<Snipped quote by Pirouette>
Not gonna lie, Kazuo would probably be willing to help her on his time. But just don't let her get too bossy or annoying lol, a little more snark than necessary is very likely to come out. Still, that's true, he wouldn't be as heated (ironic given the specifics of his quirk) as her. After all, he wants to succeed, but like I said, he wants his friends/allies to succeed to. Except Nobunobu. Fuck that guy. lol jkjk
Nah. At the start, Kazuo wins more than he loses against Namie. That's because Namie's approach is to fight it out close and for first bouts, she'll stick with that strategy trying to think there is some counter. She isn't going to win that fight and might pull a couple of upsets from things going her way or whatever. It is important for her to realize that she has to take other options to win. As in, the best thing to do against Kazuo would be for Namie to play strictly defense and use her Quirk to produce the gas to heat the area up, making Kazuo approach his limit faster. Namie has him beat in the long game, it is just a matter of preventing serious injury until then.
Speaking of let's see how I predict a fight with the others...
Shiori: Tough to say. I feel like this fight is closer than Internal Furnace. Namie might be able to hold the record at 5/10 but again, she'll initially fall for trying things in close quarters which she'll be at a disadvantage in terms of speed and power. The thing Namie has is endurance so depending on how hard Shiori hits (and I assumed slightly less than Kazuo), Namie could stay in the fight until Shiori drains. Does Shiori know close quarters fighting well enough? Can Namie stay in the fight until Shiori runs out of juice? I dunno. Tough to call.
Shun: An interesting fight because this is the opposite of the other two. Namie has to finish the fight quick or alternatively, survive the duration of the Engine Rev period. I give the first fight or two to Namie because she has the surprise factor on her Quirk and due to Shun's lazy workout routine. Namie beats him simply by going all out at the beginning. The next few fights is when Shun wises up and manages to mount a solid defense to avoid Namie's initial fury and then use Engine Rev to beat her, handily. Now either Namie learns a few new tricks or she prepares a defense to hold off Shun's Engine Rev assault until he runs out of juice and then beats him then. I say in the first ten fights, Namie wins 5/10 with the majority of wins coming early before she gets really starved for wins later.
Ume: I believe Ume is at a disadvantage here. Namie's bodily sap acts as a pretty effective counter to dead skin attachments simply because the sap covers her skin when excreted. With Namie having the edge in close quarters fighting, Namie just has to close the distant putting Ume on the defense. Ume can make all the walls and shields but her hesitation might make her miss an opportunity to turn a fight around. As of right now, I have no idea what tricks Ume can do to counter Namie and if you have any in mind, don't tell me because that'll be fun to be surprised alongside my character. I give Namie 7/10 victories in this one.
Nobu: I have to think about that one...
