OOC Name: Cassowarysaur
Character's Full Name: Joshua Horrowitz
Nicknames: Yeshua
Appearance: (Faceclaim: Aneurin Barnard)
5'9 and and barely walking at age 19, Yeshua always looks tired. His hair is naturally curly and he does very little to style it. While his clothes range from blue to black, he prefers two layers. On the day of the disaster he wore a hoodie and a black shirt with nothing but the word 'HOPE' on it.
Personality: Yeshua does not enjoy people. Even less himself. His company is a chain around his ankles, but he never looks the other way. Cold and distant, Yeshua misunderstand the nature of interaction, almost infantile in his discourse, but as rude and selfish as a baby. Still, he possesses an inhuman intellect - inhuman being the nail hit upon the head, as for every passage into safety with his perception of reality, he is taken back by his undeniable lust for human compassion.
History: Although he wouldn't like to admit, the trip was meant to be a new start for a broken mind - he was travelling by himself to meet his mother. She was someone absent from his life, his father raising him in a luxurious, yet empty mansion. Inside which he held an esteemed collection of books. His mother was a library, and his father was too brilliant to be a father. Always away on business and private meetings, it was his grandmother who would spend those nights by Yeshua's side. But that familial love was less than reciprocated, Yeshua always wanting after his father, one foot in family and the other in international affairs. However cold he appeared to his son, he was sorry. And that's why he let him leave, to go to his mother - who had sent an unexpected apology and wanted Yeshua back as soon as she could. The world was new, the world was beginning again!
Then the plane crashed.
Accessories: A journal, with some fond memories, drawings and stories all written by Yeshua, and a pen.
I'd love to get in on this; it's simple, it's fun, and I need that.
