Backstory: Always a drifter Sammael dabbled in swordplay for self defense and saved up coin as he traveled from town to town playing and singing to afford his own. Eventually he was able to pay a blacksmith to forge him two of his own and it was after this that he saw the flyer. A war was sure to mean a tavern for people to drink and that meant a place for him to earn coin, so he headed in that direction.
