Name: Saeki Keiko
Age: 11
Appearance: A small, round child. Keiko is an elementary schooler and looks the part. She has long, navy blue hair and large periwinkle eyes, and is usually struck by an expression of awe or wonder. Her school uniform is something akin to a white-and-blue sailor's uniform, with a large bow at the front. When not wearing her school uniform, she usually wears pastel sundresses or frilly blouses, and almost never goes without some kind of hat or ribbon, her favorite being a bow-adorned sunhat. She looks the very epitome of innocence.
Personality: Wide-eyed and wet-behind-the-ears, Keiko is unassuming, shy, and curious. She loves adventure and will often strike out on her own into the forest, searching for bugs and berries and all sorts of fun! She prefers to be alone, as it's a lot more interesting and less distracting to survey things on her own.
She's an only child and used to the freedom that comes with it. Her parents both work and she's been taking care of herself since she was about 7, making her own meals and sometimes putting herself to bed. While she's quite independent, she's also rather emotionally detached and inexperienced because of this. She's rather naive to the feelings and motives of others and does her best to avoid any kind of interaction that won't result in something interesting happening.
The only company she likes to keep is that of the creatures in the forest behind her house. Insects, spiders, birds and deer, she's a regular Disney princess, minus the 'animals love her' part. She's often covered with scratches and bites from her attempted 'friendships.' With her wish's power, however, she has begun to make amends with those who thought her dangerous, though not so much with those irritated by her...
Backstory: The only child of two busy office workers, Keiko has been raised to be independent from a young age. She's been a latchkey kid since the age of 5, cooking her own meals since 7, and putting herself to bed since 9. This never particularly harmed her, per se, but it did a number on her social life and abilities.
She learned to entertain herself and withdrew at school, the quiet, studious child in the back of the room who only stood to ask questions about things that interested her. When she did speak, she seemed rather precocious and knowledgeable, but coaxing her to communicate was usually a futile endeavor. The only creatures she showed an interest in were the wildlife around her house, and lo and behold very few would stick around long enough for her to speak to, other than to bite, peck, or sting her in some way.
Imagine her surprise when one day, a strange-looking white feline (or is it vulpine?) not only stuck around, but talked back...
Wish: "I want to be friends with the animals, to fly and run with them."
Skills:
Intuitive: Keiko picks up skills quite instinctually and is very good at connecting them with abstract concepts.
Charming: Despite rarely interacting with them, Keiko enamors those around her. People tend to want to protect her, and dote on her.
Perceptive: She's very alert and usually the first person in a room to notice when something's changed. She's also very adept at eavesdropping and gleaning small bits of information.
Independant: Especially for her age, Keiko can take care of herself, particularly domestic needs.
Weaknesses:
Emotional Naivity:While physical details are rather easy for her to pick up on, Keiko struggles with understanding the feelings of others. While not a sociopath, she simply does not understand peoples' decisions made based on emotion.
Error 404: Social Awareness Not Found Alongside lack of emotional understanding, Keiko barely gets social cues, and is often very out of place in regards to interaction. She perhaps has a few non-animal friends.
Thinking Ahead? Eh?: Keiko is 11. She is rather precociously smart, but she has the emotional maturity and memory of an 11 year old. She may make logical decisions, but is her logic sound? ...sometimes...maybe...

Magical Girl

Appearance and Theme Color: Deep Sky Blue.
She dons a frilled, feathery sleeveless light yellow dress, with blue flecks here and there. A long, flowing scarf compliments it, glittering in iridescent blues and teals. She wears a sky blue feathered hat and tights to match. Her shoes are similar in color to her scarf, and are adorned with yellow feathers. Her Soul Gem is a swirling sky blue with flecks of varying times' and weathers' hues, and is affixed at the front throat of her scarf. Untransformed, but resides on an otherwise nondescript bracelet.
Magical Weapon: A hardwood baton that doubles as a telescope. It can be used to see things in infrared, magical auras, and life force, among other things--for weaponixed use in particular, weak points of Witches. It's more of a tool than an offensive weapon, but it can pack a punch.
Magical Ability:
Keiko can convert her scarf into a pair of shining wings (nicknamed "Wings of Whimsy"), enabling flight and the ability to whip up razor-sharp wind blasts. They also grant her the ability to convert creative energy into enchantments that she can apply to herself or others. She can convert feathers into sharp, dangerous projectile weapons, which she can use in conjunction with the enchantments.

She's relatively tall, at around 170cm, with around 55kg in weight.

Personality:
A normally quiet person, she was nevertheless stubborn in her own way. Hardheaded enough to stand firm in what she believes in, but not enough to blind her to reason. However, she was only really concerned about herself and her family. Anyone else wasn't of her concern, not unless she stands to gain from them. Not that that quality often shows itself to others, for she'd much rather stay cooped up in her room and read. Without a doubt, she favours being indoors as much as she could, loathing the hassle of going out and actually being presentable. It didn't help that she wasn't exactly good around people. However, she did take any responsibilities she had seriously, even those that required her to go out. Tends to take mannerisms and behaviours from things she had read in certain situations.

Backstory: Having lost her mother since birth, she lived with her father, a simple man who did everything he could to make ends meet. It wasn't enough however. Bills after bills came, and debt started piling up. She worked a sidejob, her father worked extra hours, but still it wasn't enough.

One night a strange cute creature came up to her and introduced itself as Kyubey. Convinced it was a dream, she started talking to it. It was quite odd for her to do so, considering she never really talked much to anyone not her father, but she felt as if she trust the little critter. It was a cute animal after all, one she wasn't familiar with, and it was talking as well. Thus, when it offered her a wish, in exchange for a life of fighting against witches, she didn't give it more than a second second thought before asking for a wish.

It was a simple wish, made with thoughts of her father and his rants when he thinks he was alone.

For such a nebulous wish, it was still granted, however, being as nebulous as it was, it was no surprise when what she got wasn't really what she wished for. Her father did get his connection and success, but it was in the criminal underworld instead. He gained, very quickly, money and influence, changing her life rapidly from a struggling girl barely able to afford lunch, to a rich pampered miss with everything she could ever want.

Minerva had tried confessing what she did to father, but he, now being one of the kingpins of a major crime syndicate, simply dismissed it as her fleeting fancy.

Her life as a magical girl wasn't that great either. She didn't have any real skill to use, nor any real physical skills to use in combat. Only her relatively pool of mana seemed to be the only thing she had going for her. That was, until she figured out she could simply use her father's connection to help, bring in smuggled weapons and vehicles to help with her nightly excursions. Her father didn't mind, thinking it just another one of her phases.

Wish: "I see. Then, I wish for my father to finally gain that connection and success he always talked about."

Skills: She didn't have much in terms of skills; she mostly relies on her own knowledge and on what she read about. Even without a driving license, she could drive a variety of vehicles, and those she couldn't she would just use her ability on. Other than that, she has the ability to read quickly, great instinct and great manual dexterity.

Weaknesses: She doesn't have any real great physical traits, nor any real training.

Magical Girl

Her soul gem is located on her right hand as a red gem.
Magical Weapon: A white hilted sword with a black blade, and a long strip of white cloth attached to the scabbard and her hand.
Magical Ability: Her ability manifests as a fog, as nebulous as her wish. She can spread it out to around 300m in a radius around her as well as changing the fog's color. However, her wish for influence did give the fog the ability to manipulate, and enhance, vehicles as well as storing vehicles and all their nonliving content into itself.

Personality:Dariya is a happy-go-lucky girl with a catty, easygoing attitude. She always talks in a sweet, kind voice, and doesn't shy from personal contact. She often tries to make light of harsh or dark situations, and she absolutely enjoys interacting with friends and eating fine foods. Her attitude seems sometimes rather "disconnected" from reality at times.

There's a good reason for that. In truth, Dariya's sunshine smile is a well crafted mask in which she appears harmless and innocent, while in truth being an hedonistic manipulator with a never ending lust for food or boys... even magical girls. Her self-indulging nature is a byproduct of a harsh, unforgiving life experience, and she is much more cunning and mentally-resilient than any ditz could ever hope to be. She doesn't mind selling her body or soul (she already did that? whoops) if it furthers her goals. A nihilist and existentialist, she takes every blow in stride and flair, smiling back with the most hypocrisy she can muster, for humans are trash, and she's no worse than them. But at least she can pretend being good to keep her lust objects happy.

Should anyone trample anyone of her twisted "flower garden"... the mask shall fall, and Dariya will reveal herself as the twisted ugly person she really is.

Backstory: Dariya was born out of a whimsical fancy of an Ukrainian engineer and a callgirl. At first it seemed everything out like a fairytale. Superdad the awesome fixit engineer and mom the cuddling hottie. And then the first miscarriage came. And then a second. Things went really sour at the homestead. But dad kept climbing in job and responsability, and couldn't keep an eye on the emotionally jagged mom who spent nights silently crying into her sleep on an empty bed. While Dariya watched it all. And since she didn't know what to do she just smiled and assured things would still turn fine.

It was then when his father was caught cheating on her mother with a younger coworker, and any hope they had of familiar life was thrown out of the window. The home war just started. Mother began cheating father in retaliation, bringing sleazy individuals home which reeked of alcohol to do adult things and be noisy.

And Dariya, for the sake of her family, still just smiled and said things would turn out fine. All the way through highschool, she kept pretending her household, everyone kept pretending life at home was fine, when it was not. So Dariya made an attempt of willpower and focused on her studies. She had inherited the genes of her mother, and had developed quite in a spectacular, if homely, highschool beauty.

So the envious, jealous and bullies made a target of her, harassing her, sabotaging her homework, and treating her as if she were a dumb, fat cow.

But Dariya kept smiling and pretending she was fine. Everything was fine.

And then she suddenly lost sight on her right eye after a particulary nasty streak of headaches. And it was the worst case scenario. And Dariya was sent to be treated to the cancer ward. Given her age, her illness was swift, and the outlook rather grim. The illusion at home finally fell apart. Her father beat her mom in frustration, blaming her, or more precisely, her ancestors who lived in the Chernobyl area for the reason why Dariya had cancer (even though no one could be sure of that being a cause). While Dariya was barely hanging for her life in the hospital while they poked around her brain, hair falling off, and becoming increasingly emaciated, her mother was kicked out of her house.

But there were other people of her age, or even younger in the cancer ward. So Dariya smiled... and still pretended everything was fine.

And then her mother was found overdosed in the street. And her father gave up on Dariya and just kept tossing money at her out of responsability without appearing at the hospital. He also married another woman, just a week after mother was dead. Dariya still keep the smile. She couldn't cry. The medication had burnt her tear ducts so badly she could not.

And then Kyubey appeared.

Wish:"Okay, they really shot up the morphine this time, cause I swear to god I'm seeing a white talking-bunny thing? Oh, you're real? Figures. Magical wish? Yeaaah sure. Get in the van, we have candy, right? Stupid hallucinatory rat. Welp, not like I could lose much, given I do have a FUCKING TERMINAL CANCER. I can't ask you to cure all the cancer in the world, right? "Not enough karmic potential". Pff, so even a magical -fucking- apparition has its limits, uh? Okay, how about the entire ward and me freed of cancer? Yeah, that would be swell. A catch. Fighting witches. Look, I live on borrowed time anyway, Witches I can handle. NOW GRANT MY WISH IF YOU ARE REAL, MMKAY <3"
Skills:
Actress: Inheriting from her mother her good looks and sweet voice, Dariya can appear as innocent and pure as an angel, and even lie to the face of veteran police inspectors to their faces without being caught. She is also skilled in finding emotional openings on other people to exploit aswell.

Duress: Dariya found that during her ordeal, she was much more accepting and resistant than most people. What would break many, she could grit her teeth, take it in stride and then write it off as another unfortunate event. Death smiles to us all, so we all should smile back, is what Dariya lives for.

Tech Wiz: Dariya inherited from her father a knack for mathematics and technology. She can crunch numbers like a pro, and given her long stay in the cancer ward, she entertained herself polishing up her hacking skills to spy on other people as a past time. She can even build some small electronics if pushed hard enough.

Polygloth: Given her background, she is fluent in Ukrainian. She can also do rather decently in English and knows Russian.

Weaknesses:

Frail Body: Even after forcefully regenerating from a cancer ward, she is still somewhat prone to injury easily. Her reclusive nature as a hacker didn't help.
Sadistic: Dariya's mask is hard to knock off, but whenever that happens, she is bound to go the extra mile to cause pain even for her own amusement.
Lustful: Well... this one is self explaining.
Aracnophobia: Due to a bullying incident in High school, spiders scare the wits out of her almost immediately.


Appearance and Theme Color: Green

Magical Weapon: Metal Wires. It's a rather awkward weapon, since she needs to do a lot of flair and movement to make it cut targets, but they can bind objects solidly and even help for transportation Indiana Jones style, and shielding if need be.
Magical Ability: Healing. That's it. Improved healing. Like Sayaka. But it works on others aswell.

Personality: Elsa is a relatively cold person emotionally. She does her best to only show positive emotions and feelings, keeping those that would be considered negative to herself. She does a fairly good job of muting her own feelings, but it also results in her getting frustrated and letting those dangerous emotions build up inside her, she just tries to not explode on other people. By the same token however her feelings are also muted, and she doesn't feel strongly about anything really. She might care, but it is never a primary driving factor for her. she's also fairly easy to please, and can hold on to her grudges for a while, though she may keep them to herself.
Backstory: Elsa wasn't that special for a long time in her life. She was the eldest of two sisters, and always had some burden of responsibility upon her. But she could live with it, and did her best to meet those expectations. Growing up she was always more intellectually focused, writing and acting, that sort of thing. It was a useful escapism, for her.

It was especially important as her family moved around a bit because of her father's work. It was never particularly far, but slowly she felt hold friends slipping through her fingers, losing contact and never talking with them after some time. Initially it didn't bother her, but she was always left with that lingering worry in her mind, that she shouldn't get to know people because she would just move and never see them again.

She tried to ignore that though, and did stay in one spot for her high school career. With the pressure to succeed and get into college she was also able to try out her first romantic relationship. It...didn't work out, to put it mildly, and in the fallout from that she was approached by Kyubey, and made her wish. Now Elsa is ready to become a magical girl, not quite sure what she's gotten herself into .

Appearance and Theme Color: Elsa's soul gem is a cerulean blue color, located on the side of her collar in a circular shape when she is transformed. When not transformed her soul gem is a ring on her finger, or a Faberge Egg. You know, like every magical girl ever
Magical Weapon: Elsa wields a blue spear with a crook in the middle of the blade, that is geared towards melee combat. It has a long hilt, and is very sharp.
Magical Ability: Pain Nullification - While all magical girls have some ability to dull pain when in a fight, Elsa takes this to a grater extent than normal. She is able to completely nullify any feeling of pain in her body, without the loss of reflex speed and attachment that would come from using such an ability normally. Of course this drains her mana at an increased rate when active, but that's to be expected. On the passive level it provides a boost against magic that would otherwise be mentally damaging.
