With Konoha to the south, the Hidden Sound to the east and the Hidden Waterfall to the west we have the small Hidden Village of the End, Gobigakure. What's that? Can't find it on a map? Don't know the name of the country? Well, that's part of the problem... The Village Hidden by the End is so small and insignificant that most other ninja villages doesn't recognize it as one. If it was on a map before, someone has erased it by now. In the entire history of the village it hasn't produced a single ninja worth mentioning. The village sits on the northern cliffs of its country, surrounded by huge rocks that shelters the village from the outside world. The village can only be clearly seen from the sea to the north, called the endless sea by locals. Thus its name, the Village Hidden by the End.
The village is not governed by a kage, like the other hidden villages, neither does it house its own ANBU-force. It started out as an outpost for the Hidden Cloud, and has always relied on its main village for leadership and protection. The village's only jounin, Hyuuga Hiroshi, acts as leader and is in charge of every ninja in the village. Hiroshi used to be a ninja from Konoha, but was thrown out after a family dispute went sour. He traveled around the world and found Gobigakure by accident and was elevated to the rank of leader almost over night. He has his work cut out for him. The village is very poor and lacks many of the commodities that people in the rest of the world take for granted. Missions are few and far between, most people take their business to the bigger villages. Not a single noble ninja family reside in the village, but a few of the older families have developed hijutsu. Bloodline limits are extremely rare, almost unheard of.
Short history
Shortly after the Village Hidden in the Clouds had formed the ninjas they started to look to the west, toward the Village Hidden in Stone. They feared an attack, and established an outpost on a conveniently placed mass of land. A nearby village provided entertainment for the troops and before long the first illegitimate child was born. It was followed by many others. The children with a talent for ninjutsu were trained by the Kumo ninjas that were stationed there, and during the first ninja war they helped keep their small patch of land safe. After the war the outpost was scrapped, but the village remained popular in the eyes of Kumo ninjas and with time ninjas from other villages as well. The climate and primitive lifestyle made the village a popular site for jounin to train their genin. And while they were there more than a few decided to visit the popular burlesque houses, both male and female “entertainers” were available to suit every taste. When the second ninja war came the village was left to its own devices, and took several hard hits. Much of the original village was destroyed, but a few talented doton-users from Kumo created a huge barricade around the village to shield it from harm. That barricade still stands and is the reason why the village is still hidden. After the second war people stopped caring about the small village. Its ninjas were nothing in comparison to the kind of talent that arose in the rest of the world and its geographical position was too out of the way for leisurely visits. Because of its remote position huge battles have been fought just outside the barricade between Iwa, Kumo and Konoha. Neither have taken the time to secure it first. The village has tried to reestablish communications with Kumo, but have been rejected every time.

Characters
Welcome to the Village Hidden by the End, Gobigakure no Sato. You are one of the village's proud ninjas, a chuunin. You are one of the most powerful people in the village, even though it has been a while since you got to show it. Being a powerful ninja in Gobi, though, is still below average in the world outside. You are in need of some action and desperate for a proper mission to further your skills.
Maybe you've lived here all of your life and have never seen the fast-paced world outside of the mountain walls; maybe you moved here to get away. Perhaps your parents left you here to keep you safe or maybe you were sold as a slave. No matter how it came to be, you are now a citizen of Gobigakure no Sato.
Players
What we want here is a mainly character focused roleplay with a small handful of dedicated players. Although our characters do start out fairly useless, we want some real progress in their power levels. Like in the real show. Characters that have moved to Gobi and did not grow up there, are allowed to be stronger power-wise, but we do expect characters to be flawed somehow, so they have the possibilities of growth. They still would have no missions to take in Gobi and likely need to find other ways to earn their money. This is by no means a PvP roleplay and although there will be action, we want the main focus to be on character development and forming bonds and all that stuff that makes up a life. Although enemies will be introduced and dangers will be faced, the first portion of the game is all about getting the mood of the village right and getting a feel of our, and each others', characters.
Setting
The story takes place seven years after The Second Shinobi War and just a year before The Third Shinobi War. That makes it about fifteen years before the start of the series.
Gobigakure no Sato, the Village Hidden by the End, is placed on the very edge of the world, facing the unending ocean to the north to one side and giant, cliff-like walls of stone to the south. The country of its location has no name, as far as the rest of the world is concerned and the villages have never thought to give it one outside of the name of their own village. Gobi no Kuni, Land of the End, as the locals call it, would not be recognized as the actual name of the land by any of the other countries. When the placement of the village is explained to others, most will go "Oh, that turd-shaped country?".
Gobigakure no Sato is placed on the utmost part of the "turd-shaped" country, overlooking the endless sea. The village is placed on a cliffside, with lush forest between the village itself and the man-spawned cliffs that shield them from the rest of the world.
The country in which Gobigakure no Sato lies, is mainly composed of mountainous terrain, with luscious forests, idyllic lakes and deep valleys. Most of the country is untouched by human hand and only few people has ever traveled across.
Village Entrance The most noticable thing about Gobigakure no Sato, might be the unique and quite difficult way to enter the village. Since the village is mostly shielded by large, cliff-like rocks and deep valleys created by Doton-users as a means of protection, the villages were basically caught in their own little world. Traveling around the cliffs proved much too difficult and crossing the valleys were no easier. As such, the villagers decided to dig a tunnel that went directly from the basement of their Administration building, to the outside of the outmost of the cliffs. The tunnel is as long as a days worth of travel and makes for an easy and safe entrance and exit for the villagers.

Ninja Academy The Ninja Academy in Gobigakure no Sato is nothing special, to say the least. It is an old, abandoned warehouse with no actual classrooms or teachers. Hyuuga Hiroshi, the village's leader, serves as the only real instructor and teaches all students at the academy. Due to the small amount of ninja that are actually bred in Gobigakure, he teaches courses more than he teaches classes. There are five different "grades" taught at the academy, labled as "Beginner Class", which he teaches on Mondays; this class is an introduction to the basics of how ninja and their chakra works, "Chakra Control", which is taught on Tuesdays and is a mix of all grades and ages of students as all are welcome to come and train with him, "Basic Techniques", taught on Wednesdays, where he teaches, well, basic techniques - E-rank only - where everyone is welcome, as well and "Hand-to-Hand Combat", where he teaches students how to use their bodies in actual, physical fist-fight. On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, only the best and most promising of the students receive training, from instructors directly appointed to them by Hiroshi.
Red Lantern District As a Village of 'Relaxation,' Gobigakure's brothels have an integral part in the economy of the Village. The Red Walk, as many call it, is a mile long road of brothels on either side. These brothels cater to every sort of deviancy. Numerous alley-ways abound where women not bound to a brothel might ply their trade, but these women are a dangerous sort...cheaper and more prone to disease than those found in the brothels. Every building in this Red Lantern District is for the making of money through the flesh trade. Save for one..
Casino – The Golden Goose The Golden Goose is obviously not the only casino in this entertainment-minded village, but it is the only one driven by the village itself, rather than privately owned. It is also the biggest and safest one, if you do not want to be tricked by the dealers.
The Black Market Although the Black Market is not an official part of the village, it is still obviously there. The village leaders do nothing about it, for the simple reason that it makes a lot of money for the village. It has no actual placement, but trades are made everywhere in the village. Most Gobigakure inhabitants consider the “poor” part of the village as The Black Market.
The Harbor Export is the main income of Gobigakure and as such, their harbor is the easiest way to move lots of wares. Gobigakure exports lots and lots of alcohol, has some of the best pigs in the world and export both wood and stone for building.
The Savory Lane The Savory Lane is a long street where most of the restaurants and bars of Gobigakure are placed. The variety of smells that invade your nose as you walk down this lane is pure torture, if you do not have the money for the food.
Mountain Bridge The Mountain Bridge is quite simply a bridge between two mountains.

Character Creation
When making your own jutsu, there are several things to take into consideration that you usually do not have to think about when just copy/pasting from Narutopedia or something of the like. A custom made jutsu should be balanced; the amount of chakra, concentration and/or physical strain of the technique should match the effect of the outcome. You will also need to think about things like chakra nature of the jutsu (Jutsu Nature), the rank of the technique and classification (ninjutsu, taijutsu, genjutsu ect.). You can read more about those things below.
What is jutsu nature? Well, it is the chakra nature that is needed to preform a certain technique. A fire release technique will require a user with fire nature chakra and a earth release technique will require a user with earth nature. An element-based technique is as such called an Element Release. When making your custom techniques, you will need to keep this in mind. Now, the main chakra natures are Katon (Fire), Fuuton (Wind), Raiton (Lightning), Douton (Earth) and Suiton (Water). Kekkei Genkai are about to mix and match these chakras to make new elements, such as Wind and Water making Ice.
What do I mean by “classifications”? I mean, which category of jutsu does your specific technique fit? There are many categories to take into consideration when making your own techniques. First of all, you need to think of whether the technique is ninjutsu, taijutsu or genjutsu. These are the three main classifications. Ninjutsu is offensive or defensive techniques that require chakra use, has a physical outcome and is out of the spectrum of what regular humans can actually do. Taijutsu is hand-to-hand combat or any type of physical combat that does not require the use of chakra, but rather raw stamina, strength and/or speed. Genjutsu are illusionary techniques that does not have any actual physical outcome, but makes things seem different from what they actually are. These three classifications are already divided on the sheet, but there is a classification point on the Jutsu Sheet anyways, because there are more classifications than the main three. All other classifications are still part of one of the main three, but they also have a “second title” and/or“third title”, so to speak. A technique can have multiple classifications, but it does not necessarily have more than one. Hiden Jutsu (Secret/Family Techniques) Kinjutsu (Forbidden Techniques) Doujutsu (Eye Techniques) Kenjutsu (Sword Techniques) Bukijutsu (Weapon Techniques) Kekkaijutsu (Barrier Techniques) Bunshinjutsu (Clone Techniques) Fuuinjutsu (Sealing Techniques) Iryoujutsu (Medical Techniques) Senjutsu (Sage Techniques) Kekkei Genkai (Bloodline Limit)
It can sometimes be hard to tell what rank a technique is and when in doubt you can always ask, but try and see if you cannot figure it out on your own, first.
E-rank: E-rank techniques are weak, to say the least. They are academy student level and are required for a student to even pass the academy. If you were to make an E-rank technique of your own, for whatever reason, it should have very little chakra cost and very little effect. The effect should not be offensive or in any way able to do physical harm. Examples; Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique), Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique).
D-rank: D-rank techniques are weak. They are genin level and are expected of a genin. If you make a D-rank technique of your own, it should have low chakra cost, low concentration and low effects. The effect can be offensive, defensive or illusionary. Many D-rank techniques seem to be extensions of the already learned E-rank techniques, so the genin can get comfortable with using stronger techniques before they are actually required to. I.e Shikyaku no Jutsu (Four Legs Technique) is an extension of Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique) as the user will use the same basics as in a transformation, but instead of copying the appearance of another, they take the shape of a more beastly self. Examples; Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique), Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique).
C-rank: C-rank techniques are average or medium. They are genin to chuunin level and are required for a genin to become a chuunin. The C-rank techniques are where chakra nature, bloodline limits and secret/family techniques come into the picture. When making your own C-rank techniques, you need to start thinking about the balance between effort and effect. Examples;
B-rank: B-rank techniques are strong. They are chuunin to jounin level and are required for a chuunin to become jounin. B-rank techniques have high costs, requires massive amounts of chakra and serious concentration. They do not necessarily have a high drawback, but the risk is certainly greater than with a C-rank technique. Examples; Shikon no Jutsu (Dead Soul technique), Doton: Doryuuheki (Earth Release: Earth Wall).
A-rank: Most A-rank techniques are forbidden, due to the fact that they pose a risk to the user. They are required for a jounin to rise past the norm and stand out enough to be appointed a kage. The cost and/or drawback of an A-rank technique should be higher than the effect/outcome. Examples; Chidori (One Thousand Birds), Rasengan (Spiraling Sphere).
S-rank: S-rank techniques are all forbidden and have both extreme costs and effects. They are usually specific to a single user. Examples; Sousou Saisei (Creation Rebirth), Hiraishin no Jutsu (Flying Thunder God Technique).
A Kekkei Genkai, Bloodline Limit, Blood Inheritance or whatever you want to call it (I will usually call it a KG) is a technique that is limited by blood and usually are held within a single clan. A KG is most commonly the ability to mix and match two different chakra natures into making a new one, like Wind and Water making Ice or the ability to manipulate ones body in a way that one would normally not be able to, like bones growing excessively or becoming liquid form. All known Doujutsu (Eye Techniques) are KG.
For some reason Hiden, Hijutsu, Secret Jutsu or Family Jutsu (which is all different names for the same thing) are often confused for KGs. I get how this might be hard to understand, but it's really simple once you have it explained properly; KG are carried in the blood while Hiden are taught by specific families. This means that anyone can technically do a Hiden, as long as they are taught how by someone who knows it already, unlike a KG, where it has to be in your blood. Hiden cannot be copied by simple means of observation, because they are unlike other techniques in some way or another, that causes them to require training from someone who already knows it. You may be able to somewhat replicate the gist of it (such as in the case of the Hyuuga Juuken or the Inuzuka ninken), but the technique will likely not be the same. The Sharingan should, theoretically, be able to copy a Hiden.

Not really, no, as long as you have a good explanation for them being there. Like, if you play an Uchiha, how did that Uchiha end up in Gobi and why. Simple like that.
At this point, a lot of the annihilated clans haven't been brutally murdered yet, clans like the Uchiha and Yuki are still thriving.
Please mind that the OP states that bloodline limits are extremely rare in Gobi. I'm not telling you that you can't have it, but that it will probably affect the character and how the rest of the village interact with it.

Appearance
Body Type and Shape: Although she makes people believe that her muscle does not take hours of daily training, this is actually not true. Haruka has a naturally endomorphic body type, which means that although gaining muscle is possible for her, it requires hard work for it to not become fat. Her body shape is mostly hourglass, due to the fact that she was blessed with wide hips and her shoulders have become broad with her muscles expanding.

Hair Color: Haruka's hair has an odd, purple color that would probably be described as “lavender”.
Hair Style: Haruka's hair is cut in three layers of length. The front, her bangs, are cut to just above her eyes. The sides, her “frames”, are cut to her shoulders. The back of her hair is mostly free-growing, but she does get it cut to her middle back once it reaches her bum.
Eye Color: Haruka's eyes are a deep, speaking gray color, much like that of steel. This color is common for members of the Hagane clan.
Scars and Marks: Haruka has several scars littering her body, with the most prominent and obvious one being a large, rather gross-looking scar on her left bicep where a branch penetrated the muscle during her first attempt at the Chuunin exams. She also has a large gash scar across the right side of her abdomen from the same occasion. Other than that, the rest of the scars are small and insignificant and one would barely even notice them being there, unless they already knew. Haruka lacks one of her front teeth, after a spar got a bit out of hand and her old teammate, Suzaku, ended up knocking it out. She has a rather large tattoo of a phoenix the back of her left shoulder. One can just see the the tips of the flames peeking out from beneath her top.
Clothing: Haruka wears a crimson, tall-necked top with gray patches on the shoulders. Along with this, she wears high-cut gray jean shorts, that hold in the fat that clings to her sides and accentuates her waist. Her ninja boots are long, to just under the knees, and has a small amount of heel on them, as well as open toes. Her clothes cling tightly to her skin, both for easy movement and to try and show off the fact that her frame is feminine. -====-
Biography
The story of how Haruka came to be is not one of unconditional love and burning passion that many can tell of the day their parents met. Rather, it is a tale of a young woman in training as a chef and a charming shinobi passing through her home town for a mission. The young woman, Someina, was still a year away from leaving her teenage years behind her, but yet choose to keep the small bloom of life growing within her. Haruka was born in the early spring, just when the cherry blossoms had started to bloom and Someina, the mother, had wanted to name her daughter after the pink flowers. The moment she saw the soft, lavender tufts of hair on her newborn's head, she decided that the name was not quite right for her little one and proudly told her mother that she wanted to name her Haruka (春=haru=spring, 花=ka=flower). Her mother, the grandmother, misunderstood the name and wrote it as 遙 (far off/distant) instead and so Haruka's name came to mean something far different from what her mother had wanted.
Despite the very early mishap in her life, Haruka grew up to be a spirited child. She was always full of energy, but liked her sleep as well. She was a perfectly easy baby, although a bit slow at learning. When she was three, she started asking questions. Who was her father and where was he? Her mother, worried about telling her only child the truth of how she had been conceived, told the wide-eyed girl that her father had been a great and strong ninja and that she did not know where he was. Because of that, Haruka decided at a young age that she wanted to be a ninja, too, and her mother agreed for them to leave their small home town and move to one of the great villages, Konohagakure no Sato, for Haruka to attend the Academy there instead of the measly opportunities ninja had in their home.
Haruka was very young when the war broke out. She did not feel it much, other than many of her friend's parents going off into battle; most of them never to return. A few times, the village was attacked, but the attackers never made it far enough that Haruka really noticed.
Throughout her childhood, Haruka would ask her mother small questions that seemed harmless enough, but would later define the way Haruka thought of herself. One day, when she was seven, she asked her mother; “Mommy? Was daddy strong?” Her mother's reply had been with a warm smile as she said; “Like an ox, sweetie.” On another occasion, Haruka had asked her mother; “Did daddy use a weapon? Some of the kids say that their daddies use weapons!” Once Haruka had stopped ranting on about how they had only been allowed to play with lame little kunai, her mother had told her; “Your father had a huge sword!” She had barely been able to keep the blush off of her cheeks from the innuendo of it.
As Haruka grew older, she also grew stronger. Every day, she would train. Every day, she ran longer and longer, lifted heavier and heavier weights and got better and better at hand to hand fighting. She was easily the physically strongest in her class when the time for graduation came, but she still could do very little in regards of using techniques. She could barely manage to form a clone, her transformations were mediocre at best and her substitutions often wound up unpredictable. She did manage to pass, though, mostly because so many ninja had died during the war and the village was in dire need of new shinobi. She proudly presented her headband to her mother. It brought tears to her eyes when her mother had given her a graduation present; a shiny and beautiful katana. It did not fit Haruka's style in the least, but it had a proud place on her wall as the very first item in her collection.
Haruka's teammates were both boys. One was a soft-spoken and sweet medic with an extensive knowledge on poisons and medicines by the name of Kenta while the other was a moody branch Hyuuga by the name Suzaku. Their sensei was a first-timer, more or less forced into teaching because so many of his peers had died in war. He was suffering from some PTSD and was for the most part just nervous about everything, but went by the name Tora. For the first year of their genin time, they did not leave the village for their missions. The world outside was still recovering from the newly finished war and no one wanted to risk the life of the children out there. They would spar every day; even on their days off, but it mattered very little. Despite both of her teammates' efforts to teach her how to mold and channel her chakra, she never really did manage to do it. She could mold it fine and Kenta told her that it was not the amount that was troubling her, but she just could not get the techniques to come out right. By the time they had been genin for two years, Haruka had only learned three techniques and relied almost solely on her close-combat skills and her teammates' help. It worked fine for them, with Haruka taking the role of the “tank”, gaining the attention of their foes and making sure that the “healer”, Kenta, could go unharmed while the “DPS”, Suzaku, tossed figurative fireballs from every angle at a distance.
Their team bond was good. Haruka had started crushing on Suzaku about three months after they became genin. Suzaku had bluntly informed her that he thought she was utterly unattractive with her big muscles, weird hair and missing tooth. Kenta had consoled her, telling her that she was beautiful in her own way. It took a year for Suzaku, after Haruka had started developing more feminine attributes, to agree with Kenta that Haruka was not ugly anymore. It took almost half a year after that before he agreed to go on a date with her. And just a month after that first date, they were officially an item.
The time came where the team was to take the chuunin exams and their sensei believed them to be ready for the task. They had not been. The results of the whole ordeal ended with Suzaku dead and Kenta retiring as a ninja, while Haruka was left with both physical and emotional scarring, but a fierce dedication to becoming even stronger, as well. Left without a genin team, Haruka went on a whole bunch of solo mission inside the village gates and most of her free time was spent either training like a madwoman or learning about medicines and poisons from Kenta, who now worked in his mother's herbal store. He taught her everything from which plants could be made into tea, to which plants could cause a slow and painful death as well as which plants could cure those poisons.
Soon, Haruka was placed in what they called a temporary team in order for her, as well as the others in her team, to take the chuunin exam again. All of them had either lost teammates or had them walk out of them and although Haruka did not bother to even try and form a real bond with them, Amaya and Noburo still became her friends. This time, Haruka was stronger, her teammates were stronger and the whole scene was different and they did manage to pass. In the final round, when Haruka had to fight some earth user one-on-one, the judges were impressed with her sheer strength as she smashed bounders with her bare hands and produced one weapon after another from scroll after scroll to toss at her enemy. Even though she ended up beaten and battered, with a broken arm and poison coursing through her veins, she did eventually manage to knee the guy in the nose hard enough to have him stay still after.
Haruka had thought that making chuunin would make her feel accomplished, but she still wanted to be more. She wanted to be stronger. She wanted to be better. She wanted to be a hero, like her dad. Her mother had, just like when she made genin, bought her a present. Apparently, she had bought it the first time Haruka had attempted the exam, but since she had not passed... well, she did not get a present. It was another sword. 判断は邪悪を降りかかる (Handan wa jaaku o furikakaru) was etched into the shiny steel of the blade and Haruka downright wept. She had the magnetic sheathe made the next day.
Today: After a while, Haruka realized that she would never reach her full potential if she remained in the safety of her home. There were so many memories there and she felt like the weight of her past was crushing her. One early morning, she packed all of her weapon scrolls into a bag, hefted Seidou onto her back and the the village without a word. She wound up in Gobi by sheer chance of luck because she was using the mountains around as a training site and decided to stick around and enjoy life for a little while. After treating her body like a temple her entire life, she wants to let loose and be young.
Personality: If you only just met Haruka, what you will see is a brash, loud, arrogant and somewhat rude person. Despite how she might appear, Haruka is a very insecure person. She is self-conscious about her looks, her powers and her brains. No matter how casually a remark may be said, she takes them to heart as critique. She gets easily hurt and easily angry, but calming her down is quite hard. Getting hurt is more common than getting angry and when her feelings are hurt, she will say nothing, but just draws into herself. Haruka does not do things halfway; if she gets angry, she will get murderous. If she gets sad, she will get depressed and when she is happy, she is ecstatic. Usually, she is quite happy.

Haruka's will of steel is something that is believed to be inherited by the Hagane blood that flows in her veins. She is stubborn like few and once she gets an idea into her head, she will not stop until her goal has been accomplished.
Not the Sharpest Tool in the Shed
Although Haruka will fly into uncontrollable, table-throwing and wall-demolishing, rage whenever someone informs her of this fact, she really is not the sharpest tool in the shed. Her brain works in mysterious ways and takes far longer to get to a conclusion than most; and most of the time her conclusions are wrong.
The Clumsy Swordsman
Despite the fact that she constantly trips over her own feet, branches or even pebbles, Haruka has chosen to wield a giant, two-hand broadsword as her main weapon. The will often fall over when swinging her sword, due to the sheer weight of it.
Chakra Beast
Despite the fact that Haruka's control of her chakra is far from great, she is not very likely to run out of it. She has copious amounts of chakra for her to use, mostly due to her excessive training in an attempt to perfect her chakra educed strength.
Chakra Enduced Strength
Haruka is obsessed with being physically strong and as so, she has gone as far as to make herself stronger by infusing her muscles with chakra. Due to this, her physical power is far beyond that of a regular human and she is capable of smashing boulders with her bare hands.

”Seidou (正道)”
Haruka's trusty sword. “Her” name means, “The Path of Righteousness”. “Seidou” is stuck to her back in a magnetic sheath where the blade is “clicked” into place and held there by four small claws.
Ninja pouch
Haruka has her ninja pouch fastened to the back of her belt; right above her left butt-cheek. Within this ninja pouch, she carries with her a roll of bandages, a bottle of rubbing alcohol, a flash of water and a nutrition bar.
Weapon holster
Haruka carries her weapon holster on her left thigh. The holster has room for five kunai, five shuriken, ten makibishi and ten senbon, which she almost always has stocked to the max.
Scroll Number One: Dexterity Scroll
Haruka’s first and most used scroll is her so-called Dexterity Scroll with the weapons she uses for battles where her brute force just is not enough and some skill and speed is needed.
Hoyo & Kisu (抱擁) & (キス)
In her Dexterity Scroll, Haruka carries a pair of sai knives that she has affectionately and humorously named “Hoyo & Kisu” or “Hugs and Kisses” in English.
Shojo (処女)
As one of her favorites when it comes to being quick on her feet, Haruka likes to bring her very first weapon, Shojo (Virgin), with her even if she hardly ever gets to use it.
Scroll Number Two: No-Kill Scroll
Haruka’s second to most used scroll is her so-called No-Kill Scroll, which holds the weapons she uses for battles where her intention is to not kill her opponent, nor cause any real harm to them; bruises and maybe a few broken bones are all these are good for.
Chou (蝶)
These tonfa were purchased on her first trip out of her birthplace. The guy she bought them from claimed them to be antique, with her teammates stating that that meant “old and used”. She bought them anyways and named them “Cho (Butterflies)”.
Bogire (棒切れ)
With the quite literal name of ”Bogire (Stick)”, Haruka’s bo-staff usually is not the most original weapon. It is quite useful, though, and great for keeping foes at a distance.
Tsubasa (翼)
Although even Haruka has no idea how these weapons got to be named the way they are, these nunchakus were named “Tsubasa (Wings)” by her teammate, Suzaku, when he bought them for her. She really has no clue how to use them and is more likely to hurt herself than her enemy, but she keeps them with her, anyways.

Taijutsu: Haruka's main focus is on her Taijutsu, with her Chakra Enhanced Strength and Kenjutsu skills. Despite the fact that she is quite good at throwing a punch, she never bothered to name most of it and thinks of her so-called Taijutsu as more of a style than an actual technique.
Name: Chakra Enhanced Strength Classification Fighting Style Rank: A-rank Effect: Unlike the Chakra Enhanced Strength that Tsunade and Sakura use, Haruka's version of this ”technique” is not focused on chakra control in the same sense. The original version of this technique applied a layer of chakra around the extremities of the user in order to release it as an explosion-like punch or kick. Haruka's version of the technique functions in a way similar to opening the first of the Eight Chakra Gates and actually enhances her physical strength by pumping her chakra veins and thus her muscles full of chakra to such an extent that it seeps from her skin. Drawback: Very high chakra use as well as chances of severe chakra burns on both her skin and her chakra veins. Excessive use could render her chakra pathways useless.
Name: Shinpai no Hi (Judgement Day) Classification Kenjutsu Rank: C-rank Effect: Haruka uses her broadsword katana, “Seidou (Path of Righteousness)” in a series of slashing, brute force attacks, molding chakra to her feet to stay standing while she swings the sword, due to the weight in the force of her swings. Despite being “glued” to the ground, she still moves around. Drawback: The technique is physically straining, due to the weight of her sword, and takes constant concentration on her chakra flow to keep glued to the ground – if she does not, she will fall over.
Ninjutsu: Haruka cannot mold her chakra. Unlike most ninja, she is not able to blend her physical and mental energies together, as she is simply not smart enough and does not have the patience to activate the mental energy. As such, she cannot use any techniques that actually need to leave her body. Using her physical energy is much like working out; it tires out her body. She needs to eat, sleep and breathe more than others.
Name: Water Strike – Mizu Suto Classification Ninjutsu Rank: C-rank Effect: Haruka puts her hand or foot into water, drawing a bubble of water up clinging to the limb as she retracts it. Charging the bubble with her own physical energy, she can launch it as a sort of extension of her own strike and send it off much like if it were her own fist punching someone in the face. The bubble has quite short range and will lose its momentum rather quickly. Even when it has no “punch” left, it can still serve as a minor distraction, if the opponent was not prepared for a bubble in their face. Drawback: It uses her own physical energy and will tire her out as if she was doing something very physically straining. It has short range and it would take less of her to just run over and punch someone with her actual fist.
Genjutsu: Haruka is absolutely terrible at chakra control and as such knows nothing about Genjutsu except that pain can get her out of them.

Underneath his yukata he wears skin tight black shorts that leave very little to the imagination (Let's just say he's...gifted in more than his ample rear), but still protect the eyes of the innocent. On his right thigh he wears the usual ninja thigh pouch. On his upper right arm he wears his hitai-ate (Headband). He also wears the typical ninja open toed sandals in black.

Biography
Background: The apple doesn't fall far from the tree as they say. Nastu was born to a prostitute and a man that neither mother or son know anything about. The House of Pleasure is a high class brothel, they take care of their own well. His mother was given plenty of time to rest, recover, and take care of Natsu after giving birth. When she had to work, those who had their nights off took care of him instead. It was like having a lot of mothers rather than just one.
The biggest rule in the House of Pleasure is that in order to stay there, you had to work. So Natsu was eight when he started working for them. Not dancing or taking clients, or even waiting tables. No, the young ones helped out with laundry, cleaning, and cooking.
When Natsu turned twelve he was given a choice. Take Shinobi lessons and learn to protect the brothel, learn to dance and entertain clients, or leave the brothel completely. Natsu knew he didn't want to leave his mothers behind, but he wasn't sure which of the other ones he wanted to do. So he picked both.
Because he was piggy backing dancing lessons, Shinobi lessons, and his usual duties at the brothel, it took him about two years to become a Genin. Because of the way things worked in such a small village, his training kind of stopped there. There wasn't enough new Genin to make a team, and nobody to teach the team even if there was. He took a class every once in a while to remember what he had learned, or took a small mission. But he really started focusing on his dancing more.
Natsu took to the stage for the first time at fifteen, and his first client less than a year later. He was really surprised when he found it to be fun. A lot more fun than Shinobi training actually. He was content with just taking clients and dancing. He stopped his Shinobi training completely.
Before he turned eighteen, Natsu was one of the most popular prostitutes, and by far the most popular dancer. He had long since stopped caring about the headband he had earned. Until one day the brothel needed his protection, and he got the snot beaten out of him. Not only that, but a few of the other prostitutes got hurt because he couldn't protect them.
While he healed, he realized that maybe he should focus more on the ninja stuff. When he was fully recovered, he started taking classes again and put more focus on the ninja stuff. Despite the fact that he didn't like it nearly as much as dancing. Though it was pretty fun to flirt with a tease the other students.
Over the course of the next two years, he focused on training and even developed his own jutsu, with the help of his teacher. It was just about a year ago that Natsu was put up for the Chuunin Exams, along with two other Shinobi from the village. He was made fun of for being older than the others, but passed the exams with flying colors. It was the only time he had gotten to travel to another country and see a real Shinobi village.
Today: After passing the Chuunin Exams, Natsu was hoping that he would get to return to the brothel full time, but as one of the strongest ninja in the village now, a lot more missions were given to him, even if he tried to refuse them. He still lives in the House of Pleasure, but only works there two nights a week most weeks. He still makes more than enough dancing, so the brothel's owners don't complain about it too much.
Personality: Natsu is a flirt, doesn't matter if you're a man or a woman, interested or not, he'll flirt like nobody's business. In fact, if you don't seem to like it, he'll just do it more for the pure purpose of teasing you. He's proud of what he does and isn't afraid to show it. He's stubborn to a fault and surprisingly tough, able to endure pain quietly and sometimes with a smile on his face. He's protective, overly so sometimes, and willing to throw himself in harms way to keep others safe. He's clever and charming, with a silver tongue and a wit to match. More often than not though, he'll take the flirting too far and pay the price for it. He keeps his emotions bottled up a lot, not wanting to burden other people with his problems. Sometimes it's hard to tell whether he's really that happy, or putting up one heck of an act.

Knowledge of the Human Body Natsu knows what the body likes and what it doesn't like. He knows how to hit all the pressure points, either for good or for bad. One well placed senbon from him can paralyze you for life.
Dancing Natsu's skills as a dancer bleed over into his fighting, especially his defense. You'll soon find yourself frustrated over the fact that you can't hit the half dressed pretty boy you're up against.
Distraction Another skill bleeding over into his Shinobi ones. For better or for worse, Natsu is very good at flirting with the enemy and at the very least confusing them, and the most distracting them long enough for someone else to deal the final blow.
Chakra Control Natsu has very chakra control, so much so that he's the only one in the village, and out of the passing Shinobi he's met, who's able to do the jutsu he's developed. If he wanted to, he could be an excellent medic.

Weapon Pouch Natsu carries the usual weapon pouch on his left thigh, inside it are a few kunai and shuriken, but it is mostly filled with sebon, about two dozen to be exact.
Staff Kept right next to his weapon pouch is a foot long metal rod. This rod is a collapsible metal staff standing at about six feet tall. With the press of a button the ends of the staff extend out to their full length. This is his main form of weaponry.
War Fan In either sleeve of his yukata, Natsu keeps a prostitute staple. The war fan. Each one looks to be a harmless black fan, but the spokes are sharpened into deadly points, and he knows how to use them well.

If the barrier absorbs too much or takes too much damage in general, the barrier will break and Natsu will be hit by whatever broke through. At the moment, the barrier can only fully absorb and reflect C rank and lower techiniques. It can only absorb about half a B rank jutsu before the barrier is destroyed.

Biography
Background: Tashiro was born within the hidden cloud village. At a young age he got brought up under the art of Kenjutsu. At four years old he was given a wooden sword and was to learn how to use it. His father Jin Hokori was a strict man, many believed him was a rogue samurai that fled and joined the hidden cloud village. Those are just false rumors as he is just really good with a sword. Raised with by his father Jin after his mother Ari Hokori left them and left the hidden cloud village. His mother left the Cloud village to seek out and help the world. She was a doctor of sorts possessed knowledge of how to heal people. How to make medicines, and heal with Ninjutsu
For six years Tashiro learned how to use the sword, while undertaking studies to become a shinobi for the hidden cloud. For six years he sparred nearly day in and day out with his father. Most of his time he spent being beaten up by a sword and being criticized by his father each time he was hit by a wooden sword. During his tenth birthday he managed to score a single blow with his wooden sword when sparing with his father. A very light glancing blow but yet enough for his father to give him a real sword as he felt it was time. One year later at eleven years old Tashiro became a Genin.
At eleven years old a special trait emerged an anomaly or mutation. He started to show signs of possessing two chakra natures even the rare Kekkai Genkai, of the storm or gale release. When his Kekkai Genkai emerging he nearly killed a fellow Genin during a practice routine. With that many people started to be wary of him. As a Genin he found himself alone even some of his peers started to leave him alone. He was an outcast without actually becoming an outcast. Many thought he couldn't control his power and any one around him would be in danger if they got too close to him.
Eventually he became a Chuunin he was fifteen years old his father died the same day he became a Chuunin. Jin Hokori died during a mission for the cloud. His father being a 'special' jounin was out on a escort mission to escort a caravan He was killed by several Rogue ninja who attacked the Caravan. Jin didn't let a single rogue ninja touch the Caravan, even defeated the ninja not before taking a lot of damage along with being poisoned. He died before going back to the Hidden Cloud
Having not ties to the cloud left he felt more alone. During is days as a Chuunin he was often sent out on scouting missions and assassinations. Often enough he hunted down rogue ninjas similar to the ones who killed his father. Eventually he ended up killing the leader of the rogue ninjas, a low ranked ninja that just had a lot of money.
Eventually he decided to just leave. He ended up joining the Village of the end. Gobigakure. At the same time finding his mother on the way. His mother Ari Hokori left the village and ended up in the Village Hidden in the End. Leaving the Cloud village was easy in fact he was originally suppose to be sent on a mission to the village of the end on a scouting mission. Rather then complete the mission he defected into the village. Tashiro only found the his mother once he made it to the village.
Ari had made her way to Gobigakure unlike the most of the Cloud Village she wanted to help them, and decided to offer who skills as a doctor for the village. His reasons for going to Gobigakure and staying were because of his mother. She was his only family left so he left the Cloud to the End for this reason.
Today: Today, Tashiro lives within Gobigakure, with his mother who left him and his father when he was really young. He left the cloud village a year ago, going to a place where he is seen differently still for being different. Overall he feels happy with his family, even though he doesn't really know is mother. Also he feels like this could be a new start for him he can help this become his home

Personality: Tashiro has a rather guarded personality. He is friendly and does try to get to know someone. If they don't look at him and judge him for his special traits then he will open up and be himself. He is a rather talkative person. Very kind and will lay down his life for his friend when they are in danger. If it is the other way and he is treated with distrust him or treat him as a 'freak'. He then keeps to himself. He shows that he doesn't care for them even if they are someone he has to protect.
Tashiro likes to cook surprisingly. It is one of those things, if he wasn't a shinobi he would be a cook or chef. He likes to eat many kinds of different food then attempt to make it himself, or tries to just make something up. Things that he hates, Tashiro hates snakes and spiders.
Classification (Hiden, medical, doujutsu, kinjutsu, ect.) Rank: B to A
Effect: Technique infuses the power of lighting and water into Tashiro's sword boosting its destructive power. The ability uses a rather large amount of chakra per second. The sword gets coated in a blue water lighting mixture. The water moving across the edge of the blade at blinding speeds increasing the cutting power, and enhanced by lighting. The attack can only be used for about one single strike at a time before using up the chakra used to create the blade. After one strike the attack begins to fade back into plain water The attack is used at quick bursts of raw gale/storm power. The attack makes a loud thunderous roar as it is activated.
Drawback:The huge draw back is the attack can only be currently used only once every thirty minutes. Over usage can damage the jutsu user causing burns around the hands that has to hold onto the sword. Kenjutsu. It also has high usage of chakra leaving the user drained after each use.

Natsu is done if you want to take another look at him. I couldn't find a good translation for the name of his custom jutsu, so if you happen to know one, please let me know.
I updated the OP slightly to include that outsiders (not born in Gobi) are allowed to not be useless as ninja.

I updated my character's sheet to include the war, because I completely forgot about that. I encourage you all to do the same. I also added how she came upon the village, since it is not a village you just randomly stumble across.

Kage Bushin no Jutsu/Shadow Clone Jutsu
Kage bunshin is a Konoha kinjustu (Forbidden Technique). You'd need a pretty good story for how he learned to use it.
Reflect (Can't find a good Japanese translation for the way I'm using the word)
Hansha (反射). It's the physics kind of reflection; to bounce things back where it came from, basically. It's also when light bounces off of a surface, though.
I see nothing else wrong with your character. All you really need to do is include how you got a hold of the Kage Bunshin. We'll have to wait and see what Halvtand has to say, though, because I might be distracted by the whole “Prostitute Ninja” thing.

We have room, still, so feel free to make a character. The dude's name is Ao, if you mean the one who stuffed a Byakugan into his own skull. Well, I don't know if it'd be OP. That's depend on the rest of the character, 'cause if all he can is is have the Byakugan, then he'd be pretty useless. I would advice against making a character with the Byakugan, though, Hyuuga or not.
