@DeadDrop Sorry for the long wait, I'll be making my CS post-haste! What classes are already taken?
How strong would a grafted muscle make me? +1 and +2. What's the comparison?
Discord... blergh!
@DeadDrop @tfd
And my character is done as well:Vivian "VV" Blake"We are all mad here, some of us are just more open about it..."
LOOKS
While VV doesn't have a distinguished appearance, sporting no tattoos, piercings, or bodily alterations that are so ubiquitous in the modern society, it's also not fair to say that she's a plain girl. In fact, her moderate height and build, along with her slightly wavy, long, light brown/cream colored hair and hazel eyes give her a jovial appearance, making VV look a year or two younger than she really is. Perhaps,
the only peculiar characteristic of VV's appearance is a knife scar over her left eye.
VV's taste in clothing is surprisingly girly for someone of her path in life. She prefers to wear simple clothes like a school uniform-like blouse and miniskirt ensemble, along with an urban camo print scarf and stockings/pantyhose to protect her legs. Topping her ensemble, VV nearly always wears a hooded jacket and lots of military-style accessories like belts and bandoliers. Finally, VV has a great liking of wearing a gas mask nearly at all times, mainly for intimidation, which is why she had it painted with a stylized skull pattern.
Her favorite colors are black/dark gray, yellow/orange and white, forming a very high contrast style.
PSYCHE
VV is a sadistic bitch. Or better, it would be more accurate to say that she's a complete psychopath without the least shred of humanity in her. One would normally expect that as a result of heavy usage of cybernetics, but the truth is that VV is 100% human up to this day. At least in her body, her mind is another story.
VV will usually try to have fun with her victims, torturing people just to get her kicks and use as much violence as needed, and some more, without any remorse for lives lost or damage caused by her actions. Nevertheless, she's not completely unfettered, just cold and uncaring to anyone who is not her beloved sister, who VV protects to the best of her ability.
HEAT
Low, but prone to rise easily, given VV's position as the heavy hitter among their group. It's obvious that the authorities and competitors won't like someone with both the guns, the training and the disposition to cause lots of damage without remorse.
STREET CRED
As good as that of her work mates, except that VV's sadistic personality isn't very known around yet. It's not uncommon to have a dumb grunt or two come mess up with her because of VV's, fairly cute looks, only to have a hand broken. Oh, and God help you if the target of such unwanted attention is her sister.
THE STORY
VV's story isn't very full of mystery or twists. She was born in a less than privileged situation, just like her precious sister. The big difference between them is the fact that, from early in her life, VV already displayed signs of not being the most mentally stable person in their household.
Things would take a turn for the worse once their parents decided that VV was too dangerous to have around and sent her to an orphanage. Little did they know, or perhaps they did but not care, that the place was known for exploring children in every possible way. Child labor in dangerous conditions with virtually no pay, prostitution, organ harvesting, etc. Name a bad thing that can be done to a child and chances are that you would find it there.
Being the psycho that she's, VV wasn't ever good at labor and too dangerous to use as a sex slave. In fact,
the very first time they tried that, she killed her "client", choked with a power chord. After this, they decided to sell VV to a paramilitary group, where she would be used as a child soldier, as well as suffer some other abuses.
The last important turn on VV's life, up to now, would happen on the day when she got her hands on an old newspaper strip that had a picture of a certain rocker girl that VV immediately recognized as her long estranged sister. After a bit of planning, she escaped from her previous camp, travelled all the way back to Night City and, as they say, the rest is history...

Agreed. Dead can vouch that I say constantly I hate discord. I use other programs that are way better than it, and even then I don't see a constant need to have communication be as fast as lightning. If it comes down to our communication being slow, I'll just make a kik or something so you can message me on my phone and you'll get your message quicker.
<Snipped quote by KoL>
Brutal. Feels a little straight out of a movie, but it's not too crazy for the universe Cyberpunk creates. Just don't expect any buffs from the fact that your character was a "child soldier" and more expect debuffs for the fact that she's so devoid of sanity.
Can't wait to see the interaction!

smart gun link wich appear to cost more and reduce the bonus?
@DeadDrop
Stats aside, I don't know how they are different. And the stats are still a guide of quality. But if no one has further details on the differences I'll just go the cheapest as I couldn't find anything else.
@DeadDrop Either your a tough GM or you just don't like me, either way here's my character.Jaccob 'Jay' Hunter"Ain't nothin in life for free."
LOOKS
Sporting a thin Mohawk on his shaved head, tattoos can be seen of his short prison stints.
Slightly above average height he is physically well built. He has short stubble on his defined chin, more so due to a lack of care instead of style. His clothes are often simple, worn and ragged, opting for functionality above all else. His limbs and torso are lined with scars from old battles.
PSYCHE
Jacob is an anarchist at heart, with a strong distrust towards all thing authoritative. He is highly defiant and stubborn to the point of arrogance. He is known to have a short temper and be prone to violent outbursts. Often using his fists for thinking and only then asking questions later.
Sometimes he can be remorseful of his actions as he genuinely considers himself a generally good guy who enjoys a beer and a laugh. He is quite the simple man.
HEAT"A little"Police- Prior juvenile record containing public street brawls, Inciting violence, disturbing the peace, assault, grievous bodily harm, damage to property, theft and wanton destruction.
Military- Desertion, went AWOL with military gear.
Gangs- Pissed off the wrong corporate guy and his wanna-be gangster punk son.
STREET CRED"Small-time"His wild and violent antics are known to a few of the lower dredges of scum that either witnessed or received his brutality.
THE STORY
Jacob grew up without a father in the slummiest of slums. Surrounded by constant gangs at war, it was no surprise when he eventually slipped into that lifestyle. As a young kid Jacob wasn't the biggest, toughest, or the fastest but he was the meanest.
Intimidation became his survival tactic. He would always 'one up' his rivals. Hungry for a life better than the one he had, for his younger sister and dear mother more than himself, he tried at the monotony of modern day slavery known as work. He dabbled as a trade assistant or bouncer among other things but failed on many occasions. His short temper, violent tendencies and dislike for authority proved to continually be troublesome.
At a young age after overdoing another 'warning' beating, Jake realised his mistake of messing with a member of an 'important' family. It was some Triad punk with corporate parents tied to the cops. He was trying to extend his territory. Getting in over his head, Jaye quickly fled to do a small stint in the military. There he excelled with his aggression put to good use. His fire arm training earned him the neural implant, smart gun link and chip-ware socket. Never satisfied Jacob deliberately jeopardised his own eye knowing, even though he hadn't earned it yet, the payoff would grant him an enhanced cybernetic replacement.
It was shortly after this stunt, in extra military debt, that Jacob got a urgent worried call from his mother. It took some time but armed with a stolen military smart gun and all his neural ware, Jacob made a break for it and deserted his post to return home.
Upon arriving home Jacob walked right into a trap. Ambushed and blind sighted he was beaten to near death, his jaw mangled beyond normal repair. The life kicked near right out of him. They stole his gun and tore out his military cyber eye. He was left a bloody mess.
Sister missing, mother murdered.
Eventually Jacob hunted down an old surgical friend 'Stitch' some random black market surgeon to get some much needed physical treatment, repairs and improvements.
This is where he got the Power jaw and shark tooth smile as well as an Oral factory boost. It had cost him nearly every belonging left in his mother's house just to cover material costs of the operations. He still owed Stitch the guy a favour and gave up the last of his family's possessions.
After recovery he was unable to go back home out of fear who might be still waiting for him, so Jacob retreats to an old abandoned hideout he used to know of.
