My name is Salmon, and I’m really sorry if I’m bothering anyone, but I wanted to submit a profile for a Newborn Gem, if it’s alright. I’m sorry if I sound too formal or dumb.

Welcome! ^-^ Of course you are never a bother. It is wonderful to finally meet you!

Everything looks good and the only thing I am worried about is the choice in weapon since it is similar to Spinna's weapon which could make it hard for my Co-GM to make a fusion between the two. I will let Kronshi see what they think but the character is adorable and a fun addition. Great Job!

Similar weapons don't bother me since I have a different structure on how I do fusions. For example, a greatsword fused with a rapier would make a longsword whose appearance borrows from the appearance of it's parents.

My issue is the active ability. As a newborn, there should be a limit to the strength of the forcefield and should have a breaking point. Homeworld gems and most rebellion gems should be able to break through the container.

I'm seriously considering adding belly dancing to Carmen's list of skills just to make any potential fusion dances incredibly awkward

@BrassOtter Good luck making Marry feel akward. TF2 comic is making me want to take her in more of the Medic's direction, except science wise. It'll be so good! Just hope none of the humans accept her invitation to experimentation, otherwise they might either gain super strength, or not so great things which are far more likely.

So apparently Astroneer is No Mans Sky when we thought No Mans Sky was good. And its only an alpha!

@LoonyReggie description: Reggie's a somewhat scrawny guy, not really doing much exercise aside from skating(his second favorite hobby). He had his hair dyed to a gunmetal-blue because he thinks it makes him look cool and goes well with his bright Emerald green eyes. He sports a small bit of freckles on his somewhat child-ish face, and if he cleaned himself up more and got rid of the oil stains, one could find him somewhat attractive to the eye. His clothing tends to be of the skater asthetic, as he's usually seen wearing a beanie of some kind along with semi-ripped jeans and sneakers. Shirts are usually graphic tees of some-sort, usually centered around some anime he's seen and enjoyed. Also, he's about 5'9 in terms of height.

Seraphinite is a slight, tomboyish gem. Their uber long hair reaches down to their legs in a waterfall of ivory waves, tending to be less than tidy due to her not caring for their appearance. Her clothes are as depicted, loose-fitting and practical with few stylizations. The main voloration about her is a soft, darkened green, thoughbit lightens in areas, a white feathery pattern dancing along her back, shoulders, and upper arms. Shiny reflectiveky when hit by light. Her eyes, when in Sensory mode, are completely glazed over, but maintain a similar green coloration. She tends to fit on the smaller side of gems, being around 5'5, though with plenty of attitude stuffed into every inch of that height to make up for it.

Hope this is good enough, descriptions are kinda my week point when it comes to character writing.

All I request is the size and shape of his eyes and nose if that's alright? Eyebrows too mayhaps? I'm probably only going to draw a portrait so I don't need stuff like body ratios. (Eg: Eve's a ridiculously exagerrated ectomorph build, who's torso is ridiculously short and her arms, hands, and feet are largly disproportionate for a human. Gembone (who's a human now, I'm thinking the name Tai?) has a mesomorph build with a pretty even chest-leg ratio, but is a bit stubby.).

Edit: OH! Hair type as well. I'm guessing it's either straight or wavy, by the picture you used?

@LoonyUhhh. . . not sure how to describe his eyes, i guess they'd be about normal for his race and size? As for nose, I'd say it's a bit small and pointed? Things luke this are what kind hang me upin written descriptions, so sorry if it kinda sucks. As for hair, it's just straight.

@Raijinslayer No worries about being hung up on descriptions. Back in my very chibi days, I had trouble thinking of those features as well because when I imagined them, I imagined them in a certain artstyle which often didn't include those features. Drove my (ex) friend nuts because she drew very semi realistic and when she wanted to draw my characters I didn't know what to tell her RIP

@HaltingBlooper I'm pretty sure that was a traditional piece, unless you mean the digital things of dork squad. Unfortunantly I deleted a bunch of images off my tablet and the only three that survived were the ones I posted on Tumblr, being Eve, Spinel, and Sodalite.

@Loony Can't you save your tablet stuff onto a bigger storage thing like a USB/SD card or an actual PC/Laptop?

AGDQ is getting to Arkham City. That'll be a fun one to watch. ATM they're doing Mighty no. 9.
