I was thinking that he can cast spells on ponies because he knows how a pony body works. However, he can't cast a spell on humans because he doesn't know the workings of the human body. It'd be especially hard to do on gargoyles too.

Ok. So cloud walking and the teleportation thing are spells. Do you mean you want to be able to teleport other ponies/cast a spell so other ponies can walk on clouds?
There aren't any other ponies, unless you want it to apply to earth-horses, so it seems like a null point. Let's just leave it as it is for now ^_^

@Eyeris Exactly. But, with a bit of studying of the human anatomy, he should figure out how to cast the spells on other beings.

However you want to explain why he can't make other people cloud walk to teleport is up to you. You could also say the rift messed it up.

Well you lot did a number on me. Im writing this huge post about the history of Temperance and the magical system and to be honest I haven't really wrestled with that animal for a while so i'm having trouble relaying my idea to you all. I think i will save the history for a later date. It's kind of juicy already but I don't know if i'll have the post ready tonight.
