If you're talking about Iowa's past as an insurgent and Utah's past as an ODST, Utah actually feels quite betrayed from what happened during the operation that ONI had conducted, her entire squad that she's worked with for years all dead, and then being detained for doing her duty. So really at this point she feels that she owes nothing to the UNSC as a whole. New opportunity, new life, such is the path of the freelancer eh?

That, the fact she's gonna be more judgemental than a drunken Auntie on a Hen-do and that Iowa isn't exactly the likeable one. He's like...that one guy who stands among the popular kids like "Plz notice me"

It probably would have been shorter if I had been able to divide it over two posts like I kind of meant to but I had a conference this weekend, and some interesting stories from it, so I was very busy. Anyways its up and really not relevant to anyone's characters.
