How many years have roughly passed between the Fourth Shinobi World War and present day/time when the Vessels were killed?
The vessels were killed 40 years ago. There aren't any significant wars prior to that event. The Demon Wars was the only specific one and that was at 400+ years before the vessels got killed.

In my head, I pictured the setting of this RP to be some hundreds of years after the Fourth Shinobi World War, seems I misunderstood the Demon Wars as that. I'll send you the CS.
@Innue Hey, so I was thinking of making my character able to transform into a medal rod. So basically he flies up high into the sky, transform and drops towards the target area a.k.a kinetic bombardment. And maybe, during the falling, he can exert more chakra to cut through the air, effectively reducing all the resistance a.k.a more speed more destructive power.
I would need to add a lot of weight to my character for that. But you get the gist of it, just like in the video but enough to level a whole village if not some more.

You can always develop as you go. Just provide a framework of what you have. You just can't do outside the village combat until jutsu are finished. Backstory just develop as you get ideas. There might not be a lot for any character under 40 to really have backstory wise since it has been relatively peaceful (at least using the world events as a catalyst for them).

【Personality】 Akarui is a very bold personality. He has no qualms being upfront, albeit still polite enough unless a person has crossed one of his lines. He also enjoys messing with people, his favorite being tricking men into thinking he is a helpless woman (especially in the sexist Land of Iron) as his style is very much on the typical feminine side.
【Appearance】 Akarui is average height with a slightly thinner frame than one would expect for a sword wielder of his caliber. He has long dark hair tied back in a ponytail typically and wears very vibrant, often floral or bird designed kimonos and silk sashes.
【History】 Akarui is of the Yuganori clan from the Land of Grass. He struggled growing up to learn normally from the rest of the members of his clan do to his inability to pay attention to anyone longer than a few minutes. As a result, he was a very poor performing student. However, he was able to develop some skill with a sword because each moment with his blade felt unique and different. When Akarui held a blade, even at a young age, he could focus to an inhuman level - the blade feeling like a missing extension to his body. As such, Akarui was able to learn eventually from members of his clan in their traditional arts.
Akarui was largely ignored by many in his clan, especially with his older sister being so skilled with their clan's kekkei genkai.

【Abilities and Special Traits】 Akarui is a master of the blade to the point where most of his techniques partner with that skill. He is quite good with fuuinjutsu, mostly by nature of his personality of finding them generally attractive, but also by nature of his clan's KG. He does lack the expected raw speed and strength, outside his specific zone of control that one would expect of a swordsmasterperson of his caliber.

Name of Weapon or Item: Noren Description: Noren is actually two pieces. The first is what appears to be a standard straightsword. Separate from its abilities, it is still an incredibly effective as a weapon.
The second piece is the silk that the blade is wrapped within when it is not in use. The edges of the silk wrapping is as sharp as the blade. What makes it dangerous is the series of seals woven into it. Mostly they are weapons seals, but Akarui is capable of weaving new seals into the tapestry as her learns them, or as he needs them in the fight. The wrap can be manipulated by Akarui easily, allowing him to change angles and directions with it, as well as stiffen it in response to an attack.
【Kekkei Genkai】
Name of Kekkei Genkai: Oriton [Weave Release] Clan: Yuganori Description: The Oriton is a complex Kekkei Genkai as it has two aspects to it - the first aspect of the Oriton grants its users the ability to create a unique type of chakra comprised of the Suiton and Doton natures that takes the form of silk or other fibrous materials. The second aspect, by far the more complex of the two, causes its users to have sets of silk glands within their body at key locations, such as the wrists and ankles. The silk glands are infused heavily with the Oriton chakra, and are able to create a vast number of materials and thread them together - in advanced cases, this can be used to mix multiple types of materials together to create a single weave, which contains the properties of both materials used.
Typically, the Oriton is used to create silks, which have a strong tensile strength and are extremely malleable, and can do so with enough complexity that the fibres can be arranged in such a pattern that Fuuinjutsu can be woven into them. By changing how the fibres are woven and restructuring the silk, different abilities and effects can be conferred onto them in order to best suit the user’s purposes.
Weakness: The Oriton is a demanding Kekkei Genkai to use and master, requiring almost constant attention and discipline to be used effectively. For this reason, it is very rare to see its users performing other kinds of ninjutsu or genjutsu.

Name of Kekkei Genkai: Seitaigan [Life Detection Eye] Clan: Kōgōsei Description: The Seitaigan allows its bearers to finely detect the structure of chakra and fluid movement within physical objects, giving them a sort of x-ray vision to do so. The vision of chakra that they possess is far superior to even that of the Byakugan’s, allowing them to discern as much as the balance of spiritual and physical energy in the chakra and to finely map out how the chakra comprises any jutsu it may be used with.
The Seitaigan has historically been an important farming tool, as it allows its bearers to very accurately detect the presence of life due to its reliance on water, and allows them to diagnose any potential issues with plant life almost instinctively, but its powers of observation were noted also to apply to chakra.
Other than providing incredible clarity, the Seitaigan does not afford its user any form of ocular prowess such as telescopic vision, or the powers of the Eye of Insight that the Sharingan offers – its applications are largely restricted to analysis of systems in favourable conditions, and it is often not enormously helpful during battle, except in the same way that all doujutsu able of sensing chakra are.

Description: The bearer of the Kyokujitsu no Hikari is gifted with a unique and powerful affinity to three elements, each of which creates a small "sun" made of the correspondingly coloured chakra around the user. Proficient users such as Shien she are able to effortlessly keep all three suns of all three elements floating around them at all times.
The first sun is made of Katon chakra, and glows with a brilliant orange light. The Katon sun, being made of pure Katon chakra, will burn whatever it touches and is able to utilise the power of Katon chakra.
The second sun is made of Suiton chakra, and glows with a brilliant blue light. The Suiton sun's light nourishes those it comes into contact with, and has the power to extinguish Katon jutsu.
The final sun is made of Doton chakra, and is a dull yellow. Its light permeates the ground and alters its composition, allowing the user to affect terrain.
The main source of the Kekkei Tota's power is its ability to combine the various lights to blend their effects, as well as controlling vast areas of terrain with the suns. The user of this Kekkei Tota is able to use all three elemental affinities with great proficiency by channeling their jutsu through the light of the suns.
Shien is naturally immune to all negative effects of the Suns’ light, and is treated as if they have every Boon for every colour of light at all times.

Name of Technique: Hikari no Eien [Light Everlasting] Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu Rank: S+ Range: 15 feet initially; Potentially infinite Nature Type: Katon; Suiton; Doton
Description: Shien takes a sun of any colour, and kneads 10% of her chakra into it for each colour that it possesses (10% for Blue, Red, and Yellow, 20% for Orange, Purple, and Green, 60% for White). The effects of Hikari no Eien do not apply to individuals with the Boon of the respective Sun used (except the Blue sun).
Shien then takes the energy of the sun and condenses it, then turns it into an enormous beam that she then fires, 2 meters in radius and 1 mile long, with different effects dependent on the Sun used:
Red: Creates a vortex of heat and kinetic energy that explodes outwards viciously, scorching everything within its path. Shien can double the potency of this technique by halving its range, and can do this any number of times.
Blue: Creates a wave of restorative Suiton-aspected chakra, healing every human within its radius to the best of the chakra’s ability – if used in the presence of a medical ninja, becomes significantly more effective.
Yellow: Creates a beam that grinds all inanimate matter in its path to dust (does not include any form of life). Objects with significant chakra are only mildly affected by the beam.
Orange: Creates a beam that disperses all external chakra within its range, immediately ending the effects of any jutsu that it comes across by cleaving the chakra into its constituent energies. Any chakra cleaved in this fashion is absorbed by the beam, converted into its chakra, and contributes to the power of the beam.
Purple: Creates a beam that infuses all light in the surrounding area with chakra, twisting it to cloak allies and rendering enemies within the beam blind for sixty seconds. Shien is able to use her various light-affecting techniques freely within the range that the beam occupied for the next hour.
Green: Creates a beam that accelerates the growth of all plants it touches massively, giving them such increased growth that they are easily able to grow to three or four times their normal size.
White: Creates a beam that kills all life it comes into contact with if contact with the light is maintained for at least 5 seconds (7 seconds is required to kill people). The ground is left barren and scorched, all buildings in its radius crumble to dust and all water is removed from the area.
