Appearance
Despite his old age, Franco is able to keep a rather impressive stature, and stands at 170 centimeters. He is however, extremely thin presumably because of the stressful life of a politician. He bears a gray, whitish mustache and beard similar to that of dear King Vittorio Emanuele in style, although significantly shorter. His thinning hair is almost completely gray thanks to his old age. Although seen very rarely thanks to his goggles, his light bluish gray eyes stare confidently, giving him an intimidating look if direct eye contact is made, even though his old posture.

Equipment/Inventory
Franco keeps a tidy and stylish look with his black wool trench coat and top hat. He wears goggles which he invented himself, that utilise a series of lenses which can be adjusted to serve as glasses, binoculars and a magnifying glass. He carries with him at all times, a rather fancy wooden cane, decorated with a bronze wolf shaped handle. In fact, the cane is an unnecessary sword in disguise, as the old man would probably fail at using it as a sword if he even tried. He also keeps with himself a pocket watch, with the coat of arms of the glorious Italian Kingdom engraved on top, and a map of his dream, a totally unified Italy (Including Venitia and Ticino as parts of Italy) painted inside.

Background

Born in Turin to a respectable noble family in 1791 , Franco grew up in conditions of wealth. He was given high quality education and didn't have much hobbies as he was not allowed by his father to put any time into anything that wasn't related to his education. At the young age of eleven, he picked up reading as a hobby, and slowly started to get engulfed by the French revolutionary ideals. He started dreaming of becoming a part of the Royal Army and fight for his country, for his people! After long years of studying and doing schoolwork, young Franco became too fed up with he had been doing for so long, and unexpectedly left his home and family to join the Royal Army.

There however, Franco did not meet his expectations, and realised that the army was no place for him to be in. He was extremely dissatisfied and left at the age of 21, just two years after he had joined, to continue his education so he could pursue a political career, as many of his commanders who had realised his skill in speaking and rhetoric had suggested. He finished his education at the age of 26. In a few years Franco became a popular figurehead in Sardinian politics. He advocated for an unified Italy, and got involved in war politics, and even having the honor of being a negotiator during the peace treaty signed after the Austro-Sardinian war proving to the Sardinian and soon to be Italian government, that he was a notable diplomat. After the war, he was sent as an ambassador to Vienna, and fought a political fiht for the integration of Venetia into the Italian Kingdom.

During his political career, Franco had also tried to fill the little free time he had with painting and poetry as hobbies, but later found himself a rather skillful inventor, and made a small fortune selling his goggle design to French Investors in 1852. The goggles gave you the ability to adjust it's lenses whenever you wished, making the goggles the first universal glasses, which also acted as binoculars on desire.

In 1860 Franco was requested by the Italian Kingdom to be relocated to Agartha. He still wanted to be involved with Italian politics concerning unification, but reluctantly accepted at last with pressure from the government.
