Right, I'd like to bring something to your attention Warthog.

#1: Nations. We will require some players in Europe (UK, France, Germany are musts), Middle East (Iran, Saudi Arabia and Israel are musts) and Africa (Egypt) so this RP does not become monopolized by East-Asian concerns xD.
Africa: 0
Asia: 4
Europe: 1
North America: 1
Oceania: 0
South America: 1

#2: NGO's and organizations: Would the European Union(Supranational) be controlled by a player on its own or jointly controlled by the EU players, in which case who takes precedent? Belgium(Brussels, Capital of the EU) or Germany(Basically the head of the EU)? African Union? Putin's 2015 Eurasian Union plan? Who controls the various United Nations organizations?

#3: Fiction and malleability of reality: While I'd say all world leaders and primary political leaders should be real or at least *very* realistic fictional characters, what are the RP rules on using fictional people in other POV's (Soldiers, civilians, journalists, mercenaries, fictional corporations, terrorists, etc)?

#4: Syrian Civil War. As its most likely still going on by this alternative future 2015, I should say there should be some focus on it still. Regardless, should both sides be playable? (Syrian Government vs National Syrian Coalition). ALTERNATIVE OPTION: Put Russia in charge of Syria and the US in charge of the NSC.

#1: I'm going to be posting an Int. Chk. to try and do some recruiting, I encourage all other players to feel free to recruit some friends!

#2. It'd make it easier if the EU was a single player, though this is not necessary. If it turns out that we get an influx of European nations or African nations, the EU will of course be led Germany at the start but then anything can happen from there (and Egypt will split with South Africa with the African Union, at least in the beginning).

#3: Of course! Fictional characters are encouraged! While political figures can be real, this is not required! :)

As for #4: I like the later option. We'll roll with it.

Hmm. I can roll with this too. Though I feel putting us in control directly of these organizations will make US-RUS agreements (there's a synonym I'm looking for) a lot more tense.

Whatchu' doin' in Romania?

Since Russia is taken I might join in as Belarus or Germany. Either way if I join this I'm going with a European country.

Would you be willing to the EU as a whole, perhaps? Not entirely needed, but it'd help all of us a lot in the end. :p

No but seriously, I'm probably going to just send a small contingent of Task Group Black Tiger to chill in the Black Sea and call it a "Russia-China Cooperative Naval Exercise" or something so the Europeans don't get all upset about the Chinese being in European waters. :p

We mean nobody any harm! We come in peace (99% of the time)!

Pretty much, yes. But more like playing your country of choice 95% of the time, and then NPCing the EU as an entity when the meetings happen and decide how the EU reacts to world happenings and stuff.

I could probably pull that off. I don't think Belarus is EU so in this case I'll probabky go with good old Deutschland.
