I think it should simply be a large, single city with sort of...no hard setting. Just so it'd be easier to work in different things. differing Patrons and deities from different pantheons and such for example.

Thick Skin simply gives +3 VIT, +1 STR and -2 AGI. It comes to a total of +3 VIT, +1 STR and -1 AGI with the Wings +1 AGI included.

I’m a 7 year old monster girl in an underdeveloped body with scaly skin and wings wearing skimpy clothing, who has an ice-weakness and needs to feed on meat to not eat humans. The magic of my soul is Reinforcement, used to create barriers to defend as well as enhance my own body or the bodies of others to further destroy my enemies, as well as potent healing effects as I have pretty good magical capabilities and an extra large amount of Mana through Mana Font. I have the Power of Friendship, making me able to naturally be liked and learn how to make friends, and I also have a Killing Blow which is likely that I enhance myself for an extremely brutal blow.
But, secretly, this dragon-girl body isn’t even my real body. I’m wearing a certain jewel somewhere on my body that is my soul jar, and I’m just controlling this body from it. I have lost fine control because of this, but I can still aim for some reason, maybe? Anyways. Breaking the jewel is the only way to kill me, my other body can be damaged but will never die. I became like this because I made a contract with a Puchuu due to my great potential, great enough to make me a monster girl. My Puchuu is considerate of me, for some reason, but is also quite Loud with his lines taking no steps not to be noticed and also likes to interfere with my personal life like a Big Brother. Yikes, that doesn’t sound like a good combo.
Anyways. I’m normally strong enough to casually pick up a full ½ barrel keg and throw 20 feet, as well as tough enough to shrug off bladed weapons and agile enough to, well, probably hit with my guns and dodge you. I’m, for some reason, highly trained in the arts of tactics, logistics and weaponry and am a highly professional gun-fu artist, and I likely wield a couple guns to battle, which combines well with my flight. If emotionally disturbed I can go Monstrous Metamorphosis into full dragon, with serious boosts to my strength, agility and toughness in exchange for sanity. And let’s not forget that I am a powerful user of Reinforcement magic, nobody falls while I’m on their side with barriers and healing, likely able to block even powerful beams of magic. … Assuming it isn’t ice. Ice is my lethal enemy, my worst weakness, and I feel pain/am drained of power just by being near the cold. Haha.
