@1Charak2I would like to join if you'll have me. I'm going to be presenting a very unique/odd character. :D
Oswald is much like his father, meaning he is large and hairy. He stands 6’3” and weighs 220 lbs of muscle…beneath a shaggy carpet of body hair that he keeps sleek against his skin. He is completely covered—head-to-toe—in hair. There’s a boy somewhere underneath all of that fur, but for the most part, his specific facial features are hard to make out. Other teenagers and children often refer to him as a bear. Oswald often stands rather firm and confident in his posture. It may not be easy to make out, but he regularly has quite the resting-bitch face. His eyes are blue, which might be his only attractive feature—unless you’re into body hair.

Oswald is big, hairy, and comes off as intimidating at first because of his size, but he’s basically a teddy bear. He often puts on a tough guy front, but guuur~l~ you start talking about hair products…(you would be surprised). A good shampoo and conditioner is basically his regular every day shower and he’s very sensitive about his hair. You could call him names such as hairball, furball, hairy, big foot, etc. But anyone who sabotages his hair, pets him, or just touches it without his permission is going to get chased down.
Oswald takes pride in his pro-hero parents. While he doesn’t outright brag about them, if they were ever brought up in a conversation by someone else…then he’d brag about them. His goal is to join them on the field of justice, and what better and safer a way to do it than joining a hero academy?

Oswald is the son of the pro-hero and mutant Sasquatch or otherwise known as Harold Crabtree. His mother is a hair stylist and pro-hero called, Haira (sounds like “Hera”) also otherwise known as Jessica Crabtree. It was no surprise that a big hairy hulk and a Rapunzel would fall in love. The two were a match made in some…hair salon up in Heaven somewhere. When Oswald was first born, they were surprised that his entire body was covered in hair. He resembled a bear cub, and in fact "Cub" is his nickname at home (No one better dare call him that).
Oswald hit a growth spurt earlier than other children in his class. It was expected since his father is nearly eight-feet-tall, and it is undetermined if Oswald has stopped growing. At school, he gained a lot of attention being tall. Some kids were intimidated by him or outright regarded him as a bully that was until they saw his sweet nature. Oswald tended to have more girl friends than he did guy friends probably because they showed a similar materialistic love for hair products *coughs* (they also liked to do his hair).
With his parents being pro-heroes, there was no denying that Oswald would follow his loving family in their footsteps. Every time his father and mother would return home, his bedtime stories were stories of their epic battles. They could only blame themselves for his desire to put villains behind bars. Oswald approached his parents when they were available with his determination to follow them down the heroic path. His father was all for it, but his mother was scared for her boy. She knew that Oswald hadn’t seen how dangerous the real world could be but her son was too determined. While Oswald could have used his parents as reputable references to get into UA, he didn’t want to ride his parents’ ponytails into a good school. He wanted to get into one on his own ability.

Quirk Name
Quirk Description
Quirk Weakness
Hair Manipulation
Quirk Description
Oswald has complete control over his body hair, allowing him to alter, grow and regenerate, change the texture, and color of his hair—although naturally it is jet-black. He can grow out his body hair to lengths of 20 meters and use it like a powerful appendage, weave it into different shapes, and strong bonds. Due to hair lacking in nerves or being directly affected by changes in the nervous system, attacks specifically to his body hair will not harm him. His hair is strong enough to constrict his opponent and crush them if they aren't wearing proper protective equipment (PPE).
Quirk Weakness
If Oswald was to trim his hair or shave himself bare, then it would be similar to disarming him. He wouldn't be able to use his hair until it was given a chance to grow back. The record for fastest hair growth goes to...Oswald can grow his entire carpet of precious body hair back in 72 hr.
Fire is another problem. While hair naturally doesn't burn (it singes) unless there were certain flammable products in it, Oswald does not like fire at all. He doesn't want it anywhere near him.
Tangles and knots in his hair can immobilize his attack and force him to have to break his hair off. Sometimes, not even a powerful conditioner or detangler can undo them.
