And here he is! The Dark Lord of the Sith! Technically he's more of a villain... but the Marvel comics baring his name, they show that he can use others to get his way out of a tight pickle (using Dr. Aphra to get him information and such is one prime example. I got idea for an actual hero as well so there's no biggie.
Name: Anakin Skywalker
Title: "Darth Vader"
Gender: Male
Appearance: Darth Vader is a cybernetically enhanced human male standing at a height of 6'8" (2.03 meters) tall and weighs in at 120 kg (264.5 lbs) in his armor. His black and dark-grey armor is ominously imposing, from the tip of his helmet to the bottom of his boots, and also wears a flowing cape to strike fear into his enemies. He also sports a control panel on his chest to regulate his breathing, suit temperature, as well as other suit-related augmentations. But behind that suit, Vader's body is pale and badly crippled. His skin has turned almost pale-white from the lack of exposure to the light, severely scarred, and even his arms and legs being robotic parts after being lost to his former master, Obi-Wan Kenobi.
Personality: Upon transforming into Darth Vader, the once jedi Anakin Skywalker became utterly ruthless, showing no apparent mercy to his enemies, occasionally killing his own officers for their failures, and imparting torture to accomplish his goals. Having lost all that he cared about by his own hand, the heartbroken and self-loathing Sith only showed a fierce dedication to the Emperor, whose orders he would execute with steadfast devotion and deadly precision, no matter the task. Considered to be the Empire's first terror weapon and noted to employ antiquated diction, he was tenacious and unstoppable, and made most Imperial naval officers uncomfortable. Part of his reputation was that he would normally be quiet (and thus his presence made for a good implied threat to others), whereas shows of passivity were not. Indeed, it was well-known that he usually preferred to oversee operations personally, using action to block out any intruding feelings. He was frequently at odds with those who lacked faith in the Force, finding it "disturbing" or even blasphemous.
Vader would often make use of pressurized meditation chambers that allowed him to remain without his helm—the neural connection to his armor—, moments during which he felt the perpetual pain that Kenobi had inflicted on his flesh. During such sessions, he would meditate to use this pain to feed his hate, which in turn fed his strength, and he never laughed. Claiming not to feel regret, and yet haunted by his past, and the screams of his wife, he was determined to never talk about his old life, and detested all that reminded him of his past self (whom he deemed to be weak). He dared not remember such a period of his life, which he hated; indeed, through the use of the dark side, he kept his memories as Anakin Skywalker buried, although it took great effort even after twenty years of practice. However, his rapport with the stormtroopers who supported him, and the technique he displayed in wielding his crimson lightsaber, gave him away. Much like before, Vader remains an impatient man, although he tempered his impulses with the faithful obedience he was due to his master, Sidious.
Ideals: To serve his sith master and to ultimately rule the galaxy with the imperial might of the Galactic Empire.
Biography: (I think we all know how Vader came to be, but here's a rundown none of the less for you guys who happened to have lived under a rock).
Before he became a disciple of the dark side, Darth Vader was Anakin Skywalker, a goodhearted Jedi and hero of the Clone Wars. While he was considered one of the most powerful Jedi in the galaxy, Anakin had broken the Order’s code by secretly marrying Senator Padmé Amidala. When he began to suffer visions that Padmé would die in childbirth, Anakin sought a way to prevent this fate. Supreme Chancellor Palpatine, a mentor to the young Jedi, claimed that the dark side was a pathway to this ability: he could stop people from dying with Sith power. At the same time, the Chancellor revealed that he himself was a Sith Lord, Darth Sidious, and would train Anakin. Confused and conflicted, Anakin ultimately succumbed to Sidious’ temptations. Rechristened as Darth Vader, he became an agent of evil.
Sidious assumed the mantle of Emperor, and Vader helped the Empire destroy the Jedi Order; without mercy, Anakin led a legion of clones into the Jedi Temple, and personally killed both fully trained Jedi and novice younglings alike. On the lava planet Mustafar, where he had been sent to assassinate Separatist leaders, Vader battled his former Master and friend, Obi-Wan Kenobi. Anakin fought with an aggressive ferocity, ignoring Obi-Wan's pleas to come to his senses. Ultimately, the Jedi Master bested the new Sith. Vader was left severely injured and burned on the banks of a lava river, filled with anger and hate. He was found by the Emperor and encased in frightening black armor that kept him alive, and given mechanical lungs that emitted an ominous breathing sound with his every step. Anakin Skywalker was no more.
Vader quickly became a highly visible symbol of the Empire, serving as Palpatine’s fearsome enforcer. He hunted down fugitive Jedi who had escaped Order 66, as well as ferreting out enemies both within and without. Vader’s sudden arrival within the Imperial hierarchy gave rise to many rumors. Some high-ranking Imperials claimed he was a laboratory creation built to mimic the fallen Separatist warlord General Grievous, while others whispered that he was a technologically augmented warrior schooled in the now-forbidden arts of the Force. Only a few guessed the truth – that Vader was the reborn Jedi Anakin Skywalker.
Vader sent agents such as the Inquisitor to find not just escaped Jedi but also new Force-sensitive beings that might pose a threat to the Empire. And on Palpatine’s orders, he worked with the ambitious, ruthless Grand Moff Tarkin to supervise construction of the Death Star and stamp out resistance to Imperial rule.
Powers:
The Force: Vader is an incredibly powerful user of the force. Like all jedi and sith alike, he was born as a force-sensitive, and was capable of using the force in a variety of ways. However, some of his most popular abilities include: force telekinesis, force push, force choke, force repulse, force crush, saber throw, issue mind-tricks on weaker beings, and a whole bunch of other methods. He often uses it as his go-to method to dispatch opponents, only going to his lightsaber if it didn't work. He's also capable of telepathy.
Superior Swordsmanship: As a sith, Vader is also extremely powerful when combating opponents with his lightsaber, having bested and dispatched many powerful jedi and monstrous beasts himself.
Weapons:
Lightsaber: The only piece of equipment Vader needs is his crimson lightsaber, a highlight of his skills as a sith lord. He built the weapon some time after his fall to the Dark side of the Force at the end of the Clone Wars. It replaced the one he lost during his duel with Obi-Wan Kenobi on Mustafar. The lightsaber was equipped with a dual-phase function, allowing the blade's length to be manually controlled and altered in combat. After his accession to Sith Lord, Vader was known to draw his lightsaber when facing Jedi, but also against other opponents, even though he sometimes preferred to use the Force to dispatch lesser victims.
Equipment:
Comn-link: Vader doesn't carry much on him, but if there's one thing that he likes to keep at hand, it's a valid source of communication in which to contact others with. The comnlink allows Vader to get in contact from his Imperial Enforcers, to the Emperor. Of course, this means the other person must have one as well, but if all else fails, telepathy is a secondary way to get his way.
Know what? I'll just put this here and see what ya'll think.
Name: Pepsi Man
Title: Pepsi Man
Gender: Male
Appearance:
Personality: Pepsiman has one goal, to make sure no one is thirsty. Sure crimefighting comes with the territory, but its not his main objective. He'll gladly be a hero, bringing Pepsi wherever he goes! No job is too great or too small! Additionally hes a complete mute, so instead he talks by posing or interpretative dance. Or miming. Lots of that. Usually with Pepsi. He likes Pepsi and fans of pepsi, dislikes coka cola drinkers, and hates coka cola.
Ideals: Making sure everyone is properly hydrated with the great taste of Pepsi! Also maybe being a hero, on the side, with Pepsi.
Biography: The embodiment of all things Pepsi, Pepsiman wages war against all who would dare stop him from bringing Pepsi to the people! he goes around, saving lives and quenching thirsts, although not in that order.
(Lets be honest, hes a walking Ad superhero. He doesn't have that much backstory)
Powers: Athletic Prime: Pepsiman has the athletic dexterity and agility of a pro athlete or ninja in their prime.
Enhanced Speed/Strength/Leaping/Endurance: Pepsiman can run faster than a speeding car, leap a 5 story building in a single bound, lift a full vending machine with ease, and crash through solid wood, stone, or sometimes even metal with no injury. Hes also quite durable since hes made out of metal.
Infinite Money: As the ability suggests, Pepsiman has a bottomless supply of quarters. Sadly he can only use them on non coke vending machines or Pepsi products.
Pepsi Blast: With his namesake, Pepsiman can throw cans of Pepsi, or even blast a huge torrent of the amber liquid at his allies or foes. Depending if he is there to hurt or harm, he can either hydrate(and soak) his allies with the cool refreshing taste of Pepsi (Or put out fires...), or for those heretic Coke users, blast them to smithereens with an insanely powerful burst of Pepsi that can easily cut through steel and maybe harder metals. And of course the liquid is quite corrosive if concentrated enough...
Pepsi Healing: Pepsiman can heal himself by drinking Pepsi, either his own or from a Pepsi vending machine. Pepsi from a machine is far, far more effective than his own Pepsi. Additionally he can heal others if they drink his Pepsi, and they don't get the penalty to healing he does!
Weapons: Pepsi
Equipment: Do I have to explain it? Pepsi!
Universe of Origin: Pepsiopolis.

Gotta love how weird Japan is. They come up with so much gold.
Personality: Has an incredibly bizarre sense of logic. He blew up the house some 'zombie goasts' were haunting so that they could be 'at piece'. Also has an insane desire to avenge his brother and 'do what has tobe done'. However, he is also heroic, sacrificing himself to defeat the 'combines' so the the rest of the 'humens' could survive. He also shows great care for all things living and non-living, putting eggs back safe when he saw them fall out of a tree he destroyed with his laser gun, and buried the defeated bosses and planted 'pants' on them so that there were 'pretty things there now to be happy'.

Biography: John Freeman who was Gordon Freeman's brother was one day in an office typing on a computer when he got an email from his brother that said aliens and monsters were attacking his place and aksed him for help so he went. He travelled to Ravenholdm and saw a sign with someone's handwriting that said 'u shudnt come here'. He was about to turn back when he heard screaming like his brother. He found wepon on ground and shot 'zombie goasts' in front of a house. He then blew it up so that the 'zombie goasts' could be 'at piece'. He continued he journey into Ravenholdm, and found that it was nothing like the countrysides as 'there was no birds singing and the pants were dead and teh dirt was messy and bloody from headcrabs'. He found his brother Gordon fighting the 'final bosss'. John Freeman saved his brother by shooting the final boss in the eye and blinding it. Gordon Freeman then got squashed by the 'next boss'. John Freeman vows to defeat the boss and travels back to his office on his motorcycle to look up the boss' weakness online.
He goes back to Ravenholm and defeats the next boss by shooting a rocket at him because it was his weakness. After killing the boss, John Freeman walks up to both of the dead bosses and buries them, planting 'pants' on them so that were pretty things to be happy. He goes to the dead Gordon Freeman and mourns him when a headcrab suddenly jumped onto Gordon, reanimating him. Gordon tells John Freeman that he was slow and that he is now a 'zombie goast' and that he will pay. The ending is left unexplained.
Fast forward sometime later and 'Combines' from 'science' and 'outter space' have arrived on Earth. They rule over the planet and 'hate humens'. John Freeman's wife is killed by the combine 'lazer guns'. His son Henry Freeman then proceeds to start a revolution, and the rebels travel to the 'Combine tower that was big like the sky' in order to send the combines 'back to science and outter space'. However, they are stopped by a Combine army. In the ensuring battle, most of the rebels are killed and overwhelmed by the Combine forces. Then, for no apparent reason, John Freeman arrives in a portal.
He fights and kills the Combine troops with his 'bear hands' and by 'barking necks'. The Combine then retreat back to the tower and press a button to make it 'glow and smoke'. John Freeman then encounters Gordon Freeman, who had been saved from the headcrab by the combine who put 'science' in him to make him 'live and strong and big', and that he is now 'Dark Man'. The two of them then proceed to fight. Meanwhile, Henry Freeman and the rest of the rebels attempt to stop the tower from exploding, but fail due to overwhelming Combine forces. They are unable to press the 'botton' to stop the tower from destruction. John Freeman eventually defeats Dark Man by kicking the 'science off his face'. Gordon is freed from the Combine control but dies of his wounds.
John Freeman tells Henry Freeman to get the rebels out of the city on his motorcycle. Henry Freeman obeys and leaves the city with the rebels. John Freeman fights through the rest of the Combine forces, but eventually gets overwhelmed and defeated by the Combine. He manages to look out of the tower before dying and sees Henry Freeman the humans a safe distance away. The tower then explodes like 'milion stars and fire and loud noises', killing him along with the rest of the Combine and saving the world.
After the Combines were gone the world was nice and no one was a slave or sad anymore. Henry Freeman was now president and the world was peaceful. The city was rebuilt and a statue of John Freeman was erected in the middle, proclaiming him as 'John Freeman Saver of Humens'.

Aaaah need to figure out a character... Preferably one that isn't Jack the Ripper as a little girl. Raineh suggested Bastion but there are numerous reasons why that is a terrible idea even before you factor in the fact that there are already two Overwatch characters. XD
Appearance: Yu appears as a woman of 30 years of age, the time when aging ceased for her. Many will be quick to comment on Yu’s beauty, something that is indeed the cornerstone of her rise to power. Heilong Yu has a long, slender face, with large brown eyes, and a narrow nose. Her body is noticeably muscular, yet maintains a look of leanness. Yu wears a yellow Quju Shenyi, wrapped towards the left of her body. As well, Yu has an ornate headdress, made of the skull of a goat, and the antlers of a deer, carved and adhered into an imposing crown. Yu’s skin is unnaturally white, while the sclera of her eyes is a sickly yellow. Her teeth have become pointed and serrated, as well as significantly longer than a normal humans.
Personality: Heilong Yu is, as one would expect from a vampiric empress, ambitious and ruthless. As Empress, she maintained order through rule of fear, and as such, she has a very much authoritarian air to her, with little room for nonsense and a desire for quick, efficient actions.
Despite her brutality in rulership, Yu was noted for her pleasant personality, with a very soft manner of speaking, great courtesy, and otherwise hospitable behavior. This is the thing that keeps her from being totally unlikable and monstrous; and is a trait she learned while rising through the ranks from a slave-wife to a high priestess and empress. However, one should not mistake Yu’s friendliness for genuine compassion and kindness; she is notoriously pragmatic and utilitary towards others, and has no problem disposing of those who are no longer of use to her.
Ideals: Yu aspires only for her own power an domination over others, and does all she can to increase her own power.
Biography: While Vampires have made their most damaging attack on humanity in the form of the medieval Black Empire of Erebus, however those who are knowledgeable of Vampires and their existence are likely aware of one of the earliest, and perhaps the most brutal of vampiric nations, the Heilong Kingdom.
The Heilong were a tribe of vampires that had migrated to the continent of Yazou in the Bronze Age, and established a kingdom of modest size. Like all empires of the vampires, the country was ruled by a vampiric aristocracy, with humans and mythical beings being little more than slaves, with large scale human sacrifice to the gods of the Vampires taking place. Outside of this empire was a woman born human, who was sold off to the Emperor of the the Vampires, changed into a vampire and locked away as a byproduct of diplomacy. This woman was named Yu, given the name Heilong. However, Yu was not willing to simply be resigned to a life as an undesired wife.
Yu had a skill that set her apart from the many other women obtained from alliances and treaties; a great power in magic, particularly illusion and enchantment. Through her skills, manipulation and convincing of her husband, Yu achieved the status of a minor priestess, slowly rising up to become a high shaman and oracle. Through the power and respect of her status as a high priestess, Yu managed to develop powerful links to vassals and warlords, eventually using these connections to exterminate her husband and his other wives, rising up to take his position as Queen of Heilong.
The rule of Queen Yu was a cruel and brutal theocracy, with wide scale human sacrifice, a favorite of which was large numbers of beheadings with an axe, performed with Queen Yu herself as executioner, with the bodies dismembered for augury and the heads boiled and steamed, then sealed in one of “Yu’s Owls”, vessels of bronze that were sealed shut with human offerings and placed in the temple of the Morthail Gods; these vessels shaped like owls. The massive scale of slaughter served a few purposes; it helped to maintain the authority of the Queen through fear, provided the necessary practice of religion, allowed dead bodies to be resurected for military purposes, and, a final purpose that had been planned by Yu.
Yu, a skilled enchanter, knew that the souls of humans and other intelligent, sapient life provided powerful bonds through their massive energy. Traditionally, an enchanter would use a piece of their own soul, at the cost of a shortened lifespan depending on the scale of the enchantment, to bind magic to an item. Yu had found a way to empower herself, creating an enchantment to capture the souls of those killed by her axe, and seal them within the axe, and by extension, distribute power to herself for use in magic and enchanting, able to create powerful enchantments by sacrificing a whole human soul in a bond, as well as fully absorb a soul to increase her own abilities. After centuries of wide scale human sacrifice with her enchanted axe, Heilong Yu had reached the peak ability of a vampire’s body, as well as reached unmatched power in magic so long as the axe was in her possession.
Eventually, however, Heilong Yu would be deposed, in her sleep, as her jade sarcophagus was carried off by her disgruntled vassals, and burned in a pyre, with Yu burning in her sarcophagus. Though, Yu would survive in the form of her Axe, her own soul bound to it, residing within the weapon after her death. The Axe was taken as a trophy, and eventually passed down, with the weapon remaining as powerful as on it’s day of creation as it carried on for centuries, absorbing more life as it killed more. The Jade Coffin that the Queen of Severed Heads slept in was taken from its fiery end and thrown into the ocean, where it would be carried off by the tides for 2000 years, before arriving in the lands of the now powerful, Black Empire of Erebus. A local cult, the Morthail of Heilong, a group dedicated to the practice of ancient ritual done by vampires in the Heilong Kingdom, came into possession of the sarcophagus and the Axe of Heilong Yu, and placed them in one of their temples; offering the sarcophagus with Yu’s body sacrifices of Blood, seeing her as a spirit of Morthail. Eventually, however, Yu’s soul entombed in her axe was able to use the blood to repair her body, and take it back, returning to life some 2000 years after her execution. The Heilong Cultists were killed one by one, to serve their master as entrapped souls in her axe, as Yu left, seeking out a course of action in her newfound surrounding.
Powers: Dark Magic - Heilong Yu is a powerful sorcerer with access to abilities of black magic in the form of illusion and enchantment. Healing by Blood - As a vampire, Yu can heal and repair her body by consuming human or similar blood.
Peak Condition - Yu is at the peak of physical ability for a vampire of her age, capable of great physical feats
Thrall Creation: Yu is able to form a binding on weakened humans, usually those she has fed upon, turning them into slaves with full obedience to her.
Weapons: Heilong Axe - The Heilong Axe is a weapon crafted from bronze and jade, enchanted to steal and seal away the souls of those that it kills. Those who are sealed in the weapon experience great torment as they are slowly torn apart to feed Yu’s power. Souls that are trapped within may also be accessed by a skilled enchanter to be used in a binding. The head of the axe is made of bronze, with jade inlays to decorate the mad gaze and grin cut into the weapon. The Axe grants several powerful gifts to its possessor, such as the ability to walk in ambient light, superior strength and agility, and spellcasting ability
Equipment: Yu carries a small leather satchel of herbs and stones that she uses for spells and divination. As well as a torch to light when in need of a fire. Yu also carries a parasol to protect her from direct sunlight.
Weaknesses: Yu is unable to be directly exposed to the sun. The Heilong Axe allows her to be exposed to ambient sunlight, so long as she stays in the shade, but direct sunlight will severely injure her.
Yu suffers from epilepsy, a common problem with Humans turned Vampire. The seizures range from short lapses in consciousness to full spasmic attacks. This makes long, physically taxing fights rather dangerious for Yu, as she may slip into a seizure at any time during a particularly long fight. As such, she will try to avoid any conflict she can’t simply deal with quickly.
While Yu is formidable as a Vampire alone, the Heilong Axe is the source of most of her power. If deprived of the Axe, Yu’s magic and fighting skill drop dramatically
Yu is from the Bronze Age, and most all of her equipment is very primitive
Yu is unable to enter into areas sanctified against vampires
Universe of Origin:
The Blackening is a pseduo-Earth setting; the land is geographically the same as earth, but has undergone massive changes to cultures, nations, and history, as well as the presence of many mythical creatures and magic within the universe. The Blackening is defined by the rise of the Black Empire, a nation of Vampires that arose out of the Balkans and has since spread across the Old World.
Most of the focus of this universe is on the three continents of Erebus, Shams and Yazou, analogues to Europe, The Middle-East, and Asia. The dominant religion of Eberus is the Church of Invitto, an initiatory solar religion, centered around the all powerful deity of Zun Sole Invitto. Following the rise of the Black Empire, the center of the Solar Church was moved away from the Holy Lands in Shams, and placed in the farthest corner of the known world, the Islands of Prithana and Euerna.
The Heilong Empire was a prehistoric empire that appeared in the Bronze Age, and was the first major vampire nation, later erased from history by the peoples of Yazou
