perfect athlete: Ill trained for many years with monks in the mountains, he trained his body to be as perfect as theirs, able to endure extreme pain and damage but also able to inflict maximum damage. Ill regularly participates in iron man competitions and has his body conditioned year around. He is an avid martial arts practitioner training and sparring daily to better his technique, he trains in hand to hand combat but also using a wide variety of weapons including firearms.

Assassination: lll's most noteworthy skill is probably his ability to assassinate his targets with deadly silence and precision, Ill is so good at creeping through the shadows unnoticed that it should be considered an art form.

High pain tolerance: at the age of 13 Ill was captured by a cartel that rivaled his fathers, they tortured him relentlessly everyday for two years, after the first 6 months or so the cartel leader that captured him told him his father had refused to give up his territory in exchange for his sons life, they decided that maybe torturing him every single day for two years would change his fathers mind, it didn't, so Ill had no choice but to force himself to block out the pain, now to him pain is simply mind over matter, if it hurts he can ignore it.

Ill Maner was born to a Colombian cartel king pin and an African American undercover cia agent, His name was given to him by his father as a joke because his father said his son would respect nobody but demand respect from everyone. Ill lived a lavish lifestyle as a boy getting everything he wanted, he was even allowed to commit murder without punishment, he was known in the cartel as the devils child because his father was ruthless and bloodthirsty, a trait that passed on to his son, at 5 years old Ill was handed a knife by his father and told to slit the throat of a snitch that had been caught... he did it without hesitation. Ill continued to become more ruthless as the years passed killing people by any means and for any reason. at the age of 13 Ill was running around Colombia with his friends when all of a sudden gun shots were heard and he saw his friends all drop dead in seconds he grabbed his gun and was shot the second he did. Ill was captured by a rival cartel that had been fighting Ill's father for a large piece of territory in Colombia. The cartel tried to use Ill to get his father to give up his territory but he just laughed and refused saying he had more children and could simply make even more with any woman he so desired. Ill's mother begged her husband to save their son, he stared at her with cold eyes and a sadistic smile telling her he has known all along that she was a cia agent, and that was why he would not save their son because he was a little piglet the son of a pig, he had her rapped repeatedly and executed publicly to make a statement. The cartel that had captured Ill told him of his mothers death they also told him she was a cia agent, Ill cried for a week straight, after that he never cried again not even to this present day. from that point on he blocked out the pain of being tortured, he was even able to think clearly as they peeled his skin away from his bod, cut him, burned him, choked him, drowned him, all he could do was plan, plan how he would escape, plan how he would kill every member of his fathers cartel then kill his father. 2 years had passed since his capture and Ill was taken from his cell but instead of walking to the torture chamber he was taken to a nice, elegant room and told to sit in the softest chair he had felt in two years, a man came into the room, a man with scares covering his body, this man was the baddest hitman not just in the cartel but in all of colombia, even Ill's father feared him, this man was the reason his father rarely showed his face in public and only allowed a few trusted advisors around him, this man was known as ghost. Ghost sat in front of Ill and told him his ability to tolerate extreme torture to such a degree had been noticed, he said such a man was worthy of being trained by him personally, he offered to train Ill in return for him joining their cartel, Ill agreed. For a year ghost trained Ill every single day before he took him on his first hit... Ghost was very impressed. for 5 years Ill worked under and trained with Ghost. When Ill turned 20 he killed every member he could find of the cartel he was working for some 500+ people in less than two weeks, ghost heard the news a few days after it had ended and decided to stay in gotham because his cartel was over, anybody that could have taken over was killed. for the next two years Ill tracked down and killed almost every member of his fathers cartel, when he found his father he took his time, he had his father rapped by men for hours a day everyday for a week to avenge his mother, he tortured his father everyday how he had been tortured on top of the rape, after a week he had his father eaten alive by starving dogs. by this time Ill was 22, his mission he had plotted and planned for years while being tortured was accomplished. Ill decided to find his savior and mentor in gotham, once he found ghost in gothem the short reunion ended in ghosts death, shost told Ill he had been saved by the cartel leader how he had saved Ill, he could not just let him walk away it was kill or be killed. After killing his mentor Ill worked as a contractor for different criminal groups getting money for murder. at 24 Ill met a man that changed his life, it was a cia agent that knew his mother and about him, it was his mothers lover. This cia agent convinced Ill to change his ways for his mothers sake, so seeking a new life Ill left to Asia to train in the the ways of a monk. he had trained in the ways of the monks for 5 months but one time while being out in town to get food he had witnessed the murder of a child's mother, a robbery he wanted to act but he was stopped by his elder, that night Ill snuck out of the temple, tracked down the child who had lost her mother and told her if the little girl had any form of payment he would find the criminal and kill them, the little girl handed him 1yuan. Ill tracked down the mugger two nights later and broke his neck. after that situation Ill began to kill criminals in exchange for a reward, any reward, he would only kill at night when sneaking out of the temple. This went on for five years and at the age of 29 Ill decided to return to Gotham, he met with his mothers ex lover who said he couldn't get him into the cia or police force but he could get him into being a bounty hunter. Ill decided to be a bounty hunter for the law and a killer for justice. He has been in gotham for two years now and he takes criminals into the police station on a weekly basis, he also kills criminals for some sort of reward on a weekly basis. The cops cannot seem to figure out who this vigilante, this avenger of the people is or how to catch him.
