@RhodusI think i remember Oda saying that's just how they, and by that i mean people, work in this world. It's like they wake up/born normal and then just grow up big. I mean Big Mom is huge even though apparently she's also normal/non giant

See, but what i wanna know is if the oppsite can happen. Like can there be small non-dwarf humans?
Also lowkey i wanna see a yonkou that's like three feet tall, or an admiral that's just like an old lady so hunched and adorable she's back to being only four feet tall.
