@ScoundrelQueen Approved!

@Arya10108909 Yep, there's a training program. c: Acolytes are acolytes of the kingdom, pretty much, and both them and Knights can essentially be trained with the skills to pursue different sectors if they didn't want to go into strictly military fighting. Some might pursue research, for instance.

@Ghost Queen Approved! I like Akrida's "strong, silent giant with a heart of gold" concept that you've got going with him.

@EchoicChamber
I was working with the Knight Errant idea, but decided halfway through to push it to the place that needed one the most. So there he is.

@Ghost Queen Mmmm. I enjoy the character. Feel free to move him over to the character tab whenever you have the time. c:

I saw your add and then decided that this looks interesting. I'll make a couple of characters, one for Erubesco and one for Liberty, but I'll need a little bit of time to make them. They wouldn't exactly be "nice" people, though.

@ZB1996 That’s fine with me! Morally grim characters make for interesting situations. c: Thank you for showing interest!

Ah, glad to see this fine old roleplay back in business. Shall I return Edgar and Id to the world?

@EchoicChamber If I made my Erubesco character a serf would that impede him at all?

@ZB1996 Mmmm. I’d say the biggest impediment would be socially. On the hierarchy scale, serfs are pretty much some of the lowest on the branch. This means that they don’t really possess much of a reputation unless something happens to pull them out of obscurity, they don’t earn a huge amount of money or anything, and they typically aren’t invited to the big balls and celebrations and whatnot Erubesco tends to throw. Does that make sense? They basically could be thought of as retail workers, janitors, etc- not slaves, and they earn enough to support themselves, but they aren’t too notable in Eru society.

@EchoicChamber Not getting into balls doesn't sound too bad, but I'd probably pass on being a serf if there was a chance that my character could be excluded from parts of the plot because of his social status.

@ZB1996 Alright! c: Being locked out of certain things isn’t necessarily restricted to serf characters, though- all parts of the Erubescian social hierarchy won’t be involved in absolutely everything.

EDIT: I got reminded that serfs aren’t necessarily regular people, but more or less indentured servants. Sorry for the mistake! I’m kind of forgetful sometimes, haha.

Would that difference effect something?

@ZB1996 Serfs aren’t “regular people” in Erubesco, necessarily. Most serfs have done something wrong to end up in that category of indentured servitude, and rank kind of less than your average person as a result. So potentially criminals and traitors and the like.
