close for her liking, sending her out of the building while causing a considerable amount of damage to the ground floor and knocking most of the guards into a wall.

It was around this point that Arsenal's voice over her earpiece told her to abort the mission as he jumped out of the window he had went in, right above where Light was laying face up to the sky. Noticing the person falling towards her, Light got up and scrambled to get into a position to catch them should they not have a plan. She was sure it was Roy, but she could always be wrong.

As he made the leap, Arsenal could hear sounds behind him. Had to be Anarchy, he was the only one in that room with actual powers, and that meant that Patterson was pursuing him personally. Not the best scenario in the world, especially since Light was directly below which likely meant that John was still somewhere nearby. Even against Anarchy alone, Roy's chances were slim at best, but they at least were still there. Against the combined efforts of Anarchy, Green Lantern, and even Batman and Green Arrow should the two decide to get involved? Those chances instantly went from slim to more or less negative.

Roy silently cursed his rotten luck, but he wouldn't let that drag him down. He managed to twist his body around in midair so that he was looking up at the pursuing Anarchy and aimed another arrow at him, "Trick or treat you son-of-a-bitch!" he shouted, letting the projectile fly. This arrow was... special. Arsenal knew full well that Anarchy could stop or deflect a normal arrow, so he cooked up something a little special. This specific arrow was not only rigged with explosive C4, it also had a micro-sized timer for a detonator that would ensure the arrow would explode shortly after being shot out. If Roy calculated the timing correctly, the arrow should theoretically blow up in Anarchy's face too soon before he could catch it or deflect it with his telekinesis. His armor would probably still protect him, but Roy would take even the smallest advantage he could get if it meant getting himself and Light out of here alive.

Speaking of Light, Roy crash landed onto her roughly two or three split seconds after releasing the exploding arrow on Anarchy. Hell, the only reason he even took the shot midair like that was because he managed to notice Light preparing to catch him beforehand. The landing itself was... rough to say the least, but Roy was more or less unscathed and able to stand back up nonetheless, "Come on! He won't be slowed down for long!" even as he spoke, Roy threw down a pair of smoke bombs to hide them from enemy vision and wasted no time in yanking the cartoony girl to her feet and make a hasty retreat to a manhole nearby. If they could get underground before being spotted then they would still have a chance to lose them.

Anarchy instinctively covered his face from the explosion, and when the smoke cleared looked down to see a cloud of smoke on the sidewalk in front of his office. The Lantern flew over. "I cleared civilians from the danger zone." Wind blew the smoke away and they saw that the two attackers were gone. "I take it they went down the sewers?"

"Unless they can teleport." Anarchy responded, then tapped a button on his wrist computer. "Boomerang, get your lazy ass out here, and bring one of those tracker-bots we bought from Dr. Ivo." Less than a minute later six men in armor, the lead one wearing a belt with boomerangs on it, came out followed by a rough robotic approximation of a German Shepherd. It's skin was made of a titanium mesh and any hair it had was part of a system designed to detect air currents. Anarchy motioned land and motioned to the manhole cover. "I was just attacked. I believe the attackers went through there."

Boomerang motioned to the dog and it sniffed around, and the Australian ex-villain got an update on his wrist-comp. "Someone went down there less than five minutes ago. He's only picking up one scent, though."

"Strange." said Anarchy. "We'll figure out why after you bring them back. And try to bring them back in one piece." he said, referring to the last time he was attacked and Boomerang accidentally cut the man's arm off.

"Yes, sir." he said military style, then, after saluting, ordered his men to open the cover so they could follow.

Anarchy and the Lantern flew back to the office and saw the last of the team drop into the sewers, taking the fake dog with them. "Sorry about that. No idea who that was." said Anarchy, looking more at the clock than his guests. "We'll have to make this quick, as I'm due home in just over two hours." The men nodded. Mark looked at the former archer. "So, Ollie, what have your architects come up with?"

Being a toon really had its ups and downs. Somedays you weren't sure if the person you tried to catch would land in your arms or flatten you. This time though Arsenal, while uninjured from his fall, did manage to squish Light to a pancake as she caught him. He was nice enough though to pick her up after laying down a smokescreen cover, dragging her currently paper thin body down into the nearby sewers.

"So, why'd ya abort there?" Light said to Arsenal, the two making their way through the sewer system, Light still being carried by him as she blew herself back up to normal, Arsenal dropping her onto her feet when she suddenly gained a few kilos. Keeping pace with the red archer as he guided them through the sewers, she thought to herself a bit. "Wonder how badly they're chasing us right now. We did both just use a few explosives on the big bad's HQ" she said, giving him a toothy grin.

Two hours later Mark Patterson shook hands with his business colleges. "Well I guess that's about it for the planning phase. They started construction on the guard buildings yesterday, so we'll need to finish this up some time in the next week so they can start on the main building."

"We'll work out the details and get something to you by Thursday." said Bruce. "Now with that out of the way, are you two coming to the memorial tomorrow? I'm giving the speech for the Superman day service in Metropolis."

"I'll definitely be there." said Oliver. He looked at Mark. "You?"

"Well, Tara was wanting to go, but I don't think everyone would be too happy if I showed up. I'll watch it on tv, though, and contact Lois personally."

Wayne nodded. "In that case, I'll be going."

"Need to use the Ztube?" Mark asked. All Pheonix Security Services offices were equipped with private zeta tubes so that they could move personnel around easily.

"No, I drove the Lambroguini." he responded. "After all, it's only a few miles."

"Well, I'll need to use it." said Queen, "At least If I want to get home before this time tomorrow."

"I'll show you the way." Mark said. "I already added the two of you to it, though, so if you need to come back here you won't need to use public transport or some other tube in the city." They left the office and, when Queen and Patterson reached the Z tube they met Kevin who had just arrived.

"Sorry it took so long, sir. I had to stand in line. Apparently they really were one of the most popular places in Tokyo."

"Thank you." Mark said, taking the bags. "I'll see you tomorrow."

"I've got the day off tomorrow. I'm helping Lois set up for tomorrow night's service."

Mark nodded. "I guess it really has been a long day. I should ha e remembered that." He said goodbye, the motioned for the guard to open up the gate for Oliver back to Star City.

The gate scanned the former archer. "Recogized. Oliver Queen." it said in a feminine robotic voice. Oliver stepped through and it shut down. Mark motioned to the guard again and again the z tube spoke. "Recognized. Mark Patterson."

He stepped through and arrived at Wayne Enterprises lunar resort, formerly known as the Watchtower, but now redesigned with apartments for the rich and the station's crew. Wayne had also added a tourist area with it's own public Z tube for those that wanted to visit. This part of the resort, however, was sectioned off from the tourist area with security scanners. They used the same scanning algorithm as the z tube he just used, the original one from when the Justice League used this place. In fact, it was wondered that every former Justice League and Teen Titan member was still authorized to use it.

After the tube announced his arrival, he waved to the guard and made his way to the apartment he shared with his girlfriend, Tara Markov, a moderately sized apartment with a perminant earthrise out the window.

"Bruce Wayne and Oliver Queen..." Roy replied between gasps for breath. They were still in the running away process so they didn't exactly have time for a calm conversation. Still, since she asked him he answered honestly, "...they were both there, in Patterson's office." as Roy explained this, he was leading them across the water channel of the sewer. He remembered having to escape from a robotic bloodhound once before as Red Arrow, and suspected that Patterson might try that tactic again. Robot or not, its senses could be fooled like any bloodhound by simply treading through water. This would theoretically mask their scent, the added odor of the sewer only masking it further. Sewers weren't a glamorous escape route, but they were effective.

"Taking on Anarchy and Green Lantern is one thing... but the two of them plus Batman and Green Arrow? That's a horse of a different - Argh!" Roy suddenly yelped, as if suffering a sudden shooting pain. He let go of Light and his real hand clutched at his prosthetic arm. The prosthesis was advanced, able to mimic human arm and hand movements perfectly. That level of accurate movement came at the cost of suffering from chronic phantom limb pain, and of course Roy just had to have one of those episodes now of all times. In spite of his initial reaction, Roy was able to keep a remarkable straight face afterword, with only a very small twitch in his eye as his one and only tell that he was suffering.

Two hours passed before the phantom limb pain finally decided to subside. The episodes were not constant, but instead happened infrequently and for seemingly random increments of time when they did, "Sorry about that..." Roy told Light, the episode had pretty much forced them to stay in one place while Roy rode out the painful episode, "...wish I had more control over those." he clutched his prosthetic hand into a fist while shooting it a brief glare. However, those two hours of pain gave Roy an epiphany, and only now did he decide to tell his companion about it.

"I'm going about this all wrong." he suddenly said, "Way things are now, Patterson's untouchable. We need a better strategy... and a bigger team wouldn't hurt either."

Green Arrow and Batman, no wonder why Roy decided to abort! Light had heard stories of those two and their exploits, and their liberal usage of ropes and glue bombs, it was like having two more Green Lanterns! Soon after Roy explained everything that had been going on, he keeled over clutching his robotic arm as if he was in pain. "You ok? I didn't think I was that heavy..." Light said, looking around to protect Roy as he was having his episode.

A couple hours of waiting though got really boring when nothing happened, Light laying on one of the nearby pipes to keep watch until Roy apologized for the delay. "You know, I could just carry you. You don't weigh anything to me." Light said, hopping down to walk next to Roy, giving him a toothy grin while flexing her biceps to emphasize her strength, even though they didn't change much. This is around when Roy seemed to have a gleam of deep insight as he commented that the two of them wouldn't be enough to end this and that they should get more team members. Light didn't say anything and nodded, she did wonder why he never insisted on this before, but she figured losing cleared his mind a bit.

"Lead the way. I don't know many people who could help myself. I didn't get much opportunity to... socialize." Light said to acknowledge Roy. It was nice that Roy didn't ask much about where she came from, Light really didn't feel like bringing up bad memories, even if she couldn't really remember most of them short of what Anarchy or one of his lackeys did to her.

As Toby sat there in the alley, seeing what just happened. He saw the group drop into the sewer, and he kind of wanted to follow them. But how can he trace a group of, he guessed "heroes", through an entire cities sewer system? Oh well, might as well try. He sneaked over to the man-hole and quietly dropped down. Then proceeded to follow the footprints as far as he could and heard people walking, so he slowed down and continued to follow. He found them, they weren't moving very quickly. But he could get the name "Wayne" out of his mind, it meant something to him, but he couldn't remember what. But he didn't think about it too much as he continued to follow the group as quietly as possible.

"You know, I could just carry you. You don't weigh anything to me."

Roy shifted his gaze, ever-so-slightly glancing to their rear without actually turning his head to look. He knew they were being followed since before his episode. Unless one had League-of-Assassins-level training, then sneaking up on a trained combatant like Roy was nigh-impossible. As a response to Light, he said, "That wasn't why I stopped." Which certainly sounded like a cryptic answer. Of course, that was the point, it needed to sound generic so that their mysterious tail wouldn't be suspicious. Thankfully, that wouldn't be needed for much longer.

Without any kind of warning, Roy snatched a specific arrow from his quiver and - after quickly spinning around with his bow - fired it into the darkness behind them. The arrow stuck to the corner of a wall, only to suddenly light up like some kind of oversized roman candle. It was effectively a flare attached to an arrow that would light up that particular section of the sewer. Unfortunately for their follower, bright green hair and yellow eyes were difficult enough to keep hidden without a flare lighting up the room. His presence was now revealed for Light to see.

"Consider that your warning shot!" Roy barked, having already switched his voice modulator back on, his voice sounded like it had previously: deeper and distorted, "Since you already passed up a prime opportunity to attack us..." he said, indicating the two hours he'd spent riding out his episode, "...I'll just assume you don't work for Patterson, but whoever you are you've got about ten seconds to explain yourself, or this next one..." he'd already drawn one of his normal diamond-tipped arrows, "...goes through your heart!"

As the arrow hit the wall near him, it made a loud snapping noise which scared Nuke. Then he slowly stood up and walked forwards with his hands in the air, "Calm down, I'm not one of them. I heard you say the name 'Wayne'. I know that name from somewhere, but I don't remember where." Then he walked into the light. "I want to help you. I'm tired of them pushing us around." He said as he stood there, afraid of how they may react. "I'm one of you. I have 'powers', I guess you could say. Just give me a chance."

Looking at the scene unfold, Light shrugged. She figured if the guy was there to attack them he would've done it already, but Roy's reaction was justified of course with most of the world unwillingly against the two of them. After listening to the newcomer trying to defend himself from Roy's threatening arrow, Light said "Hey buddy. If that were true, you would've said "Hey, wait up guys!" or something like that, right?" Shrugging again, she stuck her thumb out at Nuke. "So, if your one of us, why not prove it? Roy, you tell him what to do. If you let me do the proof thingy, I'll probably embarrass the poor guy." She said, ending with a mischievous toothy grin.

Roy shot Light a look, "That's Arsenal." he said, trying to correct her. It was too late, though, she'd already said his name and there was no taking it back. Perhaps it wasn't a total loss, though. The green-haired fellow did say he wanted to help. It wasn't the most favorable of circumstances, but Roy couldn't afford to be picky about recruits right now. He lowered his bow, even stowing away the arrow he'd drawn before reach up and switching off his voice modulator. That thing was mainly meant to be used as an intimidation tactic, but in this instance that wasn't necessary.

"I'm Arsenal," he started, then added with a slight roll of his eyes, "but as my partner here blurted out, my name's Roy... Harper." it was a risky move giving his full name to someone. The Justice League weren't the only heroes who had their identities compromised by Anarchy. The Titans did as well, and that included Roy himself. His former identity as Speedy and Red Arrow were just as much public knowledge as any of the others. That was the primary reason he invented his Arsenal identity, so he could get a fresh start, "That's Toon Girl." he said, gesturing toward Light. If she wanted to give the stranger her real name, that would be her decision to make.

"If you're telling us the truth, then today's a lucky day for the both of us. I was just telling my partner here that we needed to expand our operations. Or in layman's terms: we're recruiting." at this point he started walking and assumed they would follow. It was about time they went somewhere more secure to talk, and that meant heading back to base. The base was... well, Roy only needed to let the place speak for itself. He led them through the sewers awhile longer until they wound up at an abandoned subway station in the Bowery. The station itself was not the base, there was in fact a vault door hidden behind a false wall that Roy re-purposed. In it was shaft leading deeper underground. At the bottom of the shaft was another hatch, this one lead to what could only be described as an underground town.

"Welcome to Wonder City." Roy said to Nuke, Light having already been brought here once before, "Not many people know that North Gotham City is built on top of this place. The ones that do know about don't seem interested in it anymore, so I figured it would make a good enough place to lay low and out of Anarchy's reach." around the city were oriental markings carved into walls and pillars, "You can ignore those markings. The League of Assassins used to have a Lazarus Pit here, but Batman destroyed it a long time ago, so they're not coming back. No one's been using this place but us."

"Speaking of Batman..." Roy said, recalling Nuke's earlier question, "...he's the reason why the name Wayne is important. Bruce Wayne was the man under that cowl. He and his company both work for Anarchy now." Wonder City had a number of different amenities and shops within it. They made for good places to turn into living quarters and other such functions. Roy had re-purposed one of the souvenir shops into what he called a "War Room". It housed an oblong table surrounded by chairs, the table itself had a map of Gotham spread across it along with assorted blueprints and schematics for various famous buildings like Wayne Tower or Monarch Theater. The wall looked like it was designed by a conspiracy theorist, covered in photos and newspaper clippings connected by threads of various color to indicate who was connected with what, with Anarchy and his company at the center of it all. This was the room he led the others to.

"I wasn't kidding about expanding. We need more help. Even with three of us, we're still small potatoes compared to Anarchy," he grabbed a nearby notepad and scribbled something in one of its pages, "We can't rely on the heroes anymore. Just about all of them work for Anarchy now. I know a few... alternative choices, but contacting most of them will be difficult, and getting their cooperation will be even harder than that." he dropped the pad back onto the table and turned it around for them to read. Many of the names on that list were rather famous - or infamous, as the case may be. The list included individuals like Deathstroke, Calculator, Deadshot, but also a few odd heroes here and there as well. Most of them were villains however, or at the very least, mercenaries whose loyalty would probably need to be paid for or traded for in some way.

"If you guys want me to "prove myself", then we shouldn't do it here. It can get quite... destructive..." He said as he followed them. "Bruce Wayne, didn't he own a nuclear power plant?" Asking with a short pause. Then not saying another word as he followed them, listening intently and looking around. "How did the rest of the city not find this place?" He had way too many questions that would probably go unanswered. "Wait, how many people are on this team? Also, I could go top side and see who I can find, those guys don't recognize me so I could go up unnoticed and come back the same."

A hell fire portal opened in the back ally of the tourist section of the lunar colony. Zane stepped through it and closed it behind him. Doctor Fate had only given him enough ingredients for two portals one there and one back so he would have to use them wisely. It has been a while since his mom went missing, Zane has been looking, trying every locator spell, checking her normal spots, even asking her friends in the magical community, but nothing has worked. So Zane turned his eyes to another source of information, Anarchy. He was the last person to see his mother Zatanna alive and he was gonna tell him where she was. It was not just Zatanna that was missing though, it was a majority the magical entities on earth that had dropped form the face of the planet after superman death. Some of the only ones left that Zane knows about are Doctor Fate, Shazam, Black Adam, Donna Troy. The rest he has not heard from, or could not find. His mentor Doctor Fate has been training him but was against his next plan of action, to try and find away to get Anarchy to spill the beans about his parents. Its why he came to the Lunar Colony, he has been finding people close or associated to Anarchy and asking them for information.

He came here looking to see if the only lead Fate would give him actually worked. He walked around the corner and started his search for the woman in the picture. He had never been here before so he also came to see the sights. As he looked around he saw the woman standing alone observing the crowd eating some hand held food. He walked up and stood next to her, trying to be as causal as possible.

"retty crowd huh? Your first time here?"

Tara Markov stepped out of the public Z tube and into the civilian area of the moon base. Mark had, of course, offered to let her use the private tube at the Metropolis branch of Phoenix Security, but she didn't want to be seen as "the bosses girlfriend" who was getting special treatment. She readjusted her backpack on her shoulder, struggling a bit, as she was also nine months pregnant.

She made her way towards the apartment block, but saw a weird light coming from one of the nearby alleys. A man came out of the alley and, after checking a picture, walked up to a woman that looked a lot like her. She quickly checked with security to verify that it was, in fact, a magical portal that had brought him here, and walked over to the man.

"I think you were looking for me." she said, tapping him on the shoulder. The tourist woman didn't seem interested in him anyway, so she doubted the woman would mind. "From the fact that you came here in a magical portal, instead of taking the public portal like a normal person, I'd say you were trying to be stealthy. You look familiar, though." Tara said when she saw his face. "Have we met?"

Zane froze when he heard the voice from behind him, he looked down at the picture and then at the girl he had first talked too and saw that she did not match the photo completely. He turned around and put on a sly smile. Zane did not expect his mission to be easy but he was already stumbling.

"Yes you are the one I'm looking for, the name is Zane." He said with a smile. He knew that she might know his mom so he had questions and needed them answered. He was not leaving until he got something, anything that would point him in the right direction.

"I have not come here to start trouble I just have some questions for you, its about my mom Zatanna. If you could spare some time and answer them." Zane had meant exactly what he said, he did not come her to bother Tara exactly but her boyfriend, for the mean time she would have to do. Zane would not be surprised if she did not believe him, a lot of people did not know of his birth so all he could do was await her answer.

Light listened as Arsenal explained their situation to the newcomer in his 'special' way. Really the guy was so aggro Light wondered if he ever took time to relax without outside help. Although when the newcomer, named Nuke, questioned how many were on the team and if he could do recon, Light chimed in before Arsenal had a chance "You did just hear him, right? We have 3 people including you and apparently we'll be recruiting some mercenaries.". Thinking for a bit, she continued "We'll probably all go up as a group to recruit them. Can't let you go by yourself just yet. Anarchy has these nasty squid bots in some areas that are just.... eurgh." Light said, shivering at the end when thinking about some of the strange bots Anarchy had commissioned.

At any rate, she waited for Arsenal's decision on the matter. Light wasn't much one for detailed plans and only really aimed for a big picture sorta thing.
