"Fantastic!" Sparrow grins wildly and stands, excited to both get out of work and also to spend some time with her new-found friend. She tosses the last bit of cheese into her mouth, quickly swallowing it and putting the cloth back in her pocket. "Whenever you're done eating we can go. I'll show you around some more on our way out."

When Eden walks into the dinning hall Sparrow waves happily. He makes his way over to her before speaking. "Hey Sparrow, you got anything special for me this morning? I gotta go to work soon and I need a quick bite."

The girl nods and points to the far end of the largest table, where a handful of villagers were still picking at their food. A few of the bowls had been picked through but there was definitely still quite a selection. "Made poppy seed muffins earlier. If you hurry there might be a few left, oh and someone brought in a apples this morning too, I hear they're mighty tasty," the blonde chirps cheerfully. "Do you have time to sit with us before you go? I'd love to introduce you to someone."

Brielle waved her hand in the air, as if shooing away some fly "Don't thank me, I just abide by the Kings wishes..." she said earnestly, and began leading them towards the center of the outside village. Where all the beggars, and shop keepers were at - "oh come on....you can't come this far and not get your trowel....I didn't just defend you for no reason..." Brielle slightly glared at him, a unsatisfied exhale escaping her lips. "Quiet frankly, you demons have overstayed your welcome...." she muttered under her breath. Brielle wished for nothing more than to live in a world where she still had her parents. But reality was far to thick for fantasy dreams to come mingle in. She sucked her bottom lip in as the being asked for her name, kind of regretting her previous comment. The boy had so far been kind, and gave no reason to show ill will towards.
"I'm Brielle, one of the Sanctuary hunters. You bring goods in for trade, correct Lucile?" She expressed a warm small smile, and placed a strand of her long chestnut hair behind her right ear. "Look - how about we get you what you need, yeah?" The breeze brought forth the smell of the cooked breakfast from within the mountain dwelling. Her stomach followed through with a rumble, she looked at Lucile and scratched the back of her head "you wouldn't happen to have a sweet potato...would you?" She didn't expect him to have one or even give it to her at this point.

"Yeah I can spare a few minutes as long as I don't get tooo caught up."

He'd make his way over to large table looking around at the various bowls of food. He'd reach for and pick up a small red apple and a poppy seed muffin. He puts the red apple into a loose empty pocket on his overalls for later. He'd then walk over to Sparrow carrying the muffin and take a small nibble of the muffin.

"Uh you're baking is always the best. You made these right? Oh and who's this person you want me to meet?"

The talk of defending him and how it would have been a wasted gesture if he just left brought a small darkness to Luciel's heart. He wanted nothing more than to say how her gesture could have been seen as doing her good deed for the day for the sake of food for the village rather than any actual compulsion to help him. Her comment that bundled him in with demons and how his mere existence was overstaying his welcome only solidified this.
It was a bit twisted to imagine such words being the best he could hope for, though he understood that creatures like the monster who he owed half of existence to hadn't been particularly merciful towards humans. His eyes looked away from his escort, disappointed but still warm with a response of, "Pleased to meet you, Brielle..."
"And yeh, it would be best to exchange goods" Luciel agreed, looking around for direction regarding where go about fulfilling his end of the bargain, politely ignoring the growl of her stomach. The question about sweet potatoes reminded him of his crushed breakfast and lunch that Derrick had made short work of, though he wasn't about to assert himself to inquire about a replacement. Convinced it would probably be a better option to just starve until getting back home, Luci knelt once more to open the game bag and rifle through the raw produce. "Not many. It is a little tough to dig by hand," he began, holding his hands up to show the filed blunt claws as an explanation before retrieving a few yams and holding them up, "Take your pick. 'for your village' includes you, too" he joked. The faintest hint of a smile teased the edge of his mouth, though suppressed. Raw and dusty from storage, but sweet potatoes none the less.

It had felt like forever since he'd spoken so much, Luciel was genuinely enjoying the company even though he was convinced the woman hated him for god knows how many reasons.

Sit with us? I thought we were leaving? Hmm, another human to meet.
When the other boy sat down, Adam introduced himself. "Hi. I'm Adam." Trying to find something else to add, he said, "The muffins are good, right?" Finding a common connection. Something to talk about. That's what was supposed to happen, correct? Only he could guess. He wondered if he was going to come along with them, and something stirred within him. Some human emotion, probably. Was it sadness? No. Joy? Nope, not that either. Something that made him feel bad. It was like he didn't like the possibility of this boy coming along with them. He gave a smile to the boy, unsure about himself. "And you are?"

He takes another bite of the muffin, spilling crumbs all over his lap while eating and looks at the boy. He swallows hard in bliss from the delicious muffin.

"You bet, this thing is awesome. My name is Eden. Nice to meet you Adam. Where are from? Some other settlement or were you just wandering around?"

He reaches out with his free hand and waits for Adam to grasp it.

Sparrow sits back down next to Adam, shifting a bit so she is sitting right next to him, enjoying the company of a boy her age who didn't seem to objectify her in any way. Of course there were other men and boys on the city, but most of them either saw her as a servant of sorts because of her work in the kitchen, or automatically assumed she was just a pretty face. Folding her hands in her lap she keeps a pleasant smile on her face while Adam and Eden talk. She was interested in the conversation, but more interested in disappearing from her hum drum daily life and exploring the outside world.

There was a small village, a camp really, a mile or so from the outskirts of Sanctuary that had been ravaged by demons a while back. Thankfully the creatures seemed more interested in the people than their belongings. Scavengers, ones from Sanctuary and others who traveled on their own, had taken most things of value, but if you looked hard you could find smaller things they had overlooked. She had only been once, but in that trip she came back with two books and a journal documenting the travels of someone named 'Rella' as she roamed from village to village, trading and fighting off stray demons. All three proved to be interesting reads.

When Eden questions where Adam is from she turns her full attention back to their conversation. "I'm curious of that too," she chimes in, "you never did say where you're from. Obviously you're not from here, but I didn't think there were any real settlements within 50 miles or so. I mean, I don't know that for sure, but that's what I've heard." She tilts her head to the side in an inquisitive manner, her eyes studying Adam with genuine curiosity.

Adam was glad to have Sparrow sitting next to him, closer than she had been before. Again, some feeling was coming up. It was different this time. Opposite of how he felt about Eden. More joyful, and fulfilling. And then, everything changed.
They were asking where he was from, which was probably a normal and human-like question to ask. He had no idea how to respond though. He had to. They would know what he was, and all of this would snap away so quickly. The 'normal human life' he wanted would be impossible to have.
"I've never really had a home," Adam started, looking down at his hands. He was playing with them in his lap and he brought them to the table, where he continued to play with them. "We were always moving around, never really stopping. My parents...." He stumbled for a second. They probably thought he was emotional about it, when really he was remembering how he had killed them. He kept conjuring up his story from nowhere. This was what he'd have to stick to if he was ever asked about it again. "My father told me when I was older that my mother had died giving birth to me, so I never really knew her. My dad, however...," he trailed off and stopped like he didn't want to talk about it. He shook his head. "Anyway, Sparrow, I've finished eating."

"I'm sorry about your parents, Adam." Sparrow moves to take his hand, intending to reassure him or offer some comfort, but the stops and folds her hands in her lap again. "I lost my mom when I was younger too. That's why my dad and I came here." The mood at the table seemed to darken, and with it her smile dwindles and then falls, her face becoming rather flat and emotionless. "I may not be scared of what's out there beyond our walls, but it's hard to deny that it's safer in here."

Shrugging Sparrow attempts to shake off her less than pleasant mood and move into a happier state of mind. "But anyway, outside can be fun. Inside is safer, yeah, but the outside is where all the adventures are!" She smiles at Adam and then faces Eden. "I heard they're making stew for lunch, but I set aside a bunch of rolls too, oh and I heard something about making pies of dinner..." she trails off the sentence and grins. "We are going to head out before someone pulls be back to the kitchen, but it was nice talking with you, Eden. Have a good day at work!"

Sparrow stands. For a brief moment she considers extending a hand towards Adam, but thinks better of the gesture and simply smiles. "Ready to go? There are a few things I want to show you before we leave, and I have to stop by my room for my cloak before we go too."

Brielle smiled widely as he produced sweet potatoes, they truly were her comfort food in this post apocalyptic world. She quickly grabbed them, and placed them into her satchel, "Thank you, Lucile...you're not too terrible..." She joked, smiling warmly at him. Brielle shifted her weight to her right leg, crossing her arms again - "You know..." She bit her bottom lip in hesitation, this was clearly a habit she picked up that indicated she was thinking, "How about I take you to the dining area? I wouldn't mind some breakfast...save these for dinner". She patted the side of her satchel where she had just placed the potatoes. Brielle tried her best to be a 'good' person, but with many of the acts she witnessed (like Derricks ferocious attitude) she wasn't sure if there was any good left in the world. Aside from the small acts of kindness she came across here at Sanctuary. One of the King's 'treat half-breeds well, we do not know what horrors they have experienced' speech seeped into her mind. It unfortunately struck a cord, and she found herself being more rational around them instead of acting out with emotion.

"Here, follow me..." Brielle said, walking to the giant opening that led into the Mountain. As she looked back to Lucile, her eyes caught an unfamiliar face in the crowd. Black hair, a thin face, she raised an eyebrow and shrugged it off. Two guards were on each side that nodded back to her as she nodded to them. She made sure Lucile was close to her side as they walked in, to insinuate he was with her. She led him down long cavern hallway - that had a few hallways on eachside before it opened up into the gathering hall. Which is where the King addressed the Village, it wasn't anything special. A giant cavernous circle. There were beggars, and shops set up in here as well. She took him East, and it was not to long that they walked into another giant open room. The smell of warm food, and the sounds of comfortable small talk rang in her ears. She led Lucile to a table with some food and finally spoke after leading him through the Sanctuary "Grab whatever you like..." She gestured, she herself grabbed a muffin, and a few apples. Her eyes scanned the tables, nodding and smiling at some of the folks. Her eyes then rested on just the person she had been wanting to see since the encounter at the gate, Eden.
"Eden!" She exclaimed, and walked over quickly to the group, "Hey Sparrow" Brielle hummed her name, "Good Morning, hope you all slept well". Brielle turned her attention to Eden, "Uhm..." she laughed a bit and scratched the back of her head "You mind working with me on some close range techniques?" Brielle hated asking for help - some weird pride thing, but she also did just overstep her boundaries a bit at the gate. An anxiety filled her that made her wonder if she'd ever actually fight one of those simpletons. "Whenever you're free of course...preferably soon.." Her peripheral caught the site of the boy Sparrow's age next to her, she raised an eyebrow "Are you new here?" She leaned towards him, something raised her interest.

"oh Adam you don't have to go any further, I never really knew my parents either. he'd say trying to stop Adam before he got too emotional. He'd then look up hearing a famailar voice.

His eyes would lock with Brielle as she was headed their way and he greets her happily with a hug. He'd turn his attention to her to address her question.

"oh well today I was gonna teach the kids about some of the local flora and fauna, but if you wanted I could take you to work with me soon. Perhaps we could go over a few things there? It would be good for the children as well to see some things demonstrated. Unless, you preferred something more so centered around us two training? It's your choice."

He smiles giving her a bright a toothy grin, one of his thick long dread locks would be hanging down in a goofy manner in the center of his face.

Ysran could hear a small commotion from near the entrance as he wandered throughout the streets. He listened in as closely as he could. From what he could gather, this was a social call. Perfect. This would likely give him some much needed info. He decided to tail and observe.

They began to talk about their food. Hm. A bit of a strange thing to talk about. Maybe he was a foreigner like himself and this food was new to him? Well, that didn't matter right now. Time to keep listening.

Another person had soon joined them. He couldn't quite hear their names. But, with any luck, he'd either find out soon, or it wouldn't matter. The new person began to pull out some sort of food. Yams? Probably. He also held up his hands. A gesture of sorts? Maybe.

They talked about the origins of one of them. So that's what they would talk about when meeting a new person? Seems reasonable enough. Soon enough they were finished eating, and stood up. Time to follow.

One of them looked directly at him. He gave a quick wave, and began looking down in an attempt to disengage. Looks like it worked. He continued following them.

Luciel made no comment as Brielle took the yams, having offered for her to take her pick rather than take them all. It mattered so little, since she'd already helped him so much that she deserved a bit extra, anyway. To finish off the joke, he knowingly replied, "Try not to mention it, I have a reputation to maintain" with a small hiss of a chuckle, forked tongue briefly flicking between his teeth. No sooner had he shouldered the pack once more than had the suggestion been offered to go to the dining hall. The mutt was thrilled by the idea of food, though as he was being led through the streets, the crowds unnerved him. He took the time to again adjust the bear head to make the disguise as convincing as possible. The thought crossed his mind of how suspicious he would seem if anyone actually caught on, though he didn't imagine it was such a large concern as long as he had an escort.

He had to admit, the town was certainly not what he had expected. Caverns and structures built within it gave a small twist to his own view of living in a cave. Monsters and men, that sort of stipulation was mostly lost to his awe. Now more than ever, he cautiously followed Brielle while taking in the scenery now that he was in the belly of the beast.
Even entering the mess hall, he was nervous what with the volume of humans and their conversations. Paranoia took him with the even slightest glance, certain he would be driven out or worse at any moment. The gripping fear had quelled the innate instinct to kill, so much so that he hadn't realized where he was being led until Brielle gestured to the table of confections which she took a few articles from before making her way off to a group. They were most certainly not his kind of people, especially with how happy and friendly they were with each other.

Rather than stand there by the table, Luciel followed suit, though paused right after grabbing a wooden plate. A second outstretched hand retracted to momentarily touch the silver of his necklace while swiftly whispering, "Bless us, lord; this bounty and the charity of its provider."
Carefully, he picked out a slice of ham, a muffin, apple...the such that was unlike what he could provide for himself. While rabbit sinew and goat blood was as savory in a stew or raw, the care that was put into the preparation of baked goods and livestock was a luxury that was impossible to simply pass up.

Stocked with as much as he'd dare take, the matter of seating presented itself. Luciel reasoned that following Brielle was probably the sensible option, since sitting alone could be done anywhere, and people seemed to know who she was well enough to respect her. 'Friends' being a foreign concept, and respect being the closest next, 'Eden', as Brielle addressed him, seemed nice enough. Among the others, Luciel couldn't be sure, but took his collection with him to also approach the group.
Awkwardly, he greeted them with a small bow before taking a seat on the bench across from Brielle. "Good morning" he said after a moment of staring at the plate, trying to decide where to start. Taking the apple from the top, he kept his head low, utilizing the bear hood to hide his eyes which were likely sharp from the nervousness at this point.

An odd sense bled through his senses. It was an oddly familiar scent he couldn't place his finger on. Lifting his head only enough to eye Adam, Luciel sniffed before lightly nibbling the fruit with his very front teeth. He reasoned that whatever the feeling was, it certainly could not be farther from his business. While the blood in the humans called to him with all of its hateful stink, he seemed almost hollow, as if he weren't even there save for a faint sweetness that was difficult to explain. Again, not his problem, no matter what it could mean.

"Miss Brielle is...showing me around town?" Luciel explained, glancing up to Brielle for confirmation.

"I lost my mom when I was younger too. That's why my dad and I came here." Adam felt bad lying to her, but what else was there to do? He couldn't just tell them he was a demon experiment and they'd all be fine with it. As Sparrow stood, she seemed to hesitate for a moment. Was she on to him? He let out a breath he hadn't realized he'd been holding.
"Ready to go? There are a few things I want to show you before we leave, and I have to stop by my room for my cloak before we go too."
Adam nodded, ready to go. Before they could leave, others walked in. A woman, who seemed interested in him, asked him if he was new here. He gave a steady nod. The other was a male, who eyed him suspiciously. Yup, it was time to go outside with Sparrow.
"Lead the way, little bird," he said to her cheerfully, glad he had come up with that nickname. That's what humans did with their friends, right? Made up nicknames as a way to be closer?

The boy with Brielle seemed a little... odd. Sparrow shrugged it off. Probably getting a touch warm under that bear, she muses, laughing internally to herself before returning her attention to Adam, who suddenly seemed much more interested in leaving. His body looked more stiff; on edge all at once. "Lead the way, little bird." His words spur another giggle from Sparrow, who tosses her hair over her shoulder and stares into Adam's eyes. This time she doesn't hesitate and simply takes his hand, holding it lightly and leading him towards the exit of the dinning hall. With her other hand she carries Adam's now empty plate, setting it in one of the deep wooden boxes near the exit. The dish slips down into the black soapy water and settles on top of the rest of the empty plates.

"It was a pleasure to see you all. We'll be back in a bit. If anyone asks I'm umm... sick. Yeah. I'll be in my room all day." Sparrow winks at the group still near the table, halfheartedly faking a cough before disappearing out of the dinning hall with Adam. The hallway outside the dinning area was lit by candles along the wall, close to the ceiling. Out of the corner of her eye Sparrow watches her companion. The chatter of the dinning hall fades into the distance as they walk. She takes a small staircase which leads them deeper into the mountain. "Everyone's rooms are down here," she explains as they pass a handful of closed doors. "My dad and I sleep here." Sparrow stops and pushes open a deep blue door. The paint was beginning to peel, but it still looked more cheerful than many of the deep brown doors. Inside she walks to the closet and pulls out a cape not much longer than her knee length dress, and rich forest green in color. She pulls her arms from her light blue cardigan and hangs it up again before wrapping her cape around her shoulders and securing the ornate clasp on the front to keep it from slipping off. "Much better," she mutters, more to herself than anyone else. Before leaving she also grabs a length of brown ribbon from her bedside table, using it to tie back her blonde waves and keep them out of her eyes.

She turns to Adam when she finishes. "If you want I can show you the reservoir, but that's the only other thing that's down here. Upstairs are the dinning hall and kitchen, which you've seen, and the training grounds, classrooms, guard chambers, supply rooms, the main gathering hall, and the King and Queen's chambers. I can show you all but those last two before we leave, or I can show you around when we get back, it's up to you." Sparrow smiles, excited to spend more time with Adam. Despite the two only just meeting, she felt like they would get along wonderfully, then again she felt that way about most people. Too trusting. Her father swore up and down it would get her into more trouble than she was worth, but Sparrow never changed her ways. For as long as she cared to remember it had been proven to her that if you gave people the opportunity to prove that they were trustworthy, they more often than not would prove you right.

Adam looked at Sparrow as she giggled and flipped her hair, and he found himself with a tiny grin on his face. Why was that? Contagious laughter, perhaps? When she looked at him, directly at his eyes, he was scared that she might be able to see the monster in him. But he knew he was wrong as she took his hand. It was soft, yet not terribly soft, against his own skin. His smile grew and his heart leaped. Was that normal? Was his body okay? She lead him away, turning back and talking to the others to make sure they'd cover for her.

As they walked through the hall, Adam looked at the walls. It was neat, this fortress of humanity. He found it quite amazing how one moment humans would be fighting against each other and the next, they'd be working together against another enemy.
Sparrow opened a blue door, and Adam followed her in. He looked around, nodding in response when she told him this is where she and her father stayed.

Adam watched as she put on a deep green cape and tied up her hair. He liked the way all of the colour was together in one place, all tied up. She seemed more comfortable in her cape. He, again, found himself smiling. Was this normal for a human?
"If you want I can show you the reservoir, but that's the only other thing that's down here. "How about when we get back?" Adam suggested although he didn't really mind either one. He just wanted to spend more time with this girl. She intrigued him, on multiple different levels.

Brielle received Edens hug openly, and warmly hugged the familiar man. They had class together when younger, immediately bonding due to being orphans at a young age. "I was thinking one on one, but anything for the youth...:do you have someone accompanying you later in the forests in case of a run in?" Brielle sat down near Lucile, her body facing Eden as they spoke. She always appreciated his company, one person she felt close too after many years. Brielle laughed as the stray dreadlock laid itself down in the center of his face - "did you just maintain them? They're looking longer these days" she stated, in reference to his glorious locks.
As Adam nodded in response to her question, Brielle broke into a laugh over Sparrows statement breaking her intriguied gaze from Adam "it's okay, I was supposed to be hunting...so I won't tell if you don't", she chuckled lightly, her cheeks flushing. Brielle moved her eyes back on Adam, as he and Sparrow quickly left, something in her gut was sitting right. She broke apart some of the freshly cooked muffin, plopping a piece in her mouth. It was a delicious treat - a satisfied hum followed suit.
"Oh right, Eden - This Lucile he's a mu-- half breed...I escorted him in today for some trades" she looked over at Lucile who was looking at her for confirmation of their situation. It was a unique sight to see Brielle being so kind to a halfbreed. Not that she was ever derrick status, she just tended to avoid even being around them. No matter how kind, the fact demon blood ran through then unsettled her greatly. So she always declined escort jobs, if possible. "If you have time before class - you can come with us so he can trade for a trowel, and then I'll join your class for the day".

Ysran continued to follow the small group. Yet he grew increasingly bored. He decided to let them be for now, chances are, they'd be here later. The entrance seemed like a good place to observe. The walk back was uneventful. Nobody did anything extreme, or out of the ordinary. At least these people were sane. He'd met some pretty strange people in his times. Demons included. And don't even get him started on fiends.

The entrance was more or less the same. He'd need to keep observing. So far, much of the same. Many seemed to ignore the rest, or travel in pairs. Sometimes a very rare group of three or four. Despite living around so many other humans, many seemed to be independent, at least, for now. Perhaps at night, things will change.

Company left, leaving his escort and the person who had been identified as 'Eden' alone at the table with him. Luciel had taken the restrictions of the scene to gnaw off the bottom nubs of the ripe red apple, though the words from Brielle stopped him in the motion. Teeth clicked together through the skin of the apple as he lifted his head enough to look to Eden with pupils slit like a cat's, a tenseness around the brows that looked like worry and shock. A small narrowing took hold, the disappointment bubbling back to the surface, but a response came to clarify Brielle's claim further as skin pulled away to unsheathe the sadistic maw forever grown to grin. A tiny pop sounded as Luciel's mouth widened to slice off a good two-thirds of the remaining apple with core and all. A few gnashing chomps obliterated the apple before catching the rest and pulling the stem off before the fruit met the same fate. Gorily macerating the mouthful, Luciel lifted a hand to tactfully obscure the sight after he felt the point was made, gently setting the stem back onto the plate and prying off a small section from the ham.

Swallowing hard, the beast managed the fruit down with ease. "Luci-el," he started, lifting his other hand to inhale the meat and cover the scene with his other hand in the process as he ate. His comment was aimed to correct how she had pronounced his name, though he figured it mattered little based on how she seemed to be bursting for opportunities to harmfully name him. "I owe Miss Brielle my best behavior for saving me" Luciel explained, before elaborating on the claim "Guards at the gate sought to rob me...again..."
True, this was not his first trip to the town, but only his first where he made it past the outskirts. Derrick had pinned the halfbreed as easy picking, and Luciel's subjective nature brought him to beg for mercy and forgiveness rather than give the human monster what he really wanted.

...And so he was occasionally robbed out of spite.
The only difference was that Brielle was there and had the authority to tell Derrick 'no'...this time.
Regardless of if she even cared, it was still among the most significant acts of kindness that Luciel had ever received from humans, and he was loathe to forget it.

"I will be of no trouble. A tool can wait...if you would allow my audience" Luciel continued after a palpable moment, shifting the sacks of produce on his shoulders to discretely devour the rest of the slice of ham. Again, both hands covered the mess which a forked tongue flicked through the fingers off to lap up the spiced juices of the decadent mean.
The muffin was something he could take with him and savor, especially the cute use of berries suspended within the pastry which he loved so very very much by the scent, alone.

"That works for me." Sparrow thinks about taking Adam's hand again but dismisses the idea. Being so close to him felt good, and he hadn't really given her any indication that he didn't want her to continue being so friendly, but she was still sort of unsure what exactly she felt between them. Instead she keeps her hands at her sides, occasionally rubbing the cloth of her cloak between her fingers, just to give her hands something to do. With a deep breath she puts on a smile and leaves the room. Pausing outside of the room she points down the hallway. "The reservoir is down the hall. It's sort of like a bath house and a pool all in one," she explains. She looks to Adam for some sort of understanding and then makes her way back up the stairs and on to the main level.

Flickers of images from the morning pass through her brain and something comes to her attention, causing her to stumble on the stairs. She falls forward and makes a failed attempt to catch herself with her hands. Instead of lessening the pain of her fall her head smashes into the top most stair on the staircase. She groans lowly and sits up on the stairs, leaning her back against the wall. "They should call me Grace instead of Sparrow," she laughs halfheartedly, bringing a hand to her forehead and touching the skin as blood pools beneath it, causing the spot to gain a purple hue. "Sorry, this is super embarrassing... I just got distracted I think. This doesn't usually happen to me." Sparrow looks up at Adam with a dazed expression. "Would you mind if we made one more stop before we left? There is a trader in the main hall by the entrance who is really talented with medicine. I'd like someone to give me a once over before I leave the village, just to be safe."
