Short/Long Bio: While working on an RPG based on the idea of modern street gangs using magic instead of
guns, he discovered that the one of the rituals he had included was causing the candles he kept lit for ambiance to blaze up whenever it was run. He researched the idea further and found that not only could he make it blaze up more, but could even ignite flammable materials if he transferred electronic funds into the ritual's subroutine. A bit of further research, and he found that his energy, electricity, and even items could be connected to it and sacrificed to enhance the effect.
Realizing how important this could be, he decided that he should make a mobile version of the game. Basing it on the idea behind Pokemon GO, he created a worldwide map that procedurally divided every city into districts, and let people use rituals to capture these districts. Of course, the common version merely simulated the spells, not really doing them, unless he used the promo code screen to put in a code to unlock the ability to really use spells. This game was called "Mage Wars" and soon became one of the most popular mobile games.
Any time he discovers a real spell he puts it into the game as a legendary spell. Unfortunately, he only has four useful rituals so far. He can of course add more if he finds them, so now he's out looking for more rituals, either by looking for other witches, or by research.

Form of Witchcraft: Technological

Form of Sacrifice: Usually money (from other's microtransactions of the inactive version), sometimes electricity, though can use anything.

Abilities: He's always been pretty good at predicting random events, well above what probability would say. Since he started using spells, that has been even more pronounced.

Rituals:
Flames of Tartarus: The fist ritual he found could enhance fire. Sometimes when he ran it nearby candles would get brighter. As best he can tell, it calls on Hades.
Summoning: Brings a creature from the underworld. Without sacrifice it does nothing, but for enough money you can summon some pretty decent allies. Usually, he just sacrifices $20 for an imp, which can use a chameleon like ability to hide and spy on people, though they are very weak. Such a summoning only lasts a few hours.
Blessing of Styx: Protects the user from damage.
Apollo's Blessing: Though he is unsure of the source, he found a way to boost the health of a targeted person. With enough sacrifice, it can heal as well.
Sacrifice of the damned: Allows one to see the afterlife, or other people in the mortal world who are also witches. Pomegranates must be consumed as part of the ritual. In the game that just lets you track other magic users for a period of time by destroying a "pomegranate" item. IRL it means you have to consume it in some form to remote view the other magic user or the afterlife. He prefers drinking Pom-apple juice.

Personality: Alexander is quite the cheerful and friendly person. He doesn't have a problem with interacting with others. He is extremely curious, near obsessed, with anything that has to do with animals, plants and mythologies. For now, he started with simply Greek mythology, but eventually, he shows interests in Roman and Norse mythologies. He is a hard-worker, as one can see with how he juggles work and studies. But it should be noted that he is a homestudy person. To be honest, he is a fun loving person and he's quite adventurous. On his free time when he's not researching or tending to the crops or animals, he goes out to the city or a town or just the general area.

Appearance: Alexander stands at a height of 5'9. He has a lean type of body. As can be seen in the picture, he has black hair and blue eyes. He has a rather wide collection of clothing - ranging from jacket and jeans to flannel and pants.

Home Life: The everyday life of Alexander is tending to the animals at dawn with his sister, checking on the crops before lunchtime, studying for some time at afternoon, and then some other miscellaneous things that his parents would come up with. His family owns a field for crops, a barn for animals and then another field for livestocks. They have expanded from just being farmers of crops.

Short/Long Bio: The Regas family has been alive for centuries and they have been farmers ever since. The Regas family has always been loyal servants of Demeter. They were known to have the richest land and the fattest cows. The Regas family were part of the people who lamented with Demeter when she lost Persephone and rejoiced when she bounced back from sadness. They have strong ties with her and kept this tradition alive up to the present, even when the Hellenic gods and goddesses weren't being worshiped anymore.

Going back to Alexander, he was so amazed by the stories of the gods and goddesses that he sought after books and old people to tell him stories. It was good that his bloodline was so closely 'related' to one of the goddesses. When he was a kid, he wasn't very good in following orders. He would often lock himself up in his room to study something. When his sister was born, he became a lot more responsible with his duties to the farm. His life was very uneventful besides the fact that he had learned a lot of rituals that had something to do with Demeter but he has learned some other rituals for other gods and goddesses.

Form of Witchcraft: Sigil Magic and Old Magic
Form of Sacrifice: Food Sacrifice but sometimes uses Sentimental sacrifice
Abilities: He has a connection to animals. He has the ability to understand what they are feeling and what they need, allowing him to form bonds with animals quickly.
Rituals:
Torches of Hecate: He has learned this one for when he somehow gets lost. Just as Hecate had guided Demeter, she can also be invoked to guide one back home. It can be invoked through Sigil Magic and can work without a sacrifice. However, the sigil can be messed up for a less helpful one.
Hecate's Mist: By messing up one of the sigils, one can get lost for an indefinite amount of time. The invoker cannot get back home no matter what he tries. This can last for one to twelve hours. By sacrificing a certain amount of blood and remaking the sigil, the spell can be broken. Though Alexander is unaware of this, this sigil can be used as a trap to essentially put a person in an empty plane by already putting a blood sacrifice on it beforehand.
Demeter's Protection: A form of Old Magic that keeps the land fertile. This ritual is performed during the harvest season. They sacrifice their fattest lamb and their best crops to Demeter to pray for another fruitful season.
Merchant's Talk: Invoking the name of Hermes to help with negotiations. This works best when they sacrifice blood to Hermes before the negotiations will happen. It is believed that this, with Demeter's blessing to the land, is what kept the family going.
