I can try to post something later tonight. I’ll have Paris do a invesition of the camp. Maybe I’ll have her make Brannor go amoung the prisoner to gather information?

Given you have not really established communication with Rebrer, that seems like a sensible option. How do you plan on conducting your search? Simply walking around the camp or going somewhere specific? Or perhaps doing more talking to random folk?
Sending Brannor among those who do work for the cult is something you should check with @The Harbinger of Ferocity. I do not have problems with it.
I have no issue with you feigning handing Brannor off among the other prisoners to work and investigate. It isn't as though he would be far and he's "captive" of sorts, so that shouldn't raise any alarms in theory even if they do see him. Just do tell me exactly what you intend so I can be on about it.
If nothing comes of posting over the next day, I will put forward something just to hold things over; not that there is much Brannor can honestly do other than look back as well and seem not too surprised. I might have a plan beyond that, but that is also assuming all else fails.
So here is my hope that the shackles might grant me advantage in breaking them if they are put on incorrectly; too much give in their length and around the wrist. The guards seem lazy enough, undisciplined at their best, so this might work. Granted it is a setback, but this was no unforeseen consequence.
Having a longer conversation through collaboration format is also a possible solution. Parum and Orchid have been the ones to talk last... I think it might make the most sense for Parum to be the one to speak here as the commotion with Brannor is going on. Kyra will "help hold him" if anyone else (like Orchid or Rebrer for example) wants to go for that thing.
Feel free to tell me if I am prodding you along too eagerly, but since one of the things that was mentioned as a problem was "lack of the sense of urgency" or something along those lines, I'm trying to redeem that.
