Name: Clarence Darby

Personality: Darby is almost the perfect example of the typical 11th generation Brujah; In his mortal life he described himself as a "Law-breaker, troublemaker, beer-drinker and hell-raiser", and not much has changed, save the beer-drinking part, though now he's picked up an almost scholarly interest in Blood Magic, especially Necromancy. Not surprisingly, he fell in quickly with the Anarchs, though he isn't nearly stupid enough to openly challenge the Camarilla, and typically responds to their 'requests' for his skills when summoned if for nothing else but his continued unlife. He loves the new power he has, and it melded well with his already predatory nature as a criminal. He does however have a strong sense of camaraderie with those he calls friends, and will happily drop whatever he's doing to help a friend in need.

Biography: There isn't too much to be said about this piece of work. Darby doesn't talk much about his life before his Embrace, as he doesn't consider it very important, but his small circle of friends knows that he came from a dysfunctional family in the Louisiana, running away from home at age 14 and fell in with outlaw bikers, heading West like any good cowboy. He spent the next 12 years in California drifting around the outlaw MC and dive bar scenes, quickly establishing a reputation with the LAPD and various lowlives.

From here, however, things are fairly well known, if for nothing but the sheer amusement it brings to many a Kindred in the city. Darby's Embrace came at the fangs of a young Brujah fledgling with severe daddy issues who's name almost no one, even Darby himself, bothered to learn. What did matter was that it was one without permission from the Prince, and she was quickly executed. The biker, however, was spared, partly because his skillset and contacts with the various outlaw biker gangs would be of use, and because the situation had made Lacroix giggle. Whatever the case, he's now kept around as an expendable attack dog and burglar by Lacroix, though now he's also fallen in with the Anarchs in the area as well. Recently, he's started to show ambitions of growing beyond just another flunky, and rumors even circulated that he's been trading services with LA Samedi in exchange for lessons in Necromancy.

Supporting Characters: Cheyenne Clinton - A 20-something Ghoul 'old lady' of Darby's, Cheyenne serves as both a way for him to cling to his Humanity and a set of hands to help him in the daytime. She is one of the few people he treats with genuine kindness and affection.

Name: Tony Lee

Appearance:
Tony is a white weretiger, he is 6'1 and is usually seen wearing sport coats and leather gloves. He has a thick beard and wears his jetblack hair in a bun. Like the stripes on his white fur, he is usually wearing black colored clothes and accessories on his pale skin.

Personality: Tony is a suave, highly fashionable man. He is a devoted Taoist and believes in Taoist principles, such as harmony and mindfulness. He can quote Lao Tzu for days, but in the end he ends up solving a lot of problems through actions rather than non-action.

Biography: Tony was born in China, to a Regent family of the Beast Courts. He was a rare breed, having white fur instead of the typical orange of weretigers. It was this that made him highly popular with other Khan, believing his coat made him special growing up. He was raised as any other member of the beast court, learning to fight, being bestowed with numerous gifts and abiding by the rules of the court such as never harming a human or beast.

When Tony took a gift for Elemental fire power, he took a vow to never wander into a city again and to stay and protect the wilderness. He was abiding by this rule fine, but when Kuei-Jin kidnapped his brother and held him ransom in the city, he had to do something. He went on a solo rescue mission and cut down the Kuei-Jin in a flurry of fire and fangs. When he came back to his home in the wilderness, Tony's father was outraged at him for disobeying the terms of his Gift and said he would have preferred if he let his brother die. After a tense argument, he was banished from the beast court and would be attacked on site by any member of the Beast Court.

Deciding he didn't want to live in a place that didn't accept him anymore, he took a sailing trip across the Pacific Ocean and landed in California. He made himself known for being a Weretiger, and an even rarer White Weretiger at that, with a powerful control over fire. He vanquished many vampires and made himself enemies with the Kuei Jin. Fiercely independent like many Khan, he made his way across California making few friends and many enemies. One of those friends was Beckett, who he respected for his scholarly pursuits and his natural Gangrel appreciation of nature.

Supporting Characters: Beckett, the two have met each other on multiple occasions and he has learned many things about the Kindred and Beckett has learned about Hengeyokai from Tony.

Yukie: A Japanese Hunter who he met and befriended after hunting down the monster that killed her master

Name: Officially he is David Jones, though to other Demons/Angels he is named Cidahl

Age: Apparent age of 27, Actual Age is unknown, at the very least predating the creation of humanity.

Species: Demon inside a mortal host, though he doesn't actually know this at the moment.

Appearance: David is a somewhat average adult male, with brown hair and green eyes. He is clean shaven, though occasionally can be found with stubble if a particularly long case takes up his time. He wears prescription glasses, with a magnetic sunglasses attachment for bright days. His general outfit is a bit impractical for athletic activities, with him wearing dress shirts and slacks, differently-colored ties, with the occasional suit coat, blazer, or trench coat if the weather is poor. He also wears a suit fedora, styled after 1950s detectives, matching his jacket. He has a shoulder holster he wears under his usual jacket, which holds a semi-automatic pistol and some spare magazines. He also generally keeps a pack or two of cigarettes and a lighter on him at any given time.

Personality: David, the mortal, is a polite, gentlemanly individual. He does his best to help people in need, regularly taking up cases the police have thrown out, or investigating leads denounced as the ramblings of mad figures. This has earned him a reputation as a great help to the citizens of L.A., often bringing to light evidence that helps resolve cases, or(more often) brings closure to the people who brought him the case in question.

Cidahl, the demon, holds no qualms about his fall from the heavens, and betrayal of the Almighty. He sees the mortals as his plaything to twist and contort, and seeks to claim the earth as his own to rule over, his whims and desires subjugating the population. Or at least he would, if his memories weren't currently lost somewhere deep within the mind of his mortal host, following his conflict with a Hunter immediately after his possession of David.

Biography: David was originally a police detective, investigating a gruesome murder case where a man had been ripped to shreds in the wilderness near the city. This case eventually led to an encounter with what was revealed to be a Wyrm-infected Werewolf. David struggled to keep himself alive, but was saved by someone he would become good friends with, Bowyer Dolph. Dolph saw that David could be a useful asset, and introduced him to the supernatural aspects of the world. David would attempt to resolve the murder case, but issues in the department and courts left him with no choice but to resign from the force.

From there, with Bowyer's help, he established Jones & Dolph Private Investigations, and began to dig into the world of the occult and supernatural. These escapades would culminate in a missing persons case that would lead to David uncovering a cult, the members seeking to summon a demon from the depths of the underworld. They would capture David, using him as the host for the demon, a dark entity named Cidahl.

Just as Cidahl took control of David's body, a mortal Hunter broke into the cult's hiding place. The Hunter and Cidahl engaged one another, but due to the Hunter's own abilities, Cidahl would be defeated, but not banished. Instead, his memories would be buried under those of his host form, and he would find himself believing himself to be David Jones, awaking in his apartment above his office with a message on his voicemail, thanking him for saving the aforementioned missing person from the cult in question.

Now David hears rumors in the supernatural world that the supposed End Times are coming, the Garou speak of apocalypse, the Kindred of Gehenna, and creatures across L.A. rush to stake their claim on whatever they can. Bowyer hasn't contacted David in some time, and he now finds himself having strange dreams of a long-ago war between indescribable creatures, and that he can hear and see whispers of dead spirits.

Supporting Characters:
Jacki Edwards - The founder, chief writer and chief editor of The Occult Digest, a globally-online (and sold in print in L.A.) magazine dedicated to investigating and shedding the light on the truth behind the various supernatural happenings in L.A, the USA, and around the globe. She has been hounding and following David for years, ever since he began his career as a private investigator for cases believed to have a supernatural aspect. She desperately dogs him for answers to questions, interview rights, and knowledge about his dealings with the supernatural, usually to no avail, though he has been known to indulge her wishes on occasion.

Bowyer Dolph - A werewolf, and David's connection to the supernatural world. He hasn't spoken with David since the incident with the cult, but prior to that he was David's advisor and consultant on what supernatural creatures were known to operate in what areas, their general habits and activities, and major events in history that are frequently referenced, or influence more recent ones.

Occupation: Professional exorcist and cleanser

Personality: He's a bit of a strange little guy. Lucas is very peculiar about who he interacts with and how. He doesn't like crowds, being photographed, cameras, or being asked questions. Any of these things will have him become frustrated and he'll probably storm off in a huff. He can be a bit childish. If irritated, he will quickly resort to lashing out physically to get his point across. Seeing as he can't yell, one might think that this is his alternative.

If one gets on his good side, he's typically a mild, friendly man. Once he decides he trusts someone, he doesn't seem as stand offish anymore.

Appearance: Lucas can easily be described as a bean pole: tall and lanky. He's been told often that he's too thin and needs to gain weight. Lucas has a PEG tube that sticks out of his abdominal wall; it's basically a port straight to his stomach where liquid food and nutrition can be pumped. Due to the all liquid diet, he stays just above underweight.

He's pretty unassuming looking: hidden under oversized clothes with his face tucked into a scarf. He has a head of messy black hair, usually worn short due to his tendency to not take care of it. He has a natural olive tone of his skin, hinting at a possible Italian heritage. His eyes tend to catch people's attention. Some say he has the eyes of a feral animal, dark and a bit wild. Others say they see the eyes of a sad hound dog. Either way, his eyes are dark brown, the color almost indistinguishable from his pupils.

Lucas's most predominant feature by far is his face. He sort of doesn't have one. While his forehead and eyes appear normal, Lucas's face below the bridge of his nose is malformed. His nose appears to be incomplete, like someone cut the fleshy end off of it. And he completely lacks a mouth. His chin is narrow and pointed, his features almost elfish in appearance. If not for the deformities of his face, Lucas might be considered handsome.

Other:

Lucas has a very unique skill set. He has a 'gift'. Lucas can draw energy from surrounding sources, fire, sunlight, heat, electricity, and produce his own light. This light burns monsters that get too close to it, namely demons and vampires. While his light in ineffective towards werewolves, witches, and most other foul creatures, most are unable to touch his skin as if it were made of silver.

His gift of light is accompanied by an ability to defeat demons in a way that even the most experienced of priests have yet to figure out. When he comes into contact with the creatures, he seems to absorb them. If he is performing an exorcism, he draws the demon from the victim and into himself. This usually results in a short inner battle before the demon is completely eradicated. So far, Lucas himself has never been possessed.

weaknesses: Because of his deformity, Lucas is mute.

When tackling more powerful demons, there is a chance that they may escape, weakened, rather than be destroyed. After dealing with demons of high power, Lucas usually has to take time to recover.

Biography:

Where Lucas came from isn't entirely clear. He showed up in LA during a string of violent possessions at the hands of demons. He had been only just a boy, no older than 9, when he proved his worth by banishing demons that even the most experienced priests couldn't. The boy was a gifted exorcist.

It didn't take long for a local priest to take the young boy in. He allowed Lucas to live at the church, very interested by the boy and his mysterious heritage. Even as he has grown, not much is known of how Lucas came to be, or even what exactly he is. It seems to be a touchy subject, and he becomes impatient and irritable if asked about it. He, himself, doesn't even seem to know the entire story.

Lucas has remained at the church, being called on for particularly difficult demon cases. Some people have come to avoid taking his help, as the process in which he removes demons from their victims seems to have a 10% chance of killing the victim. While these deaths seem completely accidental, some the patrons of the church and demonology world have labeled the strange man as a murderer.

Supporting Characters:

Father Walter: The priest that serves as Lucas's main caregiver. He watches over the odd ward and allows him to live at the church for free. Father Walter is in his middle ages, and has been an exorcist for many years now. Priests of his experience level are becoming a rare breed. As the years go by, less and less people believe in possession, and mental illness tends to be blamed for the culprit. He took Lucas in because he saw the boy as a valuable asset, and he didn't want him to fall into the wrong hands.

See No Evil: He is a man around Lucas's age, cleverly named Seymour. He, like Lucas, is deformed. He has no eyes. Seymour also has powers similar to Lucas. He lives in Louisiana and is sort of a penpal to Lucas after having heard about him from an acquaintance. It's still yet to be discovered if there is a third "Hear No Evil".

Name: Simone Alphonse
Age: 32/88
Species: Mage
Appearance: In spite of her age, magic keeps Simone looking youthful. Her blonde hair, bright blue eyes and slim build fit with the classic European idea of beauty, though she prefers to keep he hair shorter, usually in a pixie cut like was fashionable long ago. She dresses in long, flowing clothes and prefers solid colors over patterns, yellow and white are her favorite colors and most of her outfits incorporate them as the primary colors.

Personality: Simone is outgoing and has a cheerful demeanor, but that is coupled with a cynical outlook on the world. She is not an idealist, and quick to critically examine, but in spite of seeing flaws everywhere she doesn’t let it dampen her positivity. She is inquisitive and loves to learn about people and their problems, and is not afraid to give advice. Being seen as helpful is very important to her, and she rarely turns away anybody who comes to her with a problem. She enjoys reading philosophy and other intellectual pursuits in her spare time.

Biography: Simone is from Alsace in France, a region that bordered Germany. Her early life was turbulent due to World War 2, which her older brother fought and died in. It was at her brothers funeral that she experienced her awakening as a mage, and soon after she left her hometown and settled in Paris for a few years. There she got involved with various cultural movements and became involved with the local mage covens. Although sympathetic to the traditions she never joined any of the major ones, instead identifying with the orphan tradition that would come to be known as the Hollow Ones. Simone was loyal to people over factions, and as her confidants in Paris began to drift apart she traveled the world.

For several decades her life was constantly on the move, searching for truth in far off locales like Cambodia and Rwanda. The ascension war never interested her, but she did make it her mission to nurture younger mages and show the ways of the world of the supernatural. Personal relationships came and went, including marriage with Steven Yang. After growing dissatisfied with the wandering life, she moved to Los Angeles, the center of so much of western culture. Simone still tries to mentor young mages, but also has taken more of an interest in building ties with other supernatural in the region. As she grows older it becomes harder for her magic to sustain her youth. The paradox incurred will eventually be enough to make her unable to maintain on earth, and she will have to leave for a horizon realm if she wants to continue. With these concerns, she is now thinking about what kind of legacy she will leave on the world.

Supporting Characters: Steven Yang: Divorced husband, still on speaking terms. He’s with the Euthanatoi and lives in Hong Kong, but when he’s in the area he and Simone like to meet up for coffee and other discussions.

Name: Damien Varomere

Personality: Innocent an unassuming, protective of family and humanity. Youthfully optimistic. Impressionable. Honest, and a completely incapable liar. He is the kid-brother that you wish could have a better life. He is the nacent next generation of hunters.

Biography: Damien is of Latino descent which is certainly not uncommon in California. He was an unplanned child, something that is also unfortunately common for the area. His biological father is virtually unknown to him, and thus he was raised by his single, working mother. Like anyone else in his situation, he wanted a better life. Well disciplined out of necesity by his mother, he wanted to finish school and work his way to a decent life, to be able to provide for his mother and for any potential family of his own. His mother unfortunately died of cancer shortly after he began his first job, causing a huge strain on his ability to concentrate on work. That, and his own differing personal interests with his agency, caused him to be let go from his position as a junior detective. He had begun reading the Occult Digest not long ago, but was continually told to focus his investigations elsewhere. He didn't exactly listen. Subsequent to that, he met Jacki Edwards at one of her presentations in the city and was encouraged to interview with Jones and Dolph.

Damien has a mediocre martial arts skill and gunmanship. He speaks Spanish and English and doesn't smoke or drink. He is surprisingly bright with a good work ethic. So far, he has no idea that the supernatural are real and has never encountered anything of the kind.

Name: James D. Navaro or Mr. Navaro

Species: Vampire (Ventrue)
Appearance: Mr. Navaro is 5'11, white skin and a slim body type. He looks pretty sharp for his (apparent) age and is always seen in public using a well-cul outfit. His almost white hair is present since his 30s and is a distinguished characteristic of him.

Personality: Mr. Navaro can be ruthless doing business and really kind and fair with a very few close people (especially his protegé Dave Malas - see in supporting characters). He does not give seconded chances, what makes him feared among his associates.

Biography: James was born in Navarra, north of Spain - where his family, in the region since long ago took its name to escape inquisition.

He was embraced at the age of 51, in a ritual held by the males of his family and associates. He was turned into a Vampire by his grand-grandfather, the patriarch of the family. Navaro family held the ritual with some rules: only males are embraced - and the chosen ones are some kind of intellectual or financial elite. After showing that they are successful in their careers, they make a significant donation to "enter the club". That contribution is crucial to maintaining the family status and the operation in various places f the world.

Many of them manage to live a life without telling their secret even to very close people, like their wives and children - but every now and then make mysterious "business trips".
James' wife and kids are all dead now (they were never embraced) except for one son, now 75, that lives in an elderly hospital in El Paso. They haven't seen each other for more than 30 years.

That's not a rule (more of a tradition) that Navaro males only take as victims women that had never given birth. James follows that too.

That's how he was accepted among the Ventrue.

They kept doing their business on the underground and went to different places through the years. After some problems in France when younger, James moved to L.A. where he established as a well-succeeded businessman with investments both in construction and, more recently, funding technology startups. That gave him money and prestige to continue to operate family's century-old business of human traffic around the globe.

He is constantly targeted by media, that sees him as a recluse man, and there's a bet among journalists of who will be the first one to publish an exclusive interview with him, something they are trying for at least 14 years.

Supporting Characters: Dave Malas - a 27y.o. ambitious lawyer, whose studies were paid by Mr. Navaro. What kept him loyal - yet curious about his boss's secrets. He is kind of the personal legal tool Mr. Navaro uses for both personal and professional issues. For that job, he is very well paid and uses that sort of prestige to enter places and make connections with city's important people.

Name: Most non-Garou know him as Mitch. His tribal name, which most Garou know him as, is Speaks-in-Shadows

Species: Homid-born Werewolf

Appearance: Mitch is the stereotype of your average street bum. Thick, ragged brown hair, a scraggly bush of a beard, dirt and grime coating his body, filthy clothes, and a stench to tie it all together. As a werewolf, his human form is significantly stronger and buffer than you'd expect for a homeless man, though its still a bit thinner than most. His various wolf forms all have the appearance of a street mutt, with his full wolf form looking more like a large, rabid dog.

Personality: Mitch, despite his awful appearance, is remarkably good at making friends, and getting people to talk to him, share secrets with him. Being a bum on the side of the road usually means that people don't care if he knows something, because they have no reason to believe that he'd be able to act on it. He also gets along fairly well with the non-Garou creatures of the world, and thusly has plenty of contacts throughout the supernatural holdouts of the city. Overall, he operates on a policy of "f I ain't heard it, it ain't been said.", and that tends to hold true.

Biography: Mitch's life has always been caught up in his tribe's LA holdings. He was raised as one of the Kinfolk, and had a rather easy first transformation at 13, in the middle of a forested park in the city, away from prying eyes. Overall, his life was, and is, about as easy as can be for a Bone Gnawer.

As he got older, his true talents began to shine. He started out making friends with members of other tribes, even ones that had a distain for Bone Gnawers. Then he started branching out, first to the Changelings and their fellow ties to Gaia, and then Mages, and even Vampires and Demons, though his clan was very cautious about the latter two and their ties to the Wyrm. Nonetheless, Mitch steadily grew into the head of one of the biggest secret brokering and contact chains in Los Angeles, rivaling that of the local Nosferatu holdings, and having contacts in far more of the supernatural groups and organizations.

Through it all, he's managed to stay true to the tenants of his Tribe, still living in the same manner as them despite his wealth of both knowledge and funds, his rusted clunker of a Saturn SW2 serving as his home and method of transportation, though he does have a small 'home' that consists of a hollowed-out RV in a tribe-owned scrapyard, with amenities such as a bed, and a generator that he can somehow get working with little to no fuel.

Supporting Characters: Mitch has contacts and allies all throughout the supernatural holdings in LA, and this gives him the ability to contact just about anyone, for the right price. Though, Vampires and Demons tend to be a bit more unwilling to interact with his agents, and likewise for those of his agents that are Garou.

Name: Bobby Miller, “Walks-On-Razors”

Personality: Bobby is a fairly in-your-face kind of guy. He is very aggressive and assertive, although is not necessarily violent. Though he definitely can, he often prefers to settle arguments verbally, even though he may often come across threatening. Mostly out of kindness of the other party, he will try to resolves arguments before they come to blows, although his intimidation approach may not be the best.
Despite his intimidating, angry demeanor, he seems to command a great deal of respect. Or fear. Either way, it works for him. This is probably due to being a born performer and songwriter. People, more often than not, listen when speaks, and regularly has people asking for advice. Although his advice is often “Toughen the fuck up.”

Biography: Bobby grew up in New York, raised by a single father. The two of them lived in a shitty studio apartment in Brooklyn, barely getting by. His dad worked three jobs to keep them with shelter and food, so was rarely home to look after young Bobby. Because of that, he spent most of his time with the other families who lived in the same apartment building. There were three boys in particular he became good friends with quickly. Jake, Franky and Sammy. The four of them were inseparable, always causing mayhem. All four of them were outcasts, never seeming to fit in anywhere else, except with each other. They understood each other.
The four grew up through school together, and discovered their collective loves for music. In middle school, they formed a hardcore punk band, inspired by the likes of Black Flag and Suicidal Tendencies. This made their school hate them even more, because no one understood, but they loved it, and fun doing it.
The young band started getting a bit of attention, and the group of 13-14 year olds started getting asked to play in bars around Brooklyn. Bobby’s dad, recently fired from one of his three jobs, went along to all of these shows, now that he had the time, as well as the parents of the other boys.

After one particularly rowdy show, the boys were hanging out around the back of the bar, loading their stuff into the old beaten down van. The parents were all simultaneously busy, dealing with various things, when a group of men with “gang members” written all over them approached the young band. They started talking, and the boys thought nothing of it at first. They weren’t scared. They grew up here, they knew how to deal with that sort of thing. But the older men started picking on the smallest of the group, Sammy. Getting up in his face and tripping over. Jake and Franky backed up when they saw one of them had a gun in his hand. But Bobby was having none of their shit. No one picked on his band. His brothers. His pack. He pushed back, getting in between Sammy and the gang.
“Oh, we got a tough guy, do we?” One of them yelled out teasingly, to which Bobby replied by pushing him back again.
“I said back off!” Before anything else can be done, a gunshot is heard, followed by screams, and the gang starts running. But they don’t get far. A hulking behemoth of claws and fur is on top of them within a heartbeat, tearing them apart, as the rest of the boys look on in horror. Their parents gather them into the van, as Bobby’s uncle, who was lucky to be there that particular night, shifts into the same half-man, half-beast that Bobby had become. The much bigger and more restrained Garou managed to subdue Bobby before he hurt anyone else, though none of the men that attacked him were even in one piece anymore, let alone still alive.

Bobby was taken to the local Sept, where he learnt the ways of the Garou, and over the next few months, was surprisingly joined by Sammy and Jake. They were Garou as well, they just discovered it later. Bobby asked about Frank, to find that he was killed, the same night Sammy went through his First Change.
The trio went through their Rites of Passage together, joining the Bone Gnawer Tribe, the Tribe of Bobby’s Uncle. The three formed their own pack, and after returning to the city, continued the band. Although they refused for a long to time to replace Franky, their bassist, and played with just the three of them. They tour now, both as a band and as a Garou Pack, visiting other Cairns on their travels. Although they still love the city life. It’s what they’re used to.

Sammy - Werewolf - Guitarist of Splintered
Sammy is still the smallest of the trio, but what he lacks in size he makes up for in feistiness. With ungodly amounts of energy, he is always moving, always looking for something to do, and impossible to pin down in a fight. He is a Ragabash, a natural trickster, and is absurdly sneaky.

Jake - Werewolf - Drummer of Splintered
The strong silent type, Jake is a man of few words. As a Philodox, Jake is the mediator of the trio, often the voice of reason. As a drummer, he definitely isn’t a small man, being very well muscled, and definite force to be reckoned with should he be brought to anger.

Name: Hector Sea

Appearance: He's a rather muscular vampire standing at slightly above average height (6ft). He tends to wear a normal dark t-shirt and jeans combo in the modern nights.



Personality: Brooding and taciturn, this man isn't one for small talk. One look in his eyes or seeing his powerful Obtenebration and Potence in action betrays a storied past. Hector Sea is the classic lone wolf, a man of mysterious and seductive sight who, when forced to, knows how to deal with several situations. He is a quiet contemplative person who appeals for the analysis of the situation before acting. But when he is in action, no one can stop him.

Biography:
In the Camarilla is a legendary figure known by his nickname, the Dark Angel. He has been around for centuries, playing a part in Camarilla activities around the world. He has recently gone into torpor and has been forgotten about by all but his deepest of enemies and greatest of friends. Now, he has returned from the bottom of the ocean, ready to impose his will onto Cainite society once more.

Hector was born to parents in the Mediterranean. Growing up, he was trained for a career as a Navy man by his father. He was known for being the most talented of his family and for his hand to hand combat skills. He was quickly picked out of his siblings as heir for his self control and strength of will. However, it was his talents that lead to his family's downfall. He was picked out by a Lasombra Methuselah for an embrace, going after the Navy family. Hector's sire killed everyone in Hector's family and placed the blame on Hector, making him a target for the Navy. Hector was embraced as his only tool for survival in the predicament.

A 6th gen Lasombra vampire, Hector became a Sabbat vampire and a pirate. His formidable Shadow Powers and brute strength (along with many other disciplines he's learned) led him to commandeer his own pirate ship, where he robbed and looted a fortune to becoming a bourgeoisie in the old world. Like many Lasombra, he hunted for power in the ranks of the Sabbat and became a Ductus of clan members, having the title of Dark Angel.

However, Hector never believed in the antediluvians like most Sabbat (although he did believe they existed) and believed Gehenna was never going to come. He had many orders from the Sabbat to hunt possible antediluvians and their relics, but he never followed through. Eventually, he decided to leave the Sabbat altogether as he did not agree with their goals.

As a Lasombra Antitribu, he has been hunted down by the Sabbat to no avail. He has taken down many Sabbat shovelheads and has gone across the New World and the Old World over the centuries keeping to himself, enjoying his treasures and the new technology of the ages and killing Sabbat who are after him. He eventually met Sebastian Lacroix and became friends with him, admiring his skill for rising through the ranks and his Dominance that was a match for his own. Through him, he got the goodwill to join the Camarilla and was one of the main dominating forces of the Camarilla on the seas. However, he was badly injured at some point and entered torpor and was resting at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean until now, adrift at sea he landed on the shore of Santa Monica and into the embraces of his former ally Lacroix.

Supporting Characters: Lacroix, his old connection into the Camarilla and along with the Sheriff, helped to establish their presence in the Camarilla.

Species: Changeling – Draconic Fairest
Appearance: 5'9'' tall(6'1'' including the horns), with waist long emerald green straight hair and eyes. Her body's is molded to perfection into something that's both beautiful yet strong. No wasted or excess of muscles. Her body's already stronger than what should be possible for something her size. Her skin's white like pure marble and also has similar smooth texture while carrying hardness typical for a hard skinned creature. Much of her body is covered in elegant smooth scales in emerald green color. Those scales go down on both sides of her neck, across her back, her arms and her torso. Down from the base of her spine where normally a human has a tailbone, she has a long tail covered in emerald scales. Her hands end in sturdy and elegant claws typical for a dragon. On her head just at the line where her hair starts, she has a pair of long curved backwards horns that make her a little taller than she really is. Her face's perfectly proportioned and symmetrical. As someone who had attracted the eyes of the fae with her appearance, she is indeed a paragon of beauty. She also possess a pair of big strong wings that allow her to freely fly in the skies, though those also have their negative sides since the modern human world is not made for humans with big wings such as hers.
MASK: To all beside other changelings, she appears as a beautiful woman with fair skin, black hair and green eyes.
Personality: She's a mostly calm individual with strong sense of justice. She's kind towards those around her and fierce towards her enemies. As a changeling she has few friends. Sadly her attitude can and will sometimes come out of too prideful which isn't really surprising considering her draconic nature.
She has an intense trauma from her time of capture. People who try to come on too strong onto her, tend to get beaten up in panic. Though sometimes depending on the way those people speak to her, she may freeze in fear as she's subconscious reminded of the way her master treated her. Especially if those people by chance word their sentences the same way.
Biography: Elleonora was born in Miami. Her family was pretty well off one, with old roots in France. She mostly grew up, being raised by her grand mother, being educated into etiquette befitting of a lady, and made to remember how to act as noble as possible. She still loved her grand mother, thanks to her she had a childhood worthy of a fairy tale, with adventure and unique experiences. Sadly her grandmother died while she was in high school. Since that point onward her real struggle in life began. She's a changeling... A half-fae, half-human, an existence equally distant to both side of her heritage. She was reincarnated as a human that much she knows. Soon enough she understood the struggle to maintain balance between both side of her nature.

She was different that any other of her kind that she had seen of whom there weren't many she found actually. She possess big strong wings to allow her to fly. By her appearance alone it's clear she's related to dragons in some form of another. That very ability to soar through the skies had became the one bridge to maintain her balance the most in this world. The human desire to see the skies and the fae ability to actually accomplish it. In that one act her nature work in unison and complete her desire. She loves flying, she usually flies pretty much every night if the weather allows for it, not that she needs to consider the weather much. Unless it's great stormy winds, she can still fly with relative certainty. Still there was a negative side to her body... with those wings she cannot wear any clothing beside open back one. In her early childhood while she was little, her wings hadn't grown much and they fit under her clothing. As she reached puberty they grew rapidly and soon she found herself unable to wear anything that covers her back. In short all her clothing had to be with open back to allow for her wings and all lower clothing she had to wear had to be very low rise to allow her tail to show. Either that or she has to wear one piece long dress with open back.

With limited wardrobe and world that requires one to work in order to live, she had to find herself a suitable job. A thing she struggles with up to this day. She had worked many things, but currently her main job is teaching self defense classes while modeling for magazines on the side from time to time. She has great beauty, might as well use it.
Supporting Characters: Jonathan Halwe – A friend and a flatmate. She ended up living with him after he posted an add for renting out rooms.
Jane Sheppard – Her second flatmate, also a close friend and occasional source of consensual energy.

Age: late teens apparent, 23 actual

Species: Mage

Appearance: 5'2, Anat is not an imposing figure. Soft face, lanky limbs and torso with a generally childish look about him. Childish enough to always get carded at bars. Still, he's got a sort of androgynous cuteness about him. Not amazingly so, but enough to draw an eye and influence a thought. Anat dresses in primarily dark colors, jeans or shorts depending on the season. His skin is a light tan, natural but washed out by missing lots of sunlight.

Personality: The defining characteristics of Anat are Defiant and Curious. His defiance manifested mostly in his youth, but he still holds a slightly abrasive personality because of it. He's quick to shirk tradition, question orders and otherwise rebel. He's curious though, always wondering about things, how they really work and why. His curiosity has blossomed into a love of puzzles, both mental in the form of riddles and physical in the form of anything from rubix cubes to the variety of wooden and metal puzzles out there.
Anat's Nature is Architect, as he enjoys seeing how things fit and loves to see a plan come together. His Demeanor is Deviant, loving the way he doesn't seem to fit into normal people's lives.

Biography: Anat was born to a family of moderate Muslims who escaped the violence and instability of Iraq after the Coup of 1968. Their moderate leanings lead towards Anat's drift from the religion of his parents over the years and kept them from responding negatively to their son's antics. As he grew he only got smarter like his parents did, a doctor and a business woman. He did amazing in school, much to the chagrin of his teachers.

At 18, Anat had Awoken. A long spree of staying up way too long and drinking far too much caffeine drove him into a trance-like state. In that state, Anat saw Angels. During this trance he learned to speak to these Angels, and eventually he learned that to an extent he could command them. His Awakening ended when he came to the realization that everything had an Angel governing over it: the grass, the trees, animals, everything. He learned that he was his own Angel, that he was divinity, and learned to command Angels through Words of Power and use of the Sephirot. Later on, in further seekings, he would find out that his divinity stemmed from the Creator God, something reminiscent of the Abrahamic God yet still distinct from it. Obviously this completely shattered his atheism.

Anat at this point in his life has finished schooling and is working for a dead end job he's desperate to ditch. Still, he hasn't mastered Miracles (Magic) enough to sustain himself that way: conjuring and selling gold from nothing isn't an option for him, and he has to eat and sleep, so he makes due. He's always looking for something interesting happening, both mundane and magical. He's had significant glimpses behind the veil of the World of Darkness, but he knows very little of Kindred or Fera or others, save that they exist (probably).

Paradigm, Avatar and other Mage stuff:

Anat's full paradigm is simple: Humanity is a race of creatures born of The Divine. Because of this, Miracles (magic) are everyone's Birthright. While most people never learn of their Divinity in a meaningful way (Awaken), most people still have command over Angels to some extent in the form of The Duty of Angels (The Collective Unconscious): If you take a step, an Angel holds you up from falling into the nothing beneath Existence/Creation. However, by learning of one's Divinity and striving down the path of the Sephirot, one can ignite the Divine Spark within them to the point where they can become As God. What Anat knows of the Paradigm is still little: he knows that he is a Child of God and that it gives him the Authority to command Angels.

The Sephirot, also known as The Tree of Life, is his Arrangement of the Spheres of Magic, as well as a path he follows, even if he does not know he follows it. It is his Avatar, a incomprehensible being which urges him down a path of enlightenment, and it is a strong one, firmly rooted within his mind.

Supporting Characters:
Chelsea Adams - A young (21) woman Anat has been going out with since he was 16. Chelsea is a weirdo in the ways Anat is, at least the mortal ones. These two weirdos definitely deserve each other too. Anat told her everything about his vision, but quickly found that nothing he told her would stay in her memory. It was his first realization that mortal eyes can not see his Miracles.
