They were also featured in stories during Batman Beyond 2.0 that had Terry in college. There's no rule that says they have to quit being criminals at a certain age. Why would ANY criminal still be tearing it up with a hero or two after the first few times they're arrested? I'm not trying to over analyze every aspect. Some things might not make sense. The kid with the skull face and jack o lantern shirt came back as well as a rival leader of the local Jokerz gang [there were something like 200 gangs of them across the globe under the leadership of the Joker King, Dana's crazy brother].

This is also our first actual taste of being a team in action, so a smaller threat was needed. If you want I'll bring the Red T's into this and then they can all just be random losers.

The Jokerz are all random losers. Aside from a different MO and dress code they're not that different from the Ts. J-Man and the Dee Dees are both examples of very standard Jokerz. They don't have any special or specific abilities or even particularly distinct personalities. They're generic in every way so what's the point in assigning a known name to them? It doesn't add anything and sort of begs the question "why are they still around?" I doubt you intend to answer that question nor does it need answering so what's the point in making it a problem in the first place?

You're the only person who regards it as a problem. The Dee Dees are career criminals, and as with most career criminals unlikely to ever completely leave that life behind. Second, if you desperately need a reason the granddaughters of the Harley Quinn haven't moved up in the ranks, they're incompetent fuck ups incapable of doing anything right unless being guided by someone else with the power, tech, or intellect to back them up. Besides that, who says they haven't moved up? We don't know that; we only know they're on a boat with other hooligans causing trouble. Third, nothing I read indicates they're still teenagers, so that's moot (and I'm not sure why it ever was brought up to begin with). Fourth, and perhaps most important of all, we were informed right out of the gates that this game was loosely working with three separate continuities as inspiration, and anything can be altered to accommodate our setting and circumstances.

Please take your own advice, and don't make things a problem when they don't need to be. And arguing with a GM is poor form.

It's cool if PoS has questions, I just can't over analyze every aspect of every minor character or concept in a universe I didn't create myself. The police thing earlier was a nice question, and I needed to post the map anyway...

But yeah with the different Beyond continuities I'm borrowing what I believe are the parts that make up the best story. In the Batman Beyond series that came after 2.0 and continued it's story [I think it only lasted 8 issues or so before the New52 and getting rebooted a couple years later] they introduced a new Hush who was going around killing Batman enemies. I *think* the ones mentioned were Stalker, Inque, and maybe Spellbinder... but yeah... I'd NEVER kill off good villains off panel just to make a new threat seem more threatening. Other things I didn't care for was Damian training Terry in Batman #666, Superman Beyond being controlled by that Starro for years rather than months, and the Brother Eye/OMACS destroying the future...

I think I mentioned Stalker would show up to go after the ultimate prey... Animal. The Chimera Institute will return as well as dozens of new Splicers. And I might bring the duplicating Catwoman back from that one aforementioned Batman Beyond series with Hush... I think she was the daughter of Firestorm villain Multiplex and could make herself up to nine individuals [9 lives!].

@ProPro@Member 00492 Should we assume J was driving the car or that Gloria lost control due to being accelerated too quickly? Her original intent was to abandon the car a block or two away from the crime scene, not slam through the police blockade in someone else's car. She would have preferred a stealthy approach to the situation not an attention garnering bang.

Yeah, that's a problem that can arise when a GM skips things ahead. I'm not quite in favor of the "losing control" option, since Gloria would have had time to adjust before getting there, and undoubtedly has been under the influence of Accel's powers before.

I just didn't wanna take another three posts to get the real action going. I figured losing control of a car that's ancient was easy enough. Say a tire was blown because it was doing too many RPMs if you want...

EDIT: Also, assuming most cars are electric in the future... how would this old car even have gas and fluids in it? Tons of stuff could've went wrong after the engine turned over!

@Member 00492 I said it was old, not our modern day. I listed it as from the early 2020s which makes it twenty years old by Beyond standards but a decent ways more advanced than what we have today. Given how the environmental movement is progressing these days completely electric cars five years from now wouldn't be that unusual.

But whatever, I'll make something up.

@Prince of Seraphs My mistake. I read most of the IC in one sitting and thought it was early 2000's.

Just for my curiosity and next post, about how many Joker's are present? Given the two seconds of Speed, Red Arrow should be able to take down 2 or 3. Not like he's on the master level marksman status yet. Although he is training almost every day on his own, that doesn't compare to field practice lol So I don't wanna go too far, but I do wanna take out more than one. Maybe hit J-Man since I got the range XD

So for the sake of clarification, assuming I read the post correctly, is Batman on the yacht now after having taken out the twins?

I'd say at least 15-20 total.

He is, however he was going in and out of stealth mode so the Titans may not have noticed him...

Hey I had an idea. Did anyone here ever watch Static Shock? It's one of the more obscure titles from the DCAU.

Anyway it had a crossover with Batman Beyond in its fourth season called Future Shock. Static assists Batman and Robin in apprehending a villain called Timecode. While in the process of dismantling Timecode's time travel device Static accidentally activates it and ends up transported to the Batcave of the Beyond era.

Timecode was only on screen for about a minute, he was basically a plot excuse to get Static to the future but regardless his reported plan was to make extreme bank by charging villains with outstanding warrants for a way to escape capture, this method being transporting them to the future. So I was thinking that at some point an arc in which we're dealing with a sudden influx of 2000s villains armed with 2040s technology. Could also be a way for the Beyond Titans to deal with some of the lesser classic Batman villains.

Alright, alright. Not my best, but I liked what I did. I'm just hoping these moves and thoughts still line up with the character I tried to write and am trying to portray when it comes to Red Arrow.

Anyway, how's it going guys???
