He pulled the left side of his bottom lip into his teeth subtly, feeling bad for enjoying her seeming embarrassment. He blinked hard, shaking his head ever so slightly as he answered her

"Frin still edged it by a few points, but... hm.."

His eyes darted around him as he found himself searching for something to crush to demonstrate. For a moment however he raised an eyebrow, thinking for a moment.

A miniature Marius in his mind dressed itself in a Tuxedo, straightening each lock of his hair in front of a mirror. He was attractive, insanely so. He looked as if he was about to make a woman swoon, as he whispered softly... "Wanna see me crush something". An imaginary fist of his real self collided with this smug face, groaning at the idea of such a macho style approach.

Marius subtly had his right fist clenched for a moment, like a quick flex, by his side. Had the conversation not disguised him as thinking of a way to explain his quirk, it would be obvious he was just idiotically confusing himself. only a split second seemed to pass during this whole mental war. He shrugged a innocently.

"It'd be hard for me to explain, so let's just hope I'll impress you when I get the chance."

He coupled it with a seemingly signature smile, looking again back to Dan just as happily to reassure he wasn't hijacking the conversation for the sake of flirting. He lifted a hand, clawing silky locks of blue hair into them as he drew it back, sliding his hand slowly sideways to scratch the back of his head. His eyes again fixated in contact with Eva's

Dan coughed lightly once the small bout of flirting between the other two began. He didn't really have much interest in third wheeling or starting some kind of high school love triangle, so he changed the subject.

"Yeah, that Frin guy somehow hit number one. I'm not sure how somebody with a quirk like that was able to attract so many of those robots. I mean, it didn't look like it had too much range and it didn't seem too flashy." Dan said, looking around to find the guy in question.

"Gonna say it right now though, I have no idea what his quirk did past that. He just went straight through the bots that came after him. I had to actually work for my points so I didn't have time to really investigate." Dan admitted, slightly annoyed by the combat centered nature of the test that had decided everyone's ranking.

Dan narrowed his eyes at Marius as he thought about something he had heard him say. "So, does your quirk have something to do with sensing presences? Some kind of extrasensory ability?" He asked, curious now. If that was the extent of Marius's ability he couldn't have possibly been in the top five, let alone number two.

Lance Carter

Lance let out a grin as Connor introduced himself, he seemed like a friendly guy, soon another student joined in who was rather hairy, very hairy to be exact. The boy came over and asked about Connors quirk straight out, Lance eyes widened as he wanted to hear just exactly Connors quirk was, all he could remember was Connor smashing the robots with multiple weapons.

"I can create things from Bones in my arm"

Lance expression turned into an intrigued one, Lance always got excited at cool quirks he had a lot of questions to ask but he he would have to put them at the back of his mind for now, they just met.

"That's actually a really cool quirk, we're gonna have to talk about it later!" Lance said with a wide grin. Danji also had a pretty cool quirk basically being a werewolf, Class 1-A had some badass quirks!

"That's awesome, my name is Lance Carter by the way" the enthusiastic boy said to Danji, how got him even more fired up.

Surely when the sports festival arrives this class will have all the attention with their versatility."Since everyone is sharing what they can do I might as well too, but only to you guys though I don't want everyone in class knowing" Lance took his hands and cuffed them together then began taking a deep breath, soon the three could feel there air moving around them as it blew on their hair. After a moment a small tornado formed half the size of a pencil in his palm.

"I can manipulate the wind with relative ease" Lance said as he look at Connor and Danji with a smirk . He let go of his hands and the tornado dissipated,

"Pretty cool huh, have you guys thought of your hero names yet?"

The Tests

All might would give them all the thumbs up as they all finished getting ready "If you had to go, go when everyone was still getting ready!" he states before turning around "to the sports field!" he shouts as he walks fast again towards the field, where there would be various set ups for them to test on. "Here we will have you preform various activities you may of done before in middle school!" he states "But this time you can use your quirks! you got that Embryos show me what you got!" He shouts loudly "To become a great hero you must know your own limits first! you could never do that until now because you've always told to restrict your abilities or else people could get hurt!" he states out, Before pointing at Asahi "Sorry but no suit! just your own abilities" he states out before pointing directly at Marius "For example!" he says before tossing a ball towards him "Lets see just how far you reach! you may use your quirk how ever you like in these tests!"

They would do various activities like the 50-meter dash, Grip Strength, Standing long jump, side hops, ball throw, sit ups, Seated toe-touches, and Long distance run. To test their various abilities and how smart they are at using their quirks. While some wouldn't be incredibly useful at completing events they could be used in many different ways, All might would be constantly showing them with praises when ever they did something extraordinary, though to those with quirks would be fairly average, it would take a good chunk of the day just to go through all the tests with how many students they had. Various teachers would end up poking their heads in to check on progress every now and again.

"Ooooh! That's not fair Marius!" Eva playfully pouted as Marius kept his quirk a secret. She could understand why if this was a competition, but everyone in class was a team in Eva's mind. She hated competition because it promoted people one-upping each other instead of being more efficient. Humanity didn't make it this far by pushing others down. Though in the back of Eva's mind, she also didn't like competition because she knew compared to some, she just didn't match up. Healing was a great support ability, but Eva didn't want to be a hero in the back lines at home. She wanted to be the hero who goes into the danger zone and save lives from the grasp of death itself. She'll just need a bit of help from others from time-to-time.

Soon everyone started to assemble. They had quite a colorful cast, and in more ways than one! People in all sorts of shapes and sizes showed up. There was that big oni looking girl, a girl with fox features, some fat kid, and a furry! Truly this was a group of weirdos. It made Eva happy though. Even though her quirk wasn't that flashy, she could still feel unique and even normal among these others. Shortly after everyone arrived All Might told them to meet him at the sport's field and off in the flash he was gone. Covering her face from the dust cloud he left behind, Eva looked at the others brightly. "Looks like it's time to show our stuff!"

Eva didn't do very well.

As a normal human girl, she was above average. In the 50 meter dash she managed to get 6 seconds, which is a bit better than the 6.6 seconds the last time she did this. But compared to some others, she may as well have been a turtle. So many fast people! Grip Strength wasn't too great either. She scored the same now as she did in middle school, which was decent for a girl, but most of the boys easily did more than she did. "That's fine, I don't need a strong grip anyways!" Eva said to encourage herself. The standing long jump she did much better at. The first time she did it in middle school she didn't know how to properly do the standing long jump, so this time she was able to do it properly and did it much better than before. Her side hops were actually a bit worse than it was in middle school however. Eva figured it was just because she wasn't as small as she was before. Which was true... As any boy may have noticed, she had quite the weight on her chest.

Next was the ball throw. After hydrating and helping some of the other students with their soreness, it was Eva's turn to throw. She remembered back in middle school how bad her throwing form was. Even after the teacher showed her many times, Eva just didn't have the natural reflexes for a good pitch. This time was different however. Video Games weren't the only skills she's gained; she picked up a bit of baseball skills too, especially pitching. Taking her stance Eva tossed the ball as far as she could, and she did very well for herself. nearly four times better than she did in middle school. If this was a regular highschool, she should join the softball team. And while her throw might not hold a candle to some of the other student's quirk powered tosses, Eva was just glad that she was doing better than she did before.

The sit ups were a bit difficult due to her assets, but she managed to score higher than before as well. Just a few more crunches than usual, but any improvement was a good one. Eva's seated toe touches weren't bad either. She was able to stretch far enough to put her hands around her feet. And last was the Long Distance Run. This disappointed Eva the most. She knew that she simply lacked the muscle mass to out strength anyone, so she wanted to train her body for speed. She went jogging often, rode her bike anywhere long distance, and made sure that her body was always ready for the long run. Despite all of that however, Eva didn't even place top ten. While she wasn't dead last, even for all her training she couldn't keep up with others in terms of stamina or speed. For a regular girl Eva was above average. But for a hero, Eva didn't have anything impressive to write home about.

After the Long Distance Run Eva took shelter underneath a shady tree, draining a bottle of water and a bit of gatorade. She took deep, heavy breaths as she cooled off in the spring breeze. Her legs were sore and she wouldn't mind going home and playing some video games right now. Once her breath was steady Eva allowed herself to lay back onto the grass and look up into the skies. "Haaaaah... What a work out. But... I'll have to do better. If I'm tired from just a physical, I won't make it as a real hero. They do stuff like this and more, and they get hurt while doing it too. I have to be able to keep up with that if I want to be a hero." Looking into the skies Eva saw a bunch of clouds in the distance. A whole flock of them, unique in shape and size, floating so high up there. Then she saw another cloud at a lower elevation in a more plain shape. She imagined herself as that cloud. She suppose in a way she's already above and beyond most people, so that was something to be proud of, right? Why work herself ragged trying to reach the top when she could just settle for what she could get?

"That sounds nice but... No. I didn't come here to be second best. Plus Ultra... Gotta go beyond." Taking a deep breath Eva jumped to her feet and slapped her cheeks. "So maybe I did mediocre this time. That's fine! It's a good base to improve from. In a year I'll look back at my results here and see that I've grown so much." Drinking the rest of her gatorade Eva looked around to the other students who were resting. No doubt she wasn't the only one who was a bit tired. Maybe she could help them out. After all, her quirk was great at alleviating tension and soreness. Throwing her bottles away Eva got a few more extra water bottles and towers for anyone who needed it.

Connor's suspicions about the wolf-boy, well, Ookami's quirk were confirmed. They were basically just stuff that wolves could do. Ah well, at least Lance's quirk was actually pretty decent. Controlling the wind was a respectable quirk, and Connor looked on with intrigue as the boy produced within his hand a marvellous little tornado. Very cool indeed. Lance got rid of the tornado and then asked about hero names.

"Nah, I haven't really thought about it that much. I guess I'll have to think of something when the time comes for it to be necessary."

But now it seemed to be time for the real tests to begin. A sense of excitement brewed inside Connor's chest as he made his way onto the sports field, feeling pretty confident about his abilities to do well. He knew some events he would excell at, and others he might lag behind due to his quirk not being very useful in those areas. Still, he was a pretty athletic boy nonetheless, and he had high hopes.

A while later, and Connor had done it. He was feeling pretty damn tired and exhausted, but still rather pleased with himself. The dash had gone as he'd expected. He still did okay, but he couldn't use his quirk for that and was obviously outpaced by people like that boy who could seemingly teleport. Now that was a useful quirk for running. Standing long jump had gone the same, even though he had tried to think of a way to use his quirk to his advantage. Most of the other athletic or running events were the same story.

Some events, however, Connor excelled at. With the grip strength he managed to strengthen the grip with some handy bone reinforcements, so he placed pretty high up on that event and was proud of himself. The ball throw, however, was completely different. Using something he vaguely remembered from school about pivots, he formed something that vaguely resembled a lacrosse stick. A longer pivot, he remembered, meant more power and energy. The ball was flung a damn far distance, and Connor was pretty sure he placed in the top three there. He managed to send out some bones to grip his toes in the toe touches to send himself up the rankings on that one, too.

Now Connor was tired, and had a large craving for a cool drink of water to cool himself down. What luck however, when he saw in the distance a girl surrounded by lots of them. Perhaps she was giving them away? He wandered over and found that it was the girl who had caught his sight earlier. She seemed pretty tired as well. He got closer and came to the conclusion that she was giving them away.

"Hey... If you're giving those away, can I have one? Tiring tests, eh?"

"SHIT." Asahi shouted in his mind when All Might said he couldn't use his Guardian One. On one hand he supposed it made sense, this was the quirk test after all. On the other hand, Asahi was almost entirely mediocre without it. If only Asahi's quirk actually had something to do with the Guardian One, like integrating machines into his body or something. Cybernetics would be cool. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. Asahi had to go put the Guardian One away somewhere safe and out of the sun and do these evaluations without it. Fortunately this seemed to just be an assessment test and not a placement test, so Asahi didn't need to try and be beat anyone. That being said he was all too aware that the other students would looking at him and the others to size up their abilities. All Might said that they can use their quirks for these tests, so obviously everyone would be using their quirks to the fullest. Asahi had wished all these tests were some sort of endurance test, in which case he'd totally be the king. Alas, he'll just have to do his best.

First was the fifty meter dash. Of course. Asahi did his best, and for him eight seconds was about as good as it gets. Better than it was in middle school, but still pretty bad. Next was the grip strength. Asahi was no strong man, that's for certain. His exercises were all about endurance and speed, so he didn't really do a lot of stuff that involved using raw strength. At least not unless it involved carrying heavy things around. Still, he was at least strong enough to crush cans with just one hand, so maybe there was something going on for him. The Standing Long Jump was pretty mediocre however. He did more landing than he did jumping after all. Side hops were also less than stellar, looking more like a bouncy ball himself.

It wasn't until Asahi had to do the ball toss that he really wished he had the Guardian One here. Again, raw strength wasn't really his forte. If All Might wanted him to hit a target a thirty meters away Asahi was pretty confident that he could make it, but just throwing as far as he could? Not so much. Asahi managed to get sixty meters, and only after warming up and using all three of his throws. "Tch. Quirk's no use here huh..."

Asahi went through the sit ups and seated toe touches decently. Asahi at least was able to get an average for the sit ups. For the seated toe touches he had a lot of trouble due to his gut, but eventually with a lot of squeezing he was able to grab his feet. Last was the long distance run. Just like the 50 meter run, Asahi didn't do great. He made it at least, and then tumbled to the ground to get some air.

With the last of the tests done Asahi chose to chill in the sun. He was sweaty, tired, sore, and generally feeling like shit. He already knew others might be looking down on him. Wondering how a guy like him ever got into the hero course. Asahi wondered the same thing. On reflection, he couldn't help but wonder just how much better he would have done if he had the Guardian One with him. He could probably do better, if not as good, as some of the other students when it came to things like the grip strength or ball toss. Heck, he could even do way more sit ups and side hops in the Guardian One. The only thing that probably wouldn't improve would be the toe touches. But six out of seven wasn't too bad. Sitting up Asahi looked towards the sky. "Today's a nice day."

Ensza looked around confused Yame-kun was behind her. She raised an eyebrow and glomped him.

"That is pretty darn cool Yame-kun!
Is that like teleporting...no,no that didn't feel like teleportation.
I know we have one of those guys here somewhere and I know you use bubbles. Unless!"

She eye balled him closely looking him up and down lifting his arms.

"Are you hiding a quirk Yame-kun?"
she asked accusingly.

As she looked around playfully getting closer than was needed and touching him far more than was needed.
AllMight came around and began telling them about the test that would be taking place.
Finally she thought. She looked over to Karma

"Oi, have at it lets see what you got box boy."

Turning over to Yame-kun she sighed

"Let's see what everyone does. You need to tell me about this quirk of yours and how it works mister."

Anagorm Britia
Courtyard

Anagorm thought about the events, planning what she could use her quirk to help with and what she'd have to simply do on her own. Throwing, Grip Strength, maybe Long Jump. Everything else was pretty much just going to be on her own. Urk, only like three out of seven? She definitely needed to spend more time studying on her bugs. Anagorm stepped up to the throw, at least determineded to do well here. Of course she didn't want to go all out for a couple of reasons, 1/3 of her max strength should work. Her arms bulked up, taking on a slight discoloration and a light form of exoskeleton.

Then she proceeded to hurl the ball further than anyone else could manage, netting herself an easy, albeit her only, first. Next up was grip strength, by this time Ana had reverted and now morphed her hands into scorpion pincers, crushing it pretty hard, probably only to be bested by the local giant. Long Jump. Hmm, she could grow some wings, but they'd kind of mess with her clothing plus she wanted to keep that part a secret for now. Normal Long Jump it was. For the rest of her events Anagorm preformed well relatively speaking, but anybody with a quirk that helped them in those events would top her. She needed to get some more bugs for sure.

Slightly winded from the exercises, Anagorm headed over to a nice shadey spot, unoccupied, and decided to watch other people's events. She wasn't looking for anyone in particular, just sizing up the competition. Studying people was a lot like studying bugs, lots of bugs had superpowers in their own rights. Though she could imagine that most people would think being compared to bugs insulting, it made her smile a little. Bugs were amazing if you took the time to understand them, if anything it was a compliment.

Yamerugo's expression was fairly deadpan during Enz's assault on his person. When All Might showed up he barely even considered it a rescue. In such a brief period he was already accustomed to her rather touchy approach. He didn't even bother sighing as he just allowed her to pat him down for some nonexistent extra quirk.

"That was the bubble." He said simply. "It...stops things. I didn't teleport, I just kinda walked casually around you."

Yamerugo didn't plan to reveal his quirk so explicitly, but at this point he trusted Enz wouldn't go around blabbing. On second thought, that may not have...no, she had already showed the less confident side of her so it was only right for him to be honest as well.

"It's not much of a fighting quirk, but it has plenty of utility." Yame admitted, even though he wasn't too proud of it. "Even so, I want to fight villains just as much as everybody else here."

talking with Yame while watching others take the test: @Heckno12

Enz smiled warmly as she watched Yame try to explain his quirk without giving too much away.
He didn't seem to confident about his quirk but something that could stop someone she thought was pretty cool.
She slid closer to him poking his cheek.

"You really ought to start thinking a bit more outside of the box.
Not a fighting quirk is relative besides,"

She concentrated as the last word left her lips she jumped high clearing a solid fifteen feet. The noise of the world dissipated and everything was quiet. She remember when she first found out she would go deaf and mute while her quirk was active. It had really freaked her out but now it was like a welcome break from everything else. She floated back to the ground slowly releasing her focus about five feet above the ground. The sound of everyone else rushing back into her ears. After years of messing with her quirk the sudden rush of noise didn't startle her like it used to. Absolute silence actually kept her equilibrium far more steady when messing around with her own gravity. She touched down on the ground stretching her hands high to the sky and leaning on Yame-kun

"there is more to being a hero than just fighting villains right, Yame-Kun? Either way I can only mess with gravity, mine more so than anything else around me. Strengthen, weaken it, change it's direction pretty basic really makes getting around pretty fun that's for sure."

She pondered for a second jumping back she bowed deeply feigning being over apologetic. She scratched the back of her head stupidly as she stood there wide grin on her face.

"I'm sorry I said I would show you mine. Do you want to see?"

Edited soon after posting to add final paragraphs

Marius' gaze shifted to the events as people began to line up, his cheerful expression fading from his face as he approached. His eyes darted around, absorbing what he could make out of everyone's abilities around him. He was impressed, everyone seemed to be giving it their all. He lined up for the sprint, taking the starting position. As the whistle sounded he bounded from the starting block rather anti-climatically. Any onlooker wouldn't be able to distinguish him from a regular high school student running track, he had a mediocre sprint speed for even a quirkless boy his age. He stumbled across the line catching his breath, seeing his less than impressive time. He cursed himself inside

"So much for showing off from the get go..."

He looked at the activities to line up for, deciding to stick to the other things he sucked at for now. His general masculine physique left his toe touches as expected, his level of fitness kept him withing his personal best range for the long distance run. In comparison to the others with physicality quirks however, this could be seen as a less than average time for sure. The sit ups went similarly, he did endurance bodyweight workouts often so things like jogging, sit-ups and pull-ups were among his specialties for someone with no quirk-added ability physically. As he did his situps he found himself grinning at Ana's performance in the ball throw, setting the best time thusfar.

His side-hops were again mediocre, and by this point the others might see his performance as rather laughable given his performance in the entrance exams. Trying to put it out of his mind, he moved towards the grip test. The machine seemed very sophisticated, it would have to be for some of the strength people have. He held the grip in his hand and closed his eyes exhaling slowly. Small hydraulic valves began to pulsate on the machine as the handle in Marius' hand gave off a red hue, evidently to increase resistance to continue readings. The display began to rocket up beyond the other's grip scores, shooting by a factor of ten after another until the display reached 1 tonne, displaying an Error message. Gauges kept popping open on the machine before Marius shifted a little on the spot. He started to feel a possible twinge coming on in his mind, in that instant he released as to not hurt himself. The sudden release of pressure slammed the grips back against the handle, The machine's components all making rather loud noises as it coped and ran back down to it's normal settings. However not displayed, the actual number he managed would be available for All Might to check later on a printout.

Satisfied with the previous performance he moved onto the ball throw. Simple enough, he held his hand forward as the ball began to spin rapidly. It shot forward, accelerating for several dozen feet before capping off speed wise, rocketing past a normal throwing distance. It landed as normal a fair distance behind Ana's throw, but far ahead of the students disadvantaged here. His smile began to creep up now, that's two events with great scores to balance out his early misgivings.

He took the position for the event he left till last, the standing long jump. He inhaled deeply, and exhaled slowly, again closing his eyes.

"Come on, you've done this hundreds of times. Just make this a big one."

He pointed his hands towards the floor and turned his right foot to it's side, bending his knees as dust kicked up around his feet. As his knees extended, dust threw itself up around him as he launched through the air. He soared forward several times the distance of some others, holding his hands towards the floor once more as he skidded on the side of his left foot. His balance shifted in a rather practiced manner from a sharp angle until he could again stand upright. The few meters it took him to stop after the landing obviously didn't count, but he grinned, still pleased with himself. He slammed a fist into his hand.

"Nailed three of them, that should be good enough."

He wandered back over to the starting area, tugging his collar a little and bowing his head apologetically to the poor grip strength machine he abused earlier. He stood relatively on his own, hoping someone might strike up conversation. It was the first day after all, talking to the same people all day would close him off.

He picked up one of the water bottles Eva had kindly fetched, giving her a wink, smile and a thumbs up for both the water and her performance. She'd beaten him in a few events after all, he was in no place to gloat from a few successes after his pathetic display in the sprint and toe touches. He took a sip of the water as he stood awaiting whatever came next.

"I know the fighting part isn't all there is to becoming a hero, it's just...I was always told I'd have to be a support hero because of my quirk, but I really don't want to believe I don't have a choice." It was selfish, Yame knew that much. Not having a choice in the matter was frustrating though, he had seen villains destroy buildings and ruin lives...And he knew his ability could at least slow them down.

Yamerugo cocked his head slightly. "I thought that's what you did...With the jump?" He asked, fairly confused.

As far as the tests went, Dan Managed to score fairly average. The only true outliers were the long jump and the dash, both of which his quirk was a great help on.

On the fifty meter Dash, Dan scored higher than anyone else had, though Blink made it almost impossible not to finish almost instantly. The long jump wasn't quite as impressive, but he was able to extend his jump pretty far. Even if it wasn't as far as a few of the others' jumps, he still kept himself above quirkless and those without mobility based quirks.

After everything was settled, Dan found a nice place to sit and watch the others complete their own.

"Let's go!"

The 50 meter dash was nothing for a wolf-man with fast kicks. He could ran pretty fast, and considered himself to do well for the running. He loved to run, just to not sit around, much. After all, his uncle said Danji used to have a serious problem where he would not stay still for just a minute.

He laughed about this, while running as fast as he could. The test, was no joke though, as he was running out of stamina quite close. His problem wasn't running fast, but not snapping from exhaustion was the real issue. He did, however, make a pretty decent time. Just a few seconds, which was actually a record for him. For training he'd always check his time and how long it took him to run from point A to point B. After all, from research, wolves pushed their limits harder than a human. And he had a bit both, even though he necessarily doesn't have wolf DNA. Just, something, rather very similar and wild. It was hard to explain.

The sit ups and such was sort of a problem, Danji was strong, but he couldn't hold himself up long enough like that. It was rather hard to do so. The long jump wasn't shit to Danji though, funny enough, at the time he was hungry, and came up with the idea to imagine a giant chicken in the air, and lunged rather far into air. Not higher than a building, but considerably at least higher than most others. Which made him feel rather good about himself.

The grip strength, was also not that much of a problem luckily. He couldn't hold himself up, but he could hold a nasty grip, presumably helpful with the claws, as he could sink them into almost anything, at least he thought so. It soon, did start to tire himself up, and he almost fell and hit his head. Luckily, he played it off and did an accidental and half-assed backflip. A pretty lame backflip, but it was better than falling hard in front of everyone.

Danji was surprised he didn't do bad. Matter of fact, he just needed to work on his situps and his gripping.

Enz thought about that for a second and nodded in response. Yame-kun hadn't actually shared the fullness of his own quirk so it probably wouldn't have been appropriate to share all her own details. She'd have to eventually as others would need to be able to communicate with her and being deaf and mute while using your quirk wasn't very helpful in team situations.

"Fair enough. Looks like it's about time for me to start testing. I do wish you the best good luck."

As she said this she saw, Marius she thought his name was, Blast into the air on his Long jump. Pretty impressive she thought, she knew she could do better and having watched a few students do the 50 meter dash she knew she could probably best most people in that. This test wasn't exactly fair for everyone else she smiled. Stretching she bounced up to the 50 meter dash line. Waving over to Yame-kun she let out a sigh and started her testing. She got down remembering her track days head down and breathing evenly waiting to hear her que. She took off down the line changing her gravity with each step. She'd practiced this a dozen times switching the strength of it as her foot would hit the ground. Allowing her greater purchase and strength as she kicked off. While weakening it when her feet left the ground to make it easier and allowing her to get back to kicking off the ground faster. It was a fine motor skill she'd perfected and she was proud of her self as she crossed the line it being the first time she was able to employ it at full strength for once. Looking at her time she saw that she'd cross the line at a personal best much greater than without her quirk. She'd tied for second place with one other student though which wasn't a problem.

Her times for all her agility and mobility test she felt completely comfortable knowing she made it within the top five without issue. She'd decided to save the Long jump for last since she was still thinking of a way to best Marius. Needed a topic to start up conversation right? She wasn't as winded as everyone else when she finally stepped up to the long jump line. She had been a national track star in her middle school years so it was no surprise she had a pretty good reserve of stamina. Taking a deep breath she jumped silence engulfing her. She cleared a solid thirty foot height as she launched into the air as she began to fall she shifted the direction of her gravity again towards where she saw Marius land. She'd never tried this but now was as good a time as ever. She began to twist in the air flipping over and over again essentially falling towards the point she wanted to go. Faster and faster she went head over heels

"Shit, shit, shit!"

She hadn't thought how she was going to stick the landing trying to lighten up on the gravitational force she began to slow her fall about ten feet above the ground trying to right herself. Heels beneath her she released her hold on gravity landing her a nasty popping sound in her knee. Well she stuck the landing she thought. Trying to stand up she winced her left leg was on fire, hopefully not broken she'd fallen from about a good seven feet or so and her legs were pretty strong. Lifting her pants leg she could see the ankle starting to swell already an nice red color starting to discolor her skin.

Grin and bear it she told her self as she jumped up from the ground. Wide grin on her face she tried her best to hide her limp as she walked over to where Marius stood in the shade with a small girl.
Shifting uncomfortably Enz waved and plopped down on the ground in front of Marius.

"I saw your long jump that was pretty neat! I'm Ensza Kemari, call me Enz."

She pointed at her spot which was a few feet ahead of his.

"You're going to have to show me how to stick the landing better but I think I might have gotten a bit farther." Lifting her pants she pointed at her ankle.
"Yeah you're totally going to have to show me how you stuck that landing. I think I may have sprained it or worse. Hopefully not worse." She grinned It really hurt but it was worth it to have gotten first in at least one thing most everything else she'd gotten top five but she wanted one thing under her belt she could work on. She hated flying more than anything but she did recognize that being able to move freely without issue was a boon in any fight.

"Maybe you can use your quirk on me next time to help the landing Ototo?"
She asked Marius teasing ever so slightly by calling him bigbro.

If there was one thing she learned from her father and his business deals aligning yourself with the strong and learning from them was better than trying to compete.

Lance Carter

Lance let up a thumbs up, "That's alright" he said back to Connor. Now was time for the tests to gauge their abilities better, they were gonna do regular fitness tests but this time with their quirks. "Alright!" Lance said, he was pumped to see where he placed solely on abilities.

First thing he did was the 50 meter days, as he walked towards the track he began channeling the wind and preparing it for the dash, compressing it so that he would be able to release it as thrust. He readied on the starting line in a sprinters position, when he was signaled to begin he held his arms behind him and released the air propelling him at a fast starting rate. After hitting 40m he released another boost from his foot throwing him to the finish line landing him in 5th place for the 50m dash.

Next was side hops which was relatively easy for Lance, he just had to release his compressed wind in intervals, he channeled once more and began side hopping. Releasing the wind at intervals, Lance has good balance already since it was needed with the recoil that the wind can cause. He played number 4 in this.

Ball throw was one Lance was willing to see, Lance stood at the mount holding out the ball in one hand for all to see, he began whipping his hand around the ball causing it to floated, soon a visible dome of air could be seen covering the ball, dust and dirt began being stirred up. It took him about 2 minutes to finally prepare, Lance then beamed the ball into the air sending it flying a little bit behind Connors ball. Lance didn't complain about his score but he was pretty pisses that it was right near Connors ball. If he took more time he could have easy gotten third.

Lance landed in the upper top 10 for grip strength, Seated toe touches and sit-up. Now was his last exererxise which was the long jump, Lance wanted to try out his glide ability hopefully landing a decent spot. He inhaled and exhaled a deep breath, Lance was grateful that this took place outside or else he would be at the bottom of the barrel in almost everything. Lance took 4 minutes to prepare, this ability was imperfect but Lance at least wanted to be somewhere in the top 6, as he focused ring of air formed around both his legs.

"Let's begin" Lance took his running start and leaped 12 feet into the air, his face firm and unwavering, if he broke his concentration it would be a nasty fall from that height. Once he hit his peak hight he kept his limbs spread out and let released a stream of wind to carry himself across the long jump so that he could glide. Passing a couple of his classmates distances, as he reached about 8 feet above the ground a strong breeze causes him to tilt far breaking his concentration. He then began flying towards the ground head first "Crap crap" he straightened his body by releasing air from his hands breaking his fall a bit but still a rough fall on his back.

"Oooh yeah definitely gonna feel that, Lance said as he layed in the sand for a bit landing. after 3 minutes he got up rubbing his lower back, "Stil needs more practice" Lance said as he walked over to the tree. He was breathing heavy and all. He attempting laying flat on the ground wincing the whole way down. Soon swelling began to begin in the area, Lance is starting to regret going beyond Plus Ultra

"Soo..how's everybodies day going" he said laying on the ground.

-waited longer than wanted for people to post for this but can just chalk up bigger posts to catch up-
Rest of the Day

All might would laugh loudly after the end of the tests "Great work you Embryos!" he shouts to them "You got the making yet! PLUS ULTRA!" he shouts out to them. "You all have great results, now get changed and return to the class room!" he states before rocketing off like a missile yet again. The rest of the day would about like regular classes they had in middle school. They would get to see many great pro-heroes come in to teach them various subjects as they go about the day. Lunch would be fairly uneventful besides meeting another pro-hero working there, then back to the many classes before classes ending at 3:00PM. Granting the students free time away from class.

Charles

As Charles goes through the various tests he wouldn't get any amazing marks, most of his results would be average among everyone, by simply using what he could gather by watching others and trying to copy their quirks by tapping their shoulders or high-fiving them as they finish. He wouldn't be able to use most of the quirks since just watching wasn't enough to learn enough in regards to most quirks. After the tests Charles would go back into a quiet mode as they went through the classes, even sitting alone at lunch. When the classes ended, Charles would head back to the dorms, before sitting on the couch in the living room and turning on the t.v. to some random anime show that happens to be on, which turned out to be Boku no Hero Academia.

"Certainly! And yeah, these tests are a real killer." Eva handed Connor a towel and a bottle of water. Seemed like everyone was just about to finish up their part of the tests. More people started to come over and relax in the shade or just on the ground. Eva was half-tempted to tell them that they need to stand up and let their bodies breath properly, but she decided against it. They were done with their tests now so they can relax however they like. One of the students, Lance, asked how everyone's day was going. Eva went over to him and handed him a towel and water bottle too. "So far so good. Is it... A bit funny that I think today's tests was harder than the first exam? I mean... Eheh, I guess not all our quirks are meant to be too useful."

@pkken@KaijuBaragon

Afterwards All might dismissed the students and everyone went back to their regularly scheduled classes. Things like Mathematics, Classic Literature, English Language, and some hero related courses like Finances. It was rather funny seeing some of the top heroes in the world acting like regular high school teachers, though perhaps because they were such famous and powerful teachers that everyone generally kept their attitudes in check. No doubt some of these teachers aren't afraid to lay down the law and keep any trouble-making students in line. Eva for the most part paid attention the best she could, writing down notes and trying to absorb and understand the lessons. Granted she had to admit some of these subjects went over her head and she started to worry if she could maintain her academic score as well as her heroic one.

"Well, that's what we have others here for. To help each other out."

Eventually the day was coming to a close and everyone returned to their dorms. Eva wished she could go out and buy some things to spruce up her room, however her homework had a higher precedence. So she just turned her laptop on, put on some soothing jazz, and got to studying. It was very tempting to "take a break" and play some video games, but Eva promised herself that she'll play all night once she at least gets her homework done. Now if only she could get through it faster...

The Kitsune And The Wolf

Danji (myself) and Koto @Ryonara

Danji scratched his neck, walking back to his dorm. The clothes, well uniforms, they were forced to wear was making Danji melt, at least it felt like so. He didn't feel like shaving, but the heat might actually give him a heatstroke if he didn't get out of those clothes or something anytime soon.

Why is Japan so strict over school uniforms?

He sighed, heading down the hallway to his room. At least he did decently on the little test, or whatever. Not like that actually proved anything about anyone, it was just seeing how fit others were. Not a dick measuring contest.

As Danji headed to his room, if he looked up he may have noticed something strange; another Danji, walking on the otherside of the stairs heading down from him. He wore the exact same close as Danji did, in his exact style, except flipped as if he was looking into a mirror. Was he looking into a mirror? Who knows.

"What the...? If this is some prank or something, I will personally rip your face off. Got it?" Danji pointed his finger accusingly at the clone.

"What the...?"

With startling syncronity, "Danji" repeated what he said with only a slight delay. His eyebrow also raised, his teeth gritted, and his fang was shown. "If this is some prank or something, I will personally rip your face off. Got it?" And just like the real Danji, this copy pointed at him at almost the exact same time.

"Huh, in that case, mimic this." Danji popped a claw out of his index finger ands own cheek, wincing, but seeing if the mimic would dare do the same thing. It hurt like hell, and blood dripped down his face, but it wasn't as bad as training with his uncle back when he lived with him.

"He's hard core." The doppleganger thought. But he wasn't going to back down either. "Huh, in that case, mimic-me..." And so the doppleganger copied Danji's movements, even cutting down his cheek deep enough to bleed. Even their factial expression was the same. however if Danji's eyes were keen, he'd notice that while he cut his face with his claw, his doppleganger had to make due with his natural nails.

"Wait a second..." Danji squinted. "You don't have my little claws, do you? You can't mimic something like that?" Danji half smirked, smearing the blood off of his face.

He then crossed his arms, and gave an angry look off, something predator-like, with a low inhuman growl. "Scram." He quietly said, hoping this would scare whoever was doing this off. He figured by now it was someone with a quirk, but who? He didn't know everyone, after all, even though in these type of cases, he wished he did know, he wasn't going to maul the mimicing person, that's just a bit too much.

So maybe intimidation could work?

"Oh poo. And here I thought I could play with you a little while longer. Well, I guess it's time to reveal my true form..." Koto, while still disguised as Danji, wiped the blood from her cheek across her nose. When she transformed, she didn't transform back to her old self however. No, instead she decided to become the huge, hulking girl called Makoto. The ruse will continue.

"Why don't you scram?"

"Oh... Shit." Danji's eyes widened. "You wanna go, pal? We can go." He stood his ground, bringing back his angered like expression, and getting into a fighting position. He wasn't going to let himself get bullied by some shapeshifting bitch, whoever she or he was. Maybe mauling the person would be the only option to tell them to get the fuck out of his face like that.

But it's seemingly not working that well.

"I'll teach you who's the top dog!" Well, this prank has gotten into a fight. Or perhaps some horse play if Danji doesn't take it too seriously. Koto would have to make sure to watch what she does carefully, less she get the school on her back for being a bit reckless with her powers. Of course, she was still going to have her fun.

Danji's low growl turned into a roar, as he ran at 'Makoto'. "I'm. Going. To. Kick. Your. Ass!" He said, jumping into the air, raising his hands to come down and slash down the shapeshifter's face. Let's just hope the injuries aren't too bad, for whoever the shapeshifter was and Danji himself. He knew this wasn't going to be that easy, but he wasn't going down like a little coward and run.

Danji lunged at Koto with a claw to her face; a preditcable move. In Koto's regular form she'd dodge, but using this big girl Koto was going to take advantage of her strength. She used her longer arms to try and grab Danji and toss him further up the stairs. Koto needed to take this fight outside, ideally through a window.

Danji yelled, going through a window and seemingly hitting the ground with a loud "[color=orange]Umpf!", loosing his breath. He had an idea though, he was going to play badly injured, as if he broke a ribcage or almost died. It could work, if the shapeshifter couldn't figure it out. Danji closed his eyes and made a pained expression, and taking some of the blood from his cheek, and rubbing it across his nose and upper lip area, making it seem like a nosebleed.

That worked better than expected. Koto initially thought she'd have to be the one to go out the window in order to escape, but instead she managed to fling Danji through the window himself. This Makoto girl was strong as hell. Still, this gave Koto the opprotunity she needed to scram, so she changed back into her regular form and headed down stairs. She didn't want to leave Danji alone just yet, but she had a new idea.

Soon Koto arrived in the form of Momo. She was going to pretend that she saw Danji's little fall and help. However little did Koto remember, she still had that cut on her cheek. It might be harder to see on Momo thanks to her scaley skin, but it was still there. "Danji? What just happened?"

Danji kept with the plan, still seemingly badly hurt. He let out a realistic groan in pain, and rolled over.

He was not going to let the trickster, or whatever it was get away with trying to play with his head. It was not only something a cruel person would do, but Danji decided to try to teach a lesson, and give this punk a bit of their own medicine. Make it seem like he was half dead, or something. After all, it was a very hard fall.

Koto took a moment to consider her next action. On one hand, she was a bit worried that Danji might be seriously hurt. on the other hand, she has been in his body before she she could almost say with certainty that he would have taken the fall much better. Granted it's not as if Koto usually falls out of windows, but even her normal form could jump from the second story without any trouble. Then again... Koto usually isn't thrown out a window either.

Weighing her options, Koto felt that this was a good time to retreat. She needed to leave the scene before things got out of hand; she did what she wanted and messed with Danji. "Hold on Danji, I'm going to get help!" Of course Koto wasn't really going to go get help. Instead she went upstairs to hide. And maybe get help, once she was certain she could get away with it.

While seeinng 'Momo' off to get help, he smiled and followed behind the stranger, he walked behind the stranger upstairs.

"Boo." He then threw the hardest punch he could at the stranger. Unfortunately, he wasn't sure if who he was punching could take something that hard of a slugger. Oh well, no turning back now.

He just really hoped he didn't hit a girl.

Oh God, he hit a girl, didn't he?

"I knew it." Of course Danji was okay. At least okay enough to sucker punch her when she was running away. The blow caught Koto by surprise and nearly knocked her out cold, but she was alert enough to only stagger and face Danji. Her head was ringing but Koto would survive. She's taken a beating before. However she could still use this chance to fool him. She just had to play her part well. "Ow! Danji, why did you punch me?" Koto said in Momo's voice, ruibbing the back of her head.

Danji crossed his arms, it was hard to believe it was Momo. But... but what if it was? Danji's face faltered, and a sympathetic look showed. He gritted his teeth again, and leaned on the wall. "Sorry... I...I'm really sorry. I thought you were someone... else." His voice faltered and he turned his face away from 'Momo' in a shame.

"God, I'm such an idiot..."

He headbutted the wall, making a pained but firm expression.

Koto just looked at Danji beat himself up about his "mistake". This was Koto's chance to get out of here, especially seeing that Danji was in fact okay. Physically that is. Emotionally, maybe not so much. But her job was done. "Dick." Koto turned away from Danji and ran upstairs, as if to get away from the tempermental madman who just goes around punching people trying to help them. But once Koto was safely in her room, she changed back to her regular self and had a good laugh. She noticed the cut on her cheek, deep enough to bleed but still shallow enough that she could probally cover it up. Now she just needed a good excuse...

Danji still leaned on the wall, but slowly slid down into a sitting position. Some 'hero' he was, right? His uncle was right about him, that he was a vigilante of violence, a brutal kid just like his uncle apparently. But he was a bit worse than his own uncle.

His uncle didn't randomly swing on women. Especially with such force to knock a regular girl out or put them in a coma, or something. He bit his lip, sitting there, just thinking about what he did. He was in no place to be doing this, in a school especially. He just seriously randomly attacked someone, without checking to see if..

Wait, a second.. A dick? Did she call him a dick?

His sadness turned to extreme anger and he punched the wall, making a dent while getting up. "HEY, SHAPESHIFTER! NICE TRY!" He yelled, a mixture of his normal voice and an wolf-ish growl.

Koto had to stiffle a laugh hearing Danji rage. Her work here was done. Koto looked at herself in the mirror and after cleaning her cut, she was pretty sure all she'd need was some make up and maybe a bandage and she could cover it up. Or maybe make it look into a badass scar. Whatever the case Koto would need to buy some makeup, so grabbing her wallet and a jacket Koto left from her balcony and headed to town.

Briefly interacting with - @Norschtalen, @pkken

Connor took the bottle of water and the towel gratefully. He chugged down a massive drink of cool water, then wiped most of the sweat off of his face with the towel. That felt a lot better. He thanked the girl and watched as the last few people started to finish off their own tests. He knew he had done well, but had he done well enough compared to everyone? He couldn't be sure, of course. Connor had done his tests before most people. He gave a nod of acknowledgement to Lance who was relaxing in the shade, and then plopped down under his own tree to relax.

Soon enough All-Might rounded up and dismissed the students to all their classes. Connor had almost forgotten it would still be like a normal school, they wouldn't just be fighting and doing physical activities the whole time. It was a little unnerving to see the pro-heroes teaching classes that had nothing to do with heroic actions themselves, but that didn't stop Connor from doodling in the most boring classes - mostly maths and literature - and subtly scratching his initials into the desks that he could get his daggers on. It was just a little thing he liked to do - he wasn't too sure why.

And then, the school day was over, and it was time to head back to their dorms. Connor had some homework to do but... decorating came first. He took the posters from his bed and hung them up in nice places in the room. His favourite movies and bands now adorned his room, and also just a few aesthetic things. Now what? His books lingered in the corner of his eye, subtly telling him he should do the work, but his phone called harder, and Connor found himself browsing things that he wasn't even that interested in. Pictures of dogs, and cityscapes, and games he didn't play, and movies he never watched. Suddenly he heard a commotion from somewhere... it sounded like the wolf boy from earlier, but angry. He peered out of his window and saw the kitsune girl he vaguely remembered seeing earlier walking away from the dorms. That didn't bode well, but Connor wouldn't get involved. Now, back to his phone. His homework could wait.
