For that particular instance, your conditional sequencing was unclear, and the intent to enter was not made by the divers. I just didn't want to void your action, as I felt that would be unfair.

Gavin would then dash towards the guy with the duffel bag, phasing just before he hit the stack of crates the goon was hiding inside. While phasing, he had left the grenade and his shirt behind, leaving the top of his Combat Suit visible; although said suit had no marks, it was structurally identical to the ones the US' Navy Seals had begun to use. Now behind the set of metal crates, Gavin shot at the man with the duffel bag with his Assault Rifle; hopefully, he had a clear shot. If he did and the guy was killed, Gavin would loot the grenades and toss one of them at the men shooting up the crates; he would then use the time to look at what the bag contained...

Upon entering the tillerhouse, Itachi would be met with several divers, as well as the one in the lighter suit which seemed to be their leader. While they were intimidated by the spike crashing through the window, he stood unflinching. The sudden torrent of buffeting air scattered four divers along the ground, and knocked another back into a chair bolted into the deck, leaving him groaning in pain. The lead diver, however, was still standing. Albeit roughed up, he turned staunchly towards the attacker, drawing back the bolt on a gun he carried, and proceeded to unleash a flurry of bullets.

The bullets hit Gavin's Combat Suit, which reduced the injuries taken, but not nullified them entirely. Nevertheless, Gavin was still functioning, and that counted. As the Grenade was apparently taken along for the ride when he had phased through the stack of crates instead of being left behind with the thugs, Gavin would use the last few seconds he had to conjure up a small wormhole that would suck in the grenade and spit it back at the group of enemies.

Moving in pursuit of the man carrying a duffel bag, the Navy Seal would pursue, Assault Rifle in hand, moving inexorably to the back of the room, hoping that he can shoot the man with the bag dead before his compatriots caught up to him. If Gavin can find the enemy in time, he would shoot him dead, take the duffel bag, then portal himself to the communications suite, where he would finally do some examination...

But if this skirmish continued, Gavin would have to make a tactical retreat instead of facing superior numbers - he loathed the idea, but he was still open to it.

Six shots plugged themselves into the back of the thin man as he approached the crate. The divers perused, taking formation at the stairs' landing before one fired a laser weapon at one of the empty metal crates above, causing it to disintegrate. As the small wormhole was beginning to be created, the grenade detonated, tossing the Space Walker back in the blast, and searing his hand, and toppling other boxes, allowing the diver to flee with his bag, and revealing his position to further gunfire.

@tobiax, I have to weigh in again.

Basically, you screwed over Gavin, and it's unfair and unreasonable.

@Letter BeeAnd you phase using your Septima. So you make a wormhole to get yourself through objects, because you weren't vanishing from sight, which, even doing that, would be going in a wormhole. The way it works is once something goes in, it comes out the created exit, so you can't leave things inside nothing. That course of action took so long that I should have had the grenade detonate while you were taking your shirt off, but I decided to be generous.

@Letter BeeWow, that's lame. Hope you get better. Did you look up what you're supposed to do? Like, flush with water or induce vomitting? I don't recommend either unless you find genuine documentation to do so. Does it have a safety label?

So don't. That's why I don't reccomend it. Go to an ER. Don't die.
