@Rai Yours was skipped, so I will rate it. I really don't want to listen to 25 minutes though. XD It appears like its several tracks/extended? 6.5/10 Seemed enjoyable in parts.

@Dynamo Frokane 6.5/10 Not one of my favorites off of the mario kart 8 soundtrack. Still a decent one though.

@SleepingSilenceNot painful to listen to. The problem is that the drumming itself is quite arrhythmic. This musical piece just seems like a bunch of nice sounds thrown together. 5.5/10

@SleepingSilence Generic Anime pop rock.

Surprisingly bad guitar for such a modern game, you think they would have recorded it in something that didnt resemble a sports gym. 2/10

Probably the most generic violin action song I've ever heard.

It feels like mute and deaf sheep played this song on broken kazoos and the sound quality was recorded with a shoe found in the depths of hell itself. 5/10

The guitar is pretty generic-sounding, but I love the beginning. It doesn't stand out very much imo, but still pretty good. 7/10.

@TojinA wonderful example of an old school dungeon crawling rpg MIDI tune. Very reminiscent of the golden age of 16bit RPGs. 6.5/10

Sounds like it'd be at home in an older Sonic game, stylistically speaking. The song itself is nice enough, I guess, but kinda repetitive. Solidly "meh" for me. 6/10.

It builds up to a moment and then for about ten seconds it becomes a bit better before dropping back down to the register of standard island music with steel drum. It sounds like something you'd see in a commercial for a vacation to Jamaica or a Caribbean cruise. Which, given the game, is probably part of the intent in a way. It's pleasant enough to get me to look past my dislike of steel drums. 3/5.

@Fabricant451 I am so dreadfully sorry dude, I really am, truly. It's just that, to say that I'm not a fan of this piece is an understatement.

Stylistically it's completely and utterly chaotic, and not in a cool, experimental indy way. It's like a standard rpg village theme that's trying too hard to be unique purely for the sake of it, and failing miserably. I can't tell whether if it's a work of laziness or pure delusion. Again, dreadfully sorry. Please don't take it personally.

The only consolidation is that technically, it is music, though just barely. 2/10

@TwelveOf8 6/10 Maybe I wasn't in the right mood, because I played this game and I did like most of the soundtrack. but I just didn't really vibe to the song and it got a little boring. (and that's odd since vocal tracks usually do better at standing out.) I did enjoy the little fast piano bits like at 2:20 but they went quick.

@SleepingSilence I'm at a weird place when it comes to Transistor because I really only like The Spine because it's admirable in its attempt to just be Portishead and I love me some Portishead. And also I just think a lot of its fans (And also the Bastion crowd) are silly, silly people but thats not about music. So that said my other problem with Transistor's score is that removed from the game it loses what makes it effective in the first place. The Spine works okayish as a triphop sort of piece but the one posted is just sort of...dull and lifeless as far as the instrumentation goes and the vocals only manage to infuse a spark in what is otherwise a song that lost its soul. See the metaphor is that the game is the soul and the music is the heart and you need both to take a 2/5 song to like a 3/5.

Which is why I'm giving it a 2/5 because while not terrible by any stretch it's also entirely forgettable on its own. Kind of like Transitor and Bastion and Supergiant as a studio. Disssssssssssssss.

Oh and by the way @TwelveOf8 don't feel the need to apologize.

Though I feel maybe I should. In advance. Apologize for posting the best track ya'll can just stop

@Fabricant451 You brought up a lot of interesting and good points that I would love to discuss...but according to the rules That I'm not stupid enough to not know they we're made specifically for me. I can't.

1/10. I'd give it an 11 if I liked any resident evil aside from the 4th one. :P

(And because I don't care about rating either.)

Not one of the best from the game, but still memorable nonetheless. Does a good job of building a spooky atmosphere with the limited toolset available, somewhat grating at times.

I liked the piano at the beginning but when the rock started, it didn't really fit. I thought it would transition into an upbeat house background, or at least something chill.

Ooh, that's a good one! I really like the fusion of traditional Japanese instruments and the more modern background beat. 9/10.

A nice orchestral score thats very easy to listen to. Nothing particularly outstanding about it but manages to stay interesting enough to have on in the background during a game of chess :)

@Dynamo FrokaneYou just gave me a huge dose of nostalgia. A theme to my very early childhood. A bouncy, tropical tune that evokes both wildness as well as light heartedness. How could anyone forget those pan flutes!? 7/10

8/10 Enjoyed it. I know sometimes it's hard to like soundtrack music if you typically don't listen to it. But I think someone could easily enjoy that with no knowledge of the context the music plays in. (part of something I wanted to say.) :3
