Sooner that she expected and certainly later than she hoped, finally the orks were dealt with. She really hated this Imperium... She missed the freedom of renegade space. The certainty that you choose what to do and not someone else, but this as much as Vala hated it, was her life now. There was no other option beside death and dammit death wasn't an option... yet.

"Yes..." Vala replied, noting the servo-skulls. She pulled her toolcase that she always kept with herself." Might take a little bit of time though. Give me a few minutes to make the needed alterations. These mechanicus branded stuff were always notoriously annoying to alter. They do love to make things as hard for outsiders to alter as possible." She smiled.

"Just get me to a safe enough position and grant me maybe six or seven minutes to make the adjustments." Vala stated, eyeing Adrianne's servoskulls with teh very predatory eyes of an engineer that just saw his new toys." Won't take much more than that provided no one drops a shell on me or something." She added with a sarcastic smirk.

She could work here, but there was the chance the orks would show up before she finishes cuase one never knew how far those greenskins were. Better get to a more secluded position adn work there nearly at the location they will need the servo skulls at.

"Wasn't that what I suggested in the beginning?"

Adrianne commented with a slight sound of annoyance, still feeling amped up after the last fight and shelling.

And it didn't help that she felt deeply troubled by just the sheer, almost maddening look the party's resident techno-heretic was giving her venerable servo-skulls!

In her mind, she couldn't help but think Vala's free spirit and all-too-loose relationship with Imperial was bound to lead to trouble. Free thinking was the path to heresy! Although Adrianne found herself stopping that train of though before it could ever manifest into words... partly because it would have made herself a hypocrit!

"I guess there's no point complaining."

She thought to herself, before raising one gloved hand in the rain to point at a direction towards the north west.

"There is an abandoned Mechanicum storage house just half a click from here. It's a bit out of the way, but therefore it'll also be our best bet if we want to avoid the greenskins."

Ansgar kept the volume of fire up as best he could considering he had to take friendly fire into consideration, as it would likely be frowned upon by the Celestian for stray rounds to find targets that they were not intended for. Thankfully, the only person readily in his way was the Arbites, who was advancing on the Ork as both Psyker and Apothecary continued their own attacks. Every time the Ork wasn't hosing the ruined bunker down with heavy amounts of firepower the Krieger was poking out, firing from his Type XIV (Heavy) before ducking back down when return fire grew too voluminous to trust his armor to shrug off. However, it wasn't until he heard that all too familiar sound of incoming artillery fire that he ducked and stayed down, covering the back of his neck just in case as he ducked down as the explosive shells made impact and turned the Ork into little more than a footnote in the after action report.

Once the shells finished landing, the Krieger was back up, sweeping through the smoke and debris with his weapon, looking for any survivors of the blasts. Nothing, though he remained on guard, scanning their surroundings while talk of a plan and further proceedings continued. Apparently the Celestian intended to use the Psyker's original plan to use her servo skulls as spotters for artillery strikes, which the Krieger still did not approve of. From the sounds of the comment, the psyker was irritated with not having gone through with it in the first place. "Long as it is defensible. It is unlikely the Orks will not notice their missing... vehicles." Ansgar hesitated to call the rolling piles of scrap and armor vehicles, but they technically performed in those roles from what he had seen of them thus far.

Nergüi sat with his back to the Orkoid vehicle, having just watched the oddly tall psyker demolish the Nob in a matter of moments, his eyes now looking around at the ruined landscape before him. What a sight it was, the usually well-oiled Imperial machine bought low by hordes of savage Greenskins, a scenario he had unfortunately seen more than once in his extended lifetime among the stars but one that kept repeating itself.

It was only when the shrill whistling of incoming shells caught his attention that the Apothecary noticed the area was even being bombarded, picking himself up with typical Astartes stoicism and unhurriedly making his way back to the bunker, entering it just as the first HE shell detonated and showered the back part of his armour in all manner of gore, debris and dirt; unlike a couple of the others, he simply turned about and watched in silence as everything from corpses to rockrete were turned into fractured clusters of shrapnel.

"Everyone still in one piece and able to stand? Good, let's move to the next objective, but this time I think we should use those Servo-Skulls of yours, Adrianne."

Never having moved to anything other than his half-squat, necessary due to where they were all packed in once more, Nergüi moved out of the bunker with his expressionless visor scanning the horizon for any further enemy contacts; if the initial battle hadn't told them that an enemy was here, the shelling certainly would!

There were further exchanges of conversation, most of it in the back of the Marines mind - he had no head for mechanics, unless it came to his bike - and most of it filtered out. Something about the masked psyker irked him, in the same way a mosquito might annoy a bullock, and he had no desire to listen to her any more than he had to.

"Long as it is defensible. It is unlikely the Orks will not notice their missing... vehicles."

Now this did make him chuckle, a deep and smooth laugh that even emerged from his vox-grill. He well knew that the Krieger hadn't been making any sort of joke, having fought alongside them in the past he wondered if they even could form any sense of humour, but it tickled him nonetheless.

"These are not vehicles," stated the White Scar bluntly, "and believe me that they will notice." He pointed a finger to Adrienne, "she could tell you that the Greenskins function with a form of gestalt psychic field, active at all times whether they know it or not, and although the scum pay little heed to casualties as you or I would see them, they will realise that some of their number have been slain whether they realise that they realise or not."

With something akin to a friendly slap on the back for Ansgar, enough to make any normal man stagger slightly, the Marine shrugged his shoulders out and took a deep inhalation of air through his helmets filters. Wherever they were going, he prayed to the Emperor that there would be more of them.

At the mention of an abandoned Mechanicum storage house being just half a click from there location, Andromedai pulled her data-pad from its small metal compartment that was attached to the armor on her left hip. It quickly turned itself on and a satellite image of the surrounding area now shown upon its screen. "You are correct, Adrainne, I can see the storage house you are talking about. Though there is no way we can be entirely sure that the Mechanicum storage house is actually abandoned, be prepared to retake the building if the Orks have moved in." Andromedai placed her data-pad back into its compartment, then stepped out of the bunker and into the open rain, while doing her best to avoid all the random debris and rough terrain that the artillery strikes had created. "Should not take us much time at all to reach the Mechanicum storage house, keep your eyes open for any movement, not that I think the Orks have any possible way to ambush us, they make way to much noise for something like that to ever happen." Even so, Andromedai kept her senses on high alert.

"Once we arrive at the supposedly abandoned Mechanicum storage house, I want the Servo Skulls ready to go in five minutes Vala." This was the only thing that Andromedai said on the entire walk, there was nothing else to say, for her at least. She would merely listen to the others chat away, and would silently think to herself.

After around a half an hour of walking through the streets of the city, and using whatever cover they could find to mask their movements, the abandoned Mechanicum storage house came into view. From the outside, everything seemed normal, there were no signs of the Orks here, and the building stood in terrific shape. That still didn't mean there were not any Orks inside, but at the moment, they seemed to be in the clear.

Quickly Moving to the main door of the abandoned Mechanicum storage house, Andromedai prepared to breach the building with weapons drawn and finger on trigger. If there were any threats, she would have a quick and clear shot on them. When the door was kicked in and the room sweeped, she found it empty and secure. "Building is clear, get in here and start working on that Servo-Skull, Vala." Andromedai lowered her weapon and motioned for the squad to get to work. "I want to be moving again in five minutes, do what you all need to do and let's get this assignment over with so we can move forward with the primary objective." In the meantime, Andromedai found herself pacing back and forth through the abandoned Mechanicum storage house, planing their next move, once the anti-aircraft weapons where taken care of.

*Sigh* "More walking... "

Behind her mask, Adrianne let out an audible sigh.

This reminded her far too much of the less-glamorous sides of being attached to an Imperial Guard regiment, and not a proper one like the higher motorized-regiments of Armageddom's Steel Legion, no! More like the backwards ones who seemed unable to understand the merits of motorized vehicles, which meant that there was an ungodly amount of "walk this" or "walk there" and sore feet. None of which she really missed!

That was, until her eyes rested on what she had originally assumed to be a piece of scrap nearby.

"What's this I wonder... !"

Adrianne eyed the Orkish warbike for a moment where it laid on its side in a puddle of dirt. It was covered in green blood mixed with mud, and its ramshackle plates were scorched with shrapnel fire. But, looks aside, it appeared for all intents and purposes perfectly in order - as far as Ork vehicles could go!

Pulling the unnecessarily heavy bike up from the mud, Adrianne carefully brushed some green gore and a dead gretchin off the seat before motioning for the rest of the group!

"Hmm... you guys go ahead - I'll be right behind. I just got some Psyker business to do!"

*

As the group arrived at the Mechanicum Storage house, Adrianne's arrival behind them would be announced by a thunderous roar of an oversized bike engine as the Psyker could be seen come riding out of the rain - her long white, wet ponytail flickering behind her in the air!

Small sparks of fire were occasionally spat out of the double twin-linked exhaust pipes attached to either end of the warbike, and the entire structure of the bike shook with the tremor of the large engine! The oversized wheel wobbled sideways as it ploughed through mud and spraying large fonts of water in every direction! All in all it was nothing short of a miracle how the entire piece of junk that vaguely represented a bike held itself together at all!

As she drove up towards the group, she even followed them inside; the large gothic archways of the storage depot giving more than enough room for even the bike to fit in.

More specifically, Adrianne would drive up next to Vala, giving the group's techno-heretic a very peculiar stare through her mask; and addressing her specifically.

"And look what I found! Still functional!" Adrianne exclaimed, making absolutely no attempt to hide the pride in her voice as she patted the bike's handles and the twin-linked Ork guns attached to the top of it.

Their triggers were located at the gas handles, though how one would ever aim them to have a realistic chance of hitting something Adrianne had still not managed to figure out. Perhaps aiming was never a part of the equation. Yet for whatever purpose they might serve, they still added to the vehicle's rustic look!

Ansgar turned his head to address the Apothecary as he spoke at a brief length towards the Greenskins in general, the Krieger having apparently said something funny that elicited a response from the Space Marine. A barely audible sigh could be heard at the mention of a gestalt field related to psykers, did any Xenos threat not have needless connection to something that complicated matters? Between this Ork gestalt field and Tyranid hive minds, he was now two for two on xenos threats that had been faster at detecting and communicating problems than the Imperial forces. "Gestalt fields? Reminds me of a lesser Tyranid Hive Mind..." His regiment had been briefed on the Tyranid threat before his first deployment against real enemies of Man, as much good as that did, but those thoughts would be saved for another time. The Krieger did move forward under the blow that was akin to a friendly slap, glancing at the back of the power armored warrior as he walked forward.

Falling in step, the Krieger could only pray to the Emperor that, whatever the Psyker had planned, would not be gathering needless amounts of attention and trouble for them. The rest of their trip to the abandoned facility was quiet, though before the mercenary could set to work on the servo skulls, the sound of an Orkish engine made him reach into his bag, producing a krak grenade before spotting the tell tale signs of Adrianne on an Orkish warbike. How it had survived its owner's death, been in a shape that the psyker could figure out, and survived riding out here to the facility was frankly beyond him. But he was not pleased with the fact that she could have very well led Orks straight to their position, and watched her comment on having found it functional. Found it like a Ratling found supplies, more like. "I suppose she has more in common with the Orks than initially thought." Letting that comment hang in the air, he turned to watch the way she came in, taking cover and scanning for any threats that might approach chasing the engine noise.

There was really not much that Nergüi could do, not much but let out a sigh inside his helmet and scan their surroundings, nothing the psyker did really surprising him any more. Not only that, but the thing that she rode was a damned disgrace, even an emotionless member of the Mechanicus would have wept! Not only that, but she was blatantly and flagrantly in breach of techno-heresy and, had she not clearly had the protection of the Sister-Celestian - who just so happened to be in charge of this mission - he likely would have shot her.

Taking his eyes away from the abomination, that actually hurt for him to look at even without an apparent Imperial servant riding it, he took a seat on a slab of rockrete and - although looking much like a silent statue on the outside - began to mutter prayers to the Khan and the Emperor for strength and protection, ceasing only once as the Krieger made a comment that he no doubt thought just as unfunny as his last.

“I'm rather surprised it actually works without you being an ork... unless you have ork blood or something inside you.” Vala smirked, at the Psyker's obvious pride on fining herself a bike of sorts to use.” You do know Ork tech usually doesn't work unless you are an ork... because it's nonsense and works on good will, some of their battlecries energy and pixie dust... I've taken apart ork engine... it's just randomly jumbled parts combined without any rhyme or reason. So I guess you have something in common with those greenskins. Now excuse me while I fix the things for the mission.” Vala whistled and pulled her case and the servo skulls to the side, quickly pulling her tools from it and starting to tinker inside them.

“Here, this one's done.” She suddenly proclaimed about 3 minutes later putting the first one to the side as she in great speed started working on the second one. Now here was something in common with the resident biker expert( not the crazy psycho chick one...) SPEED! Vala's hands were moving with speed that would put some long time experts in the field of engineering and mechanics to shame!

“And done.” She stated putting the other one to the side, throwing a look at Adrianne.” Keep that walking health breach away from me, least it decides to explode now that it's original owner is no longer here or something. You never know.”

"Pffff! I am as pure as it gets!" Adrianne was quick to protest, stepping off the Ork Warbike to stand and tower of Vala as she worked with 'her' servo skulls!

"We are on an Ork occupied planet! Of course it'll continue working! Not like we have a shortage of greenskin running about to keep the field up, so you see; this is not about me! Just pure and simple psychscience! So there's nothing to worry about, this thing is safe as long as we don't take it off planetside!"

Taking a step back towards the Ork Warbike, Adrianne gave its armored plates a slap to demonstrate.

However, a single slap would soon reveal itself to be the last nail in the coffin in terms of the vehicle's structural integrity! With a sudden metallic groan and a series of clanging noises, the entire warbike suddenly fell apart on the spot; the engine fell out below it, the exhaust pipes popped off to fall on the concrete floor; and the wheels popped off to roll down either side of the corridor; leaving the Psyker standing next to the now-definitely-not-drivable pile of junk and scrap.

" ... "

Adrianne would slowly move a hand up to her helmet, activating her vox comm.

"Celestian, I can confirm that the building is clear of any greenskin threats... *Sigh*"

Walking in the war torn streets of Tarson reminded him of patrol duty back home, or when he was scoping out a potential target to exact justice upon. Ever alert, Herold was skilled at most things martial and dangerous, but this was something he excelled at. Scanning his surroundings, alert. Not to mention room clearing, which his combat shotgun and hefty, door-kicking bulk was very well suited for. Once they made it to the end of their walk, he aided in that endeavor with a practiced ease. "All clear on this side," he reported through the comm, making his way back to the group.

He wasn't entirely saddened he didn't find Orks, but he'd rather know where greenskins were rather than not. Once he made it back to the rest of them, he began checking his ammo stock. Opening his pack and checking his magazines, he found he had about half ammo left on most of his weaponry. His shock maul still had plenty of juice however, having only been used on one, no two Orks in their last advanced before the bombardment had occurred.

Luckily, he'd not used any grenades as of yet, which was something he'd definitely need when he inevitably needed to rely on melee attacks for the brunt of his damage. Even as strong as he was, with a powerful shock maul and a shield, the Ork was a dangerous adversary to fight hand to hand, even to some Adeptus Astartes. He would deal the Emperor's justice on all Greenskin's he found, but it increased the risk factor exponentially.

Grunting, he reloaded his shotgun, but strapped it to his back and unholstered his pistol, hefting it at the ready as he watched the door for when they were ready to go. He idly ate some rations as he did so.

"Good work on the Servo-Skulls Vala, let's just hope they can do their job and return to us in one piece." Andromedai had been pacing back and forth inside of the Warehouse, keeping an eye on its exterior while the mercenary engineer worked to convert Adrianne's Servo-Skulls. She ended up by Vala's side a few moments before she finished her work.

"All I need to do is to connect to their interface and tell them where to go and what to do." A small wire that came from the side of her data-pad was now plugged into the first Servo-Skull while her right hand worked tirelessly across its surface to enter in its new directive. "The information I am entering into the Servo-Skulls should be simple enough for them to not mess up. Basically their orders are to head to a safe vantage point of each remaining anti-aircraft canon and transmit a number of important details not only back to us, but also the Imperial Guard headquarters. Once that happens, our artillery cannon's will take care of the rest for us."

Andromedai would pause as the sound of a thundering engine in the distance that grew, she knew Adrianne had been trying to get the Ork Warbike to work but seeing her on the xenos vehicle, bothered her. "Adrianne! Get off of that Warbike before I decide to do something I'll probably regret. Riding on that Ork machine is Techno-Heresy, and I will have none of that."

Shortly after Adrianne had parked the bike and gotten off of it, the Warbike fell apart right before their eyes and ended up a pile of scrap metal. Andromedai looked at the mess of metal before nodding her head in approval at its current condition and demise. "That problem fixed itself, a fitting end."

After a short while of searching, Andromedai found a chair to sit in before dragging it back downstairs and into the middle of the warehouse, where the rest of her squad was waiting. Taking a seat, she pulled out her data-pad and pressed a button on its screen, sending the two Servo-Skulls out and towards their destination. She watched them leave then fade into active camouflage, disappearing from sight.

"We should keep an eye on the one that is heading the furthest into enemy territory, if it fails to reach its objective, we will have to go there ourselves. That goes for both of them actually." This was not what she wanted to happen, and hopefully the mission would go smoothly.

Adrianne watched as her servo skulls slithered off at Aviza's command; the black steel bionic skeletal spines slithering around in the air behind them as they moved like an underwater snake; before they vanished in a glimmering as active camouflage was activated.

"Wait! I didn't know they had that utility!"

Behind her mask, Adrianne's violet eyes (un)visibly widened as she just realized she had been missing out on such an incredible feature of her servo skulls! She had had them for at least three months! How had she not realized that feature until now?!

"I knew I should have read the instruction manual... " Adrianne mumbled with a sour tone under her breath, before turning towards the rest of the group as it gathered beneath the ancient gothic hallways and cathedrals of the mechanicum storage depot. Everywhere she went, imperial architecture, even that of the mechanicum, always oozed with religious symbolism; to the point that if anyone had simple removed the metal storage containers and random workbenches scattered around the storage house, one could easily have confused the building as a place of worship.

"My servo skulls should be able to get the mission done in but a faction of the time it would take us to get there!" Adrianne proclaimed as she removed her skeletal mask with a click and a hiss, letting her long, ashen white hair flow free as she eyed the rest of the group with her violet eyes.

"But... even though I am certain they will succeed, we will still need a place to reconvene with our aerial pick up once the the mission is done. The Greenskin are not known for their tactics, but they will converge on this area once the remaining artillery bombardments strike. I can feel the very air around us simmer with excitement... and it isn't our excitement."

She finished, throwing a look at the rest of the group and letting her gaze pass over them. For most of the group, it was a matter of looking down; with the one exception being of course the group's resident human-main-battle-tank Nergui who was the only one to tower above her.

"If the servo skulls complete their mission, then the safest thing would be to leave now. Then we would have a headstart on the Orks once the fun starts!"

Ansgar watched the servo skulls pass by his position, watching them fade into invisibility, his position didn't change beyond bringing the scope up to his eyes, checking to see if he could detect them as they departed through the scope. No luck, which was unfortunate, he would have to rely on other means for detecting the servo skulls whenever they deployed whatever was making them invisible. Of course, he put that to the back of his mind, focusing on the task at hand while the Psyker decided to run her mouth off about beginning to withdraw, ever so certain in her modified tools that had not been tested in this kind of situation yet, not with their new modifications. No, that would be both arrogant and foolish to just withdraw under the assumption that they would complete their job before completing it.

"Ma'am, beginning extraction movements before the mission is completed based on the assumption that equipment, untested with its current modifications, will complete the objective is reckless and foolhardy. Should they fail, that places us even farther away from the target, with the Orks alerted to the fact their other position is targeted already. Which means a fight, which they will swarm, to my understanding." Leave it to be that, for the Krieger, the most he had spoken in a given period of time was admonishing another for what he saw as a foolish suggestion. He still remained opposed to the idea of having relied on modified mechanical tools to do their job, but the Celestian had decided to go through with it, so that was that and he would not be saying anything further on the matter in that regard.

Glancing back to meet the Psyker's violet gaze, Ansgar narrowed his eyes slightly at the fact she had gone and removed her helmet already, like this was some training expedition on a pleasure world instead of in an abandoned storage building in the rain. Though the fact that he had insulted both the handiwork of their resident Tech Expert, for lack of better terms, and the Psyker meant little to him. He said what he saw was necessary, and left it at that. Turning back to his scanning of the approach to the main door, he would do several checks with his eyes, before bringing the scope up and using its low light settings to amplify the shadows that he could not readily make out with his own natural vision. The only noise that could be heard now from the Krieger was the slight wheeze that was tell tale of the Krieg issued rebreather, not loud enough to alert their surroundings however, as they would have not been issued then.

"Unless the technology that I have NOT modified fails, my modifications will hold. It's entirely different matter if an ork stumbles upon one of the servo skulls by coincidence. It's doubtful, but the chance exists." Vala casually mentioned while hte others were discussing the possibility of the servoskulls failing their given task." Next time I will create some drones in advance that will do better job in recon an search and target tasks such as this one... Once we get some access to time and parts that is." She added, casually leaning on a wall nearby now, as she moved to reload her weapons.

"We should devise a diversion just in case." Vala eventually said." Maybe rig an explosive or anything htat creates big noise that's in the oposite direction of our heading for when the orks go into crazy battle state. It would buy is a lot of time in event of imminent retreat from the area. Could even rig one of hte nearby building's support pillars to go at a switch of a button."

"They are Orks. What are the odds that they would bump into, or even less care about a bunch of invisible camouflaged servo skulls? They don't even bleed when stabbed; only the most bored among their bloodthirsty numbers would even care about them." Adrianne argued back at the krieger.

From all her experience with the Orks, she had learned that they liked to fight. Especially against things that fought back, and bonus points if those things could bleed and scream!
Back when she was attached with the Imperial Guard, she had more than once visited previously-overrun bunkers belonging to the guard, where every guardsman, scribe and tech priest had been brutally mauled and destroyed, yet servo skulls and even one of the tech-priest's own little machines had been left unmolested, apparently not even having been worth the greenskin's attention before they charged towards the next big fight.

Then again, she had also heard of greenskins found hoarding looted imperial tech, so she supposed it wasn't a foolproof plan...

"Could even rig one of hte nearby building's support pillars to go at a switch of a button."

In that moment, Adrianne's violet eyes passed over from the standing pile of anthropomorphized scavanged imperial armor that was Vala, and over towards the epitome of gloom in the room that was the masked krieger.

"That sounds like a job for the group's resident krieger." Adrianne commented as she eyed Asnsgar through his mask.

The world was barren and muggy, though still very much like many worlds he'd been to previously. The only differences there were the fact that millions if not billions of imperial citizens lived above or below him. Here, this city only had the foul Ork, and he was ever at the ready. If only he could get used to certain aspects of the job, like the Psyker trying to mount the Xenos vehicle, for instance. Oh well, he'd seen more insane than her, as hard as that was to believe.

"I've set many explosives in my day," Herold said aloud as they spoke of contingency plans. He stepped forward, beside Vala and Ansgar. "I have a few grenades I can use for anti tank or personnel traps. But if the trooper has more, I'll help set them." He told them, matter of fact. It beat standing around, though if that was his orders he'd do that with just as much staunch determination as he used with all tasks.

"We are going nowhere untill those servo-skulls have locked onto their targets and the information has been sent back to the Basilisk artillery cannons. If one of them does fail to reach the anti-aircraft cannons and carry out its objective, then we will approach the situation as I see fit." As Aviza continued to speak, her head was bent forward slightly while her eyes were focused on her data-pad that showed live feed from both of the Servo-Skulls. So far, their sensors had not picked up anything to abnormal, just the destruction that she had expected from an Ork invasion, along with no life signs, human or Xeno. "Servo-Skull 31AB, hold position and lower elevation to fifty feet, tilt thirty degrees down and magnify to five." Aviza spoke out loud into the com inside of her helmet and Servo-Skull 31AB did as it was told. After lowering itself and zooming into what Aviza wanted a better look at, she stood up and swiftly punched the concrete wall of the warehouse in front of her with her left hand, a loud crack echoing through the building. The wall would shutter and a large cloud of dust would gather around Aviza. Where she had hit the wall, there was a rather large crater that threatened the stability of that side and section of the warehouse.

Aviza called out to Ansgar, Herold, and Vala in a much more jarring tone than any of them had heard before, it was close to that of an Inquisitor, issuing orders to morally broken soldiers. "I want those remote explosives set up at the fuel depot three blocks from our position, barring -122.0087, 47.54650 You are to move out immediately. Once the explosives are placed, move to a safe distance and report to me over coms, untill then I want silence. Adrianne you will be on my right side, Nergüi you will be on my left, You are to remain at six feet or less by my side, wedge formation, do not stray. We are moving now, follow me and all will be explained as we move."

No time was being wasted, the Servo-Skull that had focused on what Aviza wanted to see still held its position, that was untill Aviza gave it new orders as soon as she stepped out into the rain and began once more to interact with her data-pad. "Servo-Skull 31AB, return to original orders after sending screen shot of current view to Nova. Servo-Skull 31AB and Servo-Skull 66BA, once main objectives are complete, head to the planets main Forge and broadcast all information available directly to myself and Nova. Remain at a height of a thousand feet, and keep active cloaking on." A small flashing light upon her data-pad would show that the information was received and understood.

[Music to set the mood for the next part of the RP]

Once out of range of Vala, Ansgar, and Herold, Aviza moved to a private channel that only Adrianne and Nergüi could hear. "I have strong reason to believe that the Orks are already at the Titan Forge and inside of it, which means one of our objectives may already be compromised. We have another problem though, that I will not report to the rest of the team untill I feel it necessary." She paused and listened to the rain fall on the outside of her armor then spoke, letting the silence take its effect. "I know that you two can feel it, I felt it when we first arrived upon the planets surface. At first I thought it was just the normal presence of the Orks, and perhaps the warp that surrounds us. But as time moved forward and we head towards the Titan Forge, this oppressive sensation has only grown. We not only face Xenos now, but the heretical forces of Chaos."

There was a moment of silence as the three of them walked towards their next objective through the rain that no longer sounded calming or soothing. "I wondered where all the citizens had gone, not even Nova had known, but now it makes sense, simply below, into the darkness, taken by chaos, waiting untill the Orks have played their part and could be disposed of, even used to feed their forces. Inquisitor Solares would have known about this, she of all would have sensed the forces of Chaos before any of us, before even entering the system, so why were we not informed? why were we not informed about about their presence? I fear for her, for those who are under her command, and I mostly I fear for our purity in the eyes of the Emperor. If my suspicions are true, there will be much to answer for, not only by the inquisitor, but also ourselves. Once we arrive at the Titan Forge, I feel that our questions will be answered in full."

After a short pause, Aviza would continue once more. "This is what is going to play out next, once the anti-aircraft cannons are destroyed, the fuel depot will detonate and be used as a distraction for the Orks. As soon as it detonates, the Orks will receive a fake SOS message in their language coming from a location nearby. If all goes to plan, it will draw a large number of Orks to that location. I have informed Nova to keep an eye on that location for Ork activity once the message it sent. Once they fall for the bait, two Valkyrie gunships will strafe the area with ordnance then report to each groups location to retrieve them and deliver us to a safe zone I have designated near the Titan Forge. Once there, we will enter the Titan Forge from a secret passage I was recently informed of."

"As for now, we need to discuss the forces of chaos and their potential corruption of Inquisitor Solares..." The three of them would walk at a good pace towards where their groups Valkyrie Gunship would pick them up after its attack run.

Meanwhile with Ansgar, Vala, and Herold.

Nova had received the picture with all of the information which included Aviza's orders, which said she was in charge of Ansgar, Vala, and Herold for the moment. Suddenly, their coms would come to life and the voice of Nova would could be heard, instead of Aviza's. "This is Nova of the Imperial Guardsmen, by order of Aviza, I have been given temporary command of the three of you. You have the orders of placing the explosives at the fuel depot at these coordinates, I am forwarding them to you now." On their huds, this information would show up. [-122°0087'N - 47°54650'E] "Once the explosives are set for the fuel depot, you are to meet up at [2°59′S - 104°45′E] for Valkyrie pickup, explosives will be detonated from Aviza once you give the all clear. Recommend clearing at least a few clicks due to an airstrike that will take place afterward, use buildings and cover to remain in stealth since the explosion and custom SOS message made for Orks will draw them to that location, that is all."

Nergüi finished the last of his devotional prayers and got back to his feet, and probably would have stretched himself out if he had been a normal human, listening to Aviza with the most imperceptible nod of his covered head; as they walked and spoke, his senses stretched to their limits, the sound of a shell-casing dropping resounding in his hearing, he kept half his mind on where he was and the other half on necessary tactical calculations.

Chaos...it left a bitter taste in the mouth, and an aching in the mind, but he took this enemy as seriously as any other - if not more so.

This 'outburst', so that was what it was in the case of the usually quiet Sister, as least in his estimation, caused the Apothecary to give a short burst of laughter within his helmet as he crunched over loose rubble underfoot. Let her and the pskyer look to their own purity, the witch especially susceptible to the forces of the Ruinous Powers (he had seen it happen), he was a stalwart servant of the Emperor and one of his Space Marines.

The sight of a Valkyrie was a welcome one, distracting him momentarily from otherwise morbid thoughts of Daemons and traitors, the White Scar having always appreciated Imperial engineering and - although he would of rather had a bike between his legs - the prospect of once more taking to the air like a hunting kestrel on the breeze of the steppes moved something within him.

For now he tagged on behind and to the left of his missions superior, twin hearts beating at the expectation of a hunt against a worthy foe.
