Jonathan crashed on his bed, throwing his bag away to the corner of his room. He turned around and pulled out his phone, turning it on to text to his friends. ‘Today was pretty much a mess.’ He thought. ‘Allen broke up, I lost my notebook, tons of homework due Friday...’ he sighed, but soon smirked as he saw a funny pic his friend uploaded on the group chat.
“That’s gonna be reused forever.”
He muttered to himself as he turned his phone off and put it on his desk. He screened his eyes, though his room’s light was off, and sighed. ‘For a better tomorrow.’ He wished. He could hear his mom snoozing in her room. Wearing an exhausted smile on his face, Jonathan lied on his bed without thinking anymore until he finally fell asleep.

Intro Post: A groan escaped Carson as he cracked his neck and rolled his shoulders before letting a satisfied grin roll onto his face. He scanned his surroundings as he took in his work and chuckled as the crumbled and beaten bodies of a few thugs from his school laid on the ground and groaned in pain. He spat some blood onto one of the thugs and buried his hands into his jackets pockets. "Well that was fun boys, but if that's all ya got then I'm heading out. Next time at least make me put in some effort in a fight," he said before stepping over their defeated forms and exited the dark alley they had been in. He let out one last sigh before flipping his hood over his head and began to walk home.

After a few hours of cutting a few alleys to avoid patrolling cops he reached his crappy apartment that rested within a rather bad part of the neighborhood. With a frown he made his way to his apartment and entered. "I'm home!" he shouted as he tossed his shoes off next to a smaller pair belonging to his little sister. He walked through the apartment and leaned around the corner to see a small form resting peacefully on the living rooms couch. He quietly made his way over and saw a few pages of finished homework laying next to the meal he had made for her when she got home. Carson chuckled and looked to his sister before shaking his head and gently picking her up. He carried her to her room, tucked her in and silently made his way out. With the exhaustion of the day and the bruises from his fight beginning to take hold of Carson he quickly ate whatever he could find and headed to his room. He flopped onto his bed, not bothering to take off his cloths and sighed heavily as he closed his eyes to enter the only peace he could gain from this day. "Just another day," he mumbled before his mind finally shut down.
