In fact, I was a co-gm in another thread and I don't even remotely remember seeing that at all. (I just checked the thread. Still can't find it.)

Nonetheless, I'm a much better roleplayer now that I've shaken the dust off and what not. I'd be more than interested in rejoining the RP if you'd have me?

It is a pretty important part, and I'm trying to make to sound how I want, but it's difficult.

Without spoiling too much, its a fight scene. I have most of it planned out in my head, I just gotta get it down on type. But its the flow and the tone that is bothering me. I'm trying to strike a balanced between cool and practical, suspensful and yet informative. Powerful, but not ridiculously so.

Don't know if you can help. Its just part of being a writer.

Well although it sounds difficult, it does sound like an interesting post. That probably isn't enough motivation or encouragement, but at least you're trying to put a lot of thought into the post.

Over the next few weeks, I'm going to change things up a bit. Namely... my own cs's... and formatting stuff. Updating the summary, the job board, and more. It will probably be after exams, so after the 27th.

We are fine I am just waiting for these surgical stick tape to slowly come off as my cut heals cause it but since and makes it hard to get up

This is the most daunting problem that joining a mega RP like this poses. If you can get over it, its much easier to play. You have three options,

You can have him join of one our guilds and start from there, although I'm not exactly sure who owns what. Lots of people here. I think @Caits or @Zarkun might know them better then I do.

Or you can have him interact with someone else, which is difficult on your own for a number of reasons, chief among them, you have no freaking clue where anyone is, what they are doing, and if you can join in, am I right?

Honestly, that should be on other people to reach out like "Hey, I think the chemistry between your character and mine might be interesting, lets have them meet and see what explodes."

Option 3 is the most difficult, have him do his own thing for a little while, and in the process have him meet other characters. ...which brings us back to the problem of option 2.

On that note, perhaps he can meet up with a character I have somewhere, but not anytime soon, as I'm still trying to slog my way though other posts.

GMs, I think we need to find a way to make the RP more newcomer friendly.

(Or friendly to people whose friends all dropped a year ago and now want to make a return)
