Hey @Zeroth , feel free to have Kenichi interact with Ezra if you want to. I think it would be good character development for the both of them.

Personality:
Few know the true Luelle Hailey , but above else know that she's individualistic and methodical. Of course she's also respectful, hardworking and tolerant, but far less strongly and often mixed with being opportunistic as well.
Her individualism though, this is what she's pretty much loved for. On many occasions people will count on this and her heroic nature whenever they need assistance or help.

Her opportunic nature comes from her desire to “help” her disabled father and takes an opportunity to “assist” him thinking that this is what she wants.

Background:
Luelle grew up most of her life in the cold state of Alaska, along with her father and quirless sister Angie. Her mother had sadly passed away two years after her sister’s birth from complicates with her health. Her father used to be well known in the states until a fatal fight with an monster left him unable to fight without a risk of dying. After that, he had begin to change. Luelle saw her sister less and her father seem to dote on her much often, helping her improve her quirk as much as possible without schooling, until she couldn't do more without proper schooling.

Much to his dismay, he had to think of something and began to say many things that her mind would absorb. Her father simply enrolled her to take the Komei Academy entrance exams. After that her father began to feed her more words of what she wanted and she took it in her mind becoming warped by his words. Luelle went happily, thinking she wanted this and got on the quickest flight to Hoshu, Japan.

Quirk:
Her quirk is called Cold Fire. Her quirk allows her to control the temper of her flames. Her right eye will glow the same color of her flame whenever she is using her quirk.

Talents:
Singing- Growing up, she had a natural talent for singing and would always sing whenever she was alone (she secretly has stage fright)
Acrobatic- When she is not focusing on her quirk, she is focusing on her acrobatics

Appearance: She has white hair with natural violet highlights in it. Her hair goes down past her butt and is normally just straight. She rarely puts it up. She normally uses her shape shifting to hide her horns scales and wings. She’s ashamed of it, and is worried people would hate her if they saw it. She wants to be seen as normal and not associate herself at all with her father Draco, who would have been known around the world for his epic battle with six of Frances best heros, with the carnage and deviststion done to that small town. But even before that she hid it because she hated her father and his quirk.

Besides her uniform, she loves wearing all different types of outfits. Mostly dresses, or skirts. She does also like wearing form fitting pants and knee high boots. Often with a small heel or more because she is so short.

Personality:
Polite and proper, She grew up in a French aristocratic home. She’s not stuck up like most rich girls though. She was kind to all those that worked for her family. She considered them to be extensions of her own family as well. She is a bit shy at first, as she’s not used to meeting new people. But she usually is quick to overcome it.

Background:

Kaida grew up in Vouvant a small town in the french countryside in a small chateau. Her father was the one of the richest men around, but no one knew how he obtained his fortune. Some say it was old family money, others thought it was through business. No… it was through thievery and black market deals with human trafficking, drugs, weapons. You name it her father was behind the scenes. Greedy for more money. He had decided to stay in the small town as it would not attract the more notable heroes and law enforcement in France.

When her father wasn’t around, life was great. She would go horseback riding, go to the bakery shop in town and pick up some fresh baguettes. She would go boating and relax on the riverside and read. Oh she loves to read so much. Mostly about Heroes and Knights and damsels...even though… she was the dragon. But in her heart she was the damsel locked away in the castle.

Her mother had died long ago, a few years after she was born. Apparent suicide, but the servants new better. They never told her in fear of punishment though. Apparently she jumped off from her bedroom balcony. She only remembers her warm touch, and a smile. She has many pictures of her and often looks at them, wondering how she would handle situations. She asked all the staff again and again what she was like, or different stories about her. Never from her father, as he never spoke of her anyways.

Her father always had a hard hand towards her. She never did anything right in his eyes and despite his many attempts to get her into his ‘business’ she would never do what he told. Which only made him more angry. Locking her away in her room without food for days, hitting her. Humiliating her in front of the servants. Or worse...punishing the servants themselves do something they didn't even do.

The Butler Jean and the Housekeeper Renee, who were married as well, were more like parents to her than her father was. They cared for her like their own daughter Catherine who was a few years younger than her. Kadia would come to actually call them mother and Father, of course when her real father grandfather was not around. Jean felt it prudent to teach her how to fight so one day she could defend herself from her father if need be. She was never told the true reason, but accepted it nonetheless.

She grew up learning how to fight and also hearing stories of The Frenchman, how a quirkles hero saved France many times against unspeakable odds. This made her want to be a hero. To not become like the vile man her father was. While she would use her quirk to some degree...she wanted to be like The Frenchman. To rely on her own physical abilities and not her quirk. She became very proficient, as Jean was a master swordsman, his techniques being handed down since the medieval times. His family was from a long line of Knights that could be traced back to the time of charlemagne. She also learned hand to hand fighting from him as well. Self defense, some savatte. Enough to be effeciant to not rely on her dragon strength or abilities.

When she was 13, A dream came true. Her father was finally caught and arrested! One of his partners had made the mistake of doing some business in France, and caught the attention of the heros there. Which lead them to her home where they fought her father. The Frenchman was leading them, a group of five other famous heros. After a long and dangerous battle, with the town nearly destroyed of Draco's brute strength and utter power. The Frenchman managed to convince the overconfident villain to chase him and fight him one on one. Running inside her home to the great hall and While the others turned off all the lights, and covered the windows to make it pitch black in the hall. For what reason she didn’t understand, But he had the upperhand somehow. And with the others joining in and restraining her father before he tried to escape.

She didn’t get to meet him or the other heros. But she did remember that he looked very young despite the age of his stories. She had an unreasonable fear they would come after her as well...or she would have chased after him and thanked him. She did find out later he was teaching again in Japan. And she wanted to meet him, and somehow pay him and the world back for her freedom. So she decided to work hard every day training and studying for the chance to enrolled into his academy, perhaps she could be taught by him personally. And she could go and save other girls in her situation, or better yet. All the girls who suffered because of her father's trafficking.

Quirk: Dragon/shapeshifter.

As a normal looking human, she is a lot faster than the average girl her size. However, she has no superhuman strength.

Her true form is humanoid, with large black/violet wings two black thin horns and scales from her hands to her shoulders and and as well as covering her entire legs and sides and back. Only her stomach and chest, along with her face retain that human skin. She has longer canine teeth that are fangs now. She can breath fire, mostly little fireballs about the size of a softball. or small stream of constant flowing flames. This also makes her immune to fire, its soothing to her actually. And is still immune to fire even in her human form. She does not like to even use this form, as it is almost accepting her father and his quirk.

She can fly obviously, while she is more manuverable than fast.

She has superhuman strength. Enough to throw cars around. (that's as much as she could do) and punch through cement walls.

She can shapeshift into a real dragon as well. She does not like to do this at all though. Only in dire situations would she attempt this. She does not want to become like him. And when she does change into anything more than her normal self(or hybrid) she could feel a strange bloodlust for violence. As if wanting to take her anger out on what is in front because of the things done to her by her father.

She has different sizes she can turn into. She can do a a mall dragon about the size of a large dog. In this form the bloodlust doesn't really effect her at all... just a small tugging sensation. She can also grow as big as a semi truck and trailer. This increasing her maddening thoughts. Her largest form is three stories high and 40 yards long. She has done this one time. The utter power and maddening thoughts had scared her to never try it again.



Talents:
Swordsmanship. She is quite adept with a sword. Not a prodigy but still impressive. This is the sword she carries with her, it belonged to jean who had no sons and his daughter wouldn't fight so he passed it onto her.

Cooking and Baking. She finds this relaxing and gives her time to think. She enjoys making it and passing it out to her friends(mostly just her servants as she didn't really have too many friends outside the castle.

Horseback riding. English or western. She just loves it.
