Tsumiki chuckled as he watched the crystals recede to leave his knight free of their sanctuary. It was an interesting power to say the least. Perhaps better suited for a pawn or rook, but that was neither here nor there. "Open your eyes Nora," Tsumiki spoke softly, a calm smile spread across his face. "I'm sure you'll be more than surprised," he added as he held his hand out to help her up.

More than likely she had noticed the change in his voice. It was clearer now, no longer blocked by the crystalline enclosure. All that was left was to take his hand so he could pull her to her feet. Today was the day. She would be meeting the peerage. He new friends and family for the rest of her near immortal life. "We've only begun to scratch the surface of your potential.

@Guess Who

As the group continued to go about its business Lutra sat in the upper corner of the room on a shelf. As the familiar of their king, it was his job to watch and report the events that transpired in the club room to Tsumiki. He was quiet, taking notes in his otter form. For the most post everyone knew of his existence save for Kohana, though only due to her relatively new status among the group. In its minuscule hands were a notepad and pencil.

Still, things had seemed to settle after Kohana left the room. But then somebody new barged it. It was shocking to say the least. Lutra tilted his head ever so slightly to the left as he watched the idiot called out to what he assumed to be Siegfried though he wasn't quite 100% sure on it.

Nora Evans

"Whu- I... I did it?" Nora asked, opening her eyes to see if the boy who had, moments ago teleported into her bedroom, was really telling the truth or just playing some sick joke on her. To her amazement though, she found that she had actually succeeded in freeing herself from her accidental, self-imposed prison. Still, without the silver haired young man who she still had yet to learn the name of, Nora doubted she could have done it on her own.

"Th-thank you," the new demon said, resisting the urge to wrap her arms around her savior and hug him since they had only just met and she still had no idea what he was even doing here. "Seriously, I don't know what I would have done without you... both just now and two days ago. But I have so many questions right now and I don't even know where to start. Like who are you even? I don't even know your name, let alone whatever you are. All this talk about a sacred gear and calling me a human like you aren't one makes me kind of think that you're... Well not human."

The blond Fallen Angel nodded as Siegfried spoke. He never really had a talk like this before with him - but he should have guessed it was coming eventually. He placed his head on top of his hand as the Dragon continued to speak, letting out a small hum of understanding. "I can see what you're gettin' at. You can't put up with her attitude - that is something we do want to change. It does get pretty hard to deal with it all the time." He admitted. It wasn't to say that he didn't understand her even a little. To be stuck in the past for most of the time - that part he understood very well. Or at least, that's what he assumed was the problem with her. That she simply was too stuck in the past to move on from it.

"And her being an alcoholic is..." His eyes wandered over to the bottles of alcohol on the table. "Quite problematic." He also understood the lure of alcohol and how nearly anyone can succumb to it. He's seen it before when he was watching Earth, and even after he fell, he saw it. Hell, even he sometimes drank it. But she took it way too far. In fact, he barely remembered the time when the club room's smell wasn't mixed with alcohol. "But, again, you gotta admit-"

He was cut off when someone burst through the door and was shouting something about looking for a lizard - which is accompanied by other negative adjectives. It didn't take long for Kenji to process what he just said. The blonde looked sharply towards Siegfried, giving him a - "Please don't fight back." - look. The King wasn't here and a fight would mean trouble. And trouble wasn't exactly something they were actively looking for. He then turned his head to the male who had just entered. "Aside from looking for this supposed overgrown lizard - which doesn't seem to even exist - was there anything else you wanted? We have tea." He asked before giving a small shrug.

Alistair was doing what he does. He was sleeping on a desk in class after hours. It was a sleeping club of one considering he was the only person present in the room, in a ground floor classroom, looking content enough drooling on the desk in his slumber, erasing what looked to be the basis of a simple rune chain he had conceived on a small whiteboard but cause head was covering the other half one couldn't exactly tell what it was he had planned. Still at least he remembered before he had fallen asleep.

His slumber was quickly interrupted by some disrespectful idiot whom was making a lot of noise downstairs. Alistair didn't hear the words, just the noise they produce. His eyes shot open with the usually tired expression absent at least for the moment. He wiped his mouth of the drool as he got out of the chair. Lucky nobody had come in while he was sleeping, not like they could anyway. He had booby trapped the door evident by the small line of runes he had engraved onto the lowest possible point of the door, they were still active.

He stretched his limb's letting out a hefty sigh. "Well at least I can reconfirm classroom desks give you cramps after you sleep on them." He thought to himself as if to just hammer the point that sleeping on desks was almost as bad as sleeping on the floor if not worse.

He walked over to the door, not opening it off course. That would just trigger trap instead he knelt down to the runes he had wrote. Eiwaz, Sowulo, Algiz-Reverse and a few Isa along with the standard genetic access lock so others didn't arm his own traps against him. He smiled at his handiwork, this little beauty would taser anyone that touched the metal doorknob with enough force to knock charging bull unconscious, while the Algiz-Reverse made sure it gave off no magical signatures, a good trap at the end of the day.

It didn't really matter though, as Alistair wasn't able to leave the room until he had deactivated it. He gently pressed his fingers against the runes, they were carved into the door by him, he had used a blunt sculpting knife but that didn't mean he couldn't deactivate them by simply dispersing the magic charge into the atmosphere which was what he doing. The rune was still very capable of being recharged at a moments notice but for now it wouldn't affect the door without needing to.

Alistair got up and turned the handle, heading out into the hallway, his tiredness now apparent on his face, he looked around the hallway, his brain gears still whirring at full capacity even if he looked otherwise. He had 23 rune chains stationed on this floor, 5 of which were in this hall... Well it didn't seem like he would have to add anymore upstairs, it was fortified enough. Anymore and people would start noticing the random scribbles and carvings that he had placed behind posters, on steps of stairs, ceilings, plug sockets basically the most hardest to find spots.

Alistair contemplated what to do, runes on the roof? or go downstairs to where the noise was and check it out, possibly trap a criminal whom would be interrupting precious peoples club time. His heart was in the right place so he head downstairs, keeping his noise to a minimum. He didn't like having to take the proactive approach but in this case it felt necessary.

He headed towards the hall on the far side he guessed was the sounds origin with a small yawn as he did so. He peeked around the corner looking into said hall for for a quick glance, Someone was standing in the doorway of one of the club rooms. Interestingly Alistair had two runes in this hall, he just had to charge them.

Alistair began to move his finger lightly on the air as he began the correct sequence of runes that would activate the traps...

Sieg sighed loudly as soon a he heard Kenji comment, inwardly wondering if it was that rasy to solve such an situation considering how he felt towards the annoying kitsune that didn't seen to value her life enough to be worth saving as he nodded towards the fallen angel, accepting that it was the only rational thing to do even if it clearly annoyed him. The annoyance in his face quickly gave place to a small grin right in the following second though, as he couldn't help but find Kenji's commentary about the Kitsune's drinking habits quite funny, as he continuously attempted to hide how Kohana's alcoholism disturbed him as a way of maintaining piece. "Well, at least she gave us something to talk about, right?" He continued with a chuckle, waiting for Kenji's answer for a second before a certain disrespectful comment was suddenly yelled towards the club room.

It didn't take long for the Dragon to notice who was the one responsible for the suicidal act, as the delinquent-looking teenager immediately bursted through the door before even finishing the small demonstration of how to successfully buy a one way ticket to hell, letting clear that he was responsible for the situation. "...A smelly lizard, you say..?"Sieg started, his crimson colored slitted eyes showing a dangerous gleam for a second as he analysed Ryuunosuke - gleam that was quickly suppressed by Kenji's silent plead, that somehow managed to make the Dragon restrain from directly attacking the human."I don't think that there is anyone marching this description here." He said, managing to maintain a facade of being calm in despite of the urge of directly ripping apart the body of the daring worm that attempted to defile his image."I wonder who was the one that made you think that such a creature would be here though?" He said directing his best "I can control myself too" glare to Kenji, trying to distract himself from the urge to teach a lesson to the preposterous insect that invaded the club room. "I believe that the school doesn't even give the permission to bring their pets to the students."

~Kohana~

For a second, she almost thought the Delinquent wasn't going to take the bait. That'd put a damper on her mood. Maybe if she acted all cute she could get him to do it anyways? Nah, she'd rather die than even attempt that. Thankfully it seemed like he wouldn't need any convincing whatsoever. Heh. Well, this was going to be good, right? The fox watched him enter, trying her best to contain her laughter. Oh boy, now she just needed some cheap ramen noodles and this would be grade A entertainment. Might as well find her a seat to watch and hear this all from, eh?

The fox put her hands in her pocket and made a leisurely exit, heading out of the school. The roof would likely be a pretty good spot to watch them from, yeah? Heading outside towards the back of the school and taking a quick look around, Kohana didn't notice any humans in the immediate vicinity. With a yawn the demon fox unfurled her demonic wings, quickly ascending to the roof over the club room in a matter of seconds. Aha, being able to fly was so much fun. Too bad she couldn't do it more often...eh, ah well. Not the time for that.

She crossed her legs taking a seat on the roof before waiting for the inevitable fireworks to ensue between the human and Sieg.

maybe if she was lucky, they'd kill each other!

well. As long as Sieg didn't suddenly decide to be reasonable for once. Or Kenji decided to play mediator.

...aaah, why could she never have any fun?

Takenori Ryuunosuke

Well, looks like these fellows were surprisingly restrained. It was kind of awkward really. He'd been banking on a fight as soon as the doors were thrown open, and now he wasn't quite sure what to do next.

Oh, but he did get the feeling that it was the uppity-looking blonde that was the target of this intended bait. Call it a gut feeling, but he had a hunch that the shaggy looking lady that was standing outside wouldn't exactly get along with a type-A personality like this. Heh, he could see him pop a vein right now - looks like for whatever reason, his little announcement had gotten to him badly.

He might be able to have his fight after all.

Staring pointedly at the blonde, Ryuunosuke smirked - it was a well used expression that was seemingly designed by nature to be as infuriating as possible. Countless beings had fallen prey to it, and consequently have gotten utterly pissed.

"Aye, good point. No pets't school's the rule, so it makes me wonder how the hell you got in," he said with no small amount of cheek. "Considering ya really do look the part of a slimy lizard."

He pointedly ignored Kenji as he walked a bit closer to Sieg. He'd chosen his target - the other occupant of the room was therefore irrelevant unless he wanted to join in on the fun.

As he got closer, he noticed something about the blonde. His life-force was strange - it's feeling was off, as though it were being restrained. The energy stored within him was massive, like a sun was held in a human shaped jar, curled ferociously inside him, but the energy died off before it could breach the surface.

Interesting. He's never felt anything like this before. Then power that the guy in front of him possessed was nothing short of breathtaking. It was probably the strongest he'd ever felt - but as it was, it was restricted. Limited in what it could do. Were it not for whatever was keeping it in place, he would have been the most powerful opponent he's ever faced. That was kind of disappointing.

He couldn't help but voice his thoughts. "Wow that must be frustrating," he said, looking down at the blonde. "How do you deal with being so weak? No wonder ya look like ye're gonna bust a vein. You've gotta be pissed being this pathetic all the time - I know I would."

The worst part of it all was that he was genuinely pitying him at this moment. For something so powerful to just be locked away in that manner, to him, would be a trial that would infuriate him to no end. Not being able to do as he wished with the abilities he possessed . . .

Sieg couldn't help but frown when he saw the delinquent looking youth approaching him. After all, the arrogant attitude that the delinquent displayed previously was already more than enough to make him pissed enough to effectively think about disposing of him later, so he had no confidence in maintain his self-control if tue overbearing hairless monkey actually approached him, filling his nose with his weird smell that most certainly didnt suit a pure human - a creature that already isn't exactly bearable in Sieg's not-so-humble opinion.

Turns out that he was indeed correct about that, as the human immediately managed to make him even more enraged in the following second, directly referring to him as a "pet" and "smelly lizard" while putting some disgusting grin on his face - an action that would normally earn him an one-way ticket to hell in any other situation.

"Excuse me?" He said, wearing his best facade of shock - that completely suited his bocchan-like face in the human form - trying to the image of a normal human for the sake of avoiding making another commotion and consequently having to change his identity again - a bother that he didn't felt like having to deal with - but even that attempt was quickly demonstrated to be vain by the next action of the boy, that directly talked about his condition, proving that he was a part of their little supernatural community - at least in the dragon's twisted opinion, that didn't consider him to be merely using some kind of intimidation tactic that resulted in a lucky guess.

"...How do I deal with it..?"He said, his voice losing all the emotion that he previously demonstrated as he moved his right hand to cover his face, seemingly facepalming, as his whole body shivered, looking almost scared for a second before he burst into a laugher that could only be called as unsettling, nearing insanity."It's pretty easy, actually." he continued as he recovered from the sudden burst of emotion - albeit still appearing to be amused by something - his eyes focusing in the delinquent looking youth as he directly moved to intercept his walk, appriaching and grabbing the tie over the boy's shirt - a part of the standard uniform of the school - in a speed that wasn't in any way under that of a standard high class devil, using it to hold the boy as he finished his speech."I just comfort myself by demonstrating to these mongrels how a dog couldn't ever hope to surpass a Dragon, even if the Dragon is bound by some annoying chains."

After the delinquent male obviously ignored him, Kenji settled back to his seat, somewhat trusting Siegfried to keep his cool and actually not start a fight. There was no way he would be able to break through that imaginary barrier the delinquent placed anyway, so there was no point in even trying. No matter what he would say, it would look like the male wouldn't budge. That was, unless he would stop him physically. He really would... but he'd rather not get involved in all of that physically. It was just too tiring. In fact, overall fighting was just tiring. Besides, they weren't really allowed to fight anyone here.

He flinched as the delinquent started to call Siegfried 'pet' and 'lizard'. It was one thing to hear it coming from Siegfried, as his blonde friend has been using the term to refer to Kohana since... well, since she came here, but it was a whole other thing to hear it directed at Siegfried. No one was foolish enough to try it, lest a fight break out among the members of the peerage. Though, he kind of understood why though - this fool was looking for a fight. He turned to the Dragon to notice that he was still trying to keep up the facade. Impressive, he expected the male to go all out by now.

Kenji's eyes narrowed at this bruised male once he pinpointed the fact that Siegfried was 'weak', though Kenji would rather not use that term. Who was this boy? He wasn't a devil - someone would've known if he was. He was part of the school too. Tsumiki would have said something if a devil was here. Obviously, this man knew what he was talking about. It wasn't just some guess. Why was Kenji so sure about that? Well, he didn't know himself. It was just how the man was carrying himself. After all, you wouldn't call someone like Siegfried 'weak' - his aura was just too strong.

Though he could be mistaken.

When Siegfried started laughing rather insanely, Kenji knew that he had reached his breaking point. He yawned and then moved so that he was now laying down on the chair, keeping his gaze at the two. The Dragon grabbed the delinquent by his tie with such speed that Kenji raised his eyebrows. Wow, he must really be pissed. "I just hope this Dragon knows what he's doing." He said, making an off-hand comment. It was less of a warning and more like a reminder that could be brushed off easily should they decide that.

His eyes landed on a certain familiar on top of the shelf. It was Tsumiki's familiar - the demon otter, Lutra. Right, when Tsumiki wasn't here, he would usually report what happens in the clubroom to the King. Mhm, this should be an interesting report. Ha. He gave him a little wave and then settled back to watching Siegfried and the delinquent.

Tsumiki Grimmond

@Guess Who

Tsumiki smiled at his new rooks surprise at being able to pull back her powers. It truly was a sight to behold in his part. What's more, her abilities were seemingly perfect for that of a rook. She could potentially create an almost perfect defense. Barriers or even just an armor of crystal, weapons, or more. He smiled confidently as he held his hand out to her to shake. Now was the time for proper introductions. Although, while he was kind, he would have to tell her the truth, even if it would hurt a bit.

"Well, for starters...," he began calmly and continued to say, "my name is Tsumiki Grimmond and I'm a devil." Tsumiki spoke rather casually despite the fairly important information he was giving her. "And if I'm being perfectly honest you would have died without me two days ago. Although if it's today we're talking about, you would have likely learned to take control of your abilities all on your own in time," He paused for a moment considering how he would continue to explain her situation. She would most likely freak out. So he thought it best to prepare himself.

"Moving on. What i'm about to say next with most certainly frighten you." He wasn't quite sure how this would hit her, or even if she would remember what he was about to tell her regarding the other night. "Two nights ago you were on the verge of death. In response to your grief and will to live a small card, much like the one currently in this room became active. It alerted me to a soul in need and I used magic to come to your side." Tsumiki gave her a moment. Maybe it would come back to her. Even if it didn't, he would continue, "Because of your need to live I gave you an opportunity. Continue to live as a devil, a member of my peerage, and serve me; or die where you were." With that there was no further need for explanation. Obviously she'd made a choice or she wouldn't be where she was.

Lutra continued to watch as the situation continued to escalate. Admittedly, it had become a bit worried by the actions of the resident dragon. He wasn't quite sure how this would end. All the same, he couldn't allow this to continue within the confines of the club room; worse, while on school grounds. He'd hoped that perhaps Kenji could quell the flames of war, but it was a long shot even the greatest of marksman wouldn't be able to accurately target. An ironic though in the head of the small, almost disturbingly intelligent, mute familiar of the peerage's King. Still, the small creature managed a wave back before balling his small paw into a tiny fist and spreading his wings to fly down, notepad and pencil in hand.

It stopped on the head of the delinquent who'd barged into the room of the lord and found a clean page before scribbling. What it produced was just barely readable, but readable all the same.

King not be happy.

It flipped to the next page after a moment and scribbled further, banking on the idea that Ryuunosuke would leave it if it didn't pose a threat.

Fight outside so school not hurt.

It repeated the process once more, this time showing the pad to Siegfried directly in front of the delinquent.

No one die. Nothing break. Master be happy.

With that it finished and awaited the final decision of both the dragon and the delinquent. It wasn't what Tsumiki would have done. But given the situation, there wasn't much else Lutra could do to carry out the will of his master.

@Demon Shinobi

Nora was quiet as she listened to Tsumiki's words, her facial reaction staying fairly consistent throughout his explanation. Had he shown up hours earlier before her Sacred Gear began to flare out of control, she probably would have mistaken him for an intruder and thrown him out of her home, thinking him either high or a pervert with a very creative imagination. After witnessing for herself the power she now wielded and its possible consequences though, she was much more open to the bizarre truth of her situation. Of course, that didn't seem to at all quell her desire to know more. In fact, it strengthened this craving for knowledge.

"So... I'm a devil too? With wings, a spaded tail, and all that?" she asked, that statement from her new master being what seemed to really stick out to the girl. "Does that mean I'll get my own pitchfork?" Nora added with an awkward sounding chuckle, quickly apologizing for her joke if Tsumiki didn't find it humorous with a shy, "Sorry."

Having now received a moment to really consider everything the silver-haired boy had said, she decided to stop hiding her stress and anxiety behind terrible jokes and asked a more serious question. "So what would be my duties under your... peerage I think you called it? I won't have to hurt people will I?"

As a new song found its way to Ekibe's playlist, she found herself sighing out of apathy. She had taken time off for the day - she'd started the day feeling far too stressed and just couldn't go to school feeling the way she was. It didn't help that the cause of this was a terrible nightmare she'd had about her father, whom could not stop her from ditching. Not anymore, at least. So she decided to stay inside the Gateway, where she felt closer to the heavens than she did on Earth. Since this was the one and only place she had ever seen her mother, it gained a sort of spiritual significance to her, and has since become her home. The only thing she uses her empty apartment for is the electricity - her real home existed in this place, whatever it was, wherever it was.

Life wasn't necessarily hard since becoming a devil. Her work wasn't too hard and she was well-compensated. She enjoyed getting to hang out in clubs and professionally dance, even if the attire she had to wear was a bit revealing. She didn't really have much of a problem with that though - it was usually the gazes that she'd get when dancing which unnerved her. She used to be a lot more susceptible to her nerves, however after dancing in front of people for so long, it became easier. Of course, she still got plenty nervous, however was now of a legal age to drown it out with alcohol and not have to worry about repercussions. Practice certainly helped too, of course, but she preferred booze. Less chance of getting a headache that way!

She checked the clock on her phone. School had already finished, so it seemed. She did promise Tsumiki that she would be there by the afternoon, however she wasn't sure if she was feeling it. She was up for dancing tonight, but dealing with the others? That required a lot more alcohol. "Knowing Kohana, there's probably booze there. I guess I should make sure they're not eating my food, at the very least. I didn't eat much for breakfast and I haven't had lunch, and sleeping all day won't make me feel less hungry, either. Mmmmmmmmh..."

Ekibe took a look at the dark blinds she used to block the afternoon sun which never left this place.

"That means getting up..."

After mulling it over for a few minutes, Ekibe found herself with enough energy to get up. With a stretch, she looked to her wardrobe and found her school uniform nicely kept on top of it. The changing process was minimal, and after finally slipping on her shoes, she strolled over to the windows, accidentally letting the blinds open a little too quickly.

"Holy Christ! Dodgammit..."

After she let her eyes adjust, the scenery opened up before her. The narrow wooden pathway splitting through a garden smelling of fresh autumn lead directly to the portal standing just above a pond. Beyond the portal lay the empty apartment which she had rented out, dull and without signs of life. Not that anyone would really come over anyways - she kept her apartment's location a secret, save for Tsumiki and whomever of the peerage had managed to find out over the past couple months. Grabbing a chocolate bar from the fridge and her school bag for the sake of grabbing it, Ekibe opened the front door to her personal haven and ventured down the steps. Once through the portal, it took about a minute to close it again -- record time, in fact -- and within a moment she was out the door and on her way.

Rin let out a small sigh while the calling card pointed out the jeweled branch from the tale of the bamboo princess it was nothing special in the long run rather the calling card was to get people to focus their attention at a lesser things than her true goal which already had a calling sent to it. This was one of the few times she went after multiple treasures but the one she was after was to much of a target so getting attention away from her true objective was best so the jeweled branch of Kaguya was the best option it had little to it beyond being part of a strong legend. In front of her was a large mansion a bit old and decrepit but despite the age you can see its former grandiose state was still obvious behind the ivy and the rubble. While no one lived her for awhile it carried a item she sought but the mansion was often patrolled by cops and the so she sent a calling card to draw away attention away from it. She was still wary however she felt a presence nearby probably due to the close proximity to the museum where the jeweled branch was located. So it definately supernatural in origin.

"...Ahem." a familiar voice said behind Alistair, a hand gently reaching over and tugging on the love of his left air, not enough to hurt, but certainly enough to be annoying. With Alistair's head turned just enough by the tugging, he'd be able to see the somewhat...well, not-so-much familiar face of Hanadate's Austrian transfer student. Cocking his head to the side, Alistair's underclassman asked: "You do know that Graffiti is against school rules, right?" he asked, red eyes bright behind his half-rimmed glasses. "Honestly, I've seen only a couple of the little marks around school, but I even saw one on the inside of a toilet bowl...You take this seriously, huh?" he asked, with a genuinely warm sort of smile. From the last test, Alistair might have known that he'd come close in placement to him. Despite the exoticism of a European transfer so late into the year, he'd barely stood out a bit beyond his exam grades and a couple of girls asking him for tutoring.

Renatus Gadow released Alistair's ear after a moment, shrugging a bit as he crouched down to examine them. "...Doesn't seem to be harmful or offensive, but be careful; The School Disciplinary Committe's been looking for the person doing this for a while now. If you keep staying late to do it, they might start sniffing..." With that said, he got up once more. His posture was extremely relaxed, arms crossed over one another over his head before he started stretching, letting out a content sigh once a slight crack was audible. "So, Senpai...want to see if we can find you a new spot for this? It must be stiffening to deal with cramped spaced behind lockers and inside toilets all day for scribbling," he suggested, seeming to not at all know the value of the arcane scrawls all over the school...only really seeming to care that it was vandalism. What a fucking nerd. And yet, there was a certain poise to the way he carried himself...a great deal of pride seemed to dwell in that pint-sized young man, for whatever reason.

Alistair, whom had been composed writing out his runic incantation. He had just gotten to the final character which would have enabled him to activate his series of traps but then somebody made a rather distracting noise, halting his rune writing and began tugging his ear lightly. Was it the head? Had they finally come to punish him for his actions. Did it matter? He would just clean them up. The school couldn't afford to lose someone with his grades. Alistair slowly turned his head toward the side being lightly gripped. His tired eyes widening slightly as he looked down on whom had grabbed his ear. It was... wait who was it again? Renatus something? Some transfer student guy that had joined late in the year and yet was still getting good grades. A commendable respectable student. Alistair was about to open his mouth to ask what it was they wanted but... they didn't give him a chance to respond so he closed it again.

It seemed that they were taking a notice to Alistair's runes, usually if this was anyone else he would of booked it real fast but this was a student at his school. Escape was not an option. Though the reference to the school committee sounded more like a threat if anything. Alistair decided that he had nothing to lose entertaining this person considering how it appeared that they were acting, they didn't know exactly what the things were intended for which was good enough. They seemed to want to take this conversation elsewhere, Alistair leaned down to his own runes that the boy was examining and regrettably, crossed out the new sequence so the incantation would never be completed. Whoever was arguing in the hall opposite would have to settle their own problems.

"I do it because I find it necessary." Alistair said with a slight yawn escaping his mouth. "Though that doesn't seem to matter because you caught me in the act... So you know what I'll take you up on that offer to do it somewhere else. I've got nothing better to do except maybe ask why you yourself are staying so late unless I'm not the only one getting up to mischief." Alistair said stroking his chin and the facial hair located on it. He stood like that for a good few moments. "Well, that aside lead the way." he said keeping his voice composed and articulate.

Takenori Ryuunosuke

Ryuunosuke narrowed his eyes as he saw Sieg move in to grab him. He saw the move coming, but was too unprepared to react to it. Feeling the grip under his shirt, Ryuunosuke guessed that the dragon was two embers short of his boiling point. His speed at that moment was on the level of a high-class devil, and he had no problem believing his claim of being a dragon after a bit of thinking.

He was about to shove the blonde out of his face when a small and furry winged . . . thing, landed on top of him. The appearance of a familiar and the usage of the word King made it evident that he'd happened upon a peerage - the thought of it got him excited anew; those at the head of a peerage were always high-class devils, no exceptions, and devilish pride would no doubt make sure that the peerage they formed was one that could suitably display its strength in front of other peerages.

This was something he'd learned from his time with Christopher. A peerage of devils was one of the some exhilarating opponents the old man had come across, and even though he never encountered another one while he was with him, he always said that if he could draw the attentions of a peerage, then it promised a fight like no other.

Whatever the case, the furry thing gave him a message. It was simple in intent and wording. Don't fight in the school, don't kill each other. Apparently the head of this particular group wasn't as violent as some of the others he'd heard about.

Well, that suited him just fine.

Ryuunosuke smiled and let loose a small chuckle. All he'd come here for was a simple delivery, and instead he'd bumped into a whole slew of potential opponents, new playmates that were hiding in what was practically his backyard.

His expression changed suddenly. The atmosphere became dense, and the air about him turned dangerous. He shifted the chakra inside him and diverted it towards a slap on the arm attached to the offending hand grabbing him.

The physical effects were minimal on the surface, but the sudden invasion of foreign energies on his body would wreck havoc on the energy flow of arm, debilitating it momentarily. In that moment, Ryuunosuke pushed himself away casually, almost looking as though he were holding the dragon in contempt.

"Take it outside and be sure not to kill him, a'ight, I can do that," he said, nodding at the familiar. "So, what about you lizard breath?" His tone was deliberately condescending towards him. Anything to get him angrier than he was. Anything to get him to fight.

Siegfried Einhardt

Siegfried could already feel the incoming headache as soon as he saw Tsumiki's little pet move towards him with the notepad in hands - a bizarre scene that was somehow heartwarming for the Dragon due to the cuteness of the familiar, albeit in a disturbing way - and managed to stop him from directly confronting the delinquent by showing the simple scribbles that he made in the notepad, denoting that he should bring the fight to a less... Public place and avoid causing deaths - an unneeded bother in the dragon's opinion, as he hardly thought that someone would miss the rough looking human to the extent of causing trouble for him - nothing that would stop him from blowing some steam.

That being said, before he could even demonstrate his approval to the order the other party moved, slapping his arm and sending some familiar kind of energy towards his arm, causing paralysis for an instant before his own energy overwhelmed the meager energy that attempted to wreck havoc inside the dragon's limb, completely suppressing it."Senjutsu?" He asked, ignoring the way that the delinquent pushed himself away from him as he appeared to recall something."What a weird skill for a human to have. Even if it's pitiful if compared to the true senjutsu of a Youkai, it wasn't supposed to be a skill compatible with a human's fragile body." He briefly said, showing a thoughtful expression in his face for a moment - what clearly denoted that he wasn't even listening to the boy anymore - before he finally turned back to the boy, moving his gaze through his body as if analyzing him as he ignored the words directed to him.

"How very amusing." He said after a few seconds of silent observation, the contempt in his gaze changing to give space to his newfound curiosity towards the boy - momentarily making him forget about the rude attitude that the boy displayed before."You're such an unusual little ape. Truly not what I expected." He continued as he made his way towards the door, stopping for a moment to ask a question to the other member of the peerage in the area, completely ignoring the boy. "I decided to fight with the hairless ape in a less populated area. Do you perhaps know any suitable place?"The Dragon said, suppressing his temper with such an ease that it looked almost unnatural as he voiced the question in an emotionless tone.

Polaris North How I Socially Interact

Kenji was surprised that the King's Familiar decided to intervene. He was surprised mostly because he wasn't expecting that the demonic otter would dare show itself to a human. Then again, he guessed that the human had enough interactions with the supernatural that it wouldn't even surprise him. And true to Kenji's thoughts, the human didn't even bat an eye when it appeared. He didn't see what Lutra was writing though but he guessed it was somewhere along the lines of 'don't fight here' and 'don't kill anyone' because that sounded something what Lutra can do in this case. If they can't stop a fight from happening, then they can always just make it less destructive for the outside world.

He felt the air around the delinquent grow intimidating or rather aggressive and dangerous. When he slapped Siegfried's hand away and saw the look on his friend's face, he knew that there was something special about this person. The Dragon voiced out what it was. Senjutsu. Kenji slowly nodded. It was quite an art of fighting. It wasn't something he usually saw though... admittedly, it's been a while since he's seen a practitioner of that particular art. Seeing a human - this kind of human even - practicing such a delicate art put him in disbelief. He wasn't sure if he was supposed to be impressed or not, but he certainly feels like he should be impressed.

The look on Siegfried's face told Kenji that he wasn't listening to anyone anymore, not even to the delinquent's taunting. It didn't even seem like he was angry anymore. He guessed that the Dragon was now just looking for a new experience in this fight. Ah fine, that was good enough for him. He was pretty sure that Siegfried could contain himself. He sat down to watch them leave the clubroom but Siegfried stopped by the door and turned to him. "You know where my shooting range is, no one goes there, you can use that place. Just please don't destroy it too much, I still need to use that place. He replied, pertaining to a pretty big empty lot near the school that he once took Siegfried and Tsumiki when he first found it. He found out that the place was once an apartment complex that was taken down because of safety complaints and it has been empty ever since.

He then turned to Lutra. "Are you going to go with them to make sure no one gets killed? I can hold down the fort." He guessed that the two would need a chaperone especially since Siegfried was quite an unruly character and might take it a tad too far and that would be bad for them. He doubted Lutra could stop the two from annihilating each other when they wanted to but he could at least try and that was what mattered. His lips curved into a smile, "Or maybe we could send Fox Queen to keep them in check? Pretty sure she'd love a good fight like this." He was pretty sure that she pointed this delinquent to Siegfried's direction so he thought it would be fair to at least get her even a little bit more involved.

Not many students were leaving the school grounds at the time of Ekibe's arrival. Most students by now were either working on club activities or had gone home, and the walk towards the club room was easy enough. As she approached she noticed a familiar figure sitting atop the roof; someone who Ekibe was quite fond of, even if that someone might not be so fond of her.

"Kohana! Hey!" Exclaimed the foreign dancer excitedly, waving her hands to get her attention. "Aww, you look so cute up there! I just wanna climb up and hug you!" No doubt this was another attempt by Ekibe to try and cop a feel. Ever since Kohana's induction into the peerage, Ekibe had become thoroughly entranced in her hair, specifically her tail hair. It was something which felt softer than the softest of pillows, and after paying the price for feeling it the first time, she just had to find another way.

A viable, safer way, mind.

"Sorry I'm so late today - I didn't feel too great this morning. Is anyone else here?" In truth she only really wondered if Tsumiki was there. She did have some business with Kenji, however she was hoping she could get in some training from Tsumiki about illusion magic before her usual clientele would call in. Her schedule left little time for practice, so she valued the time she could muster for training or study; it was always enjoyable to partake in the shenanigans of the peerage, however. She, herself, even initiated such shenanigans sometimes, with Kohana being a special target for obvious reasons. Speaking of shenanigans...

"By the way, why are you up there...?"

~Kohana~

@Delta44

Minutes passed as Kohana sat on the roof, waiting. It was certainly going to be quite fun, no? Watching them fight for her amusement. She'd like to say Seig wouldn't even know, but it was quite probably they'd easily figure it out. Meh, they had no proof so she was scot-free, as they say. Her and her fluffy tails were safe from all repercussions.

More minutes passed. No angry dragon roars or humans screaming in pain yet. Had hell suddenly froze over? Where was the fire? The destruction? Seig dying a horrible bloody death that she would like to be present for?

"Kohana! Hey!"

Nope, hell hadn't froze over.

"Aww, you look so cute up there! I just wanna climb up and hug you!"

It had just decided to take the form of a flat-chested washboard of a devil. Almost instantly the illusion keeping her tails and ears hidden faded as the fox instinctively wrapped her tails around her, wrapping them in a safe embrace as she glared down at Ekibe. What did she want? No way in hell was Kohana letting her up here. Not even if all the high devils in the world told her too. She wasn't letting that tail molester anywhere near her. Nope. Still, she could at least answer the harlot.

"Heh," She rubbed her tails protectively as she spoke, glaring suspiciously at the dancer from here position on the roof. "Some human decided to fight Sieg. I wanted to watch the fireworks from up here. Get a first row seat to watching someone beat Seig to a bloody pulp." Still, it didn't seem like the fireworks were going to be happening anytime soon. "Tsk, I dunno what's taking them so long though," Kohana said with a sigh. "I expected more fire and screams of Sieg as he was put in his place, not birds chirping." The fox sighed, shaking her head and releasing her tails. She was likely relatively safe from up here as long as Ekibe didn't try getting up here as well.

Truthfully, Kohana's opinion of Ekibe was probably higher than most of the others in the peerage. If only she wasn't so touchy.

"I'm about to go home and spend the rest of the day doing nothing at all."

No, she totally hadn't already forgot the paperwork for Tsumiki as well as the homework she was supposed to do.
