Declan couldn't hold it in any longer. He let out a few deep coughs before turning towards the door, longing for the fresher air. Before he could even realize what was going on, he was being pulled outside with Finley leading the way. He smirked and muttered, "Your hand feels like a kitten's compared to my massive bear paw hands." he laughed, letting go of her hand as they got through the door. He grabbed the thing and picked it up, setting it down just inside the door jam to make it look closed. If anyone took a wandering glance at it, they'd not suspect a thing. Only a hard look at the door's hinges would tell someone it had been broken into, and by that time the two of them would be long gone.

Finley's question caught him off-guard somewhat, turning a slight red. Embarrassed he didn't, in fact, have a car of his own yet. "I have my bike, but even if you were to try sitting on the handlebars, it'd be pretty damn uncomfortable." He sighed heavily and walked up beside Finley, "I mean, you could use my shirt for a cushion, I guess, if you'd rather we use the bike... but if not, we're gonna have to 'hoof it', Finn." Declan half-smiled at her apologetically as he reached out to take her hand again. He'd stop mid-grip to let his hand fall from hers as he moved off towards the mine, looking at her over his shoulder. "Gotta get a move on, though."

Taylor saw the look on his face, and she knew better. Knew him better. He'd try to catch her in a good mood, most likely while they were smoking, and he'd ask her again about it all. She might be inclined to tell him, but honestly, it was all left up to chance. Some things were better left unsaid. As soon as he motioned that he wanted out of the booth, she quickly got up and moved out of the way so he could join her. She mentally cursed to herself. Clearly he wasn't going to let it go. She put on a smile, though, and nodded to his questions. "Yeah, that's fine. Like I said earlier, though, we gotta make a quick stop by my place and pick up Sadie... if that's alright with you? If you don't want her in your car though, my jeep's at the house, so I can just take it down to the lake and meet you there."

Taylor watched Kayla wander back out from the kitchen after taking their table's dishes, pulling her apron off. It must have been time for her to get off. Taylor slowly moved towards the front door just behind Kayla, letting her exit but when Taylor noticed the family coming to the door she stepped out of the way to let them in. She flashed the parents a shy smile, giving the kids a little wave. In her mind, though, she was sort of judging the parents about the way they seemed to lack some kind of parenting skills. Letting their kids be as loud and rambunctious as they were being. Once they passed, she propped the door open and nodded a thank you to Kayla and let her walk off. Taylor turned to look back at Josh once she stepped outside, smiling softly at him.

"Wanna hit it on the way to the lake?" She wasn't even high yet and had just got done eating, but the thought of food after a smoke was welcoming.

Josh slid out off the booth behind Taylor, doing everything in his power to keep his eyes above the top of her head. At this point, he needed his imagination to remain within his grasp. "It's no problem, not like the fur's hurtin anybody." he said as his brushed a few crumbs off his jacket.

Personally, Josh didn't have a love for dogs. They just weren't his animal. To be honest, no animal was his animal. He just didn't have the patience to take care of them. Either that or he was rather lazy; which was likely the case. He didn't have a problem with other people having them though. In any case, pets where at least quiet in most public settings, unlike kids.

Josh shook his head at the noise a set of children summoned with their entrance into the cafe. He couldn't help but chuckle at his own past, if he had dare cry in public with his mom back in the day he could expect a leather belt to the ass later. His mother's parenting wasn't exactly sound.

Taylor roused Joey from thought as they stepped onto the parking lot and made their way to his vehicle near the front of the cafe and couldn't help but grin. "Gettin high before investigating a kidnapping. My kind of morning, hell yeah." he chuckled as he unlocked the doors to his car.

@FantasyChic@Infamous Auror In the file that contained the Walker family's history if Finley opened it right then and there, it showed a lot of the family's history. Some of the papers in there looked extremely old as well, when she eventually got to the present they would find adoption papers for Riley. She wasn't originally born in Red Lake, though it didn't say who her true parents were either as the two walked they started to hear the voices of a few deputies as they started to go back on their patrol. There was the treeline nearby the officers haven't turned up just yet they could get there and hide behind one of the trees or bushes nearby.

@Morose Jenna would be able to hear Declan and Finley finally leaving, there is a small airduct that she would be able to crawl under and would lead into the room that Finley and Declan were just inside. She would see Anthony once more, she would see him walk through the door which would lead into the mayor's office the room itself was rather chilly. The door was unlocked and Jenna would be able to get through with no problem, the office was surprisingly well maintained and taken care of. Then Anthony would suddenly point towards his desk before finally disappearing, for good this time and the room temperature started to go back to normal once more.

@BlueSky44@Peridot Lydia would feel a tad bit lightheaded from the wound the evil cat had gotten her, the blood was staining her pant leg now. The walk to the clinic would be rather short, inside the receptionist would be there on her phone talking to someone on the other end. When she looked up at the two of them. The young woman would then grab a clipboard and handed it over to her, it was a simple form. "Old on a second." She said to the person on the phone before putting it down, noticing the blood on Lydia's leg, before calling in one of the doctors on call. "He should be with you in a few minutes, just fill out that form." She said before going back to her phone call. The paper was a simple medical form, asking just about anything from name, to age, appearance, insurance and all that.

@LokiLeo789@Infamous Auror The drive towards Taylor's house wasn't that long, it was about five minutes or so away from the center of town and they wouldn't have any trouble getting to her house. Taylor would see Sadie sitting by the front door through one of the windows that were at the front door, when Sadie saw the car she perked up and started to wag her tail and jump at the window barking could easily be heard as well.

@Dragoknighte Mrs. Walker looked towards Harry for a moment when he asked for a request to enter her daughter's bedroom. Normally it would absolutely be off limits to other guests unless they were either personal friends or other family visiting. "If it helps with finding what happened to my daughter your more then welcome to." She said as she headed over towards the nearby office, and unlocked on of the drawers which contained a master key to the rest of the building. When she came back she handed it over towards him. "It will open the other rooms to the rest of the building. Just return it after hours though, her bedroom is the last one on the left top floor." She said, putting a lot of trust into him. When Harry headed upstairs where the family actually stayed, inside her room was pretty normal pink everything. On her dresser would be her diary which has a lock on it.

Abraham Serafin

Location: Outside town hall where the crime scene was.
Interacting With: @rivaan Kosara Koleva & @Apoalo Leo Everwood

Abraham looked towards his niece as she asked him if it was alright, it was true probably wasn't a really good idea but leaving him here on the side of the road with a broken down car wasn't a good idea as well. "Well we cant leave the kid obviously, we can drive him back to town if you'd prefer." Abe said as he watched his niece taking a piece of chalk and drawing off a warding sigil on the underside of the trunk, at least it wasn't on the outside. As Abraham turned back towards his car looking over towards Leo for a moment and waved the kid over and opened the car door for him to enter.

After seeing the group of kids going up to the lake it started to worry him, even though he did recognize the girl Olivia in the passenger seat. He sighed and rubbed the bridge of his nose as he looked towards Kosara as he started up the car, he wasn't going to let the kids up there get attacked if the wolf came out. "Should probably drop him off before we head off first though."

Olivia Johnson

The Lake
Interacting With:@BlackPanther Clifford Norman

As Olivia leaned up against Amanda's car looking up at the sky for a moment as she waited for everyone else to meet her up at the lake, she started to make her way over towards the lake and took off her shoes, letting her feet rest under the water. Closing her eyes as she could feel the cold water running over her foot. She looked up at the lake seeing the mountain out in the distance, it was such a beautiful sight and she always would go up to the lake with Riley from time to time to watch the sunset. She looked over her shoulder as she smiled softly towards Amanda for a moment.

Olivia then winced slightly as she started to pick up a rather foul smell coming from somewhere, she looked around catching a slight glimpse of movement from within the treeline. But Olivia couldn't catch a good look at it when she heard a familiar voice her head turned towards to see Clifford and gave him a smile seeing her housemate coming out from the woods and waved him forward. "Great to see you Cliff." Olivia said with a bright smile as she turned and grabbed her shoes before making her way back towards the car. "How you doing today?" She asked.

Leonardo 'Leo' Everwood

Location: Outskirts

Interacting With: Abraham Serafin @Nallore Kosara Koleva @rivaan Clifford Norman @BlackPanther

Leo had not really been paying attention to the conversation between Abraham and Kosara, to busy staring at his phone and getting anxious after not getting a return text message from his boyfriend. He tapped the outline of the cellular device in his pocket as he paced a bit and then finally pulled it out and with his brows furrowed speed typed another message. "Cliff? Are you there? Please text me back, I sent one earlier and I didn't get anything from you. Are you ok? I'm outside the city, about to get a ride to the lake from that older guy and his granddaughter? I don't know, I'm just guessing. Anyway, PLEASE text me back." He sent the message and then bit his lip before he finally returned to the land of those aware of their surroundings and noticed Abraham gesturing to the car. Leo took it to mean, 'get in' and nodded while narrowing his eyes at the wards that had been placed on it. Hopefully it didn't work against Witches.

With a deep sigh, and still anxious to hear from Clifford Leo got into the car and let his eyes roam around. "I'll go with you guys to the lake if it's all the same to you two."

Clifford exhaled as his phone buzzed again. With rather quick movements he grabbed the phone and pulled it out....to see that somehow he had managed to miss texts from his boyfriend. How...how did he...hie eyes scanned the words and felt his heart leap into his throat. A hand shot through his hair before his fingers moved with speed. An urgency to reply to leo.

To: Leo
Hey! Im so sorry, I have no idea how i missed it. Im at the lake. I somehow got roped into being social or something...I have no idea. I am glad you are okay.

He pressed the send button and then slid the phone back into a pocket before giving more attention to olivia. He gave a small shrug at her question. "Im doing okay. Better then earlier though" Better now that he knew that Leo was okay...and not leaving. Though that lead to other thoughts about how the town is still dangerous and Leo was going to be in it. Leo is a witch though...that meant he would be alright right?

Harry Kingsfield

Location:
Red Lake B&B

"Thank you for understanding, Mrs. Walker." As much as Harry wanted to finish his cup of coffee, it would be a bad idea to bring it into Riley's room. He didn't want to chance accidentally spilling it on something important (either to Riley, the Walkers, or the investigation itself). And even if it didn't spill somewhere important, it would be a mess that would have to be cleaned up by either himself or the Walkers. Even if he didn't spill it on anything, it would still be one hand occupied, which wasn't very conducive to looking through all of a teenage girl's belongings. So out in the lobby the coffee would remain to get cold. What a shame.

Harry gave the room a quick scan. Pink, pink, pink. He couldn't say he was expecting this level of cheeriness from the girl's room. He'd thought of the current generation as being a lot moodier, growing up on pop-punk, nu-metal and rap; it carried with it the expectation that they'd have a broader choice of color. Decorative choices aside, his eye was almost immediately drawn to the diary, left locked up to keep its contents private. A daunting obstacle for someone who was trying to view its contents without the owner being able to learn of the breach in privacy.

Harry however, had no such hang-ups. He busted out his pocket knife and slid it in between the space between the book's pages and the leather strap keeping the tome sealed. He was going to cut it open, the only issue being how long it would take. These straps tended to be decently durable, and he was sawing away with a pocket knife. He kept his pretty sharp, but it was by no means a powerhouse of laceration.

Jenna Westbrook

Location: Inside Town Hall

The stars seemed to align. Jenna managed to pick the cockroach off of her arm and she tossed it aside. She could hear Finn and Dec finally leaving Town Hall, meaning that she'd have a chance to poke around and get some decent answers. For the ghost of someone who had been brutally murdered just hours ago, Mayor Ryder was being fairly cryptic. If it had been her, Jenna likely would've just been explaining all of the details of who killed her, how, and why.

Instead, Mayor Ryder seemed to want to lead her on a tour of Town Hall. Fantastic. Spotting the air duct, Jenna crawled underneath it, making a mental note to roll around in the dirt some once she got to the coal mine. She was going to look like crap--might as well use it to add to her story. Emerging into what she assumed was the records room, Jenna couldn't help but smirk slightly. Of course this was where Finn had gone. Jenna wasn't really sure why she expected anything else from her. However, there wasn't time to stop and reminisce about friends--Mayor Ryder was on the move again.

Following the mayor into his office, Jenna was relieved the door was unlocked. She didn't have some of Finn's skills when it came to breaking and entering. Raising a bit of an eyebrow at Andrew's gesture, Jenna wasn't sure if he got the point of someone who could see ghosts. "I can hear you too, you know," Jenna said softly. She didn't want to be overheard, just in case someone else happened to be within earshot, somehow. "This is way more dramatic than it needs to be."

Still, Jenna made her way over to his desk and began to examine it.

Finley Alestair

Location: En Route to Silver Mine

Finley let the kitten comment go...for now (she would kick his butt later). Instead, she opened the file and began to read as they walked. What she read wasn't particularly interesting, but it was new to her and any clue as to who Riley was would help. She hadn't realized the girl was adopted, but did that make a difference. If anything, it was a new avenue to pursue. Perhaps there was more information on her birth parents? Maybe Riley ran away to find them?

She closed the file as Declan talked. "The one day I decide to leave it at home. Go figure. Walking suits me then. The file I grabbed talks about Riley's family. Turns out she was adopted and there's no mention of her birth parents. Maybe she ran away to go find them?" Soon, Declan grabbed her hand again. She mentally punched the blush that wanted to quickly spread to her cheeks, but he let go midway through. She then mentally punched herself for feeling sad about that.

Then she heard voices.

It was the deputies. She didn't feel like being harassed at this moment and considering they were coming from the Town Hall, she figured they would ask them questions and she didn't have time. "Crap, quick, let's get in the bushes." She would grab Declan's hand again (feelings be damned!) and quickly hid in the bushes they were closest to and hid among the treeline. "They would ask us needless questions or just harass us on my reputation alone and I don't have the patience for that right now."

Declan peeked over Finley's shoulder as they walked, reading the file as she flipped through the loose pages. He simply smirked and rolled his eyes at her comment about the Walker family file. "Love, I know it's got her info in it. It's got 'Walker' right at the top, you dork." He playfully nudged her arm with his elbow, his face changing over from a smile to a more serious look at the previous information she spoke of. "I never really knew Riley as one of those who would just up and leave out of the blue like that. Honestly, I think she'd have told someone before just vanishing. Plus, Taylor and I, we-" he let his sentence fall off. He nearly mentioned how him and Taylor had been down to the lake where they followed her scent to (in their other forms), which had been a couple days old by the time they decided to look for her.

"We overheard that the deputies had gone out with search dogs, and her trail led down by the lake where it also went cold. I don't know what happened to her, but I definitely don't think it was a runaway case. There were signs of a struggle... apparently." 'Whew. Good catch, Dick,' he thought to himself. Declan mentally shook his head, suddenly distracted by a couple of voices coming from nearby. The hairs on the back of his neck stood on end when he realized who they belonged to. In the process of attempting to say something, Finley's hand was once again in Declan's, pulling him along behind her. Declan sunk down into a crouch behind the brush, still having a hold of Finley's hand.

Finley's next words were a bit of a blur to him, then. He found himself momentarily lost in thought over how warm her hand felt in his own. The fact he hadn't held a girl's hand since he had dated that one girl early on in his Junior High career. His heart began to ache, thinking of all the times he'd wished he could hold his girlfriend Jenna's hand. He'd offered to take a plane out to see her for a weekend, but anytime it was brought up, there was always a new excuse. In Declan's mind, if he was willing to give up sports practice for her, she should know just how special she was to him. Why was she not letting him come to her? After the past two years they'd spent together. Skype dates just weren't enough anymore.

Declan finally came to just as Finley had finished talking, choking down all the emotion he'd just went through in those few moments. The only thing that felt wrong about holding Finley's hand was the fact he had a girlfriend, as well as the act itself didn't feel wrong at all. If he were to have made a pros and cons list, the former would win hands down. As much as he didn't want to, Declan slowly let go of Finley's hand to reach into his pocket and pull out his phone to finally respond to Jenna's text message. It was only her saying she had to get going, and that she'd be on skype later that night. Declan sighed and just shut his phone, stuffing it back into his pocket as he tapped on her hand before turning to creep away through the treeline.

"Come on, Miss Delinquent. Let's go get Gwen."

Location: Red Lake Cafe -> Taylor's House
Interactions: Jo-Vaughn { @LokiLeo789 }

Taylor smirked at his eager response to lighting up a jay on the way to the lake, walking with him to his car, keeping a safe-ish distance so she wouldn't run into him. Once they reached the car, she heard the doors unlock so she quickly got in and shut the door. Pulling out and away from the Cafe, Taylor immediately found herself lost in the sights of the buildings passing by. Yes, she'd lived there for two whole years, but during that entire time she was never a passenger in a car. She was always the one to drive anywhere, and she really loved to just look around at every little thing she could lay her eyes on. It was like people watching, but with buildings, cars, trees.. you name it! It's the kind of thing you'd have done as a kid, she just never grew out of it. If Taylor focused on something inside of the car, she'd begin to get motion sickness, so peering out the windows watching everything pass her by was her only safe thing to do.

It didn't take them long at all to reach her house. A quick five minute drive brought them to her driveway, from which she could spot Sadie's slanted face peeking through the curtains and shaking side to side. Clearly, she was wagging her tail a bit too hard for her little self to contain properly. Taylor laughed and shook her head, muttering "I swear. One of these days, that dog's gonna break herself in half the way she wags that tail of hers. She acts like I've been gone a whole month, or something, with the way she gets excited when I come home." She laughed as she unclipped her seatbelt and stepped out of Josh's car, bending down to quickly add, "I'll be right back." Taylor offered a soft, shy smile before closing the door shut as she wandered up to her front door, digging her lanyard with the house keys from her back pocket.

"Hi Sadie girl, you wanna go for a walk down by the lake, huh?" Taylor spoke in a higher pitched tone than she normally would when talking to Sadie. She practically turned into someone else when she was around her dog. More alive and outgoing. Upon opening the door, Sadie charged Taylor and jumped up on her, placing her paws up onto her arms while Taylor held them so Sadie could reach up and lick her face a couple times. "Okay, Sadie, okay! Easy. Come on. I gotta grab something first, okay?" Taylor shut the door behind her and ran inside with Sadie not too far behind, making it into her room where she went straight for her nightstand. She tugged the drawer open and pulled out the mason jar inside where she had a couple of pre-rolls already stashed, taking one out to place it behind her ear. She already had a lighter in her pocket, so she didn't have to worry about anything else. Oh! Perfume. It was always good to carry perfume or even guy's cologne around, just so you could mask the smell without any disapproving glances looking your way afterward.

"Alright Sadie, come on, girly." Taylor grabbed Sadie's leash and harness before jogging back to the front door, letting Sadie run out before locking it behind her, leading the way to the car parked in their driveway. She opened the door and held Sadie back while she cocked the seat forward to let her dog into the backseat. Once inside, Taylor slid into her own seat, pulled the door closed and clipped her seatbelt back on. She removed the joint from behind her ear and retrieved her lighter from her pocket, holding them in her lap with a mischievous smile. "Alright, we're good to go!"

Location: Smith Farmstead

He may have only just arrived in town less than an hour ago, but he was already getting into work mode. Tyler sat in his truck grinding his teeth as he watched a man wandering up the dirt road from the mailbox that sat down at the end of it. From the previous research he'd done, and from the distance, he was at, he could only assume the man was the owner of the property. Exactly the person he needed to speak to. Tyler flipped his truck visor down and snagged his WDCO badge, sitting up to tuck it into his back pocket. He reached over and started his vehicle, letting it warm up for a few minutes before pulling up onto the main road and driving right on up the dirt path to the Smith Farmstead. It took a good minute drive just to reach the main house where he could see the man he'd once been watching stepping out with a shotgun in hand, no doubt having an uneven feeling about some random stranger coming up to his house unannounced. Tyler pulled his truck around the little round-about that circled the tree just out front of the home, putting his truck into park.

Slowly stepping out from the vehicle, Tyler dug out his badge and held it up in the air as he shut the door, calling out to the man. "Afternoon, sir. I'm Officer Cameron. Tyler Cameron." Tyler cleared his throat as he stuffed his badge back down into his pocket, placing his hands on his hips with one's pinky resting on the safety of his holstered pistol. "I just came out here to inquire about your livestock that's been turning up. I hear local wolves are a bit of a nuisance in these parts. I've been called out here to thin out the pack. Mind telling me anything you may know about them? How many are there? When do they tend to come around most? Have they ever attacked any one of you, your family or any workers here on the farm, or has it been just the livestock that they've targetted?"

Tyler looked around at the baby-puke-green house, eyeing everything over before turning to look out at the treeline behind the house, narrowing his eyes ever so slightly. He could smell them. The wolves. Both wild and 'domestic'. That's what his handler liked to call those with the unfortunate ability to change into a canine every full moon. Domesticated animals. Tyler was just so properly trained that he wasn't to be put out of his misery. Yet. Eventually, he knew he'd outlive his usefulness. It was only a matter of time. Till then, there was work to do. There was always work to do.

Kosara Koleva

Location: Abe's car!

As soon as the boy had gotten into the car, her hand pulsed softly with pain, revealing something unnatural about him which she didn't comment on, but she by instinct moved her other hand to massage it a little.

"Well... it seems most of the city's heading to the lake today by the looks of it. Why not." Kosara smiled, throwing a look at Abe. This was getting out of hand. While she understood why all those younger people were heading there, they wanted to find their friend, but it also made it that protecting them in case something happened, was going to be near impossible.

"Thing's done, Gramps." She added, moving over to her front seat in the car after finishing to put on the wars. She had this distinct feeling that placing silver on the car's surface might be nice addition too. Maybe a coating on the lock of the trunk or the like. There were a few ways to deal with it.

"So, you going there to search for Riley too?" She asked.

Lydia Weaver

Location: Clinic
Interacting With: James Tanner @Peridot

Lydia's head was spinning slightly, it looked like her leg was worse off than she thought. At least they were headed to the clinic now. She had no idea why she was trusting this guy, after all, she had just met him. Her gut told her that she could trust him, at least a little bit, so she went with it. She wasn't surprised when he asked about the kitten. "Who 'im? 'e was playin aroun' by my feet when I was playin' my guitar. It was before I even saw thuh other cat".

She walked into the clinic, and went up to the desk and grabbed the form the woman handed her. The usual stuff that was required for the doctor's to know, so she just started filling it out. Lydia didn't really care if others noticed the fact that she had a kitten with her. All else failed she would hand him to James while she got her leg checked out.

James Tanner

Location: Walking around town
Interacting with: Lydia Weaver @BlueSky44

As James expected, the clinic didn't take kindly to non-service animals inside the place. Hell, he'd had to leave Allie locked up in his truck after he got mauled, only managing to bribe a nurse to feed and water her while he was laid up in bed getting stitches. After offering to hold the kitten while Lydia got her leg sorted out, James perched outside on a rail, Allie tied up nearby and the kitten wandering about on his lap, his hand ready to catch it, just in case he slipped and the kitten fell. It certainly seemed calmer now that Allie was further away - the presence of the other cat likely hadn't done it's nerves much good either.

Absent-mindedly scratching behind the kitten's ear, James wondered how much long Lydia would take. He doubted she needed stitches for a wound so minor, and he was itching to get to this mysterious address.

Jo-Vaughn Holloway

Location: Taylor's House —-> Heading for Red Lake
Interacting With: @Infamous Auror Taylor Evers

Josh grinned at the joint in Taylor's lap and nodded in approval as he slide the car into reverse and in one swift motion maneuvered out of the driveway, and started down the road.

On the radio played one of his favorite songs, N.Y State of Mind by Nas. The song was a mirror of his life back in the Bronx; a kid living out his days as a deviant in the eyes of society, with no care in the world and pedaling whatever one could to make money - usually drugs. Ironically, the song didn't mean shit to him until he actually left the damn place, something he assumed was a byproduct of him viewing the song now as an outsider, not as one who experienced the activities mentioned.

Now here he was, living in the little town of Red Lake, getting word of shit much more brutal than that of the Bronx-life. Maybe Red Lake needed a song of it's own now.

Josh gripped the steering wheel and blew a sigh out his nose. He was too young to be stressing like this. It was one thing to have a killer out on the massive streets of Brooklyn, but I’m a small town like Red Lake, everyone was game.

"How good is Sadie’s nose?” Josh piped up suddenly, his own mind switching lanes almost instantaneously. Maybe Sadie would be doing much more thank just walking.

@FantasyChic@Infamous Auror The officers on patrol around the town hall don't seem to notice Finley nor Declan luckily, they seem to be going on about the next Steelers game coming up the next few days. They were making bets already on which team would actually win the game. They walk past the door that they had just broken into just moments ago, they don't even seem to notice that the hinges were broken either as they turned down the other end, their conversation slowly fading until they weren't able to be heard. They would be free to go back to the center of town, though walking on foot up the lake would take at least an hour if they walked.

@Morose It seemed that after Mayor Ryder had showed Jenna his office and where he had pointed to on his desk, he had simply disappeared, she wouldn't be able to see or hear from him anymore. On the desk if Jenna looked closely on the underside of the desk there was a button, if she pressed it, would unlock the bottom drawer. Inside of it would contain a strange looking bowel and a bunch of weird looking ingredients of some kind, and really old and dusty looking book. If she opened it looked like it was some sort of spell of summoning book, there was a small shop on the other side of town that was really into the occult stuff she could get some answers from there.

@BlueSky44@Peridot About ten minutes of waiting a young woman had left one of the backrooms, and a few seconds later a man came up adjusting his glasses. He looked over towards Lydia and noticed the bloodied pant leg and waved her on over. "C'mon lets get you cleaned up miss." The doctor said, he was the best doctor in town he also did occasionally take care of pets in town as well since there was no proper vet clinic either in Red Lake. "So how did that happen?" He asked gesturing towards the medical like bed for Lydia to take a seat and started to grab some cleaning materials and a needle and some thread.

The receptionist came out to have a small little smoke break taking out a cigarette and a lighter she started to take a puff of smoke taking a few breathes before breathing out. Her attention turned towards James seeing the kitten in his arms as it had fallen asleep, she put out the cigarette and decided to approach giving the kitten a gentle pat on the head. "So where did you find him?" She asked.

@Infamous Auror @LokiLeo789 The drive towards the lake was pretty easy they would see Leo's abandoned ride towards the Lake, theres nothing that goes on the drive, they would see Abraham's ride as well as Amanda's, Olivia, Clifford, and Amanda would be seen over by the lake talking amongst themselves while they were waiting.

@Dragoknighte Harry would accidentally cut his finger, but it wasn't a deep cut and wouldn't need any stitches as he flipped through the pages at first the information wasn't much useful. But as he started to get closer and closer towards the end of the diary the latest entry would start mentioning someone knowing about her real birth parents. It also mentioned that her parents never told her about that she was adopted. She also wrote that she had started to meet a guy at the lake, but there wasn't a name but it always mentioned the lake which was their meeting place.

@Infamous Auror Mr. Smith was at his mailbox checking the mail when he turned to hear a car driving up to his yard, looking at Tyler for awhile unsure to trust the man or not. But when he showed him his badge he took it and started to inspect it, a few seconds later he handed him back the badge. "I dunno the exact number of wolves out there." He said gesturing for Tyler to follow him towards the pastures where they had their sheep, goats and cows. There was a large number of them as Mr. Smith opened up the fence and started to lead him down towards the latest animal victim. "This is the latest victim, the attacks seem to occure late at night while everyone is sleeping, we started to put them into the barn at night now." He said looking over at Tyler.

The wards that Kosara had put up would protect those who are inside from other supernatural and those who were inside of them who were supernatural they would be weakened by it or powerless. Abraham looked towards Leo for a moment raising an eyebrow when he said he was going over towards the lake, then over towards Kosara and sighed slightly and shrugged. "Alright but the lake is dangerous and I aint gonna be responsible for you." Abe said, of course he would watch over the kid and make sure he gets to his friends safely but after that he was on his own.

"Thanks niece." Abe said as he started up his car again and started to drive up the dirt road that would take them to the lake which was the only road that would allow cars up to the lake. There were a few foot trails that led to the lake as well as some bike trails, but people didn't use them that much preferring the road more for quicker and easier trips to and from the lake. Abe turned on the radio and some old 40's style music started to fill the car. Closing his eyes as he enjoyed listening to the music, it reminded him of the good old days before the crappy modern day music that everyone seemed to play nowadays. Ten minutes later they were finally at the lake, and then waved to Leo seeing the other kids that were there. "Your free to go kid." Abe said as he unlocked the car doors.

Olivia Johnson

The Lake
Interacting With:@BlackPanther Clifford Norman

Olivia turned to look over at Clifford and gave him a smile she was really glad to see that he was alright, and that he was there to help search for Riley. "Glad to see you Cliff and that your feeling better." Olivia said as she left the lake and started to dry and clean her feet as best as she could to get the dirt and sand off of them. Then she started to put the shoes back onto her feet, closing her eyes for a moment as she started to pick up a familiar old person scent. Then she saw the car that Abe always drove letting out a slight animalistic growl towards them, she really did hate the old man.

Amanda noticed the weird growling sound coming from her friend raising an eyebrow towards her, she felt slightly weirded out by the weird sound from her friend. But her attention turned towards the car and smiled seeing that it was Abe's and noticed Leo was inside of the car as well. More people for the search wouldn't be that bad they could easily cover as much ground as possible which would be able to help.

Kosara Koleva

Location: Lake

Well finally at the lake they were and Kosara was able to qutie clearly see the other kids moving about, preparing for their choice of activity which probably was searching for Riley. Well not that it mattered to her much, but given the situation there were few things that were as angerous as wandering in a probably werewolf infested forest. Well it was doubtful they would be attacked during the daytime, but one never knew. Without wasting much time she moved over, grabbing her sword that was nicely wrapped in it's heavy clothwrap. The cloth was sturdy enough as it was tightened on both ends and in the middle with some little buckles and a long strap was also placed so she coul put it on her shouler almost how hunters would carry their rifles, though it clearly was not one. It was too short for a rifle and too narrow. She left her sawed off though. She had no place to hide that one for now her pistol hidden under her heavy leather jacket an the trusty sword on her shoulder would have to do in the worst case scenario. Besies having a weapon in the car in case they had to leg it was a good idea.

"So, gramps, any ideas on where to start from?" She asked Abe with a merry smile though she sure was anything but merry inside. Frankly anything they were to do was going to be limited by the presence of all these civilians. That mentioned some of those were also well within her supernatural suspicion so that was a thing also. Time was going to show who was what and what plans they held.

Harry Kingsfield

Location:
Red Lake B&B

Damn it. Harry eyed the bright red slit across his left thumb for a few good seconds before sticking it in his mouth. He'd let the antiseptic abilities of saliva deal with that for the time being. He'd get a bandage for it later, when he wasn't invading a kidnapped girl's privacy.

Riley's adopted? A secret someone she was meeting by the lake? Interesting. The fact that she was a teenaged girl would make the someone's identity as a boyfriend seem obvious, but he doubted it would be so obvious. The diary hinted it might be an informant on her birth parents. Or it could be completely unrelated to either of those things. It could be a drug dealer. Or maybe an animal instead of an actual person. Whatever the case, he'd be keeping the diary as evidence.

Thumb still in mouth, he shut the book at set it down on Riley's bed. From here, he would perform a far more thorough search of Riley Walker's room. He'd look through her closet, under her bed, in each dresser drawer, everywhere. Of course he would make a mental note of how everything was arranged beforehand and after looking through any one given location, do his best to return it to how it had been before he entered the room.

Finley Alestair

Location: En Route to Silver Mine

Finley could have laughed if it wasn't so stupid. She stood up when the coast was clear and got out of the bushes. "There's our finest doing their civic duty. Didn't even see or hear us and not paying attention. Missed the door off its hinges too. If this is what we have to work with, they are never going to find Riley, dead or alive." Her mind raced back to the vision she had and the attack. Though she felt their work ethic was poor at best, she didn't wish for them to die. She wasn't THAT far gone.

She turned back to face Declan, who seemed to be going through things judging by how often he looked at his phone. She didn't pry, though she desperately wanted to. "Well we wasted enough time now. May as well start walking to the mine. Hopefully, Jenna won't be waiting too long for us." As she started walking, she planned what she was going to say to the others when they all met up. It wasn't every day that you could go in and say "Hey, by the way guys, I can see the future! But I can't predict when it will happen." She mentally sighed. She wondered if she was about to do something stupid and ruin the only good thing she had going on in this town.

Jenna Westbrook

Location: Inside Town Hall

The ghost seemed to have vanished, a fact that only served to irritate Jenna. Pulling out her phone, she was tempted to send a follow up text, but she figured that radio silence would likely keep Finn and Dec from coming back to town hall any time soon. It'd be interesting to see how long it took them to get out to the mine - how much of a rush they really ended up being in. If it took them too long, she might even be offended.

"What the hell..." Jenna murmured, as she felt something on the underside of the desk. It seemed to be a button. Pressing it gently, she heard something click. Raising an eyebrow, Jenna scanned over the desk, before trying each drawer. The bottom one gave way. She made a bit of a face as she saw the contents - weird voodoo witch shit. Taking it all out of the desk, Jenna glanced around the room before finding a bag and shoving them all inside. She had flipped through the book briefly and only determined that Mayor Ryder had some weird ass hobbies. There was a shop across town that might have some answers for her. She had considered going there before, in order to talk to someone about the things she saw, but she hadn't gotten around to it yet.

Well, better late than never.

Leonardo 'Leo' Everwood

Location: Abe's Car! - Red Lake

Interacting With: Abraham Serafin @Nallore Kosara Koleva @rivaan Clifford Norman @BlackPanther Olivia Johnson @Nallore

As Leo settled into the back seat he felt a headache begin forming in the front of his head and narrowed his eyes. He felt a bit sick to his stomach as well and his brain instantly blamed the wards that had been placed on the car. Rolling his eyes, the teen leaned back into his seat and closed his eyes, preparing to take out some earbuds when he heard Kosara ask him a question. Considering he respected both of he other occupants of the car Leo just shrugged to buy some time with his response. "I'm meeting Clifford there since I'm no longer leaving for Boston." He looked down at his phone as he finished and shot a quick message to CLiff. "Heya, I'm almost to the lake. Where r you?"

He had smiled a bit after hitting send before he tilted his head at Abraham's comment. "Don't worry about me, after you drop me off I'll be out of your hair." He meant that as well, as he didn't want to be seen with a babysitter anyway. He wondered what exactly Cliff thought he was doing way out here and wondered with a guilty conscience if it was his fault. Shaking his head and probably looking like an idiot should Kosara or her Grandfather look in the mirror Leo closed his eyes again as the car traveled along the road. His mind briefly went over the fact that Kosara was able to scribble a correct warding drawing and his methodical brain filed it away carefully for future use and to bring up with Cliff when they were alone.

As they finally reached the lake Leo patted the chair in front of him that Abe had just left and with a wince of discomfort opened the car door, taking a deep breath of fresh air as he did so. Instantly he felt better and his familiar magic surrounded him as if it had been missing from him for years. He glanced at Abe and Kosara and smiled, "thank you very much for the ride. I wish you luck in whatever you're doing out here." He gave a final wave and then jogged over to his boyfriend and friends, colliding with Clifford and embracing him tightly, whispering in his ear. "I shouldn't have even considered leaving. Forgive me?" He shot his trademark dimpled smile to both Amanda and Olivia before refocusing on his boyfriend.

Lydia Weaver

Location: Clinic
Interacting With: Doctor guy

She never really cared much for doctor's offices and clinics, but she was perfectly fine with it if she had to go, like if a cat scratched you across the leg for instance. Her leg hurt, and she was still a little dizzy, but at least she was getting it dealt with now rather than later when it got worse. She was hurting, and it needed to be dealt with. She was curious about the envelop and the address on it, but she couldn't do much with a leg injury.

The doctor seemed like a nice man, but she decided to keep the part about the envelop to herself, since she didn't know if she could trust him. "A stray cat ran up and scratched me. It caused me to 'ave problems holdin' thuh little kitten that was in my arms," she said to him, not sure of what else to tell him. She wanted this to hurry up, she was curious about the letter, and where it had come from.
