"Okay, just tryin' to help. I already went through the forest to get here" he said. I'm going to control most of you today so you don't make enemies on the first day Neemious Eldrich said to Neemious. Then Neemious' eyes glowed and he took of his sunglasses. "Sorry miss for Neemious' foolishness, I'm his 'other half' Eldrich" and Neemious got some climbing gear on and started his ascent.

Juan quietly hums a happy tune while watching countless miles of lonely forest and dusty roads pass by. Some people might have been disheartened by traveling across the country all alone, but not Juan. He would finally have the chance to meet people like him.

The pale, yellow cab slows to a halt in front of a group of large, red cabins. "I think this is your stop, my friend," the driver says to Juan. As he hands over the payment, Juan responds, "Thanks a lot." He hops out of the car with an old backpack slung over his shoulder. After the cab drives off, Juan is left standing with a hesitant look on his face as he stared at what seemed to be identical buildings. "Is anyone there?" he broadcasts a telepathic plea for help.

Kyle started climbing down the cliff. He was probably going to get into get into trouble but he had to get down to Ivy. She wasn't acting like herself. He had to find out what was wrong. While his sister's nonstop energy was hard to deal with he knew that her being still was dangerous. She was like a volcano. He was more worried about the kids with her then Ivy. He couldn't let that happen. She was his responsibility. He couldn't let her hurt others accidentally.

The female councelor headed down after Kyle. It was against policy to leave kids unsupervised. Her brother headed down from the fourth level. He needed to be with the kids on the third floor.

Ivy was staring at the butterfly trying to decide how to climb to it when she heard a voice in her head. She shook her head. She wasn't used to hearing voiced in her head. She looked around. Had anyone else heard that? She didn't think so. She looked from the butterfly to where she heard the voice.

Kyle didn't even turn around once to notice Lin's predicament. He simply climbed straight back down the rock face and began making his way toward Ivy. Wow, what an ass.... Lin thought. Didn't even reply to my whole spiel about three-way friendship. Odd thought to be having when she was dangling off the face of the fourth tier wall by one hand. She managed to swing herself up so her left hand was grabbing it alongside the right one to give her dominant arm some small respite.

All of a sudden, she heard below a feminine voice crying out, "James! Neric! Look," and hoped that meant her and not some interesting slug on the ground. Her arms were literally shaking with the effort of holding herself up. She cast her eyes below, looking desperately for footholds, but none were found. If only Kyle had noticed Lin's belay tether completely snapping and even falling past him as he climbed down. Ice Boy seemed to be in his own little world, the jerk. Lin grunted with strain, trying minimize the amount her legs flailed in the air as each time they did, her grip got a little looser.

Suddenly, a coarse, gritty black...thing gripped her tightly. "I've got you little one!....Would you like to go up or down?" Lin blinked in surprise at the black form. "Neric?" she exclaimed. "Boy am I glad you can fly! Thanks for the save! Everybody seems to be going back down, so down please if you would."

The black shroud of a figure would chuckle softly, nodding his confirmation as he held on to her. Lowering himself and her, King Kong style grip on her, towards the ground. In the back of his mind however during this, he was questioning the safety of the lines on the wall. If they were brand new then this one must have been faulty, the idea to check them all once they were done. Huffing softly as the lower black part of him slowly touches the ground, shivering a bit himself as he lowers her down gently to her feet. His long and spear like fingers uncurling around Lin and pulling away for the Void to retract and take his cat form once more.

"Well, that was interesting. But let's not try to have that happen again. Scared the three of us." The Void would chuckle as he walks up next to her, rubbing his cat form against her body a bit. "Promise you won't get into that situation again?"

Off to the side James would sigh softly, though it seems she could of held on for longer. He was glad Neric got to her when he did. Stretching a bit before placing his hands behind his head and sighing softly, smiling a bit at Lin and his Void before his own thoughts drifted. Looking back at Cecilia with a smile, he was thinking about them stargazing. Even if it happens or not, looking to the counselors for a moment before making his way back to her.

Eldrich saw everbody going down, so he went down to. He noticed that the hypergirl that questioned his host was still, with a confused look on her face. Eldrich thought this odd from his first impressions from her conversation with Neemious. "Is everything okay down there? He asked as he continued his decent.

Eldrich noticed the newcomer through Neemious's eyes. Shall I be the welcome wagon?Sure,
If you let me control...Too badand Neemious went torwards the newcomer to aviod the odd thing going on in the main group. "Hello there! I'm Eldrich, well technically the entity talking to you is but the body is Neemious Galihad" said the spirit. "What be your Name?"

Juan looks up as a tall, young man with a vampiric appearance approaches. He responds cordially, albeit with a hint of confusion, "I'm Juan. It's nice to meet you Eldrich, but what do you mean the body is Neemious?"

"Well, my current host is Neemious Galihad, but he was being a fool. So, I took control, which you can tell by the eyes glowing, if not, then it's Neemious. But eyes are always red." He said with some hand gestures. "Currently,
he is being pouty because I took over." he said with a chuckle. I'm not being pouty! Neemious says in their head. "And now he is argueing with me."

Juan gives a small smile and replies to both the spoken and mental statements simultaneously, "That's an, uh...interesting situation." "Why does he say you're pouting?" Although he keeps it to himself, Juan feels conflicted about what seems like obvious demonic possession, and isn't sure if he should try to help the older boy.

Cecilia was on the edge of her seat, her breath at a standstill until she saw Neric lowering Lin to solid ground. From a logical standpoint, she knew that the girl was in good hands, so to speak. But she found it hard to be completely analytical during scenarios like these, her inexperience showing itself and her imagination always apt to present her with unhelpful glimpses at outcomes she'd most dread. This incident seemingly resolved, her fears alleviated momentarily as James turned back to her. He and his void handled the whole thing in an effective manner befitting superheroes as far as she was concerned, reminding her of the sheer amount of experience that must have been between them. Cecilia's amazement could not be overstated, not that she'd even try. She merely sat where she was, smiling gratefully up at James, happy that things didn't take a turn for the worse.

Her respite wouldn't last long unfortunately for her, her train of thought from before the accident then returning to her. Cecilia had just about climbed three walls already, but she was far from feeling on top of the world. From where she was sitting earlier, stage four might as well have been a mountain. But now, after witnessing that potentially disastrous case of equipment failure, her misgivings towards further rock-climbing had gained a substantial edge over her pride. She looked tentatively over to Neric and particularly Lin, who seemed to be fairing well for someone who went through what she had. Cecilia, on the other hand, had had quite enough excitement for one day, and nothing less that the counselors' unholy wrath (or stern request) would prompt her to even attempt to finish. There was no small level of shame that came with that rationale, which complimented her aching body and post-exertion faintness almost perfectly. She timidly scooted further away from the edge so no one from lower levels could see her, gravitating instead to shade if there was any. Right now, she'd be glad just to walk down under her own strength.

Lin jumped a bit as Neric-Cat rubbed against her leg. Void Kitty still creeped her out a bit. She wasn't sure what Hell or Void germs he spread, but she didn't want rabies. "Oh, yeah! Thanks for the save! Guess I should look before I reverse leap," she laughed in return. "At least I almost got to the top." The cliff face seemed to leer at her like the talking organ in the Beauty & the Beast movie. I'll be back for you next time, stupid rock, she grumbled internally as she moved back toward the biggest group on the ground. So many newbies....this camp really needed a better reception system than Ivy.

You can hear me? he asked. Eldrich chuckled [color=ed1c24]"I see thy has the gift of the mind! And thou curious of us, I see? Well, I guess tis' time for a little show. If thee could, watch the peak of the false wall."[color] Here we go Neemious groaned internally. Eldrich changed Neemious' body quickly, his skin hardening like stone, his nails shifting to claws, sprouting wings and a tail, and hair to horns. After his transformation, he cackled then flew to the top of the wall and crowed on the ledge, laughing. He noticed, which he thought odd, something coming from the forest. "Counsel-women,
there's something onward yonder." he said to the camp counselor while pointing.

The void would stop and look at her as she spoke about his helping her, nodding and looking towards the wall as he sat like a cat would. "Oh your quite welcome, always happy to help when I can." Him chuckling softly as he looks back, but seeing her walking away. He would sigh softly and look back at the wall for a moment before taking his time over to where James and Cecilia would be. "Well nice seeing you too..."

James would simple walk over to Cecilia once Lin was safely brought down to the ground, smiling softly as his gaze soon went to the crowd. Humming softly to himself as he looked back to Cecilia, speaking softly as he approaches. "You doing alright?" Noting the group isn't going anywhere anytime soon it seems as he sits down right next to her. Looking to the ground as he sighs softly, his hand gently setting on hers. "Well it was fun for a time, and got to help the fair maiden on the last bit of her climb." He would say with a chuckle, looking away shyly and catching Neric getting closer. Smiling as the cat eventually made his way over to them to lay down on the side. "Nicely done Neric.

"You too James, seems like Lin is going to be a tough one to interact with. But seems newer people are coming and people are going, seems a full fledged friendship is going to be hard find around here.

"Well we can try at least, but as long as you aren't going anywhere... if you do let me know so I can ask for your number at least to try and keep in touch. His words directed to Cecilia as he quickly and gently squeezes her hand, smiling and blushing a tad. But he wasn't afraid to admit that he would like to keep up with her. Though he did also hope that when she does leave eventually like everyone else will when camp is over, that it won't be anytime soon. Looking back at the wall and then the group with a content sigh.

Ivy bounced over to the new arrival. She beamed up st them. She was excited to met new people. She didn't notice that her brother was on his way to check on her. Nor did she seem to notice that she had been memorized for a few minutes. She bounced around them. "HELLO! MY NAME IS IVY! WELCOME TO CAMP! I CAN CONTROL FIRE! WHAT CAN YOU DO? MY BROTHER BROUGHT ME TO CAMP! HE CAN CONTROL WATER! THE COUNSELORS ARE STRANGE! THEY MOVE AND TALK AT THE SAME TIME! CAN YOU ROCK CLIMB? THAT'S THE FIRST ACTIVITY OF THE DAY!"

Kyle sighed when he saw Ivy start to act like herself. He didn't know what had caused the trouble but atleast his sister was acting like her usual self again. Which might not be so good for the new arrivals. His sister could be overwhelming. Hopefully they wouldn't react negatively to Ivy.

Juan reels back in surprise as Neemious takes on a monstrous form and flies away. "I need to do everything I can to free that boy," he thinks to himself. Suddenly Juan is assaulted by a barrage of high energy words from the mouth of a fiery-haired, young girl that appears before him. He can't help but grin as her infectious enthusiasm takes ahold of him. "It's nice to meet you Ivy, I'm Juan." he says with an outstretched hand, "I don't know if I can rock climb; I've never tried."

Cecilia gave a modest nod, smiling lightly to let James know she'd be alright given another minute or so. Her hands were laid flat at her sides by the time James set his hand on hers. Her face was already somewhat red before this, but she nonetheless looked up at him, her eyes softening. His line felt pretty corny, but she still giggled gingerly, it was admittedly very sweet and thoughtful of him to help her out like that. But there was something else that she noticed since then. James didn't seem to mind that she had failed to climb the third stage on her own. He probably had energy to spare and could have gone on to finish stage four without her, but he seemed to want to stay here with her, even now. Cecilia pondered for a few seconds about giving out contact info; her father had always cautioned her not to, in fact just about forbidding her from staying in contact with anyone from the towns and cities they visited. She never liked the idea, as one can imagine. She perked up with the squeeze of his hand, her voice daintily breaking as she realized she wasn't about to say no to him now. "... S-Sure, should I write it down for you when I get the chance(?)... Or if you have your phone on you, I can give it to you now."

Slowly taking his time as he got himself comfortably seated, his Void sitting a short distance away in a curled up position. James smiling softly as he looked to the Void and then back to Cecilia. Biting his lip softly as he heard her words, not so much the phone as it sounded like she either was uncomfortable about giving away her number or she wasn't able to. He knew there are parents like that, sighing softly as he looks down towards the ground. Then again, he didn't own a phone either. It's difficult to own a phone that you can actually use without having to pay a lot for it and the service. "You don't have to give me your number if you don't want to... I don't want you feeling uncomfortable or getting you in trouble. But really I don't own a phone... It's hard getting one and owning one so I just try to get what change I can and use a payphone if I have to..." Looking away in shame, hoping she wasn't going to give him trouble for that. It's not his fault. But really he just felt bad about it, to a point his hand was slightly pulling away from hers almost. His Void staying quiet but looking over at them, his cat ears lowering as he listens and looks between them. "I'm really sorry..."
