WE GETTING THERE. Okay so I need to go buy some stuff for the dog since it's coming home with me next week, but this is what I've got so far. I only have one spell listed rn because I didn't have time to write the rest. Hopefully the one spell gives you an idea of what he's like.
All in all, I'm feeling super proud of this character so far! Give me your thoughts/criticisms.

Physical Features
Plutus is a very lithe, kind of scraggly young man with a fair complexion. He does appear to have some muscle definition, particularly in his broadened shoulders and abdomen. This is mostly attributed to the fact that Plutus is borderline underweight. He has quite sensitive skin and is prone to burn easily. Even the most basic of physical activities causes his skin to flare up a light shade of pink. This is particularly common on the end of his nose and underneath his bottom eye lids, which are always a hue of red. His nose and cheeks are also dotted with various freckles, as well as the top and back of his shoulders.
Plutus has amber eyes, but they have been known to darken to a deep persimmon in dim lighting. His eyebrows are brown in color and are quite sharp. Even though he's a natural brunette, Plutus' hair has been bleached blonde and styled to appear very windswept. His hair always reeks of product, indicating that he spends quite a long time on it. His darker roots can still be seen, particularly near the back of his neck. Plutus' nose is slightly crooked, as if it has been broken, and his thin lips are a light shade of rose. He has a very sharp, angular jaw line with a rather well defined neck and adams apple. His face and neck are kept clean shaven, though Plutus usually grows a bit of a five o'clock shadow towards the end of the day.
Apparel
Plutus main attire is heavily punk influenced, sporting a black t-shirt with a silver chain pattern across the front. The sleeves have been crudely cropped off, turning the shirt into a makeshift tank top. Over this, Plutus likes to wear a studded leather vest. The ancient piece of clothing has definitely seen better days, with signs of wear and tear seen all over it. Strapped across his shirt, underneath the vest, is his mother's brown leather holster which hangs at Plutus' right hip. He ties a black and white patterned bandanna around his right bicep as well as adorns a pair of studded, fingerless leather gloves. He wears a pair of old, tattered jeans that have faded in color from denim blue to a pale sky blue. There are even two large rips at his knee caps, one of which being covered by another bandanna. His boots are fairly new, them being a gift from his step-father. The boots are made from real, authentic black leather and reach halfway up his shins. His jeans are usually tucked into them.
Guild Mark
His mark is Sky Blue and located on his left shoulder.
Additional features
He has a silver lip piercing on the right side of his bottom lip as well as a studded left ear lobe.
Alignment
Lawful Neutral
Motivation
Clearing his mother's name and freeing her from prison.

Habits and Quirks
Plutus is excessively fidgety. Combined with his sense of rhythm, he has been known to play around with anything he can get his hands on in order to get some kind of beat going. Even if he has to use his own body and vocals, you can always bet that Plutus is going to be making noise somewhere. He's also an incredibly picky eater, to the point where the textures of certain types of foods bother him greatly. Plutus is incredibly particular about his bike; panicking over every potential scratch.
Personality
Plutus' reputation around town is a lot worse than the young man actually is himself. Because of the Magic Council's fiasco involving his mother, and the unsavory nature of his interests to the locals, he's become tagged as a delinquent by many. It doesn't matter what he does, there are some people around Luna Crescente that only see him as that rude kid with the noisy motorcycle. Which he is, of course. Though Plutus wouldn't really refer to himself as rude. If you asked him he'd just say he's shy or uninterested. He's quite an indifferent person, as expected of a teenager who is dealing with the departure of a loved one. He has a strict policy of non-involvement, though this doesn't work out too well for him as he is starting to discover that other people are much more complicated than just something to be shrugged off. While he would prefer to keep to himself, he is constantly forced into situations where he must become involved and as a result he comes off as quite moody and nonchalant about everything.
Yet even despite this, those who know him best can attribute to the fact that Plutus is indeed a good friend; he's just lazy. Naturally introverted, socialising is a big effort to him and drains him both physically and mentally. He'd rather not bother. The best kind of friendship to him is one where you can just chill out with your bud in silence, listening to music. Like many members of Golem's Hand, Plutus has a very familial bond to his guild mates. While he doesn't get as worked up about it as other members, he has been known to get quite defensive over guild mates. Though if you really wanted to see Plutus mad, then all you'd need to do is utter a single word against his mother. The usually quiet, indifferent Plutus has surprised many by baring his fangs at those who try to make passing comments about his family. Everyone in the Guild knows that Plutus' mother is a subject that no one can bring up around him.
Surprisingly, Plutus is quite egotistical in regards to his own skills and appearance. Though it's less in a vain sense rather then his own pride to be his mother's son. Plutus' mother was highly regarded as the most skilled bounty hunter in Fiore and she was famous for her exceptional gunslinger abilities. She was also quite beautiful, in Plutus' opinion. It's not uncommon for him to make parallels between himself and his mother, claiming that she passed down her marksman skills to him as well as her good looks. Though that last part is debatable.
Plutus doesn't necessarily have a specific fighting style. In fact, he's quite a clumsy fighter. He has no training in any form of hand to hand combat, leaving him at a loss when opponents get close to him. He knows enough to perform a sloppy tactical roll into aim, but for the most part his comfort zone lies in mid to long ranged fighting. He's an exceptionally skilled marksman, though he does struggle with aiming while moving currently. If he does find himself stuck in a punch up, then he's definitely not helpless. While not the strongest physically, he can still slug it out with varying effectiveness if he has to.

Description
Plutus is capable of debilitating his foes in various ways. This is considered the opposite of enhancement magic. Plutus uses a holder magic variant that involves the use of his trusty revolver, Walpurgisnacht. This turns him into a hybrid fighter, balancing his skill set between long ranged marksman and supportive mage.
Spells
Expose Weakness: Bullet's fired from Walpurgisnacht leave behind a moderately sized magic circle on their target. Allies that strike these marks with their attacks deal 50% more damage to the target. Plutus cannot trigger Expose Weakness marks himself.
Calculated Risk: Plutus fans the trigger, firing all six bullets from Walpurgisnacht with low accuracy within half a second. Each bullet leaves behind an Expose Weakness mark. The first mark struck by an ally deals 50% more damage, but any additional mark struck deals an accumulative 20% damage. If the sixth and final mark is struck, the finishing attack will end up being 150% more effective.
Piercer: Fires a piercing shot that drastically damages magical or physical barriers. Can also be used to strike an additional target through the first in a line. If Piercer is used on a target with any of Plutus’ other debilitations on them, all their current afflictions are passed onto the next target
Nullify: Fires a low power shot that removes any magical enhancements from the target. Enhancements that are the product of a spell, such as a damage boost, are removed permanently until they are reapplied. Enhancements that occur naturally such as a Slayer’s enhanced durability and elemental resistance are removed for five minutes.
@TheHangedMan Yeah, they are quite similar in that they're very introverted. Though I actually based Plutus off of Daria, to be honest. So his introversion isn't really a product of any traumatic experience. He's just a disaffected teenager who thinks being snarky and alternative is cool. WHICH I ALSO WENT THROUGH AS WELL. I WAS A SHITTY TEENAGER.
Not sure how Phoebe would react to someone like that.
@Lmpkio Btw, I kind of have this headcanon going where my new character Plutus is the son of your old Gunslinger character from the last version of this RP. Though that won't be mentioned anywhere in the CS, just thought it'd be a fun little thing :P
Gunslinger character? Remind me who he/she was cause I forgot lol and that's cool too
@Leslie Hall Ohhhh Alice right? I remember now. Yeah feel free to have them a connection if you want. I may add her in later in the RP for a reunion if you want
@Lmpkio Oh it's not an actual relation. Just sort of a throwback spiritual connection to older rps. Plutus' mother is being held in prison at the moment.

Ah I see and that's cool as a nostalgia moment. Like I said, go for it lol
@Lmpkio The biggest throwback is going to be Plutus' motorcycle. I remember your character had a bike, so I was like "LET'S MAKE LMPKIO REMEMBER THINGS".

Spells
Headshot: Passive. The first shot after Plutus reloads Walpurgisnacht deals moderately more damage than a regular shot (50% Additional Damage).
Expose Weakness: Bullet's fired from Walpurgisnacht leave behind a moderately sized magic circle on their target. Allies that strike these marks with their attacks cause them to erupt for a moderate burst of damage (50% Additional Damage). Plutus cannot trigger Expose Weakness marks himself.
Calculated Risk: Plutus fans the trigger, firing all six bullets from Walpurgisnacht with low accuracy within half a second. Each bullet leaves behind an Expose Weakness mark. The first mark struck by an ally is as effective as usual, but any additional triggered marks increase the potency by a small amount (25% per mark). If the sixth and final mark is struck, the finishing attack will erupt for heavy damage (150% additional damage).
Piercer: Fires a piercing shot that drastically damages magical or physical barriers. Can also be used to strike an additional target through the first in a line. If Piercer is used on a target with any of Plutus’ other debilitations on them, all their current afflictions are passed onto the next target

Enhancements that are the product of a spell, such as a damage boost, are removed permanently until they are reapplied. Enhancements that occur naturally such as a Slayer’s enhanced durability and elemental resistance are removed for five minutes.
Hesitant Opposition: Fires a moderate strength shot that causes the target's cast times to be drastically increased. Spells that are normally quick to cast now take a few seconds to activate. Lasts five minutes.
Plutus' Mother's famous revolver, Walpurgisnacht. Yolanda Ishtar, or better known as the ruthless bounty hunter 'Last Kiss' was known to best countless opponents with this ancient revolver. The gun is obsolete compared to some of the more convenient ranged magic weapons of today. It has to be loaded up with the wielder's magic into bullets preemptively; only holding a total of six shots before needing to be magically reloaded. It's regular shots are powerful at mid range but lose strength at longer distances. Not to mention the gun's design is quite weighted, making it very unfriendly towards inexperienced Marksmen who aren't used to it's hefty recoil. Despite all it's inconveniences compared to the guns of today, Walpurgisnacht holds a unique vintage charm to it and is a precious parting gift from Plutus' mother.

Bare Fists
Description
Sometimes a good punch is all you need in a battle.
Tools
Smoke Bombs: Obstructs vision in a small area for a brief window of time. Flame Cylinder: Lacrima infused revolver cylinder. Adds fire properties to Walpurgisnacht's bullets. Costs more power to use.
Vehicle
Earth Shredder V3.2 (Motorcycle)
Description
A vintage motorcycle that Plutus' mother once rode. Much like her revolver of choice, the vehicle is old and pales in comparison to the conveniences of magically powered bikes of today. For starters, the thing doesn't run on Magic Power. The Earth Shredder V3.2 is one of the last models that still uses gas as fuel instead of magic. For the most part, the bike is kept in great condition. This is primarily thanks to Plutus' own dedication to keeping it well preserved. The bike is designed for off road riding as well; Plutus using it to get to jobs that are far away from Luna Crescente. There's also a side carriage that Plutus attaches when needing to give someone a ride. The carriage can fit two, and there are two seats on the bike as well.

Biography
Born the only son of 'Last Kiss', the famed bounty hunter who criminals all across Fiore feared, Plutus spent most of his childhood on the road. Some of his earliest memories are riding alongside his mother's motorcycle in the side carriage; moving with the wind as the scenery flew past and the road disappeared underneath their feet. Eventually Yolanda's hunt came to an end, when she decided that it was best for Plutus to grow up in a more consistent environment. The two settled in Luna Crescent and Plutus attended school while Yolanda joined an up and coming guild, Golem's Hand.
Eventually Plutus dropped out of school to follow his mother's footsteps as a Mage. He took to it like a fly to honey and became a part of the Golem's Hand family. Not having been in town for very long, Plutus didn't really think much of the rivalry between Harpy's Wing. He had no reason to dislike any of them yet, though he didn't feel particularly inclined to become best buds with any of them either.
Eventually Yolanda married a man named Walter Ishtar, changing both her and Plutus' family name to match his. Plutus was skeptical of his Step-father at first, but it didn't take long for him to accept him as family.
One day, Plutus' world was tipped upside down by the sudden arrival of Rune Knights in Luna Crescent. They were sent with orders to arrest Yolanda for vigilante activity. It seemed the Council was not pleased with her activity as a bounty hunter. Plutus didn't know what to think. There were hundreds of hunters out there that the Council didn't even look twice at. Why would they make such a fuss over his mother? Plutus refused to believe there wasn't an ulterior motive behind the Council's arresting of his mother.
Even so, there was nothing he could do. Causing a scene would only make matters worse for her. All Plutus could do was watch the Knights tear apart his family. Yolanda was given a trial, but was found guilty of all charges. It's been over a year now since his mother was taken. Plutus' goal is to grow as strong as she was and find a way to give her back her freedom. He'll do whatever it takes.
Assuming the sheet is okay, does anyone wanna be on a team with Plutus?
@LostDestiny I think he and Nez would make a good team.
@Leslie Hall Everything looks fine to me. I'd rather you not use concrete numbers when it comes to Expose weakness. Numbers in RP combat just tend to muddy the waters. And I'd like you to at least PM me about the reasons for his mother's arrest since you pointed out the fallacies in the Rune Knights reasons yourself you clearly have something. It's fine if you don't want to reveal it to everyone else but GM needs to know. Other than that he's good to go.
