Chi giggled as her friend let out a scream. Her notebook went flying and the face Mouse had made was priceless. Though she had felt a little bad afterwards. Mouse began to reply as to why she was feeling not at her fullest when all of a sudden Kyy and a few others were seen storming over to them. She couldn't help but wonder if some drama had been developing without her knowledge.

"Believe it or not... zombies!" Kyy had yelled.

Chi shook her head, as her eyes rolled. There was no such thing. However, when her doe eyes looked over at the window to be greeted by the face of Ms. Fall- all ideas of what was real or not went out the window. "Oh my God." Chi said as panic erupted around her. People were screaming, pushing, gathering items and throwing them. It was madness. Sheer and utter madness.

Peggy, astonished by what's been going on, watched as Shift scrambled on. She stumbled back a bit when he passed her a hockey stick, which she was guessing was now her so called weapon. She bit her lip, rolling up her sleeves as she gave him a simple nod.

"Thanks.." Peggy uttered as she reached into her skirts pocket and grabbed a hold of a purplish hair tie. With her free hand, Peggy tied her hair into a messy ponytail. Afterwards she rolled down her knee socks, especially since it was already making her uncomfortable. She then gripped tightly on the hockey stick given to her and with a determined expression, she replied to Shift.

Chase slowed down his panicked breathing, trying his best to calm down. With the rest of the students entering madness, joining it himself was no help to anyone. "We have to leave the school..." He said to Chi and the others. "We're gonna be those cannibals next meal if we don't move..." Chase explained. He put a hand on the back of Chi's shoulder as he looked at the others. "We in this together, guys?"

Joshua sighed heavily as he gazed out the window at that chaos below. This had certainly turned into a day. First, he woke up late, a rare occurrence given his usual orderliness so he had the displeasure of sharing the awkward ride to school with his father and there was nothing more awkward than a silent atmosphere at the back of a limo. Next, he had gotten chewed out by the principal because the Student Council had gone over budget again over frivolous purchases completely ignoring the fact that he wasn't even treasurer or the President who had made said purchases, he had somehow gotten stuck with the job of rebalancing the budget. Now the zombie apocalypse was happening outside, and oddly enoughh was the least stressful part of the day. While eeryone else was panicking, he had a small group had formed near the back of the room seperate from the masses. Good, one less thing for him to stress over.

He adjusted his glasses as he walked over. "Planning on getting out of here huh? Think I'll tag along."

"Alright. Let's go." Shift walked out, cautious. A zombie turned and lunged at him, but shift swung and almost took the thing's head off. "Right off the bat." Then he turned to Peggy. "We're about to run." Then, he started a healthy pace to the door. By then he had caught the attention of quite a few zombies. "Come on! The others are probably inside!"

Merebelle sighed at that before yelling out. "QUIET! Panicking won't help here. We need a plan. Should we flee or barricade ourselves in the school or not?" she asked, with more force behind her voice.

We'll need to know if emergency services are available, if they aren't, we need to leave. and if it's that bad, we may have to leave the city..or the country! Rikako spoke up over the crowd of panicking kids secretly hoping that this is just a isolated incident and the whole world hasn't already gone walking dead Does anyone have a phone?! She exclaimed

Shiba soon found himself near the school bus or at least one of them. He noticed that one of the busses still had a driver in its seat or at least what was the driver. Now the zombie was flailing around unable to get out due to the seat belt. Apparently they cant perform complex movements like unfastening a seatbelt and were only able to thrash around. Shiba grabbed his bat tightly before he slowly went into the bus and once he was close he took a deep breath and calmed down he then used all his might and killed the zombie as he made contact with the things head. Shiba didn't stop hitting it until it stopped moving and its skull was cracked open. He couldn't believe he killed one but it was only a zombie he was already dead before he ever came.

Shiba said a quick prayer for him before looking through its pockets and finding the keys to the bus. After that Shiba threw him off the bus as he got ready to get the bus moving...

Shift froze when he saw one of the busses start up. He looked to Peggy. "Change of plans!" He grabbed her arm yet again and sprinted to the bus, finding kickball kid when he got there. Shift hopped onto the bus and pulled Peggy onto it. "Hey, kid, what's your name again?"

He looked over when he saw two people get on the bus and he was about to started busting more heads again as he grabbed his bat but he realized they haven't turned and he calmed down. "My name is Shiba try to remember it, I don't know either of your names. Their has to be more people that haven't turned yet and we need to find them." Shiba said as he closed the bus doors and started the bus sighing when the engine started

Peggy turned her attention to the person that lunged at Shift. The hairs on Peggy rose as she stumbled back, watching Shift attack the student. Her eyes trailed to the student--no, the dead that dropped to the concrete. Her small hands shook, almost dropping her weapon.

W-Wait.. Calm down Peggy... Calm down.. This is reality, this is not a dream...

Peggy's ears perked up when she heard Shift walk off, nervously, Peggy followed after. She lightly grasped onto the hems of his shirt, in hopes they wouldn't separate. Before she knew it something had caught Shift's attention.

Bus!?

She felt a hand grab her arm as they both sprinted towards the vehicle. She heard groans here and there, worried whether they were getting closer and closer to the both of them. The two of them arrived at the bus, rushing to get inside. Peggy wheezed as she settled down, "O-Oh boy wasn't that some workout.." She chuckled lightly before continuing, "..Ah.. Uhm, I'm Peggy."

Shift sighed in relief. "I'm Shift." He turned to Peggy, and whispered in her ear. "No matter what, us two have to stick together." With that, he walked to Shiba. "So, do we just park by the doors and politely tell the zombies to wait for our friends?" He laughed. "As if. I have an idea. When you get to the entrance, use the horn. They'll definitely hear us." He turned to look out the window. "We have to be fast. If we want to save others."

He turned to him as he came over to Shiba and he held his bat instinctively still on high alert but who could blame him he just killed someone and was still in partial shock. He listened as she said that he should go to the entrance and honk the horn. "Yeah and it will alert every zombie to us but then again buses weren't made to be quiet. I'll do one lap out front before stopping. If nobody comes out by the time the zombies start attacking the bus we leave" Shiba said giving out a plan to make sure that everyone had a chance.

Shiba then put on his seatbelt and took a deep breath to calm down before he said "hang on!" Shiba said as he put the pedal to the metal running down any zombies that got close he then started to honk the horn to alert everyone. He would do one lap around the front of the school before stopping by the gate to wait...

"We in this together, guys?"

Chi's body tensed originally as Chase laid his hand on her back. Though this was a stressful situation, she couldn't help but feel a sense of protection in Chase. His height towered over hers, his body strong and firm where it needed to be but soft and gentle as well. Her tension fell from it's peak as she watched the people crowd around one another and start throwing ideas back and forth to one another. She just wanted to get home to her bed. She just wanted this to be some sort of fucked up dream.

"I've got a phone!" Chi exclaimed in return, taking off her backpack and searching through to find her cellphone. She picked it out to see that she had several missed calls and many missed texts explaining the situation. She handed the phone over to the girl without another thought. She didn't want to know what had happened to her family, knowing that it could be the worst. "We got to get out of her, we're sitting ducks."

I agree Rikako agreed as she quickly took the phone and dialed 911, She waited for what was the 5 longest seconds of her life, then the phone went straight to voice mail, She dialed her family, no answer, now she was getting nervous as she dialed a random phone number, Still no answer.

For all she knew the world was dead, She handed the phone back We have to get out of here.

Peggy covered her ear; her face flushed red by the response Shift gave her. She gave him a simple nod, dropping her hand beside her. Upon hearing the plan Shiba mentioned, Peggy decided to step into the conversation. "Wouldn't the honk from the bus attract too much of them out there..?" Peggy asked turning her gaze towards the walkers that roamed the school ground. She continued speaking once more, "What I'm trying to say is..Wouldn't it be more difficult for us to leave with a bunch of them out there following the bus?" She asked, gazing at those limping around.



She had never payed attention to how these dead people looked but now that she got a closer view, she was disgusted. The student looked very in-vacant in their eyes, they didn't look lively, they looked dead. Their skin falling off, the bone breaking. The face was sunken in and the eyes of theirs was unfocused. The mouth of theirs twitched and drooled, Craving for something. For food.

Peggy shivered at the appearance, looking away quickly.

Chase moved away from the group and out the window again. "Guys? Are some of them... things... in the building already?" He questioned as he looked out the window. He turned back to the door and held the door shut, looking out either side of the glass. "We need to start moving and get out of here..." Chase said as he turned back to address the group, keeping his back firmly pressed against the door.

Shift looked at Peggy. "We'll do it anyways. It's our best shot." He slammed his hand down on the horn, then turned to Shiba. "Alright, we wait for twenty more minutes. No more, no less." He walked down the aisle, grabbed a seat, and got into an awkward sitting position. "Tell me if I need to...you know." He pointed to his bat, then pulled a small paperback from his jacket and began reading.

Kyy looked at the group around him as he hears the bus horn over the panicked students. "Guys! I heard a horn. I think someone managed to procure some transportation. We should hurry to them! Waiting here isn't going to help anyway." He grabs a nearby mop and breaks the end off to make a makeshift spear.

Good idea! Rikako remarked as she grabbed a Fire extinguisher out of the wall, carrying it akwkardly with both of her hands, she opened the door slowly and looked through in order to see if any of the zombies were in the hallway
